Corona discharge treatment (CDT) was implemented to attempt to graft a modified ??-cyclodextrin (??-CD) onto cellulose. The occurrence of grafting was indirectly proven by gravimetric analyses, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Besides, the effect of CDT onto cellulosic substrate was studied using SEM and XPS. It appeared that surface roughness increased with the treatment time as a consequence of an etching effect and that surface oxidation took place as evidenced by the creation of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. These functional groups are not responsible for chemical link between modified ??-CD and substrate. It was assumed that the grafting results from the reaction of double-bonds of modified ??-CD and radicals formed on treated surface, these ones being evidenced by DPPH radical trapping. Moreover the inclusion of a guest molecule is still possible in grafted modified ??-CD giving a new proof of grafting.  相似文献

采用超声辅助接枝聚合技术, 将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜表面, 制备PVDF-g-GMA膜; 再利用氨基诱导环氧基团发生开环反应, 将苏氨酸(Thr)接枝到PVDF-g-GMA膜表面, 制备了具有两性离子结构表面的PVDF-g-GMA-Thr膜. 通过衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、 X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、 接触角测试仪、 场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)过滤实验等系统研究了改性前后PVDF膜表面的化学组成、 润湿性能、 表面形貌和抗污染性能. 研究结果表明, 随着PVDF-g-GMA接枝Thr反应时间的增加, PVDF-g-GMA-Thr膜的亲水性能明显提高, 接触角从90°降为0°, 呈现出超亲水性能. 同时PVDF-g-GMA-Thr膜的水通量明显提高, 当Thr诱导开环反应时间为12 h时, PVDF-g-GMA-Thr膜的水通量高达686 L/(m 2·h), 与PVDF原膜相比, 水通量提高了204.5%. 在BSA的过滤测试中, 与PVDF膜相比, PVDF-g-GMA-Thr膜呈现出良好的截留性能和抗污染性能, BSA截留率从42%提高到84%,水通量恢复率从53%提高到87%, 不可逆污染率从47%降到12%, 表明通过接枝Thr构筑两性离子结构表面可以有效减小膜污染.  相似文献

Microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) was prepared by disintegration of bleached softwood sulphite pulp through mechanical homogenization. The surface of the MFC was modified using different chemical treatments, using reactions both in aqueous- and organic solvents. The modified MFC was characterized with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Epoxy functionality was introduced onto the MFC surface by oxidation with cerium (IV) followed by grafting of glycidyl methacrylate. The length of the polymer chains could be varied by regulating the amount of glycidyl methacrylate added. Positive charge was introduced to the MFC surface through grafting of hexamethylene diisocyanate, followed by reaction with the amines. Succinic and maleic acid groups could be introduced directly onto the MFC surface as a monolayer by a reaction between the corresponding anhydrides and the surface hydroxyl groups of the MFC.  相似文献

三醋酸纤维素(CTA)是一种高强度的天然高分子衍生物,对其进行表面接枝改性将扩展其在物质分离、吸附、检测等领域的广泛应用,但是化学接枝改性CTA比较困难。 本文结合辐射引发接枝和可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合方法,成功地在CTA膜表面可控接枝了聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PGMA)。 研究了吸收剂量、单体GMA质量分数和RAFT试剂含量等因素对接枝率的影响,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和接触角技术手段对CTA膜接枝前后的结构、形貌和表面性质进行了表征。 实验结果表明,为了得到较高的接枝率,同时又保持较好的形貌,合适的条件为:吸收剂量为10~12 kGy,GMA质量分数为30%,RAFT试剂与GMA的物质的量比为1:400;在不同条件下得到的最高接枝率为41%,接枝聚合物相对分子质量分布最低为1.33。 此外,接枝PGMA后的CTA膜疏水性增加。 该工作提供了可控接枝CTA的简便方法,与传统辐射接枝相比,RAFT辅助辐射接枝反应更加可控,得到的PGMA接枝链更加均匀,有利于根据实际应用来控制接枝率和进行后续的功能修饰。  相似文献

Viscose‐based activated carbon fiber (VACF) was modified with acrylonitrile (AN) by γ‐irradiation‐induced grafting polymerization. Effects of the grafting conditions, such as concentrations of AN and divinylbenzene (DVB), pH value, and solvent on the grafting process were studied. The physicochemical properties of the fibers were characterized. The results show that AN can be effectively grafted onto the surface of VACF with the addition of DVB. The grafting yield is higher than 12% according to thermogravimetric (TG) analysis. The study shows that DVB can improve the grafting degree of AN in the form of grafting chains or agglomerate materials. 用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)对聚苯胺(PANI)进行表面修饰, 通过对产物的循环伏安(CV)、 极化曲线(Tafel)以及接枝率的表征分析, 考察了反应温度、 反应时间、 单体用量和pH值对产物的接枝效果、 分散性和腐蚀电位的影响. 同时, 通过循环伏安(CV)、 紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、 红外光谱(FTIR)、 X射线衍射分析(XRD)和热重分析(TGA), 对PANI表面修饰前后的结构和性能进行了比较. 结果表明, 通过D4对PANI颗粒表面进行修饰, PANI的分散性、 分散稳定性和和防腐能力得到显著提高.  相似文献

Hydrophobic cellulose nanocrystals (CNs) have been prepared by grafting isocyanate-terminated castor oil, a kind of natural vegetable oil, onto their surface. The existence of castor oil component in the modified cellulose nanocrystals was verified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, solid-state 13C NMR spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. At the same time, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron micrographs further proved that the crystalline structure and large aspect ratio of cellulose nanocrystals were essentially preserved after chemical grafting. Furthermore, the surface of modified cellulose nanocrystals appeared to be hydrophobic as indicated by contact angle measurements. The value of the polar component of surface energy decreased from 21.5 mJ/m2 to almost zero via grafting castor oil. These novel hydrophobic castor oil-grafted cellulose nanocrystals appear as valuable alternatives to formulate bionanocomposites with non-polar polymers for optimized performances.  相似文献

利用表面引发原子转移自由基聚合(SI-ATRP)在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜表面接枝苯乙烯和4-氟苯乙烯的共聚物.研究不同反应时间和不同配比下接枝共聚物对聚酯薄膜表面组成、结构和性能的影响.通过傅利叶变换红外光谱仪(ATR/FTIR),X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS),凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对接枝改性前后PET薄膜的表面组成,结构和形貌进行分析;利用接触角测试和表面能计算对比研究接枝改性前后PET薄膜的表面性能.结果表明反应时间和单体百分含量对接枝百分率及接触角有一定的影响,随着反应时间的增长,聚酯薄膜表面接枝百分率增大,接触角增加,表面自由能下降.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to synthesize hydrophobic cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) using different chemical treatments including polymer and molecular grafting. For polymer grafting, immobilizing poly (butyl acrylate) (PBA) and poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) on CNFs were implemented by the free radical method. Also, acetyl groups were introduced directly onto the CNFs surface by acetic anhydride for molecular grafting. The gravimetric and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed the high grafting density of PMMA on the surface of CNFs. AFM results revealed that molecular grafting created non-uniformity on the CNFs surface, as compared to polymer brushes. In addition, thermodynamic work of adhesion and work of cohesion for the modified CNFs were reduced in water and diiodomethane solvents. Dispersion factor was studied to indicate the dispersibility of CNFs in polar and non-polar media. Dispersion energy was reduced after modification as a result of decreasing interfacial tension and the dispersibility of modified CNFs was improved in diiodomethane.  相似文献

The poor interfacial adhesion between carbon fibers (CFs) and polyimide (PI) resin has seriously hampered the application of CF/PI composites. In this work, the interfacial adhesion was efficiently enhanced by grafting on the CF surface. Surface morphology and surface composition of modified carbon fibers were characterized, which indicated that acrylamide was grafted successfully on the CF surface and the surface roughness was increased slightly. After grafting, the interface shear strength of modified carbon fibers/PI composites was significantly improved by 86.96%, and the interlaminar shear strength was enhanced by 55.61% due to the covalent bonds in interphase and the toughening effect of sizing agent. Moreover, the mechanical properties of composites with different interfacial adhesion were measured, which further confirmed the effect of the grafting modification.  相似文献

通过葡萄糖、丙烯酸羟乙酯和丁二胺反应,制备了含不饱和双键的糖基功能单体。 采用傅里叶红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对合成的产物进行结构表征确定。 采用紫外光引发接枝聚合技术,将制备的不饱和糖单体接枝聚合到聚氨酯膜的表面,以衰减全反射模式下傅里叶红外光谱对表面接枝反应进行了确认。 通过静态水接触角实验和血小板黏附实验,分别对改性聚氨酯膜表面的亲水性和血液相容性进行了研究,结果表明,改性聚氨酯膜表面的接触角从86°降低到45°,血小板的粘附量由14.36×103 cells/mm2减少到2.57×103 cells/mm2,亲水性明显增强,血液相容性显著改善。  相似文献

The modified fiber has been characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), elemental analysis and the grafting yield. From the SEM micrographs, the surface of the grafted Kevlar fiber is rougher than that of the untreated fiber, and the elemental analysis indicated that the nitrogen content of the treated fibers is higher than that of the untreated fiber. All the results suggested that AM must have been grafted onto the Kevlar surface through HRP-mediated radical initiated grafting reaction. The probably mechanism of HRP catalyzed grafting of AM onto Kevlar surface is proposed.  相似文献

Two grafting methods, i.e. solution grafting and pre-adsorbing, are introduced to covalently immobilizehydrophilic polymers on segmented polyurethane (SPU) to modify its hydrophilicity and to improve its cell compatibility.Solution grafting results in higher degree of grafting and rougher surface morphology. Cell culture evaluation demonstratesthat the modified membranes thus obtained are disadvantageous to the endothelial cell (ECs) growth probably because thehydrophilic groups on the surface are over-crowded. However, pre-absorbing grafting generates lower degree of grafting,which is detected and confirmed by ATR-FTIR spectra and water conted angle. Scanning electron microscopic (SEM)measurement shows that the latter method produces a plane and smooth morphology, which is similar to the SPU controlsample controlled. When grafting with lower monomer concentration, ECs could grow on SPU-g-PHEA [poly(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate)], SPU-g-PAAm (polyacrylamide), SPU-g-PDMA [poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)] orquatemized SPU-g-PDMA surface with elongated cell shapes. Hence, the cell compatibility of SPU is improved and a usefulmethod to construct a cell compatible layer on the polymer surface has been developed.  相似文献

This paper is focused on the synthesis and characterization of hydrophobically modified polyelectrolytes and their use as reducing as well as stabilizing agents for the formation of gold nanoparticles. Commercially available poly(acrylic acid) has been hydrophobically modified with various degrees of grafting of butylamine introduced randomly along the chain. Different analytical methods are performed, i.e., IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy in combination with elemental analysis to determine the degree of grafting. The modified polymers can successfully be used for the controlled single-step synthesis and stabilization of gold nanoparticles. The process of nanoparticle formation is investigated by means of UV-vis spectroscopy. The size and shape of the particles obtained in the presence of unmodified or modified polyelectrolytes are characterized by dynamic light scattering, zeta potential measurements and transmission electron microscopy. The polyelectrolytes were involved in the crystallization process of the nanoparticles, and in the presence of hydrophobic microdomains at the particle surface, a better stabilization at higher temperature can be observed.  相似文献

The modification of chitosan via grafting of glycolic acid and subsequent polycondensation during heat treatment have been studied. The formation of copolymers, the degree of amidization of amino groups, and the length of side polyglycolide chains are investigated by IR spectroscopy and gravimetry. The structural features and surface behavior of the films based on chitosan modified by poly(glycolic acid) are examined by X-ray diffraction and AFM. The grafting of side polyglycolide chains leads to marked changes in the chitosan structure. The study of the sorption behavior of the films based on the modified chitosan confirms the hydrophobization of chitosan via grafting of poly(glycolic acid).  相似文献

在混合溶剂中通过"grafting to"的方法将2种分子量不同的聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG M_w=750,4000)接枝到氨基修饰的St?ber法二氧化硅(SiO_2-NH_2)表面,制备双分布纳米接枝复合物.采用二步法,先将带环氧端基的低分子量聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG-EO)与SiO_2-NH_2在甲苯溶剂中充分反应后,与高分子量的MPEG-EO在甲苯和正癸烷的混合溶剂中使用相同的反应条件和后处理方法,能便捷制备出具有双分布接枝的纳米复合物.在接枝反应体系中,分子链的链段尺寸和接枝密度之间存在着密切关系.一定的范围内,接枝密度随链段尺寸减小而增大.通过改变混合溶剂比例来调控接枝链段的尺寸,可以很好控制聚合物的接枝密度.在双分布接枝的纳米复合物中,低分子量的接枝密度为0.85 chains/nm~2,高分子量的接枝密度能达到0.40 chains/nm~2,体现出了简单、高效、可控的特点,与聚环氧乙烷(PEO)共混后分散良好,对于制备出均匀分散的纳米复合材料起到了一定的指导作用.  相似文献

Direct-current pulsed plasma treatment (DPPT) followed by thermal-induced graft polymerization with acrylic acid (AA) was used to modify poly(ethylene terephthalate)/polyethylene (PET/PE) non-woven fabric (NWF) in this study. The water contact angle of plasma modified NWF decreased sharply with DPPT time in 4 s. The water content of the NWF increased with DPPT time and levelled off after 30 s. Chemical analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicated that the surface property of modified NWF could be maintained for more than 8 months under ambient conditions and could be further improved by grafting with acrylic acid. The concentration of AA in PET/PE-g-AA NWF increased both with the monomer concentration and the plasma treatment time. The maximum grafting density was 1.17 μmol/cm2 with 40 s DPPT and 20% (w/w) AA. Improved biocompatibility of the modified NWF was confirmed with 3T3 fibroblast cells where cell viability was analyzed by MTT assays. More cells were found to attach to the modified NWF with higher growth rates, indicating that an improvement in surface properties by DPPT followed by graft polymerization of AA is beneficial for cell attachment and growth. A much more uniform cell distribution was found within the modified NWF from confocal laser scanning microscope observations.  相似文献

Acrylic acid was grafted on the surface of polypropylene (PP) film via plasma‐induced technology. It was shown by FT‐IR that there were carboxyl groups on the surface of the modified PP film. The grafting ratio was analyzed quantitatively through a dyeing process. The effects of the technology parameters of the plasma‐treatment and graft polymerization on the grafting ratio, such as power, discharge time, concentration of monomer and active species density, reaction temperature and time, were characterized. Moreover, the content of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) that was anchored on the surface of the modified PP film was measured through enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results show that the amount of CNTF immobilized on the surface of the modified PP film increase with increasing content of carboxyl groups, showing that the existence of carboxyl groups on the surface of the PP film is beneficial to the immobilization of CNTF.  相似文献

In this work, the surface characteristics of poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PNVP)-modified nonwoven fabric (NWF) membranes and the effects of the surface characteristics on the membranes antifouling properties were investigated. Effects of grafting time, grafting temperature, and monomer concentration on the grafting degree of PNVP were systematically investigated. The effect of grafting degree on the surface characteristics was also investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the structural and morphological changes on the membrane surface. The water contact angles decreased from 113±1.2° to 52±3°, which means that the hydrophilicity of the modified NWF was enhanced with increasing PNVP grafting degree. The surface free energy was calculated, which showed an increase after modification. Static bovine serum albumin (BSA) adsorption experiments were carried out, which showed a decrease of 82.5%. Permeation experiments of water and supernatant solution of active sludge were carried out to determine the antifouling characteristics against the extracellular polymeric substance. Results demonstrated that the modified NWF had higher permeation fluxes and lower flux loss in comparison with the original NWF. Bacterial adhesion on the membrane surface was largely suppressed after the introduction of PNVP.  相似文献
