在已有理论模型的基础上讨论了基质晶体离子质量差异对激活离子声子参助能量传递几率的影响。结果表明基质离子的质量差异除了导致声子频率的变化从而影响其声子参助能量传递几率,还直接改变其传递几率的显式。对单声子参助能量传递过程,其传递几率必须乘以质量差异因子D2,对双声子参助能量传递过程其传递几率则乘以因子D4。文中给出了两种不同质量离子组成的晶体的因子D的表示式和p种不同质量的离子组成的晶体的因子D的一般表达式。  相似文献

Using a semiclassical approach, the widths and shifts of the spectral lines of three Ne II and six Ne III multiplets caused by collisions with electrons, protons, and helium ions at a density of perturbing particles of 1017 cm–3 and different temperatures have been calculated. 在 0~ 80 0nm光谱范围 ,观察发现了原子光谱线位移与波长、温度、湿度及压力变化之间的非线性函数关系 ,绘制了它们之间的非线性函数关系曲线 ,给出了表达方程式 ;实验证实这些非线性函数关系对不同类型的光谱仪具有普遍适用性。观察发现了原子光谱线半宽度与温度变化之间的非线性函数关系。利用以上发现 ,开发了电感耦合等离子体光谱仪的智能波长校正装置和方法。实践证明 ,该装置和方法能有效地校正波长。  相似文献

Experimental values of the shift coefficient and self-pressure broadening by the own pressure have been determined for some spectral lines of water vapor in the range 1950–2750 cm–1. A comparison with the calculated data obtained on the basis of the Robert–Bonamy method has been performed. A satisfactory agreement between the theory and experiment has been obtained.  相似文献

Using a semiclassical approach, we have considered electron-, proton-, and ionized helium-impact line widths and shifts for the F III 2p3 4So-3s 4P resonant line. Moreover, for 10 F III multiplets where the full semiclassical perturbation approach is not applicable in an adequate way due to the lack of reliable atomic data, electron-impact line widths have been calculated within the modified semiempirical approach. Results are obtained as a function of temperature for perturber density of 1017 cm−3. 基于光谱烧孔在高密度光存储中的可能应用,研究了谱线非均匀加宽、荧光谱线窄化、高温永久性光谱烧孔、烧孔机理、烧孔动力学过程和光谱孔的热稳定性。在国际上率先设计并研制出二价钐离子掺杂碱土金属氟卤化物混晶高温光谱烧孔体系,实现了室温永久性光谱烧孔,获得了室温寿命300h的光谱孔。利用时间分辨光谱分离出非均匀线形内的各局域组态,比较烧孔前后光谱再分布证实了三价钐离子的电子陷阱作用。利用Block理论分析了烧孔动力学过程。  相似文献

This article describes the technique used to estimate the temporal positions of spectral lines of a quadrupole mass spectrometer and to automatically determine mass numbers without resorting to reference substances, as well as the algorithms of digital registration of mass spectra and the technical means of an experimental automated system based on a serial MX-7304A mass spectrometer and a personal computer. The results of experimental investigations of the dynamics of the drift of peaks and the results of tests of the technique under real conditions are given. The error in determining the atomic mass unit (u) by the technique developed was not higher than 0.01%.  相似文献
