提出了通过控制双激光脉冲宽度的方法来提高N2分子取向程度.利用数值方法求解了N2分子刚性转子模型在双激光脉冲作用下的薛定谔方程,计算了双原子分子N2在总强度固定的两束激光脉冲作用下.不同脉冲宽度对于N2分子取向的影响.研究结果表明,通过调整两束激光脉冲的宽度,选择合适的延迟时间能够有效提高N2分子的取向程度.  相似文献

Giant pulses(GPs) are extremely bright individual pulses of radio pulsar. In microbursts of Crab pulsar, which is an active GP emitter, zebra-pattern-like spectral structures are observed, which are reminiscent of the zebra bands that are observed in type Ⅳ solar radio flares. However, band spacing linearly increases with the band center frequency of ~5-30 GHz. In this study, we propose that the Crab pulsar GP can originate from the coherent instability of plasma near a light cylinder. Further, the growth of coherent instability can be attributed to the resonance observed between the cyclotron-resonant-excited wave and the background plasma oscillation. The particles can be injected into the closed-field line regions owing to magnetic reconnection near a light cylinder. These particles introduce a large amount of free energy that further causes cyclotron-resonant instability, which grows and amplifies radiative waves at frequencies close to the electron cyclotron harmonics that exhibit zebra-pattern-like spectral band structures. Further, these structures can be modulated by the resonance between the cyclotron-resonant-excited wave and the background plasma oscillation. In this scenario, the band structures of the Crab pulsar can be well fitted by a coherent instability model, where the plasma density of a light cylinder should be ~10~(13-15) cm~(-3), with an estimated gradient of 5.5 × 10~5 cm~(-4). This process may be accompanied by high-energy emissions. Similar phenomena are expected to be detected in other types of GP sources that have magnetic fields of ? 106 G in a light cylinder.  相似文献

在超短激光脉冲倍频过程中,由于调制不稳定性而产生多色圆锥辐射. 在多色圆锥辐射的任 意方向上同步注入一束宽带种子光,可以得到相应频率的调制上转换放大. 放大的光脉冲的 中心波长在500 nm时单脉冲能量最大可至150 μJ并且具有60 nm的频谱宽度. 通过改变种子 光的入射角度而实现上转换放大中心波长的连续调谐,范围约为290 nm. 关键词: 调制上转换放大 调制不稳定性 多色圆锥辐射  相似文献

Self-pulsing instability in the ytterbium-doped fiber (YDF) laser is investigated with the pump-bypassed cavity configuration. The residual pump light acts as a probe of the intracavity dynamics, and the temporal behavior of the light shows correlations with the self-mode locking instability in the original cavity and the sustained self-pulsing instability in the modified cavity of the YDF laser. The results suggest that the interactions among stimulated emission, pump absorption and/or reabsorption could account for self-pulsing instability in the YDF laser. The pump-bypassed laser cavity configuration can be used to investigate the instabilities of various kinds of fiber lasers.  相似文献

A method is described for measuring the light pressure and energy of a laser pulse. The method is based on a transformation of the kinetic energy acquired by a suspended object from the laser pulse into the potential energy of a twisted elastic filament. Comparative measurements are made of the energy radiated by a pulsed ruby laser ( = 6943 Å) by a calorimetric method and by a method based on measurement of the light pressure. This latter method essentially eliminates the influence of the radiometric effect on the measured results. 通过Crank Nicolson方法数值求解一维氦原子的含时Schrdinger方程,研究了啁啾激光与中红外激光形成组合场驱动氦原子发射高次谐波的特点.研究结果表明,在组合场驱动下,高次谐波平台区能得到很大的扩展,其截至位置得到大幅度扩展,对平台区不同阶次范围的高次谐波进行叠加均能得到单个的阿秒脉冲,最短可实现46 as的单个脉冲输出,经分析发现,中红外场的加入,不仅使高次谐波的平台得到扩展,而且提高了平台区前端的谐波强度.通过经典计算和对电离几率特点的讨论,解释了发生这种现象的原因.  相似文献

By using the model of multi-photon nonlinear Compton scattering, the nonlinear dispersion relation and Karpman’s model, the influences of the modulation instability on Compton scattering to the linear polarized light in relativistic plasma were studied, the revised equations on the nonlinear dispersion, the control and the growth rate of the modulation instability were given out, and these equations are simulated. The results show that under the same perturbation wave numbers, the even big rate of the modulation instability near the plasma surface are taken place by Compton scattering along with the decreasing of the numbers of the no gauge frequency than before Compton scattering, and the even marked growth rate of the modulation instability near the plasma surface are taken place near the plasma surface than other places. Because the plasma nonlinear is increased by the scattering, the self-focusing and self-turned fine silk are formed.  相似文献

应用多光子非线性Compton 散射模型、电磁波非线性色散方程和Karpman 方法,研究了 Compton 散射对线偏光在相对论等离子体中调制不稳定性的影响,给出了等离子体的非线性色散、控制和调制不稳定性增 长率的修正方程,并进行了数值模拟。结果表明:与散射前相比,随无量纲化频率值减小,即趋于等离子体临界面处,散射使相同扰动波数引起的调制不稳定性增长率更大,使等离子体临界面处的调制不稳定性增长率较其余位置尤为显著。这是由于散射光使等离子体非线性增强,形成了激光场自聚焦和自成丝的缘故。  相似文献

在非线性自散焦LiNbO_3∶Fe晶体中,实验观察了用激光作光源和用白光作光源两种情况下所产生的调制不稳定性,并从三个方面对这两种情况进行了比较。实验结果表明:在两种情况下,达到稳定状态前,MI现象都会随辐照时间的增加而变得越来越清晰,并且MI图样都会随着入射光束形状的变化而变化。不同的是,用白光作光源时,灯丝长度方向与晶体c轴方向的夹角大于等于45°时出现MI,而用激光作光源时,入射光束方向与c轴方向的夹角不大于45°才出现MI。  相似文献

The Weibel instability increment is analytically derived for plasma produced at the barrier-suppression ionization of atoms and atomic ions by a superintense femtosecond laser pulse. The cases of linear and circular polarization are considered. Relativistic effects are discussed. It is found that the instability increment is larger for the circular polarization than for the linear polarization. This increment can attain the plasma frequency. Barrier-suppression ionization decreases the increment compared with the case of tunneling ionization. Relativistic effects also decrease the value of the increment. Estimates of the produced maximum quasistatic magnetic field are given.  相似文献

An experimental study of the absorption of a laser light pulse in a transient, high-density, high-temperature plasma is presented. The plasma is generated around a metallic anode tip by a fast capacitive discharge occurring in vacuum. The amount of transmitted light is measured for plasmas made of different metallic ions in the regions of the discharge of high electronic density. Variation of the transmission during the laser pulse is also recorded. Plasma electrons are considered responsible for the very high absorption observed.  相似文献
