A series of potential biologically active 2-[3-(4-phenyl-1-piperazinyl)propyl]-3-(4-substituted-benzoyl)-4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides was synthesized in a straightforward manner by condensation of respective 3-substituted-4-hydroxy-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides with 1-(1-chloropropyl)-4-phenylpiperazine. The structures of all of the newly formed compounds were identified by elemental analysis, FTIR and 1H NMR. The synthesized compounds were subjected to preliminary evaluation using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to determine the existence of multiple crystal forms. The DSC scans for all compounds show more than one endothermic effect, which might suggest dynamic proton transfer between two or three possible tautomeric forms: O-keto/O-enol, O-enol/O-keto and O-keto/O-keto/CH2 in crystals 2-[3-(4-phenyl-1-piperazinyl)propyl]-3-(4-substituted-benzoyl)-4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides.  相似文献

The 13C nmr spectra of some 4-hydroxy-2H-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides I have been recorded and analyzed. Spectroscopic assignments were made on the basis of chemical shift theory, APT and fully coupled 13C nmr spectra. Spectral data support the enolic structure of these compounds.  相似文献

A novel compound, spiro[(2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine)-3,3-(3,4-dihydro-2-methyl-4-oxo-2H-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxide)] (3) , was isolated during an attempt to convert 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(2-pyridinyl)-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide 1,1-dioxide ( 1 ) (Piroxicam) to an O-trifluoromethanesulfonyl ester. A possible mechanism is offered to explain this unusual transformation.  相似文献

The 3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides were prepared by reduction of the corresponding 1,2-benzothiazin-2-ones with diborane. The latter were obtained by the action of primary amines on 4,5-dimethoxy-2-carbomethoxymethylbenzenesulfonyl chloride followed by basic hydrolysis and cyclization of the formed 4,5-dimethoxy-2-carbomethoxymethylbenezenesulfonamides.  相似文献

The dichloro-β-lactam ring, obtained via Staudinger reaction of 4-aryl-2H-1,3-benzothiazines, proved to be a useful protecting strategy for the synthesis of 4-aryl-2H-1,3-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides. After oxidation of the 1,1-dichloroazeto[2,1-c][1,3]-benzothiazin-2-ones, the thiazine ring could be recovered selectively and in good yield by treatment with base. Thus, novel 4-aryl-2H-1,3-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides were obtained efficiently.  相似文献

Two new synthetic approaches to the title compounds are reported. In the first of these, starting with N-carbobenzyloxysarcosine, four synthetic steps are employed to finally assemble the C3? C4 bond of the 1,2-benzothiazine ring. In the second approach, an enol ether is employed as a protecting group to allow formation of the 3-carboxamide function, which is followed by cleavage of the ether function to yield the desired 4-hydroxy-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide 1,1-dioxide.  相似文献

The title compounds were prepared starting from the synthones 6 using two different synthetic approaches: 3-substituted 1,4-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides were synthesised by cyclisation with phosphorus oxychloride as the Vilsmeier reagent, while 4,1,2-benzothiadiazine 4,4-dioxides and 3-substituted 1,4-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides were obtained by direct diazotisation or by cyclisation with triethyl orthoformate.  相似文献

[Reaction: see text]. 2-iodobenzenesulfonamide (1a) underwent photostimulated S(RN)1 reactions in liquid NH3 with the potassium enolates derived from acetone, pinacolone, butanone, and 3-methyl-2-butanone to give fair to good yields of 2H-1,2-benzothiazine 1,1-dioxides 2. Reductive dehalogenation of 1a was found to predominate in photoinduced reactions of 1a with 3-pentanone, 2-methyl-3-pentanone, and 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone, the extent of reduction being proportional to the number of beta-hydrogen atoms present in the ketone enolate. Isotopic labeling studies with 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone-d14 (24) confirmed the major role of the beta-hydrogens in the reduction process. Reactions of 1a with cyclopentanone, cyclohexanone, and cyclooctanone enolates afforded new tricyclic benzothiazine derivatives 26-29. Attempts to extend the heteroannulation reaction to the preparation of 2H-1,2-benzothiazin-3(4H)-one 1,1-dioxides 3 (R = H, Ph) through reactions of 1a with tert-butyl acetate and ethyl phenylacetate enolates resulted only in hydrodehalogenation of 1a. However, oxazoline anion 30, a synthetic equivalent of ethyl phenylacetate, was successfully employed in an alternative S(RN)1-based synthesis of benzothiazine 3 (R = Ph).  相似文献

The reaction between B(2)(NMe(2))(4) and 1,2-(NH(2))(2)-4-Bu(t)C(6)H(3) affords the diborane(4) compound 1,2-B(2){1,2-(NH)(2)-4-Bu(t)C(6)H(3)}(2) as the exclusive product whilst the reaction between rac-1,2-(NH(2))(2)C(6)H(10) and B(2)(NMe(2))(4) also affords only the 1,2-isomer, i.e. 1,2-B(2){1,2-(NH)(2)C(6)H(10)}(2), which is shown to be the more stable isomer by computational methods. The previously reported compounds 1,1-B(2){1,2-(NH)(2)C(6)H(4)}(2) and 1,2-B(2){1,2-(NH)(2)C(6)H(4)}(2) both react with four equivalents of Bu(n)Li to give what are presumed to be tetra-anions which react further with MeI, SnClMe(3) or SnClPh(3) to give the tetrasubstituted products 1,1-B(2){1,2-(NMe)(2)C(6)H(4)}(2), 1,1-B(2){1,2-(NSnMe(3))(2)C(6)H(4)}(2) and 1,2-B(2){1,2-(NSnPh(3))(2)C(6)H(4)}(2) respectively. The compound 1,1-B(2){1,8-(NH)(2)C(10)H(6)}(2) has also been prepared from the reaction between B(2)(NMe(2))(4) and 1,8-diaminonaphthalene. Lithiation and subsequent reaction with SnClMe(3), SnCl(2)Me(2) or SnCl(2)Ph(2) affords 1,1-B(2){1,8-(NSnMe(3))(2)C(10)H(6)}(2), 1,1-B(2){1,8-(N(2)-μ-SnMe(2))C(10)H(6)}(2) and 1,1-B(2){1,8-(N(2)-μ-SnPh(2))C(10)H(6)}(2) respectively. Sulfondiimines are diaza-analogues of sulfones with a chiral sulfur center. Compared to sulfones and sulfoximines, their synthesis and transformations have so far been studied to a lesser extent. Here, we report the enantioselective synthesis of 1,2-benzothiazine 1-imines, i.e., cyclic sulfondiimine derivatives from sulfondiimines and sulfoxonium ylides via C−H alkylation/cyclization reactions. The combination of [Ru(p-cymene)Cl2]2 and a newly developed chiral spiro carboxylic acid is key to achieving high enantioselectivity.  相似文献

A series of potential biologically active 2-(4-hydroxy-1,1-dioxido-2H-1,2-benzothiazin-3-yl)quinazolin-4(3H)-ones was synthesized in a straight forward manner by condensation of respective 4-hydroxy-1,2-benzothiazine-1,1-dioxides with anthranilamide followed by simple and high throughput cyclization of N-[2-(aminocarbonyl)phenyl]-4-hydroxy-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1,1-dioxides. All the synthesized compounds were subjected to preliminary evaluation for their biological activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. Some of the assayed compounds showed marked activity against Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献

A novel facile photoconversion of 4‐hydroxy‐1,2‐bezothiazine 1,1‐dioxides ( 3a‐e ) into 4‐oxo‐1,3‐2H‐benzothiazine 1,1‐dioxides ( 4a‐e ) and 4‐hydroxy‐2‐methyl‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐2H‐1,2‐benzothiazine‐3‐carboxamide 1,1‐dioxide (PRX) into N‐methyl saccharin ( 2 ) upon 254 nm irradiation in methanol or acetonitrile is reported. The structures of the products have been elucidated by spectroscopic methods and single crystal X‐ray structure determination for 4a and 4d .  相似文献

The internal state distributions of nascent CaCl formed in the reactions Ca + (1,1) and (1,2) C_2H_4Cl_2、(1,1,2) C_2H_2Cl_3, (1,1,2,2) C_2H_2Cl_4 have been studied by means of the laser induced fluorescence (LIF) in the beam-gas apparatus. The results showed that the vibrational distributions of the CaCl products from Ca+ (1, 1) C_2H_4Cl_2. (1,1,2,2) C_2H_2Cl_4 are similar to vibrational distributions of the CaCl products from Ca + CH_2Cl_2、CHCl_3, respectively. However, the vibrational distribution of the CaCl product from Ca+(1,1,2) C_2H_3Cl_3 is equivalent to the combination of that from Ca+(1,2) C_2H_4Cl_2 and Ca+(1,1,2,2) C_2H_2Cl_4. No LIF signal has been found in the reaction Ca+(1,1) C_2H_4Cl_2.  相似文献

The mass spectrometric behaviour of nine 2a,4-disubstituted 2-chloro/2,2-dichloro-2,2a,3,4-tetrahydro-1H-azeto[2,1-d][1,5]b enzothiazepin-1-ones has been studied with the aid of mass-analysed ion kinetic energy spectrometry and accurate mass measurements under electron impact ionization. All compounds show a tendency to eliminate a neutral chlorine atom, or a chloroketene, or neutral propene, or styrene or substituted styrene molecule, plus Cl and/or H (or Cl) atom(s), to yield [M-Cl]+ ions, 2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepine derivative ions, 4,5-dihydro-5H-1,5-benzothiazepin-4-one ions which can further lose CO to give 1,4-benzothiazine ions. Both molecular ions and [M-Cl]+ ions show a tendency to eliminate an ethyl or benzyl/substituted benzyl radical to produce 2,2a-dihydro-1H-azeto[2,1-c][1,4]benzothiazin-1-one ions. The [M-Cl]+ ions could undergo rearrangement to yield 2,2a-dihydro-1H-azeto[2,1-d][1,5]benzothiazepin-1-one ions, 2,2a,3,4-tetrahydro-1H-azeto[1,2-a]quinoline ions or 1,1a,2,3-tetrahydro-azirino[2,1-d][1,5]benzothiazepine ions by loss of an ethane or a benzene/substituted benzene, a SH radical or a CO molecule. The molecular ions could also undergo rearrangement reactions to form other small fragment ions.  相似文献

The molar enthalpies of reaction at 970 K of sodium and potassium titanates have been determined by high-temperature solution calorimetry for the reactions: mM2TiO3 + (n-m)TiO2 = mM2O·nTiO2, where (m,n) = (1,1), (4,5), (1,2), (1,3) and (1,6) on M = Na, and (1,1), (2,3), (1,2), (1,4) and (1,6) on M = K. It has been indicated from the resultant data that 4Na2O·5TiO2, 2K2O·3TiO2 and K2O·2TiO2 might be stabilized at high temperatures by significant positive entropies . The enthalpies of formation at 970 K of these compounds have been derived from the combination of the present work with the literature data (ref.1,2). Melting points and degrees of hydrolysis of these compounds are reasonably correlated to their enthalpies of formation.  相似文献
