A dinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) complex [Cdz (N3)2LzCl2]2·H2O (1) [L=4'-(4-eyanophenyl)-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine]was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CdCl2 and NaN3 using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=1.644 5(16) nm, b=1.441 9(12) nm, c=1.9181(18) nm,β=100.349(11)°. V=4474(7) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.570Mg·m-3,μ=1.120 mm-l, F(000)=2 100, and final R1=0.039 3, wR2=0.0811. The result shows a Cd(Ⅱ) ion was sixcoordinated by a tridentate 4'-(4-cyanophenyl)-2,2' :6',2"-terpyridine ligand and one bridging nitrogen atom of the azide group in the basal position and an chloride atom and the other bridging nitrogen atom of the azide group in the axialone, to form a distorted octahedral-pyramidal geometry. The complex [Cu( μ3-I)INH]n has been synthesized in DMF solution with INH, CuI, where INH=isoniazid. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal belong to monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.009 48(10) nm, b=0.467 51(5) nm, c=1.992 62(19) nm, β=101.413 0(10)°, and V= 0.921 81(16) nm3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=5.674 mm-1, F(000)=616.0, R1=0.031 6, wR2=0.082 5 [I2σ(I)]. The copper(Ⅰ) atom locates in a distorted coordination tetrahedron. The copper(Ⅰ) atoms bridged by μ3-I to form a band stair-like chain, and INH occupying the remaining coordination site of the approximately tetrahedral. The stair-like chains extend along b axis. The title complex [(phen)2Cu(Htcb)Cu(phen)2]H3tcb(tcb=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylato tetravalent anion; phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P1, a=1.04174(8) nm, b=1.07119(8) nm, c=1.26360(10) nm, α=98.169(2)°, β=99.679(10)°, γ=93.658(10)°, V=1.37031(18) nm3, Z=1. The two copper(Ⅱ) cations are bridged by Htcb in the monodentate fashion, and have the same five-coordinated environment completed by the four N atoms from the two phen molecules and one O atom from the carboxylic group of Htcb respectively, which can be best described as distorted trigonal-bipyramid geometry. Moreover, the three dimensional network is formed by H-bonding interactions [O…O distance from 0.2506(10) nm to 0.3176(11) nm] and π-π stacking interactions between the phen rings of adjacent binuclear entities with a face-to-face separation of ca. 0.354 nm.  相似文献

A copper(Ⅱ) complex [LCu_2Cl_4]n was synthesized by a new bis-Schiff base ligand containing quinoline unit, 1,4-bis[2-(4-fluorophenyl)iminomethyl-8-quinolinoxy]butane(L). X-ray crystal structure shows that it is a binuclear complex, and the crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.387(2), b = 9.968(2), c = 10.291(2) ?, α = 87.532(3), β = 63.762(2), γ = 86.628(3)o, V = 862.1(3) ?~3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.640 Mg/m~3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0416 and wR = 0.1141. Each Cu(Ⅱ) metal ion coordinates with a quinoline N atom, an imine N atom, an ether oxygen atom and three chlorides, forming a distorted six-coordinated octahedronal structure. Each copper(Ⅱ) complexation unit links with one of the adjacent ligand copper complexation units through the chlorido bridging groups, thus generating an infinite one-dimensional chain structure. Such 1D chains further construct a 2D network structure by π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献
