A cheap, green, and highly efficient one‐pot method for the synthesis of O‐protected allylic alcohols is described. By utilizing 2,2,2‐trifluoroacetophenone as the organocatalyst and H2O2 as the oxidant, a variety of allylic amine N‐oxides were synthesized, which upon heating are converted to the final products through a [2,3]‐Meisenheimer rearrangement.  相似文献

A conductance study of the interaction between substituted ammonium ions with three crown ethers in aqueous solution has been carried out at different temperatures. The formation constants of the 1 : 1 complexes at various temperatures were determined from the molar conductance-mole ratio data and found to vary in the order 18C6 > 15C5 > 12C4 for the same salt and with the same crown, the formation constants vary in the order (C2H5)3NHCl > (C2H5)4NBr > (CH3)3NPhI.The enthalpy and entropy of complexation were determined from the temperature dependence of the formation constants. The results indicate that the complexation process is enthalpy unfavored and entropy favored. The influence on the thermodynamic data for different parameters such as cavity size of crown ethers and nature of salt are discussed.  相似文献

In the present work, the electrooxidation of hydroquinones 1a and 1b , and catechols 1c and 1d was studied in the presence of rhodanine ( 3 ) as nucleophile in a mixture of EtOH and phosphate buffer solution as ‘green’ media using cyclic voltammetry and controlled‐potential coulometry. The results indicated that the corresponding p‐ and o‐quinones formed from the hydroquinones and catechols, respectively, participate in Michael addition reaction to yield new thiazole derivatives. The electrochemical syntheses of these new thiazole derivatives were performed successfully at three graphite rod electrodes in undivided cells in good‐to‐excellent yields at room temperature without any catalyst.  相似文献

Prickly carbonated hydroxyapatite(CHAp) spheres were obtained via a facile template-free self-assembly method with Na2HPO4 and self-made cubic CaCO3 as reactants. X-ray diffraction results of the product revealed CHAp with high crystallinity could be successfully prepared in a short reaction time. A nucleation mechanism was proposed according to the results of characterizing the resultant powders and analyzing the growth process. It shows that the self-made CaCO3 particles play an important role in the template-free synthesis of prickly spheres.  相似文献

Medium‐sized lactams are important structural motifs found in a variety of bioactive compounds and natural products but are challenging to prepare, especially in optically active form. A Michael addition/proton transfer/lactamization organocascade process is described that delivers medium‐sized lactams, including azepanones, benzazepinones, azocanones, and benzazocinones, in high enantiopurity through the intermediacy of chiral α,β‐unsaturated acylammonium salts. An unexpected indoline synthesis was also uncovered, and the benzazocinone skeleton was transformed into other complex heterocyclic derivatives, including spiroglutarimides, isoquinolinones, and δ‐lactones.  相似文献

This paper reports a simple and robust modular synthetic strategy that leads to a large variety of configurationally and structurally diverse imidazole‐based chiral ionic liquids (CILs) by lipase‐catalyzed resolution. The intimate microscopic interactions of the supramolecular ionic network of these imidazolium chiral salts at the molecular level are investigated both spectroscopically (NMR, FT‐IR‐ATR) and theoretically, and a topological analysis of the experimental electron densities obtained by X‐ray dif fr action of single crystals is performed. Our results support the key role played by the relative configuration of the ‐OR group on the hydrogen‐bonding pattern and its strong influence on the final physical properties of the imidazolium salt. We also obtained a reasonable correlation between the observed melting point and the non‐covalent interactions. The spectroscopic data and the topological analysis reflect the key role played by hydrogen bonds between the OH and imidazolium C2H groups in both cation–anion and cation–cation interactions, with the presence of an OH group leading to an additional inter‐cation interaction. This interaction significantly affects the properties of stereoisomeric salts. Even more interestingly, we also studied the effect of the chirality by comparing enantiopure CILs with their racemic mixtures and found that, with the exception of trans‐Cy6‐OH‐Im‐Bn‐Br, the melting points of the racemic mixtures are higher than those of the corresponding enantiomerically pure forms. For stereoisomeric examples, we have successfully explained the differences in melting temperatures in light of the corresponding structural data. Chirality should therefore be taken into account as a highly attractive design vector in the preparation of ILs with specifically desired properties.  相似文献
