CCD实时地非接触检测铁轨的振动情况是一种既方便又准确的测量方法。该方法能够测出轨道振动的幅度、频率、相位、加速度等参数。CCD非接触测振系统由照明光源、成像系统、CCD、检测逻辑接口电路及计算机软件构成。通过实际检测,它能够达到振幅测量精度为0.1mm,最大量程为100mm,频率不低于200Hz。该系统可扩展到用非接触方法测量各种机械振动、位移量和物体边沿检测等应用领域。 相似文献

本文介绍了在半导体激光光纤与位相板相结合的准直情况下,利用线阵CCD探测器测量大型工件形位误差遇到的光强变化而引起测量误差的问题,并对用线阵CCD进行衍射信号测量的原理和特点作了分析。根据CCD的工作原理和特性,提出了利用自动控制CCD积分时间的方法,使CCD输出的信号峰值保持恒定,提高了系统的测量精度。 相似文献

Two methods for measuring the parallelism error of gauge blocks are discussed. The first method makes use of contact probes, sampling the gauge thickness at fixed locations; the parallelism error is given by the difference between maximum and minimum thickness over the sampled area. The second method is based on interferometry, producing the height maps of the opposing surfaces with respect to one another; the parallelism error is obtained after processing of the interferometric data. The two methods have been implemented in different laboratories, and compared by measuring five different gauge blocks. The results are reported, showing that the first method is more straightforward and simple, but requires prior calibration and provides information only on a limited number of sample points. The second method is more demanding in terms of equipment and measuring procedure, but in principle it is an absolute method, and provides information over a large number of data points. 相似文献

Interferometry for measuring the shape of large aspherical surfaces is reported. The interference fringe pattern between the parallel reference beam and the reconstructed wavefront from the master zone plate which is drawn by an electron-beam drawing machine is recorded on a hologram plate with off-axis optical arrangement. The hologram plate used as the standard element is reconstructed by the conjugate beam in a modified Twyman-Green interferometer. Insufficient parallelism of commercial hologram plates can be compensated by this method. It is also easy to make replicas. Some experimental results are also presented. 相似文献

In mechanical manufacturing industry, cylindrical workpiece is one of the most commonly used type of man-made workpieces, and the verticality inspection is a very important task for guaranteeing the quality of the workpieces. In this paper, we proposed a system to inspect the verticality of cylindrical workpieces via multi-vision sensors based on structured light, which has many advantages compared with the traditional methods: fast, on-line, non-contact, flexible and remarkably more accurate. The principles and methods about how to inspect the verticality were given in details, and a real system was set up to carry out the experiments. In the system, a “sensor-unit” which consists of two stripe structured light sensors is used to address the problem of short light stripe. The experiment results indicate a high capability of the proposed system for inspecting large workpieces. 相似文献

A method for testing triaxial parallelism of optical sights, the triaxial which involve optical sights targeting axis of white & infrared and laser launching axis, is put forward in this paper on the basis of analyzing conventional measuring technique. At first, measuring optical path is improved, and some equipments such as aspherical mirror, high precision CCD camera are employed to eliminate the subjective error; with the analysis of the optical path, the mathematical model of triaxial parallelism is built, and the error factors are analyzed and calculated. Finally the system is calibrated by autocollimation theodolite whose accuracy is 0.5″ and the experimental results show that measurement error is <3″.
