Cationic cholesterol derivatives were synthesized, in which fragments of aliphatic amines (2-di-methylaminoethanol, N,N-dimethylethylenediamine, and N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine) are attached to the cholesterol backbone either directly or through a spacer ester or carbamate moiety. A method of synthesis of (PO) and (PN)-choline cholesteryl methylphosphonates and their homo derivatives of the cationic type is developed. These compounds were obtained by the Arbuzov reaction between bromomethane and cyclic cholesteryl phosphorous esters and amidoesters and subsequent aminolysis of the intermediate bromoalkyl phosphonates. Alkylation of trimethylamine with cholesteryl ethanediyl and propanediyl phosphates gives cholesterol phosphocholines and their homo derivatives.  相似文献

Xylan from birch wood was characterized regarding both the supramolecular structure (X-ray, CP/MAS 13C-NMR) and the sugar composition. The reaction of the birch wood xylan with 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride in 1,2-dimethoxyethane as slurry medium yields water-soluble, cationic 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium xylan derivatives with high degree of substitution (DS). The DS values up to 1.6 can be controlled by adjusting the molar ratio in a one step synthesis. The structure of the cationic xylan derivatives was confirmed by means of DEPT(135) NMR spectroscopy. Film forming properties of cationic xylan derivatives were investigated with SEM measurements.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this communication we describe the synthesis of epoxidized castor oil (ECO) as an interesting and inexpensive biorenewable monomer by an efficient and low cost epoxidation process. Also described are studies of the photoinitiated cationic polymerization of ECO using diaryliodonium salt photoinitiators. The influence of the structure and the concentration of the photoinitiator on the polymerization are reported. The ability of photosensitizers to accelerate the photopolymerization was also studied. Studies comparing the photopolymerization behavior of ECO with other commercially available epoxidized linseed and soybean oils and with other types of synthetic epoxy monomers were conducted. The excellent reactivity of ECO can be ascribed to the presence of both epoxy and hydroxyl groups in the molecule which permits this material to polymerize mainly by an activated monomer mechanism.

The present communication describes for the first time the synthesis and preliminary testing of two cationic hypericin derivatives. Uncharged hypericin derivatives with ω , ω '-attached C2-linkers leading to a pyridyl or a 4-dimethylaminophenyl residue were prepared and subsequently quaternized by means of iodomethane. Photobactericidal activity was assessed using Propionibacterium acnes . The quaternary N , N , N -trimethyl-anilinium derivative displayed a pronounced photodynamic inactivation of the bacteria at low incubation concentrations (<100 n m ) and a short incubation time (1 h) after illumination with yellow light (590 nm, 20 J cm−2), whereas the photobactericidal efficacy of the N -methyl-pyridinium derivative was negligible under identical experimental conditions.  相似文献

To increase the open circuit voltage (VOC) of polymer solar cells (PSCs) based on polythiophene, two new ester group functionalized polythiophene derivatives, PCTDT and PCTBDT, were designed and synthesized via alternating copolymerization of thiophene‐3‐carboxylate (CT) with the 2,2′‐bithiophene (DT) and benzodithiophene (BDT) units, respectively. The resulting copolymers exhibited broad and strong absorptions in the visible region, which was similar to that of the commonly used poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT). Through cyclic voltammetry measurements, it was found that both copolymers showed lower HOMO energy levels (−5.27 eV for PCTDT and −5.36 eV for PCTBDT) than that of P3HT (−5.03 eV), indicating that the HOMO energy level could be efficiently reduced by introducing the ester group into the polymer side chain. Photovoltaic properties of the copolymers blended with [6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as electron acceptor were investigated. The obtained two devices possessed both relatively large short circuit current (ISC) and higher VOC than that of P3HT:PCBM blend. For PCTBDT:PCBM blend, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 2.32%, an ISC of 6.94 mA · cm−2, and a VOC of 0.80 V were observed while PCTDT:PCBM system demonstrated a PCE of 1.75% with a VOC of 0.68 V.

以对羟基苯甲醛为起始原料,经醚化和酯化反应制得中间体4-(2-羟乙氧基)苯甲醛磷酸二甲酯(2); 2分别与伯胺经缩合反应合成了4个对羟基苯甲醛磷酸酯席夫碱衍生物(4a~4d),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR和ESI-MS确证。采用应急模型对4a~4d进行抗抑郁活性研究。初步结果表明: 2和4-(2-羟乙氧基)苯甲醛磷酸二甲酯甲氧基胺席夫碱(4d)表现出较好的抗抑郁活性,2的活性优于丙咪嗪,4d的活性与丙咪嗪接近。  相似文献

Due to their large possibility of the structure modification, alkylammonium gemini surfactants are a rapidly growing class of compounds. They exhibit significant surface, aggregation and antimicrobial properties. Due to the fact that, in order to achieve the desired utility effect, the minimal concentration of compounds are used, they are in line with the principle of greenolution (green evolution) in chemistry. In this study, we present innovative synthesis of the homologous series of gemini surfactants modified at the spacer by the ether group, i.e., 3-oxa-1,5-pentane-bis(N-alkyl-N,N-dimethylammonium bromides). The critical micelle concentrations were determined. The minimal inhibitory concentrations of the synthesized compounds were determined against bacteria Escherichia coli ATCC 10536 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538; yeast Candida albicans ATCC 10231; and molds Aspergillus niger ATCC 16401 and Penicillium chrysogenum ATCC 60739. We also investigated the relationship between antimicrobial activity and alkyl chain length or the nature of the spacer. The obtained results indicate that the synthesized compounds are effective microbicides with a broad spectrum of biocidal activity.  相似文献

A series of cationic reactive disperse dyes containing quaternary group were synthesized. The dyeing behavior of these dyes on wool was studied. The results show that cationic reactive disperse dyes containing quaternary group is available to form covalent bond with nucleophiles in the wool even under acidic condition.
