Upconversion (UC) luminescence of Y2O3:Ho3+, Yb3+ nanocrystals codoped with different concentrations of Eu3+ ions were investigated to improve the monochromaticity of the UC emission. The results show that the monochromaticity, quantified by a parameter SR, increases as the concentration of Eu3+ ions becomes higher, which is due to the energy transfer between 5I7 (Ho3+) and 7F6 (Eu3+). The energy transfer accelerates the relaxation of Ho3+ ions from the 5I7 to 5I8 state and then quenches the red emission. The influence of the Eu3+ concentration on the pump power dependence of the red UC fluorescence in Y2O3:Ho3+, Yb3+, Eu3+ nanocrystals is verified using the steady-state rate equation theory.  相似文献

The upconversion luminescences of YAlO3:Er3+ phosphor co-doping with different Gd3+ concentrations are investigated under the excitation of 980- and 532-nm diode lasers. A near ultraviolet upconversion emission at 410 nm is observed in YAlO3 under 532-nm excitation. Moreover, the inactive Gd3+ ions can improve the upconversion intensity efficiently in a certain range of concentration. Under 980-nm excitation, the visible upconversion emissions at 546 and 646 nm are enhanced by about 10 and 8 times at the Gd3+ concentration of 40%, respectively. The upconversion emission at 410 nm under 532-nm excitation is also enhanced by 7 times. The substitution of Gd3+ ions for Y3+ sites changes the local symmetry of Er3+, leading to the improvement of upconversion efficiency.  相似文献

采用湿化学法制备了铒掺杂氧化钇上转换纳米粉体材料.研究了不同掺杂浓度、掺杂元素种类对材料显微结构、物相组成和光谱特性的影响.结果表明,通过控制掺杂元素的种类、掺杂浓度可以实现对光谱性能(包括光谱反射系数和上转换光谱)的调控.实验表明,该材料对106 μm激光具有较好的吸收性能. 关键词: 铒掺杂氧化钇纳米粉体 上转换材料 激光与红外复合隐身 光谱反射系数  相似文献

通过固相反应法制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺杂ZrO2-Al2O3粉末的样品,并对样品在980nm激光激发下的上转换发光特性进行了研究.从发射光谱可以发现,在可见光范围内有3个强的发光带,一个位于654nm附近的红光带和两个分别位于545nm、525nm附近的绿光带,分别对应于Er3+离子的以下辐射跃迁:4F9/24I15/24S3/24I15/22H11/24I15/2.其中又以Er3+离子的4F9/24I15/2跃迁产生的红色荧光辐射最强.对其上转换发光机制进行了分析,发现这三个发光过程都是双光子过程.对样品粉末进行了XRD检测,发现ZrO2主要以立方相为主,并且计算得到了这种立方结构的晶格常数.Al2O3固溶于ZrO2中,Al3+嵌入ZrO2后产生氧空位,导致ZrO2晶体的对称性降低,这种结构变化更有利于提高上转换效率,即上转换发光强度增强. 关键词: 3+/Yb3+')" href="#">Er3+/Yb3+ 上转换 2-Al2O3')" href="#">ZrO2-Al2O3 荧光 稀土  相似文献

CaAl12O19 powders doped with Er3+, Yb3+, and Mg2+ ions have been prepared by a low-temperature combustion synthesis technique. Formation and chemical compositions were analysed by powder X-ray diffraction and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The visible luminescence spectra of the doped phosphor upon excitation with ∼378 nm radiation from a Xenon lamp have been studied. A broad band emission in the range of 1400–1700 nm with a peak around 1.5 μm and FWHM of about ∼80 nm responsible for the eye-safe telecommunication window has been observed upon direct excitation with a NIR laser into the 4I11/2 level of Er3+. The effect of co-doping with Yb3+ and Mg2+ ions in the CaAl12O19:Er3+ matrix on the photoluminescence intensity corresponding to the 2H11/2,4S3/24I15/2, 4F9/24I15/2 and 4I13/24I15/2 transitions of Er3+ is elaborated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Y2O3:Yb3+ nanocrystals codoping with Li+ ions were synthesized by glycine combustion method. Codoping with Li+ ions leads to about 12 times enhancement of the photoluminescence (PL) intensity around 1 μm, in terms of the increased lifetimes at 1026 nm from 0.384 ms to 1.42 ms at room temperature. The enhancement in the PL intensity could be mostly attributed to the modification of the local symmetry around Yb3+ ions by codoping with Li+ ions.  相似文献

Ultraviolet (UV) upconversion (UC) luminescence in Yb3+/Er3+-codoped yttrium oxide (Y2O3) nanocrystals can be enhanced by orders of magnitude via tridoping further with Li+ ions under diode laser excitation of 970 nm. Sensitized three-photon UC radiations at 390 and 409 nm, corresponding to the 4G11/24I15/2 and 4H9/24I15/2 of Er3+ ions, respectively, present an enhancement time of about 33 times, which is larger than the 24 times enhancement for the UC green radiation. The UV UC radiation at 320 nm that corresponds to the 2P3/24I15/2 of Er3+ ions has also been greatly enhanced. Theoretical calculations interpret that all the observed enhancement times of UV UC radiations arise from the prolonged lifetimes of their intermediate states.  相似文献

Lithium-indium oxide is a high-density (5.9 g·cm−3), wide band-gap semiconductor with promising applications for scintillating detection of solar neutrinos as well as for efficient phosphorescence when doped with Er3+ or Sm3+ ions. In this report, we demonstrate visible upconversion emission of Er3+-doped LiInO2 synthesized by a simple solid-state chemistry procedure and discuss mechanisms responsible for pumping the Er3+ ions to upper levels. Intense upconversion emission is observed in the green and red spectral regions under near-infrared excitation, and it is greatly enhanced by co-doping with Yb3+ ions. We also examined the upconversion intensity change as a function of temperature, and, consequently, possible applications of this material as a low-temperature sensor.  相似文献

We have investigated infrared-to-visible upconversion luminescence of Er^3+ in bismuth-lead-germanate glasses. The UV cutoff wavelength is shortened while its lifetime is increased almost linearly, with PbF2 substituting for PbO in the bismuth-lead germanate glasses. Three emissions centred at around 529, 545 and 657 nm are clearly observed, which are identified as originating from the ^2H11/2→^4 I15/2,^4S3/2→^4 I15/2 and ^4 F9/2 →^4 I15/2 transitions, respectively. It is noted that all the upconversion emission intensities increase with PbF2 concentration increasing. The ratio between the intensities of red and green emissions increases with the increasing of PbF2 content. Energy transfer processes and nonradiative phonon-assisted decays account for the populations of the ^2 H11/2,^4 S3/2 and ^4F 9/2 levels. The quadratic dependence of fluorescence on excitation laser power confirms a two-photon process to contribute to the upconversion emissions.  相似文献

用微波高温固相法合成了Er~(3+)单掺Lu_2O_3,Li~+与Er~(3+)共掺Lu_2O_3及Li~+,Zn~(2+),Mg~(2+)掺杂Lu_2O_3∶Er~(3+)的荧光粉。实验表明金属离子Li~+、Zn~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Er~(3+)掺杂Lu_2O_3,不影响Lu_2O_3的立方晶相。扫描电子显微镜测量表明,Li~+掺杂可以有效改善粉体的分散性和形貌,Li~+,Zn~(2+),Mg~(2+)共掺杂获得的粉体颗粒分布更加均匀,粒径范围为80~100 nm。379 nm激发下,Li~+与Er~(3+)共掺样品发光较单掺Er~(3+)样品在565 nm处的发光增强了4.5倍,而Li~+、Zn~(2+)、Mg~(2+)与Er~(3+)共掺样品较其发光增强5.3倍。980 nm激发下,Li~+与Er~(3+)共掺样品,Li~+、Zn~(2+)、Mg~(2+)与Er~(3+)共掺样品的发光分别比单掺Er~(3+)样品在565 nm处发光增强23倍与39倍,在662 nm处发光强度分别增强20倍与43倍。379 nm激发下,较单掺Er~(3+)的样品,掺杂Li~+的样品和Li~+,Zn~(2+),Mg~(2+)和Er~(3+)共掺的样品荧光寿命均有所增加,而Zn~(2+)、Er~(3+)共掺及Mg~(2+)、Er~(3+)共掺样品的荧光寿命则有所缩短。  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了ZrO2:Er3+-Yb3+纳米晶粉体,所制备的纳米晶粉体具有较强的室温上转换发射和红外发射.研究了样品的晶体结构和上转换发光性质随着Yb3+掺杂浓度和煅烧温度的变化关系.通过X射线衍射谱分析发现,经800℃煅烧2h后得到的ZrO2:Er3+-Yb3+纳米晶是四方相和单斜相的混合结构,经950℃煅烧2h后得到的样品以单斜相为主,随着Y  相似文献

利用溶胶—凝胶方法制备了Er3+和Yb3+共掺杂的Y2O3纳米荧光粉。采用Er3+的2H11/2→4I15/2和4S3/2→4I15/2绿色上转换荧光强度比的方法,研究了由980 nm二极管激光器泵浦所导致的荧光粉样品表面温升现象。结果表明,随着泵浦功率的增加,样品表面温度大幅度上升, 当功率达到1 000 mW时,样品表面的温度达到820 K。该现象对分析稀土离子上转换过程中所出现的功率饱和现象起着重要的作用,并且在高温传感材料、医学生物细胞烧孔方面有着广阔应用前景。  相似文献

TeO2–PbO glasses doped/codoped with Er3+/Er3+-Yb3+ ions have been fabricated by melting and quenching method. Efficient frequency upconversion emissions spanning from blue to red regions corresponding to the 2H11/2, 4S3/24I15/2 and 4F9/24I15/2 transitions, respectively, upon excitation with 976 nm diode laser radiation have been observed. 在980 nm近红外光激发下,通过共掺杂Ce~(3+)离子调控六方相NaLuF_4:Yb~(3+)/Ho~(3+)纳米晶体的上转换荧光发射.实验结果表明,当掺杂Ce~(3+)离子浓度从0增加到12.0%时,Ho~(3+)离子的上转换荧光发射实现了由绿光向红光的转变,其红绿比提高了近24倍.根据Ho~(3+)离子的能级结构发现,Ho~(3+)离子的红光发射源自~5F_5能级到5I8能级的辐射跃迁,因此要增强红光发射,必须提高该能级粒子数布居.Ho~(3+)与Ce~(3+)离子之间相近的能级差促使它们之间产生了共振交叉弛豫,从而有效地提高了Ho~(3+)离子~5F_5能级的粒子数布居,增强了红光发射.同时对Ho~(3+)离子的上转换调控机理进行讨论,并借助不同的激发策略,进一步证实了Ho~(3+)与Ce~(3+)离子之间相互作用的发生.  相似文献

为得到绿光和红光最大发光强度的Er3+/Yb3+共掺BaGd2ZnO5上转换材料荧光粉, 首先采用试验优化设计中的均匀设计初步寻找Er3+/Yb3+合理的掺杂浓度; 其次通过二次通用旋转组合设计进一步优化实验, 建立起Er3+/Yb3+掺杂浓度与绿光和红光发光强度的回归方程; 最后通过遗传算法计算出方程的最优解, 即绿光和红光最大发光强度时对应的Er3+/Yb3+掺杂浓度. 利用传统的高温固相法分别制备出最优样品. 采用X 射线衍射对得到荧光粉的晶体结构进行了分析, 证明了所有产物均为纯相BaGd2ZnO5. 采用980 nm抽运激光作为激发源, 在同样的条件下测量了样品的上转换荧光发射光谱, 从中可见样品有较强的红光发射和绿光发射, 发光中心位于662, 551和527 nm, 分别对应于4F9/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/22H11/24I15/2能级跃迁. 研究了绿光和红光最优样品的上转换发光强度与激光器工作电流之间的关系, 通过分析发现红色和绿色上转换发光均为双光子过程. 由归一化的绿色上转换发射光谱可以看出, 激光器工作电流导致的样品温度变化可以忽略不计. 由于能级2H11/24S3/2之间存在热平衡, 并满足玻尔兹曼分布, 由此探讨了绿光最优样品上转换发射光谱中的绿色发射与温度的关系, 计算出2H11/24S3/2之间的能级差为ΔE=926.11 cm-1. 研究了绿光最优样品的温度效应, 随着温度的升高, 发射强度逐渐变小, 出现了温度猝灭现象. 并计算了样品的激活能, 分别为总体激活能ΔE=0.45 eV, 绿光激活能ΔE绿=0.45 eV, 红光激活能ΔE=0.46 eV.  相似文献

Y2O3:Eu3+, Tb3+ phosphors with white emission are prepared with different doping concentration of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions and synthesizing temperatures from 750 to 950 °C by the co-precipitation method. The resulted phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The results of XRD indicate that the crystallinity of the synthesized samples increases with enhancing the firing temperature. The photoluminescence spectra indicate the Eu3+ and Tb3+ co-doped Y2O3 phosphors show five main emission peaks: three at 590, 611 and 629 nm originate from Eu3+ and two at 481 and 541 nm originate from Tb3+, under excitation of 250-320 nm irradition. The white light luminescence color could be changed by varying the excitation wavelength. Different concentrations of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions were induced into the Y2O3 lattice and the energy transfer from Tb3+→Eu3+ ions in these phosphors was found. The Commission International de l’Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity shows that the Y2O3:Eu3+, Tb3+ phosphors can obtain an intense white emission.  相似文献

Infrared-to-visible upconversion luminescence spectra are investigated in Li+ and Er3+ codoped Y2O3 nanocrystals. By introducing Li+ ions, the upconverted emission intensity is found to be greatly enhanced when compared with the nanocrystals with the Li+ absent. The cause of the enhancement is believed to be the modification of the local symmetry of the Er3+ ion, which increases the intra-4f transitions of Er3+ ion, and the homogeneous distribution of Er3+. While in some other Er3+ doped oxides, such as ZnO, ZrO2, etc., the upconversion intensity of Er3+ ions could also be greatly increased by doping Li+.  相似文献
