We report an experimental study of electron transport properties of MnSe/(Bi,Sb)_2Te_3 heterostructures,in which MnSe is an antiferromagnetic insulator,and(Bi,Sb)_2Te_3 is a three-dimensional topological insulator(TI).Strong magnetic proximity effect is manifested in the measurements of the Hall effect and longitudinal resistances.Our analysis shows that the gate voltage can substantially modify the anomalous Hall conductance,which exceeds 0.1 e~2/h at temperature T=1.6 K and magnetic field μ_0H=5 T,even though only the top TI surface is in proximity to MnSe.This work suggests that heterostructures based on antiferromagnetic insulators provide a promising platform for investigating a wide range of topological spintronic phenomena.  相似文献

Based on the measurement of the magnetic characteristics of In−Bi, In−Tl, In−Pb, Sn−Bi and Sn−Sb superconducting alloys it was stated that the phase transition type I→ type II superconductivity is of higher than second order. Comparing the experimental data with the Lifshitz’s theory it is shown that the addition falls between the values of 0.63 and 0.77.

Effects of Bi substitution upon magnetic and magnetodielectric properties of Y3Fe5O12 ceramics were investigated. It was found that the saturation magnetization decreases and the magnetic ordering temperature increases as the amount of Bi increases. The contribution of intrinsic and extrinsic effects to magnetodielectric effects decreases with increase of Bi, which results in the decrease of magnetodielectric coefficient of Y3−xBixFe5O12 ceramics.  相似文献

使用快速烧结和溶胶-凝胶方法制备了Bi(Fe1-xMnx)O3的块材陶瓷,其x能够达到0.3,因而可以得到较细的粉末. 经X射线衍射谱和拉曼光谱研究发现其结构转变取决于锰的掺杂浓度. 当x=0.05和0.1时,Bi(Fe1-xMnx)O3的结构保持斜方六面体结构;当x=0.3时,Bi(Fe1-xMnx)O3的结构变化到正方六面体结构.在x=0.05和0.1时观测到弱铁磁性,但在x=0.3时观测到强顺磁性. 这显示了Bi(Fe1-xMnx)O3从反铁磁性到顺磁性的磁相变,同时也表明其结构从R3C变化到C222. 在30和140 K, x=0.05和0.1时,观察到Bi(Fe1-xMnx)O3的两个反常现象. 在30 K时,直流磁记忆和缓慢测量Bi(Fe1-xMnx)O3团族的反常现象与冷冻的旋转玻璃系统有关.  相似文献

The interlayer coupling in three-layer FeNi/Bi/FeNi films is studied by electron magnetic resonance. The magnetic anisotropy at the permalloy–bismuth interface is shown to play a significant role in the formation of the magnetic state of the film structure. The interlayer coupling oscillation period is found to be about 8 nm. The interlayer coupling and the interface anisotropy and their temperature dependences are determined.  相似文献

用真空电子束蒸发制备了MnBixAl0.15薄膜.当0.4≤x≤0.7时,MnBixAl0.15薄膜的Kerr角与MnBix薄膜相比有显著增大;而当x>0.7时,MnBixAl0.15的Kerr角则比MnBix的要不,633nm波长测量时,MnBi0.5Al0.15的Kerr角为2.75°,而相对应的MnBi0.5薄膜只有1.56°.MnBi05Al0.15薄膜的室温饱和磁化强度Ms为3×105A/m,比MnBi0.5薄膜的Ms(4×105A/m)要小.推测当0.4≤x≤0.7时,Al可能部分占据Bi空位和部分取代Mn位,由于晶格收缩使得Mn 3d电子与Bi 6p电子的杂化概率增大,从而导致其Kerr效应增强. 关键词:  相似文献

Hysteretic force-separation relations for Tl, Bi and Y based superconductors and a magnet are compared. The magnitudes of the forces, the hysteresis, and the magnetic stiffness were all largest in the three-layer Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Ox compound, indicating strong flux pinning. The hysteresis in both two and three layer thallium compounds was sufficient to generate attractive forces as the superconductor and magnet were moved apart. The use of remanent fields to improve stability of levitated and suspended magnets is described.  相似文献

Evidence that local ordered magnetic fields from 30 to 250 G exist in bismuth-based diamagnetic compounds comprising neither d- nor f-elements was given by 209Bi NQR spectroscopy and supported by SQUID measurements of α-Bi2O3. The NQR experiments involved a study of the zero-field line shapes, analysis of the Zeeman-perturbed patterns, and examination of the zero-field spin-echo envelopes in single crystals and powders. The results of the experiments followed by computer modeling of the observed spectra were interpreted assuming that ordered magnetic fields are located at the bismuth sites in α-Bi2O3, Bi3O4Br, Bi2Al4O9, Bi4Ge3O12, Bi2Ge3O9 and perhaps in Bi3B5O12. Above Curie temperature, MnBi crystals are aligned in situ along the c-axis in a Bi matrix by a high fabrication magnetic field H f of 10 T. Magnetic testing shows a pronounced anisotropy in magnetization in directions normal and parallel to the fabrication field, resulting from the alignment. The successful alignment m v result from the fact that the easy magnetization direction is along the c-axis of MnBi and the high fabrication field of 10 T is large enough to rotate the )MnBi crystal to this direction even though the temperature is above the Curie temperature.  相似文献

Bi(Fe1 − xMnx)O3 ceramics (x up to 0.3) were prepared by rapid sintering. Weak ferromagnetism with two magnetic anomalies at low temperatures was observed for Bi(Fe0.95Mn0.05)O3 and Bi(Fe0.9Mn0.1)O3. From temperature-dependent magnetic relaxation measurements, the anomalies at 20 K and 100 K are related to the freezing of cluster spin glass.  相似文献

该文以超导量子干涉元件研究光激发氦三极化气体的低磁场磁共振与造影术.使用圆偏极化雷色光将氦三气体极化,超导量子干涉元件磁共振与造影之测量是以磁通耦合方式来进行,超导量子干涉元件是用铋锶钙铜氧高溫超导罐来隔离环境噪音.此方法测得的磁共振信号与影像相较于直接将样品置于杜瓦瓶下方有较高的信噪比,当样品无法靠近感测元件时,此装置具高信噪比特色.磁通耦合方式的超导量子干涉元件低磁场磁共振与造影术及其氦三极化气体的肺部造影在学术与应用上是相当有趣.  相似文献

The Tl 2 Mn 2 O 7 pyrochlore system, pure or doped at the Tl position (Cd, Bi, Sc) or at Mn position (Sb, Te, Cr, Pb), present interesting magnetotransport properties characterized by the Colossal Magnetoresistance (CMR) effect. Our data for Tl 2 Mn 2 O 7 and Tl 1.9 Bi 0.1 Mn 2 O 7 indicate a decrease of the ordering temperature, measured from resistivity and magnetic susceptibility up to 70-90 kbars, with a clear increase of T C for higher pressures (up to 120 kbars). By contrast, in the case of Tl 2 Mn 1.8 Sb 0.2 O 7 , T C increases with pressure in the explored pressure range. A recent theory from Nuñez-Regueiro and Lacroix explains this dependence in terms of the existence of a second coupling mechanism between Mn ions, mediated by the conduction band (Tl (6s)). The doping at the Mn position (Sb) strongly increases the charge carrier density, so that this second coupling mediated by the conduction band, is strongly enhanced, in such a way that T C increases with pressure.  相似文献

Bi,Si oxides-doped NiZnCu ferrite composite material has been fabricated with different sintering times. The microstructure of the samples was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The complex permeability has been measured up to 1 GHz by the impedance analyzers. The complex permeability has been simulated based on the magnetic circuit model, and the result was compared with the experimental results. In the low-frequency region, the real part of the permeability of the composite material is lower than the one of non-doped NiZnCu ferrite, on the other hand it is higher than non-doped sample in the high-field region. The peak position of the imaginary part is shifted to higher frequency in the composite material.  相似文献
