A new Schiff base ligand C19H13NO5(H2L) was synthesized using 2-aminoterephthalic acid and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. A complex of this ligand [Cu(C19H11NO5)(C2H6O)] n was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, fluorescence spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction single-crystal analysis. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Pbca with a = 8.7745(18), b = 18.613(4), c = 24.644(5) Å, V = 4024.9(14) Å3, Z = 8, F(000) = 1816, S = 1.009, ρ calcd = 1.462 g cm?3, μ = 1.122 mm?1, the final R = 0.0477 and wR = 0.1594 for 4609 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The Cu(II) is five-coordinated by one N atom and two O atoms from the Schiff base ligand and two carboxylate O atoms from another two ligands to form a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. Each ligand serves as a bridging ligand to link Cu2+ ions, leading to a two-dimensional coordination polymer. The fluorescence properties of the ligand and complex were also studied. The ligand shows strong fluorescence, and the fluorescence intensity is weakened after the Cu(II) complex formed.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, {[Cd(L1)2(L2)] · 0.25H2O} n (I) and {[Cd(L1)(L3)H2O] · 2H2O} n (II) (L1 = 2-pyrimidineamidoxime, L2 = 4-sulfobenzoate dianion and L3 = 5-sulfosalicylate dianion), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1565646 (I) and 1565728 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 10.1462(3), b = 16.0152(5), c = 14.0349(5) Å, β = 93.267(3)°, V = 2276.87(13) Å3, C68H66N32O29S4Cd4, M = 2373.36, ρcalcd = 1.731 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.109 mm?1, F(000) = 1186, GOOF = 0.806, Z = 1, the final R1 = 0.0287 and wR2 = 0.0733 for I > 2σ(I). Complex II crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21 with a = 6.882(2), b = 17.138(2), c = 7.883(2) Å, β = 103.83(3)°, V = 902.8(4) Å3, C12H16N4O10SCd, M = 520.75, ρcalcd = 1.916 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.388 mm?1, F(000) = 520, GOOF = 1.047, Z = 2, the final R1 = 0.0739 and wR2 = 0.2041 for I > 2σ(I). Crystal structural analysis reveals that complex I possesses the corrugated 1D chain structure extending along the \([\bar 101]\) direction. However, complex II displays a 2D coordination network lying on the ab crystal plane, which can be simplified as a binodal 3-connected 63 topological network by considering Cd2+ ions and L3 ligands as 3-connected nodes. Their photoluminescent and thermal properties were also investigated.  相似文献

Two complexes with derivatives of pyridine as ligands were synthesized and characterized. From the reaction of 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde oxime with Cu(OAc)2 · H2O afforded the complex C20H30N6O12Cu3 (I), and the use of 3-hydroxy-2-pyridinecarboxylic acid with anhydrous MnCl2 · 4H2O led to the formation of another complex C12H14N2OCl2Mn (II). They were characterized by X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 568718 (I) and 1568880 (II)), NMR, IR and elemental analysis. For I: terigonal, space group R\(\bar 3\)/H, a = 42.548(3), c = 10.2774(9) Å, V = 16113(2) Å3, Z = 18, ρcalcd = 1.367 Mg/m3, the final R factor was R1 = 0.0945, 6662 for reflections were observed with I > 2σ(I), wR = 0.162 for all data. For II: triclinic, Pī, a = 5.6174(9), b = 7.7259(13), c = 9.7160(16) Å, α = 70.444(3)°, β = 88.009(3)°, γ = 89.818(3)°, V = 397.09(11) Å3, Z = 1, ρcalcd = 1.840 Mg/m3, the final R factor was R1 = 0.0281, 4280 for reflections were observed with I > 2σ(I), wR = 0.0775 for all data.  相似文献

Two Mn(II) coordination polymers, {[Mn3 (Pfca)6(Phen)2] · 2DMF} n (I) and [Mn(Pfca)2(Phen)(H2O)] n (II) (HPfca = 4-fluorocinnamic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 967513 (I), 1542972 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system, space group Pī with a = 11.0821(11), b = 12.2632(12), c = 15.0288(15) Å, α = 87.3760(10)°, β = 88.4610(10)°, γ = 81.2220(10)°, V = 2016.0(3) Å3, ρc = 1.369 g/cm3, M r = 1662.25, Z = 1, F(000) = 853, μ = 0.543 mm–1, the final R = 0.0592 and wR = 0.1681 for 15498 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex II is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 18.0539(19), b = 8.5806(9), c = 18.758(2) Å, β = 116.5700(10)°, V = 2599.0(5) Å3, ρc = 1.491 g/cm3, M r = 583.44, Z = 4, F(000) = 1196, μ = 0.567 mm–1, the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0853 for 18139 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex I features linear Mn(II)-trinuclear units, which form 1D chain structure through F···F weak interactions, and complex II is 1D polymeric Mn(II)-chains. Antiferromagnetic coupling interactions exist within Mn(II)- carboxylate trinuclear in I (J =–0.40 cm–1) and Mn(II)-carboxylate chain in II (J =–0.45 cm–1).  相似文献

The crystal structures of cobalt(II) Schiff base complex (CoIIL2 · H2O) and Schiff base ligand 3,5-dichlorosalicylidene-2-chlorophenylmethylamine (HL) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The geometry around cobalt in CoIIL2 · H2O is distorted tetrahedral. CoIIL2 · H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, in space group C2/c, with crystallographic parameters: a = 12.9143(16) Å, b = 8.8326(16) Å, c = 25.115(3) Å, β = 92.791(10)°, V = 2861.4(7) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1420, and the final R indices (I > 2σ(I)) are R 1 = 0.0440, wR 2 = 0.1272. HL crystallizes in the monoclinic system, in space group P21/c, with crystallographic parameters: a = 11.9764(15), b = 8.2331(10), c = 14.2211(17) Å, β = 98.723(6)°, V = 1386.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 640, and the final R indices (I > 2σ(I)) are R 1 = 0.0397, wR 2 = 0.1018.  相似文献

The products of 4′,5′-dibromobenzo-15-crown-5 (I) cyanation by the Rosenmund-Braun reaction are studied by the 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy methods. X-ray diffraction analysis of two isolated products, i.e., di(4′,5′-dicyanobenzo-15-crown-5) 1.6 hydrate {(CN)2B15C5}2 · 1.6H2O (IIa) and 4′,5′-dicyanobenzo-15-crown-5,4′-cyano-5′-cyano(bromo)benzo-15-crown-5 dihydrate (CN)3.85Br0.15(B15C5)2 · 2H2O (III) is performed. Crystals IIa are monoclinic, a = 15.882(2) Å, b = 11.412(2) Å, c = 18.484(3) Å, β = 100.717(3)°, V = 3291.7(9) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/c, R = 0.0746 for 4775 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Crystals III are monoclinic, a = 15.956(3) Å, b = 11.425(2) Å, c = 18.865(4) Å, β = 99.32(3)°, V = 3394(1) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/c, R = 0.0692 for 2070 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compounds IIa and III have similar structures with two crystallographically independent molecules in each (A and B in IIa; C and D in III). Four of the five O atoms of a macrocycle in molecules A and C form hydrogen bonds with the water molecules. The latter molecules lie above and below the cycle plane at a distance of ~2 Å from this plane. The A and C molecules have identical conformations (TTG TTG TTG TTG TTC) that differ from those of molecules B (TTG TGG STT SSG TTC) and D (TTC TSG STT SSG TTC).  相似文献

The first vertical electron affinities EA of 13 series of molecules and free radicals D(X i ) n are related to the inductive (σ I ), resonance (σ R ? ), and polarization (σα) parameters of substituents X i by the dependences EA = EA H + aΣσ I + bΣσ R/? + cΣσα: In radical anions D(X i ) n , compared to radical cations D(X i ) n , the polarization interaction is weaker or similar in magnitude but has an opposite sign. The previously unknown resonance parameters σ R ? of substituents SiMe3 and CH2SiMe3 bound to the radical anion center H2C=CH were calculated.  相似文献

The bimolecular and termolecular complexes involving PO2Cl and XCN/C6H6 (X = F, Cl, Br) were designed to form the π-hole pnicogen bonds and σ-hole halogen bonds, to compare the two types of interactions and investigate the mutual influences between them. PO2Cl was used as simultaneous π-hole and σ-hole donor; it can interact with electron donor to form π-hole pnicogen bond and σ-hole halogen bond. The π-hole interactions are stronger than the σ-hole interactions, in both the bimolecular and the termolecular complexes. Comparing the mutual effects of the π-hole interactions and σ-hole interactions, the π-hole interaction has a greater influence on the σ-hole interaction than vice versa. With the addition of σ-hole halogen bond, the V S,max value outside the π-hole region of PO2Cl becomes decreasingly positive, resulting in a weaker π-hole interaction. With the addition of π-hole pnicogen bond, the V S,max value outside the σ-hole region of PO2Cl becomes small, also resulting in a weaker σ-hole interaction. The π-hole pnicogen bond and σ-hole halogen bond weaken each other, i.e., there is a negative cooperative effect in the termolecular complexes.  相似文献

Single crystals of CsNbMoO6 were grown from solution in melt, and their crystal structure was solved by X-ray diffraction (R[I > 2σ(I)]1 = 0.0386). Crystals were cubic, а = 10.41039(8) Å, Z = 8, space group \(F\bar 43m\). The synthesized crystals were shown to exhibit the second harmonic generation effect, which confirmed the absence of an inversion center in the structure. The structure was built of MO6 (M = Nb, Mo) octahedra, which share all vertices to form a three-dimensional framework where niobium and molybdenum atoms are randomly distributed. Framework interstices accommodate cesium ions. Crystals of CsNbMoO6 can be considered as pseudo-symmetric with respect to space group \(Fd\bar 3m\) due to a small shift of some oxygen atoms relative to the regular system of points in this group.  相似文献

In continuation of a systematic study of bis(citrate)germanates, we synthesized a number of heterometallic germanium(IV) and 3d metal complexes based in citric acid (H4Cit) with the molecular formula [M(H2O)6][Ge(HCit)2] · nH2O, where M = Fe, n = 4 (I); Co, n = 2 (II); Ni, n = 2 (III); Cu, n = 1 (IV); Zn, n = 3 (V). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray diffraction analysis of compound I was performed. Crystals are monoclinic, a = 10.091(4) Å, b = 11.126(4) Å, c = 10.996(4) Å, β = 100.966(6)°, V = 1212.1(8) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/n, R1 = 0.0561 for 2266 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound I is composed of centrosymmetric octahedral complexes-[Ge(HCit)2]2? anions and [Fe(H2O)6]2+ cations—and crystallization water molecules. Structural units in compound I are combined by a hydrogen bond system.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

Single crystals of diisopropylammonium dicitratoborate of the formula (C3H7)2NH2[(C6H6O7)2B] (I) were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 15.9978(5) Å, b = 11.0805(4) Å, c = 13.1872(4) Å, α = 90°, β = 103.34(1)°, γ = 90°, Z = 8, V = 2274.5 (1) Å 3, Z = 8, ρcalc = 1.440 g/cm3, 2237 reflections with I > 2σ(I); R1 = 0.0408. Structure I is built from complex spiran-type dicitratoborate anions and diisopropylammonium cations. In the crystal packing, the anions and the cations form staggered stacks linked by a system of hydrogen bonds involving three independent contacts O(N)-H...O. X-ray diffraction data for structure I were compared with those for complexes of boric and citric acids with ammonium and alkylammonium cations.  相似文献

Single crystals of a mixed-ligand cadmium complex of the composition Cd(PHBA)2(MEA) 2 are grown from the solution of Cd(CH3OO)2, p-hydroxybenzoic acid (PHBA) and monoethanolamine (MEA) in aqueous ethanol. The crystallographic data are as follows: a = 11.6400(2) Å, b = 10.1363(1) Å, c = 16.6296(2) Å, β = 93.937(1)°, space group I2/a, V = 1957.44(5) Å3, Z = 4. In the complex molecule located on the twofold axis, ligands of both types are bidentately bound to the cadmium ion having the coordination number 8. In the crystal structure, two H bonds of the O–H???O type combine complex molecules into layers parallel to the ab plane.  相似文献

Two complexes [Zn(SALIMP)(CH3CO2)]2 (1) and [Cu(SALIMP)Cl] (2) are obtained by the reactions of zinc(II) and copper(II) salts with a tridentate Schiff base ligand 2-[[(2-pyridinylmethyl) imino]methyl]phenol (HSALIMP). Their structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The isolation of stable carbenes of the Arduengo (1a) and Wanzlick (2a) type has prompted us to look for stable nitrenium ions of the related structural type 1-ethyl-3-(phenyl)-1,2,3-triazolium perchlorate (6+). The title compound C10H14Cl N3O4 was isolated and structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a=6.697(4) Å, b=9.724(9) Å, c=19.844(2) Å and Z=4. The final residual factor is R1=0.0471 for 1545 reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The syntheses of the complex nickel salt [NiL2] · 2H2O (I) (HL is 2-[2′-(oxymethyldiphenylphosphinyl) phenyldiazenyl]-4-tert-butylphenol) was described. The basic vibrational frequencies in the IR spectra of I were interpreted. Crystal structure of I was determined by X-ray crystallography: the crystals are triclinic, a = 10.331(2) Å, b = 11.310(2) Å, c = 11.641(2) Å, α = 87.48(3)°, = 89.10(3)°, = 82.06(3)°, V = 1345.8(5) Å3, Z = 1, space group P \(\bar 1\) R = 0.0554 (for 3358 reflections with I > 2σ (I)). The coordination polyhedron of the nickel atom is a centrosymmetric square formed by the oxygen atom of the substituted phenol and one of the nitrogen atoms of the azo group of each of the two deprotonated bidentate chelating ligands L? (Ni-N, 1.887(2) Å; Ni-O, 1.810(2) Å). In the crystal of I, complex molecules are stacked to form a layer parallel to the ab plane. The crystal water molecules are located in a layer stabilize it by hydrogen bonds with the complexes.  相似文献

A coordination polymer “[Mn(PDB)(H2O)2] · H2O” n (I) (H2PDB = pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of complex I are triclinic: C7H9NMnO7, M = 274.09; a = 7.2389(18), b = 8.045(2), c = 9.157(2) Å, α = 75.421(12)° β = 68.092(9)°, γ = 76.021(12)°, V = 1472.3(2) Å3, Z = 2, ρ c = 1.927 g/cm3, μ = 1.420 mm?1, space group P \(\bar 1\) F(000) = 278, R = 0.0253 and wR = 0.0621 for 1709 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction structure analyses reveal that two-dimensional layers were formed as bridged by PDB, and further assembled into the three-dimensional framework supramolecular structure via hydrogen bonding interaction. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal an antiferromagnetic interaction in I.  相似文献

The title complexes, K[GaIII(Cydta)] · 2H2O(Cydta = trans-1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid) and K[GaIII(Pdta)] · 3H2O (Pdta = propylenediaminetetraacetic acid), were prepared, and their structures were studied by IR spectra, elemental analyses, NMR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. In the K[GaIII(Cydta)] · 2H2O complex, the Ga3+ is six-coordinated by the Cydta ligand yielding an octahedral conformation, and the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the P21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 16.5039(19), b = 13.1499(16), c = 8.5204(10) Å, β = 101.650(2)°, V = 1811.0(4) Å3, Z = 4, ρ = 1.757 g/cm3, μ = 1.805 mm?1, F(000) = 984, R = 0.0291, and wR = 0.0698 for 3713 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In the K[GaIII(Pdta)] · 3H2O complex, the Ga3+ is also six-coordinated by the Pdta ligand yielding an almost standard octahedral conformation, and the complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with P212121 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 8.8913(10), b = 11.6181(13), c = 17.0227(19) Å, V = 1758.4(3) Å3, Z = 4, ρ = 1.757 g/cm3, μ = 1.862 mm?1, F(000) = 952, R = 0.0288, and wR = 0.0724 for 3556 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I).  相似文献

The treatment of o-diaminobenzene with Zn ( OAc )2 · 2H2O in alcohol results in the formation of mononuclear bis(o-diaminobenzene)diacetate Zinc, Zn[C8H11N2O2]2. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex is also characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR. Cobalt (III) complexes with N-salicylidene-2-hydroxy-5-bromobenzylamine (H2sbba) and N-salicylidene-2-hydroxy-5-chlorobenzylamine (H2scba), [n-(C4H9)4N][Co(sbba)2] (I) and [n-(C4H9)4N][Co(scba)2] (II), were synthesized. The crystal structure of II was determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method at 90 K confirming its crystallization in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.729(2) Å, b = 16.901(3) Å, c = 21.483(4) Å, β = 98.840(4)°, V = 4208.2(14) Å3, Dx = 1.295 g cm?3, and Z = 4. The R1 [I > 2σ(I)] and wR2 (all data) values of 0.0664 and 0.1920, respectively, for all 9521 independent reflections. The compound is composed of a tetra(n-butyl)ammonium cation and an octahedral cobalt(III) complex anion with two scba2? ligands in a meridional fashion. The electronic spectral features of I and II are consistent with the octahedral cobalt(III) ion with an N2O4 donor set.  相似文献
