基于NLMS自适应滤波的近红外光谱去噪处理方法研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
为了去除直接采集的近红外(NIR)光谱中含有的噪声,将归一化最小均方(NLMS)自适应滤波方法引入到NIR光谱去噪领域中。以51份土壤样品的NIR光谱为研究对象,探讨NLMS自适应滤波方法在NIR光谱预处理中的应用,并将处理后的结果与土壤中有机质的含量相关联,建立模型。结果表明,通过NLMS自适应滤波去噪后的光谱,预测集的相关系数r由处理前的0.8284提高至0.9654,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)由处理前的0.3385降至0.1606。由此可见,NLMS自适应滤波对NIR光谱的去噪有显著效果,可以有效地提高光谱的分析精度和模型的稳健性,为NIR光谱的预处理提供了一种新方法。 相似文献

Considering the properties of slow change and quasi-periodicity of
magnetocardiography (MCG) signal, we use an integrated technique of adaptive
and low-pass filtering in dealing with two-channel MCG data measured by high
$T_{\rm c}$ SQUIDs. The adaptive filter in the time domain is based on a noise feedback
normalized least-mean-square (NLMS) algorithm, and the low-pass filter with
a cutoff at 100Hz in the frequency domain characterized by Gaussian functions is
combined with a notch at the power line frequency. In this way, both
relevant and irrelevant noises in original MCG data are largely eliminated.
The method may also be useful for other slowly varying quasi-periodical

针对紫外光通信中传统自适应最小均方(LMS)算法存在的不足,提出了一种新的变步长LMS(VSS-LMS)算法,利用MATLAB仿真验证了该算法的可行性,以TMS320VC5509为核心设计了数字信号处理(DSP)最小化硬件系统和VSS-LMS算法的软件流程,在硬件上实现了传统LMS算法和新的VSS-LMS算法的自适应滤波,并进行了对比分析,结果表明所提出的VSS-LMS算法具有较快的收敛速度和较小的稳态误差,这对紫外光通信接收系统的设计和优化具有一定的参考意义。 相似文献

本文根据统计学中的最小均方差估计理论推导出非线性的IEM(NLIEM)模型公式,并综合实验数据确定了模型系数.这个模型考虑了标量场大尺度运动非均匀性,Re数以及Sc数对混合速率的影响.最后分别利用NLIEM和IEM模型对H2/空气湍流射流扩散火焰进行了计算,与实验结果的比较表明新模型有较大的优越性. 相似文献

为了去除图像中混入的脉冲噪声和高斯噪声,提出了一种基于自适应中值滤波和自适应加权均值滤波的混合滤波方法。该方法先将图像分为若干区域,并对每个区域进行噪声检测以实现两类噪声的分离,然后再分别采用自适应中值滤波和自适应加权均值滤波将分离出的脉冲噪声和高斯噪声去除。对这种新方法进行了计算机模拟实验。结果表明:新方法较前人提及的三种混合滤波方法具有更优的滤波性能,在有效抑制混合噪声的同时能很好地保护图像中的细节,为消除图像中的混合噪声提供了一种有效的途径。 相似文献

根据苯并(a)芘在特定光的照射下能够发出荧光的特性,采用紫外荧光法检测苯并(a)芘的浓度,构建了检测苯并(a)芘浓度的实验系统。为了精确地检测出苯并(a)芘的浓度,需要将实验中所得数据中所包含的噪声滤除掉,得到有效的荧光信号。将归一化最小均方自适应滤波(NLMS)的原理应用到光谱数据的噪声处理中,并将其与小波去噪的效果相比较,用Matlab仿真出去噪效果图,从不同的角度分析去噪效果。经过对比得出,用归一化最小自适应滤波能够继续保持信号的非平稳特性,达到更加理想的去噪效果,去噪性能更优,此种方法适用于荧光法检测物质浓度的信号处理中。 相似文献

Multiple-input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems require orthogonal frequency division multiplexing to operate efficiently in multipath communication (OFDM). Channel estimation (C.E.) is used in channel conditions where time-varying features are required. The existing channel estimation techniques are highly complicated. A channel estimation algorithm is needed to estimate the received signal’s correctness. In order to resolve this complexity in C.E. methodologies, this paper developed an Improved Channel Estimation Algorithm integrated with DFT-LS-WIENER (ICEA-DA). The Least Square (L.S.) and Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) algorithms also use the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT)-based channel estimation method. The DFT-LS-WIENER channel estimation approach is recommended for better BER performance. The input signal is modulated in the transmitter module using the Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) technique, pulse modeling, and least squares concepts. The L.S. Estimation technique needs the channel consistent throughout the estimation period. DFT joined with L.S. gives higher estimation precision and limits M.S.E. and BER. Experimental analysis of the proposed state-of-the-art method shows that DFT-LS-WIENER provides superior performance in terms of symbol error rate (S.E.R.), bit error rate (BER), channel capacity (CC), and peak signal-to-noise (PSNR). At 15 dB SNR, the proposed DFT-LS-WIENER techniques reduce the BER of 48.19%, 38.19%, 14.8%, and 14.03% compared to L.S., LS-DFT, MMSE, and MMSE-DFT. A modified fractional least mean square algorithm for chaotic and nonstationary time series prediction

A method of modifying the architecture of fractional least mean square (FLMS) algorithm is presented to work with nonlinear time series prediction. Here we incorporate an adjustable gain parameter in the weight adaptation equation of the original FLMS algorithm and absorb the gamma function in the fractional step size parameter. This approach provides an interesting achievement in the performance of the filter in terms of handling the nonlinear problems with less computational burden by avoiding the evaluation of complex gamma function. We call this new algorithm as the modified fractional least mean square (MFLMS) algorithm. The predictive performance for the nonlinear Mackey glass chaotic time series is observed and evaluated using the classical LMS, FLMS, kernel LMS, and proposed MFLMS adaptive filters. The simulation results for the time series with and without noise confirm the superiority and improvement in the prediction capability of the proposed MFLMS predictor over its counterparts. 相似文献

时间延迟误差是液晶自适应光学系统的一个最主要的误差源. 本文提出了一种利用智能模式预测-----迭代最小二乘(RLS)模式预测算法来克服其对成像分辨率的影响. 首先, 介绍了具有RLS模式预测能力的开环液晶自适应光学系统的结构和工作原理. 其次, 详细讨论了RLS模式预测算法的实现过程. 再次, 设计和搭建了一套带有液晶湍流模拟器的开环液晶自适应光学系统, 对RLS模式预测算法的预测效果进行了分析, 并和直接开环校正做了比较. 分析结果表明: 当系统处于中等强度湍流条件(大气相干长度r0=6 cm, Greenwood频率fG=35 Hz)和只有时间延迟误差情况下, 经过RLS预测后, 残差波面的RMS值由直接校正的0.26波长(1波长=785 nm)降低到了0.15波长, 校正效果提高了42%. 最后, 对预测前后自适应光学系统的成像效果进行了对比试验. 实验结果显示, 经过预测以后, 系统的成像分辨率由直接开环校正的25.4 cycles/mm提高到了32.0 cycles/mm, 成像分辨率提高了26%, 达到了0.9倍的衍射极限分辨率. 因此, RLS模式预测技术可以有效的提高开环液晶自适应系统的成像分辨率. 相似文献
