Two new photoluminescent compounds with the formulas of [Eu(2)(adipate)(3)(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) and [Eu(2)(adipate)(3)(4H(2)O)] (2) were synthesized by using Eu(III) chloride and adipic acid under hydrothermal reaction conditions in aqueous solution. Compound 1, a 3-D layered framework, possesses infinite Eu-O-Eu polyhedral chains and self-assembled adipate ligands between Eu-O layers. Compound 2 has dimeric Eu(2)O(16) units interconnected by adipate ligand, resulting in 2-D open frameworks with a cavity among the ligands. Crystal data 1: monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 14.2486(12) A, b = 8.2733(7) A, c = 39.298(2) A, beta = 99.530(6) degrees, and Z = 8. 2: monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, with a = 11.661(4) A, b = 14.011(3) A, c = 9.013(4) A, beta = 110.87(3) degrees, and Z = 2. The ligand conformations of two Eu(III)-adipate (1 and 2) compounds present anti/anti/anti, gauche/anti/gauche, and intermediate forms. Both compounds 1 and 2 showed strong red luminescence upon excitation, and their luminescence decay involves the multiphonon relaxation mechanism.  相似文献

By virtue of simple one donor variations of O(2)S(2)X-donor macrocycles (L(1): X=S, L(2): X=O and L(3): X=NH) towards silver(I) perchlorates, four supramolecular complexes (1-3) with different topologies have been isolated; L(1) afforded solvent- and anion-free sandwich complex (1), otherwise L(2) and L(3) gave the dimeric (2a), 1-D polymeric (2b), and tetrameric bowl-type (3) complexes with solvent or anion coordination.  相似文献

The sixth supramolecular isomer of Cu(I) and 3,5-di-2-pyridyl-1,2,4-triazolate (2-pytz), [Cu2(2-pytz)2] n (1), via in situ solvothermal ligand reaction, has been synthesized and characterized as a rare meso-helical chain. Complex 1 exhibits high thermal stability (until 400°C) confirmed by thermogravimetric analysis and has potential applications as an optical material. This research makes the maximum number of genuine supramolecular isomers with structural characterization, found for coordination polymers, six.  相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers with 3D metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been synthesized by reacting 1,4-bis(3-pyridyl)-2,3-diazo-1,3-butadiene (L) with zinc dichloride. Both compounds have the same repeating unit consisting of a distorted tetrahedral Zn(II) center coordinated by two chlorides and two pyridyl nitrogen atoms of two bridging bismonodentate L ligands, however, different structural conformations have been found, one forming a helical chain and the other producing a square-wave chain. The intermolecular C-H...Cl hydrogen bonds in 1 and 2 play important roles in the formation of three-dimensional coordination polymers. Compound 1 crystallized in an orthorhombic space group Pna21 with a = 7.9652(3), b = 21.4716(7), c = 8.2491(3)A, V = 1410.81(9) A 3 and Z = 4. Compound 2 crystallized in a monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 9.1752(3), b = 14.5976(4), c = 10.3666(3) A , beta = 98.231(2) degrees , V = 1374.16(7) A 3 and Z = 4.  相似文献

Solvothermal reaction of Zn(NO3)2 ? 4 H2O, 1,4‐bis[2‐(4‐pyridyl)ethenyl]benzene (bpeb) and 4,4′‐oxybisbenzoic acid (H2obc) in the presence of dimethylacetamide (DMA) as one of the solvents yielded a threefold interpenetrated pillared‐layer porous coordination polymer with pcu topology, [Zn2(bpeb)(obc)2] ? 5 H2O ( 1 ), which comprised an unusual isomer of the well‐known paddle‐wheel building block and the transtranstrans isomer of the bpeb pillar ligand. When dimethylformamide (DMF) was used instead of DMA, a supramolecular isomer [Zn2(bpeb)(obc)2] ? 2 DMF ? H2O ( 2 ), with the transcistrans isomer of the bpeb ligand with a slightly different variation of the paddle‐wheel repeating unit, was isolated. In MeOH, single crystals of 2 were transformed by solvent exchange in a single‐crystal‐to‐single‐crystal (SCSC) manner to yield [Zn2(bpeb)(obc)2] ? 2 H2O ( 3 ), which is a polymorph of 1 . SCSC conversion of 3 to 2 was achieved by soaking 3 in DMF. Compounds 1 and 2 as well as 2 and 3 are supramolecular isomers.  相似文献

The S(1) <-- S(0) transitions of the gaseous (2-fluoroethyl)-benzene (FEB) and (2-chloroethyl)-benzene (CEB) have been investigated using a combination of two-color resonant two-photon ionization and UV-UV hole burning spectroscopy. Both anti and gauche conformers have been identified on the basis of rotational band contour analysis supported by ab initio calculations on the ground and electronically excited states. The gauche origin band of FEB at 37,673 cm(-1) is redshifted 50 cm(-1) relative to the corresponding anti origin, while CEB origin bands overlap at 37,646 cm(-1). Relative conformational stability and populations in the jet have been estimated for both molecules, based on the intensity ratio of S(1) <-- S(0) band origin transitions. These are compared with a range of related molecules with the structural motif PhCH(2)CH(2)X (X=CH(3),CH(2)CH(3),NH(2),OH,COOH,CCH,CN). Theory and experimental results for FEB and CEB show repulsive interactions between the halogen substituents and the pi cloud of the phenyl rings destabilizing the gauche conformers, but the preference for the anti conformers is relatively modest. The gauche conformer origins show very different hybrid character: FEB is largely b type, while CEB is an ac hybrid in keeping with theoretically computed TM "rotations" (theta(elec)) of -7 degrees and -56 degrees , respectively. This difference is attributed largely to rotation of the side chain in opposite directions about the C(1)C(alpha) bond. Spectra of FEB(H(2)O) and CEB(H(2)O) single water clusters show evidence of an anti conformation in the host molecule.  相似文献

The crystal structures of an inorganic butane analogue, NH(3)BH(2)NH(2)BH(3) (DDAB), were determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction, revealing both anti and gauche conformations. The anti conformation is stabilized by intermolecular dihydrogen bonds in the crystal whereas two gauche conformations of DDAB observed in its 18-crown-6 adducts are stabilized by an intramolecular dihydrogen bond. The two gauche conformations show rotational isomerization but whether they are a pair of enantiomers is yet to be defined.  相似文献

A series of 22 mixed-ligand complexes of the general formula TcOL(1)L(2), where L(1)H(2) are N-substituted bis(2-mercaptoethyl)amine ligands, [SN(R)S], and L(2)H are monodentate thiols as coligand, is reported. The complexes were prepared by the ligand exchange method using Tc-gluconate as precursor and equimolar quantities of the two ligands. In all cases the syn stereoisomer was formed in high yield and isolated as a crystalline product. In four cases HPLC analysis demonstrated the presence of the anti stereoisomer in the reaction mixture. Although the yield was less than 1%, one anti isomer, 4a, was successfully isolated as brown crystals. The isolated complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. The formation of the two diastereomers, syn and anti, was expected due to the configuration of the nitrogen substituent (R) with respect to the central TcO core. The X-ray crystallography showed that the coordination geometry of the syn isomers 9, 11, and 18 is trigonal bipyramidal while for the anti isomer 4a it is distorted square pyramidal. This is the first documentation of syn/anti isomerism in N-substituted TcO[SN(R)S][S] mixed-ligand complexes.  相似文献

The title compound, (5,10,15,20‐tetra‐4‐pyridylporphyrinato)zinc(II) 1,2‐dichlorobenzene disolvate, [Zn(C40H24N8)]·2C6H4Cl2, contains a clathrate‐type structure. It is composed of two‐dimensional square‐grid coordination networks of the self‐assembled porphyrin moiety, which are stacked one on top of the other in a parallel manner. The interporphyrin cavities of the overlapping networks combine into channel voids accommodated by the dichlorobenzene solvent. Molecules of the porphyrin complex are located on crystallographic inversion centres. The observed two‐dimensional assembly mode of the porphyrin units represents a supramolecular isomer of the unique three‐dimensional coordination frameworks of the same porphyrin building block observed earlier. The significance of this study lies in the discovery of an additional supramolecular isomer of the rarely observed structures of metalloporphyrins self‐assembled directly into extended coordination polymers without the use of external ligand or metal ion auxiliaries.  相似文献

Three new coordination networks based on a versatile and unsymmetric building block 3-(sulfonyl-glycine)benzoic acid (HAL) ligand and inorganic Co(Ⅱ) salt, [Co(HL)(bipy)2]. ClO4·1.5H2O (1), [Co3(L)2(H2O)6]·4H2O (2) and [Co(HL)(bpp)(H2O)2]·2H2O (3) (bipy = 2,2-bipyridine, bpp = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane), have been synthesized in aqueous media and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Reaction of Co salt with H3L afforded a neutral 1D alternating chain, which shows a 3-D supramolecular network through hydrogen bonds. When the auxiliary 2,2-bipyridine is used, a mononuclear unit is constructed; if using auxiliary ligand bpp, a neutral 1-D uniform chain is obtained and further extended into a 3-D supramolecular structure through versatile hydrogen bonds. The H3L ligand in 1 adopts a bidentate chelating coordination mode while that in 2 and 3 assumes a pentadentate bridging and a bis-monodentate bridging modes, respectively. This work and our previous work evidently demonstrate that the structures vary with altering the second ligands.  相似文献

From the reaction between a dinuclear paddle-wheel carboxylate, namely [Cu2mu-(O2CCH2C4H3S)4] (1), and the flexible ligand 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (BPP) a neutral 2-D coordination polymer [[Cu2(O2CCH2C4H3S)4mu-(BPP)2]]n (2) was obtained. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by means of elemental analysis, thermal analysis (TG/DSC), vibrational spectroscopy, and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). The crystal structure of 2 reveals that each Cu(II) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from different BPP ligands and two 3-thiopheneacetate groups within a distorted square planar geometry in a trans-[N, N, O, O] arrangement. The BPP ligand adopts a TG conformation bridging two copper centers giving rise to a 1-D sinusoidal polymeric chain along the crystallographic c axis. Adjacent 1-D chains are extended into a 2-D coordination network through pairs of monatomic carboxylate bridges in direction of the b axis. This bridging mode affords centrosymmetric dimeric units Cu2O2, and therefore, the copper ions are involved in a CuN2O2O' chromophore displaying a (4 + 1) square pyramidal coordination in the resultant 2-D polymeric network. The polycrystalline X-band EPR spectrum of 2 at room temperature is characteristic of a triplet state with nonnegligible zero-field splitting in agreement with the crystal structure. 2,5-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid has been reacted with three different diorganotin(IV) oxides (R = Me, nBu, Ph) to study the molecular and supramolecular structures of the resulting diorganotin(IV) 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylates. It has been found that coordinating solvent molecules can change the supramolecular structure completely. The molecular structures found are either polymeric (zigzag) or cyclotrimeric; the supramolecular arrangements include (i) systems having only loosely bound discrete molecules (van der Waals contacts), (ii) systems having a 2D or 3D hydrogen-bonded structure, and (iii) systems having a 3D polymeric coordination structure. Channels or cavities are formed in several cases. For a particular case, evidence has been provided that molecular aggregation to capsules through hydrogen bonding interactions is possible in solution.  相似文献

The PN(2)S chelate N-[N-(3-diphenylphosphinopropionyl)glycyl]-S-tritylcysteine methyl ester [PN(2)S(Trt)-OMe] was synthesized and reacted with ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2) and Ph(4)P[ReOCl(4)]. The reactions of both tritylated and detritylated ligands with Re(V)O precursors gave two diastereomers, 9a and 9b, of the ReO(PN(2)S-OMe) complex. The two isomers, produced in a 1:1 molar ratio, are stable and do not interconvert. They were separated by reverse-phase HPLC and characterized by NMR, FT-IR, and UV-visible spectroscopy and electrospray mass spectrometry. X-ray analysis established for 9a the presence in the solid of the syn isomer. Compound 9a, C(21)H(23)N(2)O(5)PSRe, crystallized from warm acetonitrile in the triclinic space group Ponemacr;, a = 9.828(2) A, b = 11.163(2) A, c = 11.641(2) A, alpha = 106.48(3) degrees, beta = 109.06(3) degrees, gamma = 102.81(3) degrees, V = 1085.7(4) A(3), Z = 2. The PN(2)S coordination set is in the equatorial plane, and the complex shows a distorted square pyramidal coordination. The anti configuration assigned to 9b is consistent with all the available physicochemical data. Follow-up of the reaction of the detritylated ligand with Ph(4)P[ReOCl(4)] in ethanol or acetonitrile indicated that the phosphorus atom of the chelate binds first to the metal and that this bond acts as the driving force for coordination.  相似文献

A zinc(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn2(2-mBIM)2(SUC)2]n (1, 2-mBIM = bis(2-methylimidazo-1-yl) methane, SUC = succinate anion) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.4871(8), b = 12.9789(5), c = 14.0230(5), α = 90.474(1), β = 90.3560(10), γ = 109.691(1)°, V = 1529.94(15)3 , Z = 2, Dc = 1.553 mg/m3 , μ = 1.63 mm-1 , F(000) = 736, the final R = 0.0645 and wR = 0.0951 for 4067 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Zn atom was coordinated by two individual 2-mBIM ligands in a cis-conformation and two monodentate coordinated succinate anions in a gauche conformation, resulting in the formation of a two-dimensional supramolecular network containing a cationic 16-membered macrometallacycle and a 28-membered macrometallacycle. The result also indicates that the conformation of the ligands has a strong influence on the structure of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title molecule, [C70H68N2O4P4], is a polydentate podand consisting of four etheral oxygens, two tertiary amine nitrogens and four diphenylphosphin groups. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1, and there is only one half a molecule in the asymmetric unit. The coordinations around the N and P atoms are pyramidal. The conformations about C20-C21, O2-C21 and O2-C22 are gauche, anti and anti, respectively.  相似文献

Two novel 1D and 3D Sm(III) coordination polymers involving the 2-pyridin-4-yl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid (H3PIDC) ligand have been characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The coordination polymers were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Coordination polymer 1 gave a 1D zigzag chain, then forming 3D supramolecular structure through π?π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds. Coordination polymer 2, in which oxalate was introduced as the second ligand gave a 3D framework with a 3,3-connected (4.85)(4.82) topology structure. But the luminescence of the coordination polymers has significant quenching.  相似文献

A family of homochiral 1D cadmium(II) coordination polymers based on the (S)-2,2'-dimethoxy-1,1'-binaphthyl-3,3'-bis(4-vinylpyridine) (L) bridging ligand were synthesized from the same building blocks under slightly different conditions, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. While [CdL(DMF)4](ClO4)2 x EtOH x 0.5H2O (1) adopts a 1D zigzag chain structure, [CdL2(ClO4)2] x 3EtOH x H2O (2) and [CdL2(ClO4)(H2O)] (ClO4) x 1.5(o-C6H4Cl2) x 3EtOH x 6H2O (3) both exhibit 1D polymeric structures that are built from 38-membered macrocycles. These 1D coordination polymers further pack into chiral porous frameworks via pi...pi interactions with a large percentage of void spaces that are occupied by solvent molecules and counterions.  相似文献

The first successful attempt to construct supramolecular entities via incorporation of bifunctional exodentate ligands into the silver acetylide system is reported. Coordination assembly with nitrogen-donor spacers led to the formation of five distinct supramolecular complexes, namely [(Ag(2)C(2))(AgCF(3)CO(2))(4)(pyz)(2)](n) (1), [(Ag(2)C(2))(2)(AgCF(3)CO(2))(10)(CF(3)CO(2))(4)(DabcoH)(4)(H(2)O)(1.5)].H(2)O (2), [(Ag(2)C(2))(AgCF(3)CO(2))(4)(CF(3)CO(2))(bpaH)](n)() (3), [(Ag(2)C(2))(AgCF(3)CO(2))(8)(bpa)(4)](n) (4), and [(Ag(2)C(2))(2)(AgCF(3)CO(2))(10)(bppz)(2)(H(2)O)](n) (5) (pyz = pyrazine; Dabco = 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane; bpa = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane; bppz = 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine). Complex 1 is a three-dimensional framework composed of silver columns cross-linked by pyrazine bridges, whereas 2 contains a discrete supermolecule whose core is a Ag(14) double cage that is completely surrounded by trifluoroacetate, aqua, and terminal monoprotonated Dabco ligands. Complex 3 has a branched-tree architecture with one terminal of the bpa ligand attached to the silver backbone and the other exposed and protonated. In 4, neutral decanuclear [(Ag(2)C(2))(AgCF(3)CO(2))(8)] units are interlinked by bpa spacers adopting both gauche and anti conformations to generate a layer structure. Another two-dimensional network was formed with bppz serving as an angular bridging ligand in 5, in which the building unit is a silver quadruple cage containing 24 silver atoms.  相似文献

The para-fluorinated flexible neurotransmitter analogue 2-phenylethanol has been investigated by highly resolved resonance-enhanced two-photon ionisation two-colour UV laser spectroscopy with mass resolution and ab initio structural optimisations and energy calculations. Two stable conformations, gauche and anti, separated by a high potential barrier have been identified in the cold molecular beam by rotational analysis of the vibronic band structures. The theoretically predicted higher-lying conformations most likely relax to these two structures during the adiabatic expansion. The lowest-energy gauche conformer is stabilised by an intramolecular nonconventional OH...pi-type hydrogen bond between the terminal OH group of the side chain and the pi electrons of the phenyl ring. The good agreement between the experimental and theoretical results demonstrates that even the substitution with a strongly electronegative atom of 2-phenylethanol at the para position has no noticeable effect on the strength and orientation of the OH...pi bond.  相似文献
