This paper investigates the global finite-time synchronization of two chaotic Lorenz–Stenflo systems coupled by a new controller called the generalized variable substitution controller. First of all, the generalized variable substitution controller is designed to establish the master–slave finite-time synchronization scheme for the Lorenz–Stenflo systems. And then, based on the finite-time stability theory, a sufficient criterion on the finite-time synchronization of this scheme is rigorously verified in the form of matrix and the corresponding estimation for the synchronization time is analytically given. Applying this criterion, some sufficient finite-time synchronization criteria under various generalized variable substitution controllers are further derived in the algebraic form. Finally, some numerical examples are introduced to compare the results proposed in this paper with those proposed in the existing literature, verifying the effectiveness of the criteria obtained.  相似文献

This paper investigates the global synchronization of a class of third-order non-autonomous chaotic systems via the master–slave linear state error feedback control. A sufficient global synchronization criterion of linear matrix inequality (LMI) and several algebraic synchronization criteria for single-variable coupling are proven. These LMI and algebraic synchronization criteria are then applied to two classes of well-known third-order chaotic systems, the generalized Lorenz systems and the gyrostat systems, proving that the local synchronization criteria for the chaotic generalized Lorenz systems developed in the existing literature can actually be extended to describe global synchronization and obtaining some easily implemented synchronization criteria for the gyrostat systems.  相似文献

Based on the Lyapunov stabilization theory and matrix measure, this paper proposes some simple generic criterions of global chaos synchronization between two coupled time-varying chaotic systems from a unidirectional linear error feedback coupling approach. These simple criterions are applicable to some typical chaotic systems with different types of nonlinearity, such as the original Chua’s circuit and the Rössler chaotic system. The coupling parameters are determined according to the new criterion so as to ensure the coupled systems’ global chaos synchronization.  相似文献

This paper investigates the quadratic optimal synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems with parameter mismatch, parametric perturbations and external disturbances on both master and slave systems. A robust control scheme based on Lyapunov stability theory and quadratic optimal control approach is derived to realize chaotic synchronization. The sufficient criterion for stability condition is formulated in a linear matrix inequality (LMI) form. The effect of uncertain parameters and external disturbance is suppressed to an H norm constraint. An adaptive algorithm is proposed to adjust the uncertain bound in the robust controller avoiding the chattering phenomena. The simulation results for synchronization of the Chua’s circuit system and the Lorenz system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper proposes two schemes of synchronization of two four-scorll chaotic attractor, a simple global synchronization and adaptive synchronization in the presence of unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and matrix measure, a simple generic criterion is derived for global synchronization of four-scorll chaotic attractor system with a unidirectional linear error feedback coupling. This methods are applicable to a large class of chaotic systems where only a few algebraic inequalities are involved. For neural networks with all the parameters unknown, we focus on the global robust synchronization between two coupled neural networks with time-varying delay that are linearly and unidirectionally coupled. First, we use Lyapunov functionals to establish general theoretical conditions for designing the coupling matrix. Neither symmetry nor negative (positive) definiteness of the coupling matrix are required; under less restrictive conditions, the two coupled chaotic neural networks can achieve global robust synchronization regardless of their initial states. Second, by employing the invariance principle of functional differential equations, a simple, analytical, and rigorous adaptive feedback scheme is proposed for the robust synchronization of almost all kinds of coupled neural networks with time-varying delay based on the parameter identification of uncertain delayed neural networks. Finally, numerical simulations validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed technique.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply the simple adaptive-feedback control scheme to synchronize a class of chaotic non-autonomous systems. Based on the invariance principle of differential equations, some generic sufficient conditions for global asymptotic synchronization are obtained. Unlike the usual linear feedback, the variable feedback strength is automatically adapted to completely synchronize two identical systems and simple to implement in practice. As illustrative examples, synchronization of two parametrically excited chaotic pendulums and that of two 4D new systems are considered here. Numerical simulations show the proposed method is effective and robust against the effect of noise.  相似文献

In this paper, the effects of a time varying delay on a chaotic drive-response synchronization are considered. Using a delayed feedback proportional-derivative (PD) controller scheme, a delay-dependent synchronization criterion is derived for chaotic systems represented by the Lur’e system with sector and slope restricted nonlinearities. The derived criterion is a sufficient condition for the absolute stability of the error dynamics between the drive and the response systems. By the use of a convex representation of the nonlinearity and the discretized Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, stability condition is obtained via the LMI formulation. The condition represented in the terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) can be solved by the application of convex optimization algorithms. The effectiveness of the work is verified through numerical examples.  相似文献

Based on the Lyapunov stabilization theory and Gerschgorin theorem, a simple generic criterion is derived for global synchronization of two coupled chaotic systems with a unidirectional linear error feedback coupling. This simple criterion is applicable to a large class of chaotic systems, where only a few algebraic inequalities are involved. To demonstrate the efficiency of design, the suggested approach is applied to some typical chaotic systems with different types of nonlinearities, such as the original Chua’s circuit, the modified Chua’s circuit with a sine function, and the Rössler chaotic system. It is proved that these synchronizations are ensured by suitably designing the coupling parameters.  相似文献

We in this paper develop a global exponential synchronization stability criterion for switched linear coupled network. By introducing a switching symmetric matrix, we prove that the stability of global exponential synchronization is governed by the largest eigenvalue of this switching symmetric matrix and the largest switching coupling strength. Meanwhile, we give the threshold of switching coupling strength which can make the switched linear network reach global exponential synchronization. Because the proposed criterion is on the basis of the original synchronization definition and the largest eigenvalue of the switching symmetric matrix, therefore, it is convenient to use in verifying global exponential synchronization of dynamic network with switching linear couplings.  相似文献

In this paper, based on a stability theorem proved for linear fractional-order systems, a scheme for robust synchronization of two perturbed fractional-order Chen systems is proposed. In the proposed scheme, both master and slave systems are considered to be involved with external disturbances having unknown values. It is analytically shown that any set of bounded external disturbances can be damped by the proposed method, where synchronization error will be forced and then kept inside a ball around the origin. Since during the design procedure the radius of this ball could be easily chosen by the designer, the synchronization can be done with any desired accuracy. The proposed method can be easily extended to synchronize other fractional-order chaotic systems. Numerical simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the function cascade synchronization scheme is proposed to investigate the discrete-time hyperchaotic systems. By choosing some different error functions and with the aid of symbolic–numeric computation, the proposed scheme is applied to achieve the function cascade synchronization for two discrete-time hyperchaotic systems: the generalized Hénon map and the discrete-time Rössler system, respectively. Numerical simulations are used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed technique.  相似文献

In this paper, we explore the complete synchronization and quasi-projective synchronization in a class of stochastic delayed quaternion-valued neural networks, utilizing a state-feedback control scheme. The studied neural networks into real-valued networks are short of known decomposing, by designing a very general nonlinear controller, according to the quaternion form It\^{o} formula with a number of inequality techniques in the configuration of quaternion domain, we obtained a quasi-projective synchronization criterion for drive-response networks. Moreover, we estimate the error margin for quasi-projective synchronization. At last, the theoretical results are confirmed by a numerical simulation.  相似文献

In this paper, a master–slave synchronization scheme is investigated by using feedback control mechanism with time-varying delay. The time-delay is assumed to be a time-varying continuous function belonging to a given range. By constructing a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, which includes the information of the range, new delay-range-dependent synchronization criterion is established in term of LMI. It is shown that the new criterion improve some of the previous results in the earlier references. Simulation example is given to show the effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed criterion.  相似文献

The problem of robust decentralized adaptive synchronization of general complex networks with coupling delayed and uncertainties is investigated in this article. It is only assumed that the upper normal bound of uncertain inner and outer coupling matrices is positive but its concrete structure is not also required to be known. The time‐varying coupling delay is a any nonnegative continuous and bounded function and not require its derivative to be less than one, that is, general time‐varying coupling delays and uncertainties. For such a class of uncertain complex networks, a new synchronization scheme is presented by a class of continuous memoryless robust decentralized adaptive synchronization controllers. It is also shown that the synchronization error dynamics of uncertain complex networks can be guaranteed as uniformly exponentially convergent toward a ball that can be as small as desired. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of proposed complex networks synchronization schemes. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, the synchronization problem of uncertain complex networks with multiple coupled time‐varying delays is studied. The synchronization criterion is deduced for complex dynamical networks with multiple different time‐varying coupling delays and uncertainties, based on Lyapunov stability theory and robust adaptive principle. By designing suitable robust adaptive synchronization controllers that have strong robustness against the uncertainties in coupling matrices, the all nodes states of complex networks globally asymptotically synchronize to a desired synchronization state. In this paper, we aim to study the robust global exponential synchronization problem for a general class of Lur’e chaotic systems subject to time delays and impulsive disturbances. Furthermore, we also provide an estimation of the maximum Lyapunov exponent. By using the Lyapunov function method and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, sufficient conditions for the robust global exponential synchronization and estimation of its maximum Lyapunov exponent are obtained for the class of Lur’e chaotic systems with and without time delays, respectively. Furthermore, by applying the M-matrix theory, some of these sufficient conditions are shown to be expressible in forms of fairly simple algebraic conditions. For illustration, several examples are solved by using the sufficient conditions obtained.  相似文献

This paper addresses the design of simple state feedback controllers for synchronization and anti-synchronization of chaotic oscillators under input saturation and disturbance. By employing sector condition, linear matrix inequality (LMI)-based sufficient conditions are derived to design (global or local) controllers for chaos synchronization. The proposed local synchronization strategy guarantees a region of stability in terms of difference between states of the master–slave systems. This region of stability can be enlarged by means of an LMI-based optimization algorithm, through which asymptotic synchronization of chaotic oscillators can be ensured for a large difference in their initial conditions. Further, a novel LMI-based robust control strategy is developed, for local synchronization of input-constrained chaotic oscillators, by providing an upper bound on synchronization error in terms of disturbance and initial conditions of chaotic systems. Moreover, the proposed robust state feedback control methodology is modified to provide an inaugural treatment for robust anti-synchronization of chaotic systems under input saturation and disturbance. The results of the proposed methodologies are verified through numerical simulations for synchronization and anti-synchronization of the master–slave chaotic Chua’s circuits under input saturation.  相似文献

In this paper, global robust stability for delayed neural networks is studied. First the free-weighting matrices are employed to express the relationship between the terms in the system equation, and a stability condition for delayed neural networks is derived by using the S-procedure. Then this result is extended to establish a global robust stability criterion for delayed neural networks with polytopic type uncertainties. A numerical example given in [IEEE Trans Circuits Syst II 52 (2005) 33–36] for interval delayed neural networks is investigated. The effectiveness of the presented global robust stability criterion and its improvement over the existing results are demonstrated.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust adaptive neural network synchronization controller is proposed for two chaotic systems with input time delay and uncertainty. The studied chaotic system may possess a wide class of nonlinear time-delayed input uncertainty. The radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to approximate the unknown continuous bounded function item of the time delay uncertainty via appropriate weight value updated law. With the output of RBF neural network, a robust adaptive synchronization control scheme is presented for the time delay uncertain chaotic system. Finally, a simulation example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization control scheme.  相似文献
