We propose an entanglement detector composed of two quantum spin Hall insulators and a side gate deposited on one of the edge channels. For an ac gate voltage, the differential noise contributed from the entangled electron pairs exhibits the nontrivial step structures, from which the spin entanglement concurrence can be easily obtained. The possible spin dephasing effects in the quantum spin Hall insulators are also included. 相似文献

In this work, we propose a scheme to design the time evolution of the entropy of entanglement between two qubits. It is shown an explicit accurate solution for the inverse problem of determining the time dependence of the coupling magnitude from a user-defined dynamical entanglement function. 相似文献

We present a multipartite entanglement purification scheme in a Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger state for electrons based on their spins and their charges. This scheme works for purification with two steps, i.e., bit-flip error correction and phase-flip error correction. By repeating these two steps, the parties in quantum communication can get some high-fidelity multipartite entangled electronic systems. 相似文献

Recent experimental progress in prolonging the coherence time of a quantum system prompts us to explore the behavior of quantum entanglement at the beginning of the decoherence process. The response of the entanglement under an infinitesimal noise can serve as a signature of the robustness of entangled states. A crucial problem of this topic in multipartite systems is to compute the degree of entanglement in a mixed state. We find a family of global noise in three-qubit systems, which is composed of four W states. Under its influence, the linear response of the tripartite entanglement of a symmetrical three-qubit pure state is studied. A lower bound of the linear response is found to depend completely on the initial tripartite and bipartite entanglement. This result shows that the decay of tripartite entanglement is hastened by the bipartite one. 相似文献

A system of two initially entangled qubits interacting with a bosonic environment is considered. The interaction induces a loss of the initial entanglement of the two qubits, and for specific initial states it causes entanglement sudden death. An investigation of the modifications on the entanglement dynamics by a single pulse control field, performed in the two qubit system, shows that the control field can not only protect entangled states against sudden death but also induce a revival of entanglement in the two qubit system. 相似文献

The influence of collective and multilocal environments on the energy transfer between the levels of a dimer is studied. The dynamics of energy transfer are investigated by considering coupling of collective environment with the levels of the dimer in the presence of both two individuals and mutually correlated multilocal environments. It is shown that every way of coupling we consider assists, though differently, the probability of transition between the levels of dimer. The probability of transition is strongly enhanced when the two local environments are mutually correlated. 相似文献

The properties of some complex many body systems can be modeled by introducing in the dissipative dynamics of each single component a set of kinetic constraints that depend on the state of the neighbor systems. Here, we characterize this kind of dynamics for two quantum systems whose independent dissipative evolutions are defined by a Lindblad equation. The constraints are introduced through a set of projectors that restrict the action of each single dissipative Lindblad channel to the state of the other system. Conditions that guarantee a classical interpretation of the kinetic constraints are found. The generation and evolution of entanglement is studied for two optical qubits systems. Classically constrained dissipation leads to a stationary state whose degree of entanglement depends on the initial state. Nevertheless, independently of the initial conditions, a maximal entangled state is generated when both systems are subjected to the action of local Hamiltonian fields that do not commutate with the constraints. The underlying physical mechanism is analyzed in detail. 相似文献

Recently, it was argued that the binegativity might be a good quantifier of entanglement for two-qubit states. Like the concurrence and the negativity, the binegativity is also analytically computable quantifier for all two qubits. Based on numerical evidence, it was conjectured that it is a PPT (positive partial transposition) monotone and thus fulfills the criterion to be a good measure of entanglement. In this work, we investigate its behavior under noisy channels which indicate that the binegativity is decreasing monotonically with respect to increasing noise. We also find that the binegativity is closely connected to the negativity and has closed analytical form for arbitrary two qubits. Our study supports the conjecture that the binegativity is a monotone. 相似文献

We present schemes for quantum teleportation and entanglement swapping of electronic spin states in hybrid superconductor–normal-metal systems. The proposed schemes employ subgap transport whereby the lowest order processes involve Cooper pair-electron and double Cooper-pair cotunneling in quantum teleportation and entanglement swapping protocols, respectively. The competition between elastic cotunneling and Cooper-pair splitting results in the success probability of 25% in both cases. Described implementations of these protocols are within reach of present-day experimental techniques. 相似文献

We find that the dynamical phase transition (DPT) in nearest-neighbor bipartite entanglement of time-evolved states of the anisotropic infinite quantum XY spin chain, in a transverse time-dependent magnetic field, can be quantitatively characterized by the dynamics of an information-theoretic quantum correlation measure, namely, quantum work-deficit (QWD). We show that only those nonequilibrium states exhibit entanglement resurrection after death, on changing the field parameter during the DPT, for which the cumulative bipartite QWD is above a threshold. The results point to an interesting inter-relation between two quantum correlation measures that are conceptualized from different perspectives. 相似文献

The perturbation of multiqubit systems by an external noise can induce various effects like decoherence, stochastic resonance and anti-resonance, and noise-shielding. We investigate how the appearance of these effects on disentanglement time depends on the initial preparation of the systems. We present results for 2-, 3- and 4-qubit chains in various arrangements and observe a clear dependence on the combination of initial geometry of the state space and the placement of noise. Finally, we see that temperature can play a constructive role for the control of these noise induced effects. 相似文献

We study the dynamics and protection of tripartite quantum correlations in terms of genuinely tripartite concurrence, lower bound of concurrence and tripartite geometric quantum discord in a three-qubit system interacting with independent thermal bath. By comparing the dynamics of entanglement with that of quantum discord for initial GHZ state and W state, we find that W state is more robust than GHZ state, and quantum discord performs better than entanglement against the decoherence induced by the thermal bath. When the bath temperature is low, for the initial GHZ state, combining weak measurement and measurement reversal is necessary for a successful protection of quantum correlations. But for the initial W state, the protection depends solely upon the measurement reversal. In addition, the protection cannot usually be realized irrespective of the initial states as the bath temperature increases. 相似文献

The entanglement swapping protocol is analyzed in a relativistic setting, where shortly after the entanglement swapping is performed, a Bell test is performed. For an observer in the laboratory frame, a Bell violation is observed between the qubits with the swapped entanglement. In a moving frame, the order of the measurements is reversed, and a Bell violation is observed even though the particles are not entangled, directly or indirectly, or at any point in time. Although the measurement results are identical, the wavefunctions for the two frames are starkly different — one is entangled and the other is not. Furthermore, for boosts in a perpendicular direction, in the presence of decoherence, we show that the maximum Bell violation can occur across non-simultaneous points in time. This is a signature of entanglement that is spread across both space and time, showing both non-local and non-simultaneous aspects of entanglement. 相似文献

We use an estimator of quantum criticality based on the entanglement entropy to discuss the ground state properties of the 1D anisotropic Kondo necklace model. We found that the T=0 phase diagram of the model is described by a critical line separating an antiferromagnetic phase from a Kondo singlet state. Moreover we calculate the conformal anomaly on the critical line and obtain that c tends to 0.5 as the thermodynamic limit is reached. Hence we conclude that these transitions belong to Ising universality class being, therefore, second order transitions instead of infinite order as claimed before. 相似文献

We studied the quantum phase transition revealed to occur in the ferrimagnetic mixed-spin (S,s)=(1,1/2) chain with positive crystal-field anisotropy D under an external magnetic field by using concepts from quantum information theory such as pairwise entanglement and purity, incorporated into the density matrix renormalization group algorithm. In this system, a magnetization plateau appears at 1/3 of the saturation magnetization for all values of D except for a critical value Dc where it vanishes. We obtained this value Dc=1.11445±0.00065 within the thermodynamic limit as local minima of the pairwise entanglement and the purity. Moreover, using this procedure we were able to investigate the second-order (or continuous) character of the quantum phase transition. 相似文献

In this work we offer an approach to protect the entanglement based on the anti-symmetric property of the Hamiltonian. Our main objective is to protect the entanglement of a given initial three-qubit state which is governed by Hamiltonian of a three-spin Ising chain in site-dependent transverse fields. We show that according to anti-symmetric property of the Hamiltonian with respect to some operators mimicking the time reversal operator, the dynamics of the system can be effectively reversed. It equips us to control the dynamics of the system. The control procedure is implemented as a sequence of cyclic evolution; accordingly the entanglement of the system is protected for any given initial state with any desired accuracy and long-time. Using this approach we could control not only the multiparty entanglement but also the pairwise entanglement. It is also notable that in this paper although we restrict ourselves mostly within a three-spin Ising chain in site-dependent transverse fields, our approach could be applicable to any n-qubit spin system models. 相似文献
