Elastic antiproton-nucleus scattering is analysed by a phenomenological optical model potential with spin orbit interaction.The elastic scattering differential cross section dσ/dΩ,polarization P(θ) and spin rotation function Q(θ) can be discribed by this potential.From the comparison with 12C nucleus experiment data of differential cross section and polarization,we obtain a more realistic antiproton optical potential.  相似文献

In this paper ,the differential cross sections of the elastic and inelastic scattering of alpha-particle of energy 1.37GeV on the 2+ and 3 excited states of 12C and Ca isotopes are calculated by the method of the inelastic two-composite-particle system scattering theory at high energy.The results are in agreement with experimental data.The importance of the virtual excitation in calculating the differential cross section of the elastic is descussed.  相似文献

The angular distribution has been measured for elastic scattering on 40Ar with 11B and for the single proton transfer reaction 40Ar(11B, 10Be)41K at the incident beam energy of 50 MeV. The elastic scattering cross section has been fitted in terms of the optical model. The EFR-DWBA aproach with recoil effect has been used to analyze the differential cross section. A coupled-channels approach is used for incorporating NΔ configurations into the mechanism of the meson production reaction p + p → d + π+. The differential cross section and the polarization asymmetry are calculated for lab energies ranging from threshold to 750 MeV including the partial waves up to f-wave pions and 3F state nucleons. It is found that the pp state 3F3 is important in obtaining a reasonable agreement with the existing experimental data. We find a remarkable insensitivity of the differential cross section to the D-state probability of the deuteron, whereas the polarization is somewhat dependent on this.  相似文献

Using a microscopic momenteum space optical potential and the method for treating the Coulomb force, which is propose by R Crespo and J. A. Tostevin, we calculated the differential cross section of elastic nucleon scattering from the 3H and 3He mirror nuclei at 500MeV and the ratio of cross sections. The charge symmetry breaking effects due to the Coulomb force between the proton and nuclei are shown.  相似文献

Under reverse kinematics, elastic scattering of 17F and 18Ne on proton is studied. The experimental differential cross sections were measured. A kind of global optical potential with the CH89 parameters is used to describe the radioactive nucleus as an initial optical potential parameters. The experimental differential cross section data are analyzed by using the theoretical calculation code DWUCK4 with the distorted wave Born approximation and parameter search subroutine ABOD which automatically searches the suitable parameters. Then the optical potential parameters of scattering 17F and 18Ne on proton are obtained. From the analyses of the optimized parameters, the real central potential mean square radii of 17F and 18Ne, 3.239fm and 3.317fm are deduced, respectively.  相似文献

The triple differential cross section of the Ar 2p orbital in a highly asymmetric geometry is calculated by using a modified distorted wave Born approximation method. A short-range polarization potential via density-functional theory is included in our calculations. We calculate the angular distributions of elastic and inelastic scatterings from vibrational nuclei by using optical potential. The neutron and proton transition densities can be studied by comparing the π+ and π scattering on the nucleus. The reaction cross section, together with the one-, two- and three neutron removal cross sections, of 17C with the energy of 79A MeV on carbon target were measured using the radioactive beam line RIPS of RIKEN. The reaction cross section and the one-neutron removal cross section were analyzed within the frame of Glauber model. Both the analyses favor the dominant configuration of a 16C core (2+) plus a d5/2 valence neutron for 17C. The work for the neutron-rich carbon isotope on the reaction cross section σR and the interaction cross section σI on 12C target are summarized.  相似文献

The importance of Coulomb effect for π-12C, 16O scatterings is studied at incidentenergy Tπ=80, 70, 50, MeV. Results show that the discrepancy between the data andthe calculation that appears in differential cross section for Tπ=50 MeV in referenceis not attributed to ignoring Coulomb effect. By using 28MeV/u 18O beam,an on-line melting lead target equipment and 4π-ΔEβ-γcoincident technique,the relative cross section ratios and absolute cross sections of neutron-rich nuclides 205—208Hg have been measured. The polarization of neutrons produced in the reaction12C(d, n 0)13N was measured. Deuterons from the Karlsruhe isochronous cyclotron were used to induce this reaction at 51,5 MeV laboratory energy. The degree of polarization was determined by using the special features of Mott-Schwinger scattering. With an uranium scatterer analysing efficiencies of up to 0.92 can be obtained at very small angles (0.23°). The analysing efficiency can be calculated if the differential cross section at 0° and the total cross section is known. These quantities were experimentally determined. The differential cross section for 49.4 MeV neutrons, scattered by uranium, was measured between 0.88° and 2.10°. By an extrapolation the value 43.4±2.6 b/sr was found for the nuclear differential cross section at zero degree. A total cross section ofσ t=4.80±0.22 b was obtained. The neutron polarization was measured at a reaction angle of 24.5° and the result isP=?0.45±0.07. This value is fairly above the semiclassical 1/3 limit and can be only explained, if spin orbit forces are taken into account. For (d, n) reactions this is the first neutron-polarization measurement above an energy of 20 MeV.  相似文献

We examine theoretical implications of studying the differential cross-section and some key polarization observables in the η′ photoproduction reaction off protons, from its threshold to about 2 GeV of cm energy, the region of the so-called “missing baryon resonances”. We compare implications of different models all of which generate the observed peak in the total η′ photproduction cross section, but have very different differential cross section and polarization profields. Their measurements are thus crucial in distinguishing these reaction mechanisms, of interest to understanding QCD in its nonperturbative domain.  相似文献
