As novel methodology for synthesizing the furan ring, a photoinduced oxidative cyclization of 5-(4′,9′-methanocycloundeca-2′,4′,6′,8′,10′-pentaenylidene)pyrimidine-2,4,6(1,3,5H)-triones (7a-c) and related compounds 9a-c was accomplished to give 5,10-methanocycloundeca[4,5]furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1,3H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (8a-c+·BF4) and related compounds 2a-c+·BF4, respectively. In the photoinduced oxidative cyclization, the molecular oxygen in air is used as oxidant and the reaction proceeds under mild conditions to give desired products without byproducts, and thus, it is interesting from the viewpoint of the green chemistry. On the reactions of the mono-substituted derivatives 7d,e and 9e,f, the selectivity of the photoinduced cyclizations were reversed as compared with those of the DDQ-promoted oxidative cyclizations. By the NMR monitoring of the reactions of 7a and deuterated compound 7a-D2 under degassed conditions, the details of the reaction pathway were clarified and rationalized on the basis of the MO calculation by the 6-31G basis set of the MP2 levels as well.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

The domino reactions of (E)-2-(aryl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ones and 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol in the presence of triethylamine in water stereoselectively afforded a library of 2′-(aryl)-4′-hydroxy-4′,5′-dihydro-2′H-spiro[indene-2,3′-thiophen]-1(3H)-ones. This transformation presumably proceeds via the generation of 2-mercaptoacetaldehyde from 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol followed by Michael addition–intramolecular aldol sequence with C–C and C–S bond formations and creation of three contiguous stereocenters in a one-pot operation.  相似文献

The triphenyltin(IV) complexes of 4-[((E)-1-{2-hydroxy-5-[(E)-2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]phenyl}methylidene)amino]aryls (aryls = 4-CH3, 4-Br, 4-Cl, 4-OCH3) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 119Sn-NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The crystal structures of a representative carboxylate ligand (aryl = 4-CH3) and three Sn complexes, viz., polymeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])n (X = Me (1) and Br (2)) and dimeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])2 (X = OMe (4)) complexes are reported. The coordination environment in each complex is trigonal bipyramidal trans-Ph3SnO2. A single zwitterionic carboxylate ligand bridges adjacent Sn atoms via the carboxylate and phenoxide O atoms.  相似文献

Microwave-assisted [2+2] cycloaddition of (E)-3-dimethylamino-1-heteroaryl-prop-2-en-1-ones to dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylates gives (2E,3E)-dimethyl-2-[(dimethylamino)methylene]-3-(substituted)succinates in 8-91% yield. In the case of a 4,5-dihydrothiazoline derivative, cycloaddition also took place at the endocyclic CN double bond.  相似文献

New, highly functionalised (1E,3E)-1-(benzoylamino)-4-(dimethylamino)buta-1,3-diene-1,2,3-tricarboxylates proved to be useful and versatile reagents in the formation of highly substituted pyridine, N-aminopyridine, pyrrole and pyrido[3,4-c]pyridazine derivatives. The formation of the particular type heterocyclic system is dependent on the starting (1E,3E)-1-(benzoylamino)-4-(dimethylamino)buta-1,3-diene-1,2,3-tricarboxylate. By an appropriate choice of different ester groups it is possible to drive the reactions towards the formation of either pyridine or pyrrole derivatives.  相似文献

Bromodimethylsulfonium bromide acts as an efficient catalyst for one pot three component condensation reactions of aldehydes, 2-naphthol, and thiols in acetonitrile at room temperature. Various aliphatic and aromatic thiols undergo conjugate addition with in situ generated enone in acetonitrile and provide good yields. (E)-(1,2-Difluoro-1,2-ethenediyl)bis[tributylstannane], 3, readily undergoes a Pd(PPh3)4/CuI-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction with iodotrifluoroethene to yield (E)-octafluoro-1,3,5-hexatriene, 4, in high isomeric purity. (1Z,3E,5Z)-(1,2,3,4,5,6-Hexafluoro-1,3,5-hexenetriyl)bis[tributylstannane], 7, was sequentially prepared from (1Z,3E,5Z)-(1,2,3,4,5,6-hexafluoro-1,3,5-hexenetriyl)bis[triethylsilane], 5, which was prepared via a Pd(PPh3)4/CuI-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of 3 with (E)-1,2-difluoro-1-iodo-2-triethylsilylethene, 6. Pd(PPh3)4/CuI cross-coupling of 7 with iodotrifluoroethene gave (3E,5E,7E)-dodecafluoro-1,3,5,7,9-decapentaene, 8.  相似文献

Barbier type additions of allylic bromide 4, derived from (Z)-but-2-en-1,4-diol 2 to (R)-2,3-cyclohexylideneglyceraldehyde 1 were performed through mediation with Zn employing Luche’s procedure and also with low valent Cu, Co, and Fe which were produced via bimetal redox strategy in THF to afford 5c,d as the major products. From these, 5a,b were prepared following an oxidation-reduction protocol. Compound 5c was exploited as a representative starting material to develop a simple and inexpensive strategy toward the synthesis of 3′-C-branched 2′,3′-dideoxynucleosides having stereodiversity at 3′- and 4′-positions.  相似文献

An improved synthesis of (2E,4Z)-6-(benzyloxy)-4-bromohexa-2,4-dien-1-ol has been devised. This new route increases the throughput and yield of the diene product by circumventing a low yielding preparation of boronic acid intermediate as well as removing the need to use multi-gram quantities of highly toxic thallium salts. In the process of developing this new route, a higher yielding preparation of (E)-3-hydroxyprop-1-enylboronic acid was also achieved.  相似文献

A series of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones and quinazolin-4(3H)-ones have been synthesized in good to excellent yields and high selectivity by one-pot reaction using isatoic anhydride, ammonium acetate (or amines), and aldehydes in ethanol or in DMSO under mild conditions, respectively. The reaction was efficiently promoted by 1 mol % Ga(OTf)3 and the catalyst could be recovered easily after the reactions and reused without evident loss of reactivity.  相似文献

The preparation of 4′-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (2) under acidic conditions results in the formation of the salts [H22][MeOSO3]2 and [H22][EtOSO3]2, treatment of which with base leads to neutral 2. The structure of [H22][EtOSO3]2 · H2O has been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complexes [Fe(2)2][PF6]2 and [Ru(2)2][PF6]2 have been prepared and characterized, and the single crystal structure determination of [Ru(2)2][PF6]2 is reported; [Fe(2)2][PF6]2 is isostructural with [Ru(2)2][PF6]2. Treatment of [Fe(2)2]2+ with PdCl2 produces [Pd(2)Cl]+, isolated and structurally characterized as the hexafluoridophosphate salt, illustrating that metal exchange within the tpy-binding domain occurs in preference to palladium(II) coordination by the N-donor atom of the pendant 3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl unit in 2. [Pd(2)Cl]2+ can also be prepared from PdCl2 and [H22][MeOSO3]2 in refluxing methanol.  相似文献

A simple and efficient unusual coupling reaction of 9-(2-hydroxy-4,4-dimethyl-6-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-yl)-3,3-dimethyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-xanthen-1-one and its derivatives was accomplished in the presence of Mn2+, Cu2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Fe3, or La3+. The structure elucidation was accomplished by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, X-ray crystallography, UV-Visible and elemental analysis. A reaction mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

The molecular structure of the pale yellow crystals of 2-(2′,4′-dinitrobenzyl)pyridine (CH2 form) and its photo induced ‘enamine’ NH tautomer (dark blue crystals) have been studied by means of vibrational spectra and ab initio calculations. The Raman spectrum of the photo-sensitive CH2 form was registered by NIR FT-Raman spectroscopy by means of the Nd:YAG laser as an excitation source. Ab initio calculations have been performed for the CH2 and NH tautomers at the Hartree-Fock level using a 6-21G** basis set. The theoretical geometrical parameters for the isolated 2-(2′,4′-dinitrobenzyl)pyridine molecule (CH2 form) are close to the literature X-ray diffraction data. According to the theory the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine ring planes in the NH photo induced tautomer is about 46°, the ortho-nitro group is twisted about 25° towards the benzene ring plane, whereas the para-nitro group is coplanar to the benzene ring. The assignment of the fundamental vibration frequencies of both 2-(2′,4′-dinitrobenzyl)pyridine tautomers CH2 and NH have been performed on the basis of Raman and infrared spectra and ab initio force field calculations. The computed frequencies are in coincidence with the registered ones; the mean deviations are between 23.7 and 28.5 cm−1.  相似文献

Synergistic liquid-liquid extractive spectrophotometric determination of gold(III) using 1-(2′,4′-dinitro aminophenyl)-4,4,6-trimethyl-1,4-dihydro pyrimidine-2-thiol [2′,4′-dinitro APTPT] has been described. Equal volumes (5 cm3) of the 2′,4′-dinitro APTPT (0.02 mol L−1) in the presence of pyridine (0.5 mol L−1) form an orange-red coloured ternary complex with gold(III) of molar ratio 1:1:1 at pH 1.8-2.4 with 5 min of shaking. The absorbance of coloured organic layer in 1,2-dichloroethane is measured spectrophotometrically at 445 nm against reagent blank. A pronounced synergism has been observed by the binary mixture of 2′,4′-dinitro APTPT and pyridine, which shows that the enhancement in the absorbance is observed in the presence of pyridine by the adduct formation in the organic phase. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range 2.5-20.0 μg mL−1, with molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity values of 8.7 × 103 dm3 mol−1 cm−1 and 0.023 μg cm−2 respectively. A repetition of the method was checked by finding relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) (n = 10) which was 0.17%. The composition of the gold(III)-2′,4′-dinitro APTPT-pyridine adduct was established by slope analysis, molar ratio and Job's method. The ternary complex was stable for more than 48 h. The influence of various factors such as pH, 2′,4′-dinitro APTPT concentration, solvent and pyridine on the degree of complexation has been established. A number of foreign ions tested for their interferences and use of suitable masking agents wherever necessary are tabulated, which show that selectivity of the method has been enhanced. The method is successfully employed for the determination of gold(III) in binary, synthetic mixtures and ayurvedic samples. The reliability of the method is assured by inter-comparison of experimental values, using an atomic absorption spectrometer.  相似文献

In an effort to develop an efficient synthetic method of highly diastereoselective (2′R)- and (2′S)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]guanosines, chemoenzymatic conversion was investigated. The synthesis of (2′R > 98% de)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]guanosine was achieved by biological transdeoxyribosylation using (2′R > 98% de)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]uridine, 2,6-diaminopurine, and Enterobacter aerogenes AJ-11125, followed by treatment with adenosine deaminase. (2′S > 98% de)-2′-Deoxy[2′-2H]guanosine was synthesized from (2′S > 98% de)-2′-deoxy[2′-2H]uridine and 2,6-diaminopurine using thymidine phosphorylase and purine nucleoside phosphorylase instead of E. aerogenes AJ-11125.  相似文献

Condensation of (S)-2-amino-2′-hydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl with 1 equiv. of pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde in toluene in the presence of molecular sieves at 70 °C gives (S)-2-(pyrrol-2-ylmethyleneamino)-2′-hydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl (1H2) in 90% yield. Deprotonation of 1H2 with NaH in THF, followed by reaction with LnCl3 in THF gives, after recrystallization from a toluene or benzene solution, dinuclear complexes (1)3Y2(thf)2 · 3C7H8 (3 · 3C7H8) and (1)3Yb2(thf)2 · 3C6H6 (4 · 3C6H6), respectively, in good yields. Treatment of 1H2 with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3 in toluene under reflux, followed by recrystallization from a benzene solution gives the dimeric amido complexes {1-LnN(SiMe3)2}2 · 2C6H6 (Ln = Y (5 · 2C6H6), Yb (6 · 2C6H6)) in good yields. All compounds have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction analyses. Complexes 5 and 6 are active catalysts for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in toluene, affording syn-rich poly-(MMA)s.  相似文献
