采用密度泛函理论(DFT), 在B3LYP/6-311+G**水平上, 研究了三类包含平面四配位碳原子(ptC)和平面五配位碳原子(ppC)的硼碳化合物. 这三类新型化合物是由C3B2H4(包含ptC)、CB4H2(包含ptC)和CB5H2(包含ppC)三种稳定结构和—CHCH—单元连接起来而得到的. 在理论上探讨了这些新型的硼碳化合物的成键特征, 光谱性质以及芳香性. 研究结果表明: 包含ptC和ppC原子的能量最低的结构, 在不受对称面限制的条件下, 具有C2v对称性的顺式立体构型比具有反式平面构型的化合物稳定. 计算的核独立化学位移(NICS)显示, 这些新型化合物的三元环中心有强的芳香性. 计算最稳定硼碳化合物的ptC和ppC原子的Wiberg键指数(WBIs)表明ptC和ppC的成键遵循八隅规则.  相似文献

利用B3LYP和CCSD(T)(单点)方法, 研究了含Si, Ge, Sn, Pb的六原子体系[MAl5]+中各个异构体的结构及稳定性. 研究结果表明, 尽管与[CAl5]+一样也具有18个价电子, 但[MAl5]+(M=Si, Ge, Sn, Pb)体系并不存在具有平面五配位结构的异构体, 其能量的全局极小点为具有Cs对称性的蝶形异构体Int1, 这是由于中心原子M(Si, Ge, Sn, Pb)较大的体积显著破坏了[MAl5]+中平面五配位结构的稳定性所致.  相似文献

在CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ&;CEP-121G//B3LYP/6-311+G(d)&;LANL2DZ水平上, 研究了由更高周期的Sn和Pb单掺杂Al4团簇形成的五原子含铝体系XAl4(X=Sn, Pb), 确定了体系的低能异构体, 分析了关键异构体的结构和稳定性. 研究结果表明, 与SiAl4及GeAl4的基态平面四配位Si/Ge结构所不同, 等价电子的SnAl4和PbAl4体系的基态结构不是平面四配位Sn/Pb, 而是平面四配位Al, 其中杂原子Sn/Pb采取二配位方式, 此外, Sn/Pb采取三配位方式的非平面结构的稳定性也要优于平面四配位Sn/Pb结构.  相似文献

采用B3LYP/6-311+G**方法, 研究了一种新型的包含平面四配位碳(ptC)二硼有机化合物C9B2H6的结构、稳定性和振动频率. 计算结果表明, C9B2H6结构的稳定性和两个硼原子的位置有很大关系, 硼原子起给予σ电子和接受π电子的作用. 在C9B2H6的15个异构体中, 最稳定的结构是具有C2v对称性的异构体(1,5), 在异构体(1,5)中, 两个硼原子位于同一个六元环中且与ptC相邻. 而且占据的π轨道说明异构体(1,5)具有10个π电子, 满足4n+2规则. 计算的核独立化学位移(NICS)值显示异构体(1,5)强的芳香性位于C9B2H6的两个三元环而不是两个六元环上.  相似文献

采用高温固相反应合成了M5-2xSmxNax(PO4)3F(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)荧光体,研究了其在真空紫外-可见光范围的发光特性。发现在Ca5(PO4)3F中Sm3+的电荷迁移带约在191 nm,在Sr5(PO4)3F中约在199 nm,而在Ba5(PO4)3F中约在204 nm,随着被取代碱土离子半径的增大电荷迁移能量逐渐减小。比较了M5(PO4)3F (M=Ca,Sr,Ba)中Sm3+和Eu3+电荷迁移能量的关系。  相似文献

对金基体上自组装ssDNA及dsDNA与钴邻菲啉配合物离子([Co(phen)3]2+/3+)相互作用进行电化学现场表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)研究,获得相互作用位点及相互作用模式的信息.dsDNA与[Co(phen)3]2+/3+存在一定的嵌插作用,即配合物通过配体邻菲啉(phen)环以嵌插模式结合在碱基A-T及G-C富集区,同时与磷酸二酯键PO2结合,并伴随dsDNA螺旋构象由B型向A型转变;而[Co(phen)3]2+/3+则是以静电模式与ssDNA的磷酸二酯键PO2及脱氧核糖组成的骨架相互作用.  相似文献

选用B3LYP方法在LanL2MB水平下, 对双帽α-Keggin型杂多阴离子[H4As3Mo12O40]-的电子结构和质子的定位进行了密度泛函理论(DFT)研究. 结果表明, 双帽的形成大大影响了杂多阴离子[As3Mo12O40]5-的电子结构和性质, NBO分析显示参与成帽的三桥氧上的电子密度比双桥氧上的要大, 简单地从电荷密度来看, 质子将首先在三桥氧上定域成键, 但通过比较质子定域在几种桥氧上质子化稳定化能的大小, 发现[H4As3Mo12O40]-中的四个质子将在八个双桥氧中的其中四个氧原子上定位, 而不是如文献中报道的在四个三桥氧上定域成键. 对杂多酸H3PM12O40 (M=Mo, W)中质子的定位也进行了理论计算并与文献进行了比较, 结果显示, H3PMo12O40中质子是定位在双桥氧上; 而H3PW12O40中质子将优先在双桥氧上定位, 但也可在端氧上定位; 这一结果与文献报道的相一致.  相似文献

用从头算方法研究[Au(i-mnt)]22-(i-mnt=i-marononitriledithiolate)的电子吸收和磷光发射性质,利用MP2和CIS方法分别优化了[Au(i-mnt)]22-基态和激发态几何结构.计算的基态Au(Ⅰ)—Au(Ⅰ)键长为0.2825nm,表明Au(Ⅰ)之间存在弱吸引作用.采用SCRF方法中IPCM模型模拟配合物在乙氰溶液中的行为,计算得到的最大吸收波长为315.5nm,指认X1Ag→A1Au来源于i-mnt配体内电荷转移跃迁.在436.2nm处得到具有B3Au→1Ag跃迁的磷光发射,指认为i-mnt配体内电荷转移和金属到配体电荷转移跃迁,与500nm乙氰溶液的发射相对应,为金属修饰的有机配体发光机制.  相似文献

Large size single crystals of [Zn(en)3]SO4 have been successfully grown by a hydrothermal process at 160℃ for 24h, using CuSO4·5H2O, ethylene diamine and reductive Zn powder as reactants. The diameters of the single crystals are range from 0.5mm to 1mm, and lengths reach up to 20mm. The single crystals were characterized by XRD analysis, FTIR and UV-Vis spectrum absorption measurements. The single crystal was confirmed to be [Zn(en)3]SO4 by performing powder diffraction of the single crystal. X-ray diffraction of the single crystals shows (100)-face to be cleavage face. The diffraction peaks are sharp and rocking curve for 200 diffraction has a narrow FWHM (the full width at half maximum), which indicate the single crystal of [Zn(en)3]SO4 is perfect with less lattice distortion and defects. The single crystal appears transparent,and has constant weak absorption in UV-Vis spectrum region,which could be used as a novel optical crystal material.  相似文献

在MP2理论水平上采用6-311G基组系列计算了一价阴离子van der Waals复合物[Li…X]e-[1](X=FH, OH2, NH3)的偶极矩(μ)、平均极化率(α)以及平均一阶超极化率(β), 讨论了基组效应和电子相关效应对计算结果的影响, 比较了价电子对复合物一阶超极化率的贡献. 在MP4(SDQ)/6-311++G(2df, 2pd)水平上计算得到[Li…FH]e-[1]的μ=2.5633 a.u., α=1.0476×103 a.u., β=1.0948×105 a.u.;[Li…OH2]e-[1] 的μ=2.3204 a.u., α=1.2201×103 a.u., β=2.1410×105 a.u.;[Li…NH3]e-[1]的μ=2.4687 a.u., α=1.4817×103 a.u., β=3.4040×105 a.u.. 计算结果表明, 三种一价阴离子复合物分子均具有非常大的一阶超极化率, 而一个价电子对复合物的一阶超极化率的贡献超过1.0×105 a.u..  相似文献

The band structures of several analogous superconducting A-15 type solid compounds, Nb3X (X=Si, Ge, Sn, Pb), have been calculated by use of the tight-binding method within the Extended Huckel approximation (EHT). By analysis of their energy bands, densities of states and crystal orbital overlap populations, the dependence of the superconducting transition temperatures (Tc) on the electronic structures and bondings is qualitatively elucidated.  相似文献

Structural designs combining cycloparaphenylenes (CPPs) backbone with planar chiral [2.2]paracyclophane ([2.2]PCP) lead to optical-active chiral macrocycles with intriguing properties. X-ray crystal analysis revealed aesthetic necklace-shaped structures and size-dependent packages with long-range channels. The macrocycles exhibit unique photophysical properties with high fluorescence quantum yield of up to 82 %, and the fluorescent color varies with ring size. In addition, size-dependent chiroptical properties with moderately large CPL dissymmetry factor of 10−3 and CPL brightness in the range of 30–40 M−1 cm−1 were observed.  相似文献

Two functionalized calix[4]arenes in cone conformation L2–3 have been synthesized and their intramolecular inclusion complexes (1:1) with organic neutral molecules CH3CN and CH3NO2 have been prepared and characterized, respectively. The X‐ray crystallographic analysis shows that L2 in L2·CH3CN. C2H5OH has C4 symmestry and L3 in L3.CH3NO2 exhibits C2 symmestry. The CH‐π aromatic interactions between the CH group of the guest and the phenyl rings of the calix backbond have been proved to be able to stabilize the intramolecular inclusion complexes formed. The interaction is directional, but it is independent of the acidity of the guest. To gain information on CH‐s interactions, suitable geometrical parameters have been calculated from the crystal data of intramolecular inclusion complexes. The results show that L3.CH3NO2 with L3 in C2 symmestry can also be bound stably in the intramolecular inclusion complex, being consistent with the thermal analysis. The geometrical parameters and the results of the thermal analysis of L1.CH3CN and L1.CH3NO2 were also given and discussed.  相似文献

The Structures of some Hexaammine Metal(II) Halides of 3 d Metals: [V(NH3)6]I2, [Cr(NH3)6]I2, [Mn(NH3)6]Cl2, [Fe(NH3)6]Cl2, [Fe(NH3)6]Br2, [Co(NH3)6]Br2 and [Ni(NH3)6]Cl2 Crystals of yellow [V(NH3)6]I2 and green [Cr(NH3)6]I2 were obtained by the reaction of VI2 and CrI2 with liquid ammonia at room temperature. Colourless crystals of [Mn(NH3)6]Cl2 were obtained from Mn and NH4Cl in supercritical ammonia. Colourless transparent crystals of [Fe(NH3)6]Cl2 and [Fe(NH3)6]Br2 were obtained by the reaction of FeCl2 and FeBr2 with supercritical ammonia at 400°C. Under the same conditions orange crystals of [Co(NH3)6]Br2 were obtained from [Co2(NH2)3(NH3)6]Br3. Purple crystals of [Ni(NH3)6]Cl2 were obtained by the reaction of NiCl2 · 6H2O and NH4Cl with aqueous NH3 solution. The structures of the isotypic compounds (Fm3 m, Z = 4) were determined from single crystal diffractometer data (see “Inhaltsübersicht”). All compounds crystallize in the K2[PtCl6] structure type. In these compounds the metal ions have high-spin configuration. The orientation of the dynamically disordered hydrogen atoms of the ammonia ligands is discussed.  相似文献

Coupling the diazonium salt of 3-amino-2-cyano-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 1 with malononitrile 2 gave 2-cyano-3-(hydrazonomalononitrile)-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 3 which then reacted with hydrazine compounds 4a-4h to yield corresponding 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-1-substituted-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 5a-5h. The 2-cyano-3-(2-amino-5,7-disubstituted-pyrazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 7a-7f were obtained in good yield by the cyclocondensation reaction of 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 5a with the appropriate 1,3-diketones 6a-6f under acidic condition.  相似文献

利用实验观测与密度泛函理论(DFT)计算方法考察了新化合物N, N'-二-[3-羟基-4-(2-苯并噻唑)苯基]脲(4-DHBTU)的红外、核磁与紫外吸收光谱性质.与单体2-(4-氨基-2-羟苯基)苯并噻唑(4-AHBT)相比, 4-DHBTU的实验紫外吸收强度显著增强,最大吸收峰发生了明显红移,并呈现出双吸收峰特征.结合实验光谱数据与密度泛函理论计算分析表明, 4-DHBTU分子最稳定的基态异构体为cis-C11trans-C11,而导致上述紫外光谱差异的主要原因是4-DHBTU样品中cis-C11, trans-C11, cis-C22, trans-C22等多种异构体共存.此外, 4-DHBTU与溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)间氢键作用使得核磁实验中4-DHBTU的15H、16H氢谱化学位移显著增大.  相似文献

3-Phenyl-5-phenylazo-3H-[1,3,4] thiadiazole-2-thione has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction and FTIR spectra. An extended MO calculation using density functional theory (DFT) at B3LYP/6-31g* level has been carried out. The results of the calculations were compared with experimental data and they are found to support each other. The thermodynamic properties of the title compound at different temperatures also have been calculated on the basis of vibration analyses.  相似文献

利用DFT中的B3LYP方法优化了3个联吡啶钌配合物[Ru(Htcterpy)X3]3-[tcterpy=4,4',4"-tricarboxy-2,2'∶6',2"-terpyridine, X=NCS(1), CN(2), Cl(3)]的基态几何结构, 得到的几何参数与实验结果吻合得很好. 采用TD-DFT方法, 得到了配合物1~3在气态和溶液(乙醇溶液和水溶液)中的激发态电子结构和电子吸收光谱. 利用SCRF方法中的CPCM模型来模拟溶剂化效应. 研究结果表明, 配合物1~3在气态和溶液中的吸收跃迁性质相似, 低能吸收均被指认为MLCT和LLCT的混合跃迁, 高能吸收均被指认为三联吡啶配体内的π→π*跃迁. 溶剂化效应使配合物1~3在溶液中的吸收光谱蓝移.  相似文献
