液相球化法合成新型正极材料磷酸钒锂   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

A novel cathode material lithium vanadium phosphate with the microstructure of submicro-particles aggregate was synthesized by liquid-phase sphericizing granulation. XRD pattern showed that the crystal structure of Li3V2(PO4)3 was monoclinic and belonged to P21/n space group. SEM revealed that the diameters of the particle and aggregated particle were in submicron range and about 10 滋m, respectively, with a narrowdistribution. The electrochemical testing showed that the obtained Li3V2(PO4)3 had the maximum discharge capacity of 126.67 mAh·g-1 and initial coulombic efficiency of 95.6%in the range of 3.0-4.3 V (vs Li/Li+), and 170.47mAh·g-1 and 97.5%in the range of 3.0-4.9 V (vs Li/Li+) at a density of 55.6 mA·g-1, respectively. Moreover, the material had a better cycle stability.  相似文献

Nanosized Ce_(1-x)(Nd_(0.5)Eu_(0.5))xO_(2-δ) solid solutions(x = 0.00~0.20) were synthesized by means of hydrothermal method.Then the solid solutions were ball milled with Mg_2Ni and Ni powders for 20 h to get the Mg_2Ni–Ni–5 mol% Ce_(1-x)(Nd_(0.5)Eu_(0.5))xO_(2-δ) composites.The structures and spectrum characteristics of the Ce_(1-x)(Nd_(0.5)Eu_(0.5))xO_(2-δ) solid solutions catalysts were analyzed systemically.XRD results showed that the doped samples exhibited single phase of CeO_2 fluorite structure.The cell parameters and cell volumes were increased with increasing the doped content.Raman spectrum revealed that the peak position of F_(2g) mode shift to higher wavenumbers and the peak corresponding to oxygen vacancies were observed distinctly for the doped samples.UV-Vis technique indicated that the absorption peaks of Eu~(3+) and Nd~(3+) ions appeared; the bandgap energy was decreased linearly.The electrochemical and kinetic properties of the Mg_2Ni–Ni–5 mol% Ce_(1-x)(Nd_(0.5)Eu_(0.5))xO_(2-δ) composites were measured.The maximum discharge capacity was increased from 722.3 mA h/g for x = 0.00 to 819.7 mA h/g for x = 0.16,and the cycle stability S_(20) increased from 25.0%(x = 0.00) to 42.2%(x = 0.20).The kinetic measurement proved that the catalytic activity of composite surfaces and the hydrogen diffusion rate were improved for the composites with doped catalysts,especially for the composites with x = 0.16 and x = 0.20.The catalysis mechanism was analyzed from the point of microstructure and spectrum features of the Ce_(1-x)(Nd_(0.5)Eu_(0.5))xO_(2-δ) solid solutions.  相似文献

Montmorillonite was modified by chlorosilane derivatives (trimethylchlorosilane and tert-butyldimethylchlorosilane)based on the reaction between OH group and chlorosilane,Fourier-transformed infrared spectra(FTIR)confirmed that chlorosilanes did react with the OH groups of montmorillonite.The effect of reaction time and dispersing agents on the intercalation was studied by wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) method.Further experiments proved that there is no reactive OH group on the surface of layers in the interlayer galleries of montmorillonite.The cation exchange capacity(CEC) of montmorillonites was measured.showing that after modification by chlorosilane derivatives,CEC values drastically decreased.The dispersibility measurements of montmorillonites were conducted.which showed that the dispersibility of modified montmorillonites both in H2O and toluene wer improved due to the decrease of attractions of particles and layers.  相似文献

A novel flower-like hydrated magnesium carbonate hydroxide,Mg_5(CO_3)_4(OH)_2·4H_2O,with micro-structure composed of individual thin nano-sheets was synthesized using a facile solution route without the use of template or organic surfactant.Reaction time has an important effect on the final morphology of the product.The micro-structure and morphology of Mg_5(CO_3)_4(OH)_2·4H_2O were characterized by means of X-ray diffractometry(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface areas of the samples were also measured.The probable formation mechanism of flower-like micro-structure was discussed.It was found that Mg_5(CO_3)_4(OH)_2·4H_2O with flower-like micro-structure was a novel and efficient catalyst for the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate(DPC)by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate(DMC)with phenol.  相似文献

In this paper dry reforming of methane (DRM) was carried out over nanocrystalline MgAl2O4-supported Ni catalysts with various Ni loadings. Nanocrystalline MgAl2O4 spinel with high specific surface area was synthesized by a co-precipitation method with the addition of pluronic P123 triblock copolymer as surfactant, and employed as catalyst support. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption, H2 chemisorption, temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO), temperature- programmed desorption (TPD) and transmission and scanning electron microscopies (TEM, SEM) techniques. The obtained results showed that the catalyst support has a nanocrystalline structure (crystal size: about 5 nm) with a high specific surface area (175 m2 g-1) and a mesoporous structure. Increasing in nickel content decreased the specific surface area and nickel dispersion. The prepared catalysts showed high catalytic activity and stability during the reaction. SEM analysis revealed that whisker type carbon deposited over the spent catalysts and increasing in nickel loading increased the amount of deposited carbon. The nickel catalyst with 7 wt% of nickel showed the highest catalytic activity.  相似文献

Fe3O4/ chitosan magnetic microspheres of 50 to 80 滋m were prepared using the inverse phase emulsion dispersion and chemical crosslinking technology, and then modified with ethylenediamine for use in the adsorption of heavy metal ions. The adsorption properties of the modified Fe3O4/chitosan toward Cu2+, Cd2+ and Ni2+ were investigated. It was found that the adsorption capacities of Cu2+ and Ni2+ increased with pH, and a maximum adsorption for Cd2+ occurred at pH=3. The saturated adsorption capacities calculated by Langmuir isotherms were 54.3 mg·g-1 for Cu2+, 20.4 mg·g-1 for Cd2+, and 12.4 mg·g-1 for Ni2+, respectively. The adsorption kinetics were well described by pseudo-second-order equation models. The experimental results showed that the Fe3O4/chitosan modified with ethylenediamine presented higher adsorption selectivity for Cu2+ than for Cd2+ and Ni2+ in all studied pH ranges.  相似文献

Poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) with different molecular weight was synthesized from 1, 4-butanediol and succinic acid by direct melt condensation. The synthesized PBS was identified by IH-NMR and FTIR spectrometry. The molecular weight was calculated from the intrinsic viscosity, and its value was between 20000 and 70000. The crystallization behavior and crystal morphology as function of molecular weight were investigated by DSC and PLM, respectively. The mechanical properties and hydrolytic degradation behaviors related with change of molecular weight were also studied in this work. The results demonstrated that the properties of PBS were determined by both molecular weight and crystallization properties (crystallinity as well as crystal morphology). Our work is important for the design and preparation of PBS with proper molecular weight for its practical application.  相似文献

Chromium oxide (Cr8O21) cathode material for lithium batteries was synthesized by thermal decomposition of chromium trioxide (CrO3) at high temperature. The electrochemical properties of chromium oxide depended on the time and temperature during the heat treatment. Pure phase chromium oxide was prepared, and the effects of heat treatment time on the structures and electrochemical properties of Cr8O21 were systematically studied. The first discharge mechanism of chromium oxide in lithium batteries was explored, and the results were similar to that in lithium-sulfur batteries. The crystal phases and electrochemical properties of the prepared chromium oxide were analyzed by TGA, XRD, SEM, EDS, ICP, EIS techniques and constant current discharge measurement. The results show that heat treatment time had an important impact. Extending the heat treatment time was beneficial to improve the electrochemical properties of the material. The less the amount of residual CrO3, the better the electrochemical performance. The severe oxidation reaction between CrO3 and the electrolyte caused the electrode to be corroded. The material obtained in 48 h exhibited excellent performance, complete crystallization, good morphology, and low electrochemical impedance. At a constant discharge current of 0.05 mA, the specific capacity of the material reached 383.26 mAh窑g-1 with the specific energy of 1153.83 mWh窑g-1 and the average discharge voltage of 3.01 V. This study provides an effective way to prepare pure phase chromium oxide and proves its potential application in the field of lithium batteries. © 2021 Authors. All rights reserved.  相似文献

The first chromia-pillared layered tetratitanate was prepared by the reaction of layered tetramethy-lammonium tetratitanate with chromium(Ⅲ) acetate [Cr(OAc)3] aqueous solution and subsequent calcination of the resultant solid product in air at 400℃. The obtained chromia-pillared layered tetratitanate has an interlayer distance of 1.06 nm and a high thermal stabih'ty up to 600℃. It was also found that calcination in N2 led to the chromia-pillared layered tetratitanate with relatively higher Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area (93.9 m2·g-1) and smaller average pore diameter (4.44 nm) than that in air (82.0 m2·g-1, 7.61 nm) . Both Bronsted and Lewis acid sites (mainly Lewis type) are present on the chromia-pillared layered tetratitanate (500℃, N2, 8 h) and strong enough to still remain a small proportion of pyridine upon outgassing at 250℃. The Ni(OH)2 film electrodes doped respectively with alkali-earth metals aluminum, lead, partial transi-tion metal and some rare-earth metal (altogether 17 kinds of metals) ions were prepared by cathode electrode-position. The electrode reaction reversibility, the difficult extent of oxygen evolution, the proton diffusion coefficient, the discharge potential of middle value and the active material utilization of the Ni(OH)2 film elec-trode were compared with those of the ones doped with the metal ions by means of cyclic voltammetry, poten-tial step and constant current charge-discharge experiments. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
