The synthesis of benzo[b]phenanthro[1,2-d]thiphene ( 1 ), benzo[b]phenanthro[4,3-d]thiophene ( 2 ), benzo-[b]phenanthro[2,1-d]thiophene ( 3 ) and benzo[b]phenanthro[3,4-d]thiophene ( 4 ) from appropriately substituted olefines by photochemical cyclodehydrogenation is described. Superparamagnetic nanoparticles of modified thioglycolic acid (γ‐Fe2O3@SiO2‐SCH2CO2H) represent a new, efficient and green catalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazine] derivatives via domino Knoevenagel–Michael–cyclization reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, benzene‐1,2‐diamines, ninhydrin and isatin. This novel magnetic organocatalyst was easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation using an external magnet and reused at least six times without significant loss in its activity. The catalyst was fully characterized using various techniques. This procedure was also applied successfully for the synthesis of benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazines.  相似文献

All isomers of the monomethylbenzo[b]naphth[2,1-d]thiophenes were synthesized using photocyclization of 3-styrylbenzo[b]thiophenes. The 1-, 3-, 4-, and 5-methylbenzo[b]naphtho[2,1-d]thiophenes were synthesized by irradiation of the corresponding methylated 3-styrylbenzo[b]thiophenes which were prepared by the Wadsworth-Emmons reaction of diethyl benzo[b]thenylphosphonate with o-, m-, p-tolualdehyde and acetophenone. The 7-, 8-, 9- and 10-methylbenzo[b]naphtho[2,1-d]thiophenes were synthesized by decarboxylation of 7-, 8-, 9- and 10-methylbenzo[b]naphtho[2,1-d]thiophene-6-carboxylic acid with copper in quinoline. These carboxylic acids were prepared by photocyclization of the corresponding 2-(benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl)-3-phenylpropenoic acids which were prepared by the condensation of the methylated benzo[b]thiophene-3-ylacetic acids with benzaldehyde in the presence of triethylamine in acetic anhydride.  相似文献

2‐(1H ‐benzo[d ]imidazol‐2‐yl)anilines reacted with haloketones including 5‐chloropentan‐2‐one and 6‐chlorohexan‐2‐one catalyzed by iodine, giving benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2‐c ]pyrrolo[1,2‐a ]quinazoline and 6H ‐benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2‐c ]pyrido[1,2‐a ]quinazoline derivatives, respectively. This domino‐type reaction formed two new heterocycles and three new covalent bonds in one‐pot procedure and provided a green method for the synthesis of fused pentacyclic heterocycles bearing both quinazoline and benzimidazole moieties in ionic liquids.  相似文献

The syntheses of 4-(benzo[b]furan-3-yl)piperidines, 4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)piperidines and 4-(benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl)piperidines with 5-HT2 antagonist activity are described. Reaction of 1-acetyl-4-(2,4-difluorobenzo-yl)piperidine 2 with methyl glycolate gave methyl 6-fluoro-3-(1-acetylpiperidin-4-yl)benzo[b]furan-2-carboxylate 3 , which was converted to 2-[2-[4-(benzo[b]furan-3-yi)piperidin-1-yl]ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo-[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochloride 9 . Analogous benzo[b]furans 17a-d and benzo[b]thiophenes 10a,b and 18a were prepared by a similar method. Cyclization of 4-fluoro-2-(4-pyridinylmethoxy)acetophenones 20a,b afforded 4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)pyridines 21a,b , which were converted to 2-[2-[4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)-piperidin-1-yl]ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochlorides 24a,b. Among them, benzo[b]furans 9 and 17a,d and benzo[b]thiophenes 10 and 18a showed potent 5-HT2 antagonist activity in vitro.  相似文献

An efficient and straightforward protocol for one-pot, three-component reaction of aryl glyoxal monohydrates 1a-h , 5-amino-1-aryl-3-methylpyrazoles 2a , b and 4-hydroxyquinoline-2(1H)-one ( 3 ) or 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone ( 4 ) using silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) as a high performance nanocatalyst in H2O/EtOH at 60°C afforded the corresponding polyfunctionalized benzo[h]pyrazolo[3,4-b][1,6]naphthyridines 5a-h and benzo[g]pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinolines 6a-i , respectively. Excellent catalytic activity, high yields, employing green media and green nanocatalyst, cost-effective and simple procedure are some notable advantages of using AgNPs as a noble metal nanocatalyst in this synthetic strategy. The structures of fused heterocycles were confirmed by their Fourier transform infrared, proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), and 13C-NMR spectral data and microanalysis.  相似文献

Lithiation of S-(2-methylphenyl) N,N,N',N'-tetramethylphosphorodiamidothioate with sec-BuLi at -105° gave the corresponding benzylic anion which was acylated with various aromatic esters to give various deoxybenzoin derivatives in moderate to high yields. Acidic treatment of these products in refluxing formic acid gave 2-arylbenzo[b]thiophene derivatives. 2-Methylbenzo[b]thiophene and benzo[b]thiophen-2(3H)-one were also prepared using the similar procedure.  相似文献

The diastereoselective synthesis of 6‐aroyl‐3,5‐diarylspiro[cyclohexa‐2,4‐diene‐1,2′2′,3′‐dihydro‐1′H‐benzo[e]indoles] 6 and ‐benzo[g]indoles] 7 from 2,4,6‐triarylpyrylium perchlorates 1 and in situ generated 2‐methylene‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzo[e]indoles 3 or ‐benzo[g]indoles 5 (anhydrobases of the corresponding 2‐methyl‐1H‐benzo[e]indolium perchlorates 2 and 2‐methyl‐3H‐benzo[g]indolium perchlorates 4 , respectively) in the presence of triethylamine/acetic acid in ethanol by a 2,5‐[C4+C2] pyrylium ring transformation is reported. The syntheses of the K-oxides and K-imine derivatives of benzo[b]phenanthro[2,3-d]thiophene and benzo-[b]phenanthro[3,2-d]thiophene are described. The parent hydrocarbons 1 and 2 were oxidized with osmium tetroxide and sodium metaperiodate, and the dialdehydes 12 and 18 so formed, cyclized to the corresponding epoxides 1a,12b-dihydrobenz[b]oxireno[9,10]phenanthro[2,3-d]thiophene ( 7 ) and 1a,12b-dihydrobenz-[b]oxireno[9,10]phenanthro[3,2-d]thiophene ( 13 ). Reaction of the oxiranes with sodium azide gave mixtures of azido-alcohols that, in turn, were transformed to the thiaarene imines 1a,12b-dihydro-1H-benz[b]azirino-[9,10]phenanthro[2,3-d]thiophene ( 8 ) and 1a,12b-dihydro-1H-benz[b]azirino[9,10]phenanthro[3,2-d]thiophene ( 14 ), respectively, with the aid of tri-n-butylphosphine.  相似文献

Reaction between 6-methoxy-1-tetralone, methyl propiolate and an ammonia-saturated methanolic solution led to 5,6-dihydro-8-methoxybenzo[h]quinolin-2(1H)-one in good yields. Subsequent aromatization, chlorination, substitution and demethylation enabled us to prepare 2-amino-substituted benzo[h]quinoline derivatives. These compounds, which are structurally related to the antitumor benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids by deletion of a ring, were tested on cultured murine lymphoblastic leukaemia cells (L1210). Results showed that they are devoid of cytotoxicity.  相似文献

The preparation of a variety of benzo[c]cinnolines as well as benzo[c]cinnoline monoxides and dioxides by reduction of the corresponding 2,2-dinitrobiphenyls with hydrogen and Raney nickel of low activity is described. The detailed procedures developed produce superior yields of benzo[c]cinnoline monoxides and dioxides. The structure of some intensely-colored red-violet amino, alkylamino, and hydroxybenzo[c]cinnoline monoxides and dioxides is discussed and these are compared with the essentially colorless alkoxyl and acetylamino derivatives. The long wave length band in the U. V. spectrum of the colored compounds is compared.  相似文献
