Mg10±δIr19B16δ是具有非中心对称性的超导材料. 通过对两种组分的样品Mg9.3Ir19B16.7和Mg11Ir19B15的比热测量, 得到了这类超导体的超导态和正常态的特征参数:包括转变温度TC, 正常态态密度N(EF), 德拜温度ΘD, 上临界场HC2等. 并由此求出Ginzburg-London相干长度ξGL, 穿透深度λGL, 下临界场HC1和热力学临界场HC. 这些参数因化学组分不同而变化. 高的N(EF)和ΘD对应高的TC, 因此也具有较高的HC2. 另外比热跃变ΔC/γnTC=1.66 和电声子耦合常数λ=0.58不随化学组分变化, 表明此超导体是中等强度耦合的第二类超导体. 关键词: 非中心对称超导体 比热  相似文献

We have investigated the metal-insulator transition (MIT) of CuIr2S4 by a high resolution NMR measurement. The Cu-NMR spectrum below T MI is broadened and split into four Cu signals with sizable electric quadrupole interactions. The NMR results are consistent with the charge ordering of Ir3+ and Ir4+ and the spin dimerization of Ir4+ spins, as revealed by a recent X-ray study.  相似文献

We have obtained the Cr 3d-like energy states, which located in the band gap of GaN by means of resonant photoemission spectroscopy. In the difference spectrum between the valence band photoemission spectra of non-doped GaN and that of the Ga0.937Cr0.063N, we observed the new energy state, in band gap, consists of Cr 3d-like and N 2p-like component by strong hybridization.  相似文献

A spinel sulphide CuIr2S4 single crystal, which exhibits an orbitally induced Peierls phase transition at ~230?K, is investigated by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The phase transition is clearly manifested on the ESR spectra. It is suggested that the ESR signals are produced by a few non-dimerized Ir4+ ions. Moreover, an extra ESR spectrum appears at low temperature in addition to the paramagnetic ESR signals of Ir4+ ions, which is suggested to be caused by the Jahn–Teller effect of the non-dimerized Ir4+ ions. From the ESR results, it is found that the Jahn–Teller splitting energy ΔE JT is much smaller than the spin-dimerization gap.  相似文献

The effects of whisker content, sample holding time, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis of the crystal structure of polypropylene/Mg 2 B 2 O 5 whisker composites were investigated. DSC shows a double melting peak, T 1 at about 151°C and T 2 at about 166°C. Detailed analysis of wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) shows that a γ phase may exist in the polypropylene/Mg 2 B 2 O 5 composite. The experimental results also show that the crystal structure according to MPLT (melting peak at low temperature) was more perfect and the crystallinity according to MPLT increased with increasing whisker content. The sample holding time at room temperature following injection molding had a significant effect on the number of γ -crystal nuclei.  相似文献

Abstract

An uniaxial pressure cell for low temperature use is described in detail. Then we present data of the electrical resistance of single crystals of Lu5Ir4Si10, which is known to show a charge-density-wave transition around 83 K and to become superconducting near 3.8 K, both phenomena being anticorrelated under pressure. Since the CDW in Lu5Ir4Si10 is a quasi one-dimensional phenomenon because of a chain-like structure, it responds to uniaxial pressure in a specific way.  相似文献

A larger-scale Mg70Zn30 alloy system including 100000 atoms has been simulated by using the molecular dynamics method to investigate the icosahedral medium-range order (IMRO) formed in the Mg70Zn30 metallic glass. It is found that the simulated pair distribution function of Mg70Zn30 metallic glass is in good agreement with the experimental results. The glass transition temperature Tg is near 450 K under the cooling rate of 1×1012 K/s. The icosahedral local structures play a critical role in the formation of metallic glass, and they are the dominant local configurations in the Mg70Zn30 metallic glass. The IMRO in the Mg70Zn30 metallic glass is characterized by certain types of extended icosahedral clusters combined by intercross-sharing atoms in the form of chains or dendrites. The size distributions of these IMRO clusters present a magic number sequence of 19, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39,. . . , and the magic clusters can be classified into three types according to their compactness. The IMRO clusters grow rapidly in a low-dimensional way with cooling, but this growth is limited near Tg.  相似文献

The present study of Np2Ir2In completes the 237Np Mössbauer spectroscopy investigations of Np2T2X (T = Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt; X = In, Sn) compounds. Np2Ir2In is found to order at T ord30 K and the complex Mössbauer spectra suggest the occurrence of a noncollinear modulated magnetic structure with an average magnetic moment on the neptunium Np0.76 B. The magnetic properties of Np2Ir2In are consistent with the general trends observed in the An2T2X (An =U, Np) isostructural family.  相似文献

The formation of an induced 5d magnetic moment on Ir in Fe97Ir3, Co95Ir5 and Ni95Ir5 alloys has been investigated by X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) and X-ray absorption spectra (XAS) measurements at Ir L 2,3 edges. Using a sum rule which relates the integrals of these spectra with the ground state expectation value of the orbital angular momentum 〈L Z 〉 of the probed atom, the orbital moment m orb of Ir could be determined as −0.071(2) μ B in an Fe host, −0.067(2) μ B in a Co host and −0.041(1) μ B in a Ni host. The spin magnetic moment m spin of Ir is also found to be the maximal in Fe and the minimal in Ni. The total moment of Ir is found to be approximately 1/5 of total moment of Fe, 2/13 of the total moment of Co, and 1/4 of the total moment of Ni. The microstructures and the microwave dielectric properties of the (1 − x)(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3x(Na0.5La0.5)TiO3 ceramic system were investigated. Two-phase system was confirmed by the XRD patterns and the EDX analysis. A co-existed second phase (Mg0.95Co0.05)Ti2O5 was also detected. The microwave dielectric properties are strongly related to the density and the matrix of the specimen. A new microwave dielectric material 0.88(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3–0.12(Na0.5La0.5)TiO3, possessing an excellent combination of dielectric properties: εr  22.36, Q × f  110,000 GHz (at 9 GHz), τf  2.9 ppm/°C), is proposed as a candidate dielectric for GPS patch antennas.  相似文献

The electronic structures of Fe-based superconductor SmFeAsO1−xFx and SmFe1−yIryAsO are compared through X-ray photoemission spectroscopy in this study. With fluorine or iridium doping, the electronic structure and chemical environment of the SmFeAsO system were changed. The fluorine was doped at an oxygen site which introduced electrons to a reservoir Sm–O layer. The iridium was doped at an Fe site which introduced electrons to a conduction Fe–As layer directly. In a parent material SmFeAsO, the magnetic ordering corresponding to Fe3d in the low-spin state is suppressed by both fluorine and iridium doping through suppressing the magnetism of 3d itinerant electrons. Compared to fluorine doping, iridium doping affected superconductivity more significantly due to an iridium-induced disorder in FeAs layers.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties of La1-xBx(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were examined with a view to their exploitation for mobile communication. The La1-xBx(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method with various sintering temperatures. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the La0.995B0.005(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics revealed no significant variation of phase with sintering temperatures. A maximum apparent density of 6.58 g/cm3, a dielectric constant (εr) of 19.8, a quality factor (Q × f) of 41,800 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of −86 ppm/°C were obtained for La0.995B0.005(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics that were sintered at 1500 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of a small amount of Y-site substitution by La or Pr ions on the vortex pinning in the Y–Ba–Cu–O system. (Y1-xLax)–Ba–Cu–O and (Y1-xPrx)–Ba–Cu–O bulks were fabricated by the melt-textured growth, in which x was varied from 0 to 0.01. The critical current density Jc at 77 K is improved in magnetic fields parallel to the c-axis above 2–4.5 T and the corresponding irreversibility field, Hirr, shifts to the higher value in both bulks.  相似文献

Coexistence of superconductivity and magnetic order has been one of the exciting aspects of the quaternary borocarbide superconductors, So far, RNi2B2C (R=Tm, Er, Ho and Dy) are the only known magnetic superconductors in this family. Here, we present our resistivity, magnetization and heat capacity studies on NdPt2B2C (nominal composition, NdPt1.5Au0.6B2C and NdPt2.1B2.4C1.2). We find superconductivity in both samples with T c,onset ∼ 3 K. Bulk magnetic order is found to occur below 1.7 K. We suggest that NdPt2B2C is a possible magnetic superconductor.  相似文献

The geometries of MgnNi2 (n=1-6) clusters are studied by using the hybrid density functional theory (B3LYP) with LANL2DZ basis sets. For the ground-state structures of MgnNi2 clusters, the stabilities and the electronic properties are investigated. The results show that the groundstate structures and symmetries of Mg clusters change greatly due to the Ni atoms. The average binding energies have a growing tendency while the energy gaps have a declining tendency. In addition, the ionization energies exhibit an odd-even oscillation feature. We also conclude that n=3, 5 are the magic numbers of the MgnNi2 clusters. The Mg3 Ni2 and Mg5Ni2 clusters are more stable than neighbouring clusters, and the Mg4Ni2 cluster exhibits a higher chemical activity.  相似文献

We present a study of magnetization measurements performed on the single crystals of YNi2B2C and LuNi2B2C. For both the compounds, we find flux jumps in magnetisation values in the respective field regions, where the structural transitions in the flux line lattice symmetry have been reported in these systems via the small angle neutron scattering experiments. The magnetisation hysteresis loops and the AC susceptibility measurements show pronounced peak effect as well as second magnetisation peak anomaly for both YNi2B2C and LuNi2B2C. Based on these results, a vortex phase diagram has been constructed for YNi2B2C forH∥c depicting different glassy phases of the vortex matter.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了SrAl2B2O7:Dy3+发光材料.在350nm紫外光激发下,测得SrAl2B2O7:Dy3+材料的发射光谱为一个多峰宽谱,主峰分别为480,573和678nm;分别和Dy3+的4F9/2→6H15/2,4F9/2→6H13/2,4F9/2→6H11/2的跃迁发射相对应;监测573nm的发射峰,得到材料的激发光谱为一个多峰宽谱,主峰分别为295,325,350,365,400nm.研究了Dy3+掺杂浓度对SrAl2B2O7:Dy3+材料发射光谱的影响,随着Dy3+掺杂浓度的增大,SrAl2B2O7:Dy3+材料的Iy/Ib逐渐增大,根据Judd-Ofelt理论解释了其原因.随着Dy3+掺杂浓度的增大,Dy3+的4F9/2→6H13/2跃迁产生的573nm发射峰强度先增大,在4%时达到最大值,之后减小,其自身的浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-电偶极相互作用.不同的电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+,K+的引入均使发光强度得到提高,尤其以Li+最佳,发光强度提高了大约33%.  相似文献
