几种含芯电子相关能修正的G2和G2(ACI)方法   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针对冻结芯电子近似,在MP2/6-311G(d,p)级别上对G2、MP2/6-311G(d)和MP2/6-311G(d,p)级别上对G2(QCI)方法进一步考虑了芯电子相关能修正,尝试建立了G2(fu2)、G2(QCI/ful)和G2(QCI/fu2)方法。G2-l test set 的反应能量计算结果表明,这些方法进一步减小了经验修正量;G2(QCI/ful)和G2(QCI/fu2)也比G2(QCI)的总体精度有所提高;但G2(fu2)在G2基础上,总体精度没有改善。G2(fu2)、G2(QCI/ful)和G2(QCI/fu2)计算G2-l test set反应能量的平均绝对偏差分别为5.11、4.74和4.81kJ mol-1,G2和G2(QCI)分别为5.09和4.97kJ mol-1.  相似文献

Abstract

“Zero-crossing” derivative spectrophotometry has been used for determining binary mixtures of penicillin G and procaine penicillin G.

The procedure is rapid, simple, nondestructive, and does not require resolutions of equations.

Calibration graphs are linear between 2.0 and 50.0 μg mL?1 of the penicillin G at 226.0 nm, and between 2.0 and 100.0 μg mL?1 of procaine penicillin G at 319.0 nm, in the presence of each other. A complete and exhausive statistical analysis of the experimental data was realized to demonstrate the validity of method. The method was successfully applied to assay commercial injections of these drugs.  相似文献

我们在前文[1-2]中分别用MP2-4/6-31G**//MP2/6-31G**及MP4/6-311G(2df,Zpd)//MP2/6-31G**研究了一些双原子氢化物、卤化物、硫化物和氧化物的化学反应的烂变·这些化学反应按如下类型分为四组,即(1)反应物与生成物之间为等电子一等自旋关系,(2)价层等电一等旅,(3)等施和(4)非等旅·结果表明,MP4/6-3fiG(2才,ZPd)对于(1),(2)和(3)类反应,基本上与实验误差小于士15kJ·mo-‘而对非等旋反应仍有较大误差;MPZ-4/6-31G””只对(1)类反应较好.由于PoPle等人近几年来创立的Gaussi…  相似文献

We investigate the fluorescence quenching of Rhodamine 6G (R6G), a well known laser dye with a high fluorescence quantum yield, by as-synthesized graphene oxide (GO) in aqueous solution, which is found to be rather efficient. By means of steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy combined with detailed analysis about the linear absorption variation for this R6G-GO system, the pertinent quenching mechanism has been elucidated to be a combination of dynamic and static quenching. Possible ground-state complexes between R6G and GO during the static quenching have also been suggested. Furthermore, the direction of photoinduced electron transfer between R6G and GO has been discussed.  相似文献

罗丹明6G的荧光性质和它的分子聚集态研究是一个重要的科研领域,所得之k_d值表明水溶液中形成罗丹明6G的双聚体。本文提出用荧光法测定k_d聚合常数,该法用于测定罗丹明6G的溶液状态.实验结果表明罗丹明6G双聚体解聚的某些规律,当单体与双聚体平衡趋于单体时,荧光灵敏度就会增加。  相似文献

建立了非微扰外推模式下的几种G3(QCI)方法:G3(QCI/fu1)、G3(QCI/fu2)、G3(QCI/ful)//B3PW91和G3(QCI/fu2)//B3PW91.其中,电子能量用QCISD(T,FC)/G3large直接计算,芯电子相关能分别在MP2/6-31G(d)和MP2/6-31G(d,p)级别上计算,对125个G2-1 test set 的计算结果表明,总体精度与G3和G3 //B3LYP相当;平均绝对偏差分别为4.370、4.389、4.061和4.022kJ mol-1,相应G3和G3//B3LYP分别为4.27和4.05kJ mol-1.文章提出的方法排除了G3中外推办法的不确定因素,且更适用于非平衡几何构型体系能量的定量计算。  相似文献

A new taxoid, 10-deacetyltaxezopidine G, and a previously reported compound (Taxezopidine G) have been isolated from the needles and young stems of Taxus baccata L. growing in Iran, and the structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data. G-quadruplexes (G4) are the most actively studied non-canonical secondary structures formed by contiguous repeats of guanines in DNA or RNA strands. Small molecule mediated targeting of G-quadruplexes has emerged as an attractive tool for visualization and stabilization of these structures inside the cell. Limited number of DNA and RNA G4-selective assays have been reported for primary ligand screening. A combination of fluorescence spectroscopy, AFM, CD, PAGE, and confocal microscopy have been used to assess a dimeric carbocyanine dye B6,5 for screening G4-binding ligands in vitro and in cellulo. The dye B6,5 interacts with physiologically relevant DNA and RNA G4 structures, resulting in fluorescence enhancement of the molecule as an in vitro readout for G4 selectivity. Interaction of the dye with G4 is accompanied by quadruplex stabilization that extends its use in primary screening of G4 specific ligands. The molecule is cell permeable and enables visualization of quadruplex dominated cellular regions of nucleoli using confocal microscopy. The dye is displaced by quarfloxin in live cells. The dye B6,5 shows remarkable duplex to quadruplex selectivity in vitro along with ligand-like stabilization of DNA G4 structures. Cell permeability and response to RNA G4 structures project the dye with interesting theranostic potential. Our results validate that B6,5 can serve the dual purpose of visualization of DNA and RNA G4 structures and screening of G4 specific ligands, and adds to the limited number of probes with such potential.  相似文献

Abstract

A new method for determining the binary mixtures of procaine penicillin G and benzathine penicillin G using “zero-crossing” second derivative spectrophotometry is described. Calibration graphs were linear up to 8.80 10?5 M for procaine penicillin G and 4.40 10?5 M for benzathine penicillin G. The method was realized in ethanol/water medium (30 % v/v). A complete and exhaustive statistical analysis of the experimental data was realized to demonstrate the validity of method. The method was applied for determining procaine penicillin G and benzathine penicillin G synthetic mixtures with good results. The procedure does not require any separation step.  相似文献

提出了罗丹明6G褪色光度法测定微量氯酸根离子的新方法,研究了氯酸根在盐酸介质中氧化罗丹明6G使其褪色的最佳条件。最大吸收波长λmax在525nm处,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.22×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,氯酸根的质量浓度在0 ̄6μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。已用于化学试剂中氯酸根的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Possible refinements of semiempirical methods include the use of larger basis sets and of correlated wave functions. These possibilities are investigated in semiempirical NDDO SCF calculations with the STO-3G and 4-31G basis sets, and in correlated calculations at the STO-3G level. The present approach is characterized by the analytical evaluation of all one-center terms and two-electron integrals, and the semiempirical adjustment of the remaining one-electron integrals and the nuclear repulsions. The NDDO SCF results tend to reproduce the correspondingab initio results more closely than experimental data, even if they are parametrized with respect to experiment. The explicit inclusion of electron correlation at the STO-3G level improves the calculated results only slightly.  相似文献

Modified rhodamine 6G molecules (Rh-Al or Rh-Aln) with polymerizable double bonds had been copolymerized with 1,8-naphthalimide derivatives. In copolymers PRNAM, naphthalimide moieties are connected to rhodamine moieties at nitrogen atom of rhodamine moiety, and in copolymers PRNM naphthalimide moieties are connected to rhodamine moieties at ester group of rhodamine moiety. We report on their photostability in liquid solution and in solid film. The photodegradation kinetics of novel copolymers functionalized with laser dyes based on modified rhodamine 6G and 1,8-naphthalimide has been studied by UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy. The results show that the rates of the photofading reactions of these novel copolymers follow quasi-first-order. The photostability of the copolymers functionalized with laser dyes in solid films is better than that in solutions. The different type of the copolymer shows the different photostability.  相似文献

以3.5 G PAMAM(3.5代聚酰胺-胺型)树状大分子为保护剂,利用微波法还原HAuCl4溶液制备金纳米粒子.考察了当3.5 G PAMAM与HAuCl4物质的量的比一定时,微波照射不同时间对金纳米粒子大小及形状的影响;以及同一照射条件下,3.5 G PAMAM与HAuCl4不同的物质的量比值对金纳米粒子大小及形状的影响.利用紫外可见分光光度计、透射电子显微镜对其进行了表征.结果表明,当3.5 G PAMAM与HAuCl4物质的量的比值一定时,金纳米粒子的形状和大小受微波照射时间长短的影响不大;适当延长照射时间,制得的金纳米粒子的分散性较好.在相同照射条件下,随着3.5 G PAMAM与HAu-Cl4物质的量比值的减小,得到的金纳米粒子粒径逐渐变大,且分散性变差.  相似文献

A fluorescence quenching method has been developed to determine cerium with rhodamine 6G. The method is based on the oxidation of rhodamine 6G by cerium(IV) in sulfuric acid solution. The linear calibration range is 4.0 × 10–7 -1.6 × 10–6mol/L. The detection limit is 1.0 × 10–7 mol/L. The relative standard deviation was 1.0% (n = 5). The method has been used to determine cerium in rare earth ores, with satisfactory results. The method offers the advantages of simplisity, sensitivity and selectivity.  相似文献

The interaction between human immunoglobulin G (IgG) and sodium perfluorooctanate (SPFO) has been characterized by a combination of UV-vis and UV-CD spectroscopies and ion selective electrodes. The study determined that there were true specific unions between SPFO and IgG. The conformational changes at the bulk solution, induced by SPFO, were well characterized by UV-vis and UV-CD spectroscopies. Chemical and thermal unfolding were analysed and the thermodynamic parameters were determined.  相似文献

Resting cells of Streptomyces clavuligerus NP-1, which posses deacetoxy-cephalosporin C synthase activity, have been shown previously to perform oxidative ring expansion of penicillin G in the presence of iron, ascorbic acid, and α-ketoglutaric acid to form deacetoxycephalosporin G. Further studies on this bioconversion indicated that use of MOPS or HEPES buffer at pH 6.5 more than doubled the extent of the reaction observed with the previously used Tris-HCl at pH 7.4. Levels of bioconversion as high as 16.5% were achieved at low penicillin G concentrations. Previously, conversion yields were <1%.  相似文献

利用UV-Vis吸收光谱仪和光化学反应器研究了新型双发色团固体激光染料薄膜的光降解动力学.研究结果表明:双发色团固体激光染料薄膜的光褪色反应遵循假一级动力学衰减.在PRNAM系列共聚物(N-烯丙基-若丹明1、N-[(2-丙烯酸基)乙基]-1,8-萘酰亚胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物)中萘酰亚胺基团通过聚合物碳链与若丹明基团的氮原子相连;而在PRNM系列共聚物(若丹明1的烯丙基酯、N-[(2-丙烯酸基)乙基]-1,8-萘酰亚胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物)中则是与若丹明基团的酯基相连.PRNAM系列共聚物的光稳定性优于PRNM和PRM(若丹明1的烯丙基酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物)系列的光稳定性.  相似文献
