An experimental study on the conversion of NO in the NO/N2, NO/O2/N2, NO/C2H4/N2 and NO/C2H4/O2/N2 systems has been carried out using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasmas at atmospheric pressure. In the NO/N2 system, NO decomposition to N2 and O2 is the dominating reaction; NO conversion to NO2 is less significant. O2 produced from NO decomposition was detected by an on-line mass spectrometer. With the increase of NO initial concentration, the concentration of O2 produced decreases at 298 K, but slightly increases at 523 K. In the NO/O2/N2 system, NO is mainly oxidized to NO2, but NO conversion becomes very low at 523 K and over 1.6% of O2. In the NO/C2H4/N2 system, NO is reduced to N2 with about the same NO conversion as that in the NO/N2 system but without NO2 formation. In the NO/C2H4/O2/N2 system, the oxidation of NO to NO2 is dramatically promoted. At 523 K, with the increase of the energy density, NO conversion increases rapidly first, and then almost stabilizes at 93–91% of NO conversion with 61–55% of NO2 selectivity in the energy density range of 317–550 J L−1. It finally decreases gradually at high energy density. A negligible amount of N2O is formed in the above four systems. Of the four systems studied, NO conversion and NO2 selectivity of the NO/C2H4/O2/N2 system are the highest, and NO/O2/C2H4/N2 system has the lowest electrical energy consumption per NO molecule converted.  相似文献

Garnet-structure related metal oxides with the nominal chemical composition of Li5La3Nb2O12, In-substituted Li5.5La3Nb1.75In0.25O12 and K-substituted Li5.5La2.75K0.25Nb2O12 were prepared by solid-state reactions at 900, 950, and 1000 °C using appropriate amounts of corresponding metal oxides, nitrates and carbonates. The powder XRD data reveal that the In- and K-doped compounds are isostructural with the parent compound Li5La3Nb2O12. The variation in the cubic lattice parameter was found to change with the size of the dopant ions, for example, substitution of larger In3+(rCN6: 0.79 Å) for smaller Nb5+ (rCN6: 0.64 Å) shows an increase in the lattice parameter from 12.8005(9) to 12.826(1) Å at 1000 °C. Samples prepared at higher temperatures (950, 1000 °C) show mainly bulk lithium ion conductivity in contrast to those synthesized at lower temperatures (900 °C). The activation energies for the ionic conductivities are comparable for all samples. Partial substitution of K+ for La3+ and In3+ for Nb5+ in Li5La3Nb2O12 exhibits slightly higher ionic conductivity than that of the parent compound over the investigated temperature regime 25-300 °C. Among the compounds investigated, the In-substituted Li5.5La3Nb1.75In0.25O12 exhibits the highest bulk lithium ion conductivity of 1.8×10−4 S/cm at 50 °C with an activation energy of 0.51 eV. The diffusivity (“component diffusion coefficient”) obtained from the AC conductivity and powder XRD data falls in the range 10−10-10−7 cm2/s over the temperature regime 50-200 °C, which is extraordinarily high and comparable with liquids. Substitution of Al, Co, and Ni for Nb in Li5La3Nb2O12 was found to be unsuccessful under the investigated conditions.  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relations have been determined for the Bi2O3-Fe2O3-Nb2O5 system in air (900-1075 °C). Three new ternary phases were observed—Bi3Fe0.5Nb1.5O9 with an Aurivillius-type structure, and two phases with approximate stoichiometries Bi17Fe2Nb31O106 and Bi17Fe3Nb30O105 that appear to be structurally related to Bi8Nb18O57. The fourth ternary phase found in this system is pyrochlore (A2B2O6O′), which forms an extensive solid solution region at Bi-deficient stoichiometries (relative to Bi2FeNbO7) suggesting that ≈4-15% of the A-sites are occupied by Fe3+. X-ray powder diffraction data confirmed that all Bi-Fe-Nb-O pyrochlores form with positional displacements, as found for analogous pyrochlores with Zn, Mn, or Co instead of Fe. A structural refinement of the pyrochlore 0.4400:0.2700:0.2900 Bi2O3:Fe2O3:Nb2O5 using neutron powder diffraction data is reported with the A cations displaced (0.43 Å) to 96g sites and O′ displaced (0.29 Å) to 32e sites (Bi1.721Fe0.190(Fe0.866Nb1.134)O7, Fdm (#227), ). This displacive model is somewhat different from that reported for Bi1.5Zn0.92Nb1.5O6.92, which exhibits twice the concentration of small B-type cations on the A-sites as the Fe system. Bi-Fe-Nb-O pyrochlores exhibited overall paramagnetic behavior with large negative Curie-Weiss temperature intercepts, slight superparamagnetic effects, and depressed observed moments compared to high-spin, spin-only values. The single-phase pyrochlore with composition Bi1.657Fe1.092Nb1.150O7 exhibited low-temperature dielectric relaxation similar to that observed for Bi1.5Zn0.92Nb1.5O6.92; at 1 MHz and 200 K the relative permittivity was 125, and above 350 K conductive effects were observed.  相似文献

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements were carried out on a strontium pyroniobate (Sr2Nb2O7) powder sample, which was synthesized using standard solid-state method. The binding energy (BE) differences between the O 1s and cation core levels, Δ(O-Nb)=BE(O 1s)-BE(Nb 3d5/2) and Δ(O-Sr)=BE(O 1s)-BE(Sr 3d5/2), were used to characterize the valence electron transfer on the formation of the Nb-O and Sr-O bonds. The chemical bonding effects were considered on the basis of our XPS results for Sr2Nb2O7 and earlier published structural and XPS data for other Sr- or Nb-containing oxide compounds. The new data point for Sr2Nb2O7 is consistent with the previously derived relationship for a set of Nb5+-niobates that Δ(O-Nb) increases with increasing mean Nb-O bond distance, L(Nb-O). A new empirical relationship between Δ(O-Sr) and L(Sr-O) was also obtained. Interestingly, the correlation between Δ(O-Sr) and L(Sr-O) was found to differ from that between Δ(O-Nb) and L(Nb-O). A study of the catalytic activity of V2O5/C catalyst for the oxygen oxidation of glyoxal has been made, showing that glyoxylic acid can be formed without control of pH value and there is little oxalic acid from the excessive oxidation of glyoxylic acid. The studies of XRD and TEM have shown that V2O5 diffraction peaks gradually strengthen with the increase of the content of V2O5. With the content of 3% V2O5 and the calcination temperature of 573 K, V2O5/C catalyst displayed the best activity and selectivity. The conversion of glyoxal and the selectivity of glyoxylic acid reached 18.76% and 77.70% after 5 h, respectively. Moreover, V2O5/C catalyst showed small deactivation after recycling three times, which indicates that V2O5/C has a higher stability than noble metal catalysts in the reaction medium. 以磷钨酸铯盐Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40(CsPW)为活性组分,负载到Nb2O5载体上,并用于甘油脱水制备丙烯醛的反应中.通过调节焙烧温度(400–700°C)以及活性组分负载量(5儃60 wt%),对催化剂酸性进行调节.CsPW负载量为20 wt%,500°C焙烧的CsPW/Nb2O5催化剂性能最佳,甘油转化率为96%,丙烯醛选择性为80%,反应10 h内没有失活现象,并且该催化剂具有良好的热稳定性,可通过烧炭进行再生.  相似文献

CrOx/SiO2催化剂上丙烷在CO2气氛中脱氢反应的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用XRD、UV-vis DRS、ESR和微分吸附量热等技术,考察了铬担载量分别为2.5、5和10wt%的CrOx/SiO2催化剂的结构、表面性质和氧化还原性能。结果表明,催化剂表面上存在多种Cr的氧化态和聚集形式。随着Cr担载量从2.5wt%到10wt%的逐渐增大,催化剂表面占主导地位的Cr物种由CrO3单体转为多聚CrO3和Cr2O3晶相。在CO2气氛中催化剂对丙烷转化率和丙烯选择性的大小顺序为2.5wt%CrOx/SiO2>5wt%CrOx/SiO2>10wt%CrOx/SiO2,反应过程中的原位ESR和UV-visDRS测定结果表明,催化剂表面的反应活性中心为Cr5+,Cr5+可由催化剂预处理过程中Cr3+的氧化及丙烷反应过程中CrO3单体的还原产生,在反应中CO2可使Cr3+重新氧化为Cr5+.  相似文献

The present investigation focuses on the structural properties and reactivity of zirconia-supported vanadium oxide catalysts, prepared by equilibrium adsorption in basic (pH 10) or in acid (pH 2.7) conditions with vanadium content up to 6 wt.% (pH 10) and up to 11.6 wt.% (pH 2.7). The samples, heated at 823 K for 5 h in air, were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and TPR, both as prepared and after leaching with an ammonia solution to remove species not anchored to the zirconia surface. Some representative samples were also tested for the n-butane oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) reaction. Depending on vanadium content, various vanadium species were identified by Raman spectroscopy that reacted differently on exposure to H2. At similar loading, the fraction of vanadium in a dispersed state and thus interacting with the support was higher in samples prepared at pH 10 than in those at pH 2.7. Samples prepared at pH 2.7 contained a higher fraction of large polymeric structures in addition to ZrV2O7 and V2O5.In line with literature data for propane ODH on similar catalysts, our catalytic results suggested that the active sites for the ODH reaction are associated with the V–O–V bonds of the polymeric exposed structures, whereas the Zr–O–V sites favour alkane combustion.  相似文献

The conversion of phenyl acetate over AlPO4 (Al/P=1), γ-Al2O3 and SiO2 catalysts generated phenol, by deacetylation, ando-hydroxycetophenone, by Fries rearrangement, as the main reaction products. The activity for Fries rerrangement was in accordance with the acidity data measuredversus cyclohexene skeletal isomerization. Thus, AlPO4 showed the highest activity. Moreover,o-hydroxy-acetophenone formation increased with the reaction temperature. Besides, in AlPO4 catalysts 4-methylcoumarin and 2-methylchromone were also found, although in low amounts.  相似文献

The Cu-ZnO-Cr2O3/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, which exhibited high activity for the dehydrogenation of 2-butanol to 2-butanone. These catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, EPR and BET. The experimental results indicated that (i) the valence states of copper play a key role, (ii) groups of copper atoms were the main active sites in this reaction, and (iii) copper oxide would lead to the condensation product of 5-methyl-3-heptanone.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了系列铜负载量不同的Cu/Fe2O3水煤气变换(WGS)催化剂,并考察了铜负载量对催化剂结构和水煤气变换反应性能的影响. 结果表明,Cu/Fe2O3催化剂呈现出良好的水煤气反应性能,当CuO质量分数为20%时,催化剂的WGS性能最优,250 ℃时CO转化率高达97.2%,同时热稳定性也最好. 运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸脱附和H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等手段对Cu/Fe2O3催化剂的物相、织构特征及还原性能进行了表征,结果表明,CuFe2O4物种的存在极大地改善了催化剂的还原性能和WGS反应活性. 这是由于CuFe2O4特殊的尖晶石结构有利于Cu微晶的稳定;同时,CuFe2O4在低温下即被还原为单质铜,有利于促进催化剂体系中电子的转移. 此外,通过(NH4)2CO3溶液处理,研究了独立相CuO对Cu/Fe2O3催化剂WGS反应性能的影响,结果发现,独立相CuO的存在,有利于H原子在各组分传递,从而促进催化剂的CuFe2O4的还原,改善Cu/Fe2O3催化剂的WGS反应性能.  相似文献

以九水合硝酸铝(Al(NO33·9H2O)与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱盐,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备一系列不同Al2O3含量的SiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物,并通过浸渍硝酸氧锆引入ZrO2,制备ZrO2/SiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物催化剂,考察催化剂在肉桂醛(CAL)MPV转移加氢中的催化性能,并结合N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、NH3-程度升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、Py-原位红外(Py-IR)等技术,研究催化剂结构、织构以及表面性质与其催化性能间的构效关系.研究表明,所制备的催化剂均以L酸为主,并含有少量B酸中心,这使得加氢产物以肉桂醇(COL)为主,并含有少量1-苯丙烯-2-丙基醚(CPE).Al2O3含量不仅影响催化剂表面的酸中心数量,而且对催化剂的织构参数有较大影响.随Al2O3含量的增加,催化剂表面L酸与B酸中心均有所增加,而孔径则持续变小,这使得催化反应呈现CAL转化率先增加后减少、目标产物COL选择性先稍有减小后有所增加的趋势.在Si/Al比为2时,催化剂具有最优的催化性能,优化反应条件下,CAL转化率达96%,目标产物COL选择性达90%.  相似文献

采用两步浸渍法和载体上的原位反应制备了一系列Cs部分取代的Ni-CsxH3-xPW12O40/SiO2催化剂,并用N2吸附比表面积测定(BET)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP)、X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、原位X射线衍射(in situ XRD)、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、H2程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)、吡啶吸附傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱等分析测试技术对催化剂进行了表征. 以正癸烷为模型化合物,对催化剂的加氢裂化性能进行了评价. 结果表明,8%Ni-50%Cs1.5H1.5PW/SiO2催化剂具有最高的C5+收率,明显优于8%Ni-50%H3PW/SiO2催化剂和工业催化剂. 随着Cs 在CsxH3-xPW中比例的增加,正癸烷的转化率逐渐降低,而C5+选择性则逐渐提高. 当催化剂具有合适的孔径时,选择性的提高是由于催化剂酸性的减弱,而转化率的降低则是由于催化剂加氢能力的减弱.  相似文献

用沉积沉淀法合成两种不同系列的CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3混合氧化物(ZrO2和La2O3沉积CeO2粒子(标记为A-x)以及CeO2和La2O3沉积ZrO2粒子(标记为B-x)),并用作Rh催化剂的载体。XRD、拉曼、TPR、XPS和O2脉冲等表征结果显示出不同的沉积顺序将导致不同的结构和氧化还原性能,且B-x具有更高的氧迁移性、储氧能力和表面Ce浓度。当其负载Rh后,Rh/B-x催化剂具有更高的NO和CO转化率及N2选择性,且Ce的最佳含量为50at%。这可能归因于Rh负载于富铈表面形成更多有利于NO分解的表面Ce3+活性位。  相似文献

A crystal structural model for the orthorhombic compound V2.38Nb10.7O32.7, which is known as “V2Nb9O27.5”, was developed by means of selected area electron diffraction (SAED), Rietveld refinement and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM). The metastable compound is obtained by thermal decomposition of freeze-dried precursors as chain-like agglomerated nanoparticles or by reaction of V2O5 with fresh-precipitated Nb2O5 as more compact micro-scaled crystals. With the latter, it was possible to identify its structure for the first time (space group Cmmm). The tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB)-type structure shows high potential for ionic intercalation, since easily reducible [V5+2O2−] units are implemented in the tunnels of a rigid niobium oxide framework.  相似文献

Microcrystalline ABi2Nb2O9 (A=Sr, Ba) photocatalysts were successfully synthesized by a citrate complex method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by the X-ray diffraction technique, BET surface area analysis, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The results indicated that single-phase orthorhombic SrBi2Nb2O9 could be obtained after being calcined above 650 °C, while BaBi2Nb2O9 was tetragonal. Based on the diffuse reflectance spectra, the band gaps of the obtained samples were calculated to be around 3.34-3.54 eV. For the photocatalytic redox reaction of methyl orange under UV-light irradiation, SrBi2Nb2O9 exhibited higher photocatalytic activity than that of BaBi2Nb2O9. The effects of the crystallinities, BET surface areas and crystal structures of the samples on the photocatalytic activities were discussed in detail.  相似文献

TiO2,ZrO2-TiO2,andZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area measurements (BET), temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), oxygen storage capacity (OSC), and temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR). The results showed that ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 exhibited large number of surface strong acid, possessed some oxygen storage capacity, and strong redox property. The three materials were used as supports and the monolith catalysts were prepared with 1% (w) V2O5 and 9% (w)WO3 for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia in the presence of excessive O2, and the results of catalytic activity showed that the catalyst used ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 as support yielded nearly 100% NO conversion at 275 °C at a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 10000 h−1, and it had the best catalytic activity and showed great potential for practical application.  相似文献

通过向SO2-4 /ZrO2催化剂中同时引入适量的Pt和Al2O3, 制备出了具有较高催化性能和稳定性的Pt-SO2-4 /ZrO2-Al2O3型固体超强酸催化剂. 以正戊烷异构化反应为探针, 考察了Al含量对催化剂性能的影响; 并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测定(BET)、红外(IR)光谱、程序升温还原(TPR)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)和氨-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)手段对催化剂进行了表征. 结果表明, Al能够提高ZrO2的晶化温度, 抑制硫的分解, 增加催化剂的比表面积, 增强硫氧键的结合, 提高催化剂的还原性能, 增加催化剂的酸强度和酸总量. 当Al2O3含量(质量分数, w)为5.0%时, Pt-SO2-4 /ZrO2-Al2O3固体超强酸催化剂的催化活性最好, 在100 h内异戊烷收率可稳定在52.0%以上, 选择性在98.2%以上.  相似文献

Transparent glasses of various compositions in the system (100−x)Li2B4O7x(SrO-Bi2O3-Nb2O5) (where x=10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60, in molar ratio) were fabricated via splat quenching technique. The glassy nature of the as-quenched samples was established by differential thermal analyses. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopic studies confirmed the amorphous nature of the as-quenched and crystallinity in the heat-treated samples. Fluorite phase formation prior to the perovskite SrBi2Nb2O9 phase was analyzed by both the XRD and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Dielectric and the optical properties (transmission, optical band gap and Urbach energy) of these samples have been found to be compositional dependent. Refractive index was measured and compared with the values predicted by Wemple-Didomemenico and Gladstone-Dale relations. The glass nanocomposites comprising nanometer-sized crystallites of fluorite phase were found to be nonlinear optic active.  相似文献
