 研究了球形颗粒被无规地浸没在基质中,具有梯度分界面和光滑分界面的球形颗粒复合物界面层对介电响应和光学性质的影响;利用第一原理近似,计算了在稀释极限下具有梯度分布界面层复合物的有效介电常数,讨论了其实部和吸收光谱随外加场频率的变化关系。对结果进行比较,发现梯度分布的界面层使复合材料在等离子体共振频率处的有效介电常数的涨落明显减小,吸收谱线明显宽化并伴有“蓝移”现象,梯度界面层能很好地控制等离子体共振和减小有效介电响应的涨落。  相似文献

重点研究了组分的梯度构形对带壳球形颗粒复合介质的光学双稳特性的影响.其中球形颗粒是由非线性核和介电函数具有梯度分布的线性壳组成.对于壳层介电函数具有幂指数分布的情况,通过求解麦克斯韦方程,得到各区域的势能分布函数,从而求得核内电场的数学表达式.数值研究发现,该复合介质的光学双稳阈值和区域与壳层的厚度及壳层的介电幂指数有关,随着壳层厚度增大或幂指数增大,双稳阈值将变宽.此外,还研究了正入射情况下复合材料体系的反射系数随外电场的变化情况, 发现其关系曲线是一条回线. 关键词: 梯度颗粒 复合介质 光学双稳  相似文献

文章基于Mie全波散射理论,建立了石墨烯包裹介电纳米线平行排布在介质中的复合结构的有效介质理论.在长波极限下,我们得到了石墨烯包裹介电(GCD)纳米线结构的等价(EQ)介电常数和磁导率.通过分析比较远场散射谱,我们发现相同尺寸的等价电磁结构可以和原复合结构进行有效的拟合;此外,由于介电颗粒及石墨烯参数的可调性,我们得到了该复合体系可调的隐身及共振散射.进一步研究发现,该复合体系还可以实现可调的法诺共振.  相似文献

从求解拉普拉斯方程的边值问题出发,讨论了非均匀介质球颗粒的等效介电常量,给出了多种介质组成的多壳层介质球颗粒的等效介电常量的一般递推公式,推导了壳层的介电常量随半径连续变化的梯度介质球的等效介电常量的微分方程.并以壳层的介电常量为幂函数为例,得到了梯度壳层介质球的等效介电常量.  相似文献

研究球形颗粒复合介质沿颗粒半径方向有梯度分布的有效介电响应和光吸收性质,利用微分有效偶极距近似方法计算有梯度分布球颗粒的等效介电常数.数值计算结果表明,对于一般的球形粒子,介电常数随半径按幂指数规律变化时,系统的有效介电常数随指数n的增大而减小;而对金属球形粒子,则存在等离子体共振吸收峰,且随参数mw和mv的增大,其位置将发生红移.这为复合材料的制备提供了一种新的理论依据.  相似文献

介电弥散和介电隔离率的温度非线性关系是弛豫铁电体的主要特征. 通过对掺杂成分以线性梯度递减的核壳结构进行热力学函数分析, 认为核壳结构能够在低温区保持较高的介电常数, 但不能导致介电隔离率与温度的非线性关系. 通过对不同浓度掺杂的铁电体扩散相变的比较, 认为掺杂浓度会影响晶粒掺杂成分的不均匀性, 在较宽的分布条件下会导致介电隔离率与温度的非线性关系. 因而在介电常数的峰值温度区域, 顺电相与铁电相的晶粒共存. 温度变化会影响两相比例及铁电畴的变化, 从而导致弛豫铁电体的介电弥散性. 核壳结构会增大介电弥散性. 铁电陶瓷的掺杂物种类、掺杂物浓度和烧结温度均会影响核壳结构的成分不均匀性和介电弥散性.  相似文献

理论分析了单层银纳米颗粒及其复合超材料的电磁特性,并采用MATLAB数值计算和CST模拟对理论进行了验证.结果显示:4.75 nm银颗粒所形成的单层阵列的数值和模拟结果都有Lorentz共振效应出现,模拟结果相对于数值计算有红移现象,且有微弱的磁共振效应.进一步对采用4.75 nm颗粒复合而成的100 nm大颗粒模拟,结果表明:在800~1 000 nm区间共振得到负的实有效介电常量、负的实有效磁导率和负的折射率,说明100 nm复合球形颗粒具有很强的磁共振效应,与理论分析相符.  相似文献

The dielectric response of a nonlinear composite system, which is composed of coated granular cylinders with nonlinear cores and linear shells or with linear cores and nonlinear shells randomly embedded in a linear host matrix, is investigated. For the concentric cylinders with weak nonlinear core and linear shell embedded in a linear host, the system can be replaced by solid cylinders with weak nonlinearity embedded in the same host under certain conditions. One of the linear partially resonant conditions is ϵs + ϵh = 0, which associated with two linear components can be extended to this nonlinear composite, the equivalent nonlinear solid cylinders have the same dielectric function as the original cores and radii larger than those of the original coating shells. Another is the linear partially resonant condition ϵc + ϵs = 0, which associated with one linear component and another nonlinear component cannot be extended to this nonlinear composite, but under this condition the nonlinear dielectric response of whole system will still be greatly enhanced. For another case of concentric cylinders with linear cores and nonlinear shells, we cannot find the equivalent nonlinear solid cylinders embedded in the same host, and the nonlinear partially resonant condition cannot be realized.  相似文献

A randomly distributed multi-particle model considering the effects of particle/matrix interface and strengthening mechanisms introduced by the particles has been constructed. Particle shape, distribution, volume fraction and the particles/matrix interface due to the factors including element diffusion were considered in the model. The effects of strengthening mechanisms, caused by the introduction of particles on the mechanical properties of the composites, including grain refinement strengthening, dislocation strengthening and Orowan strengthening, are incorporated. In the model, the particles are assumed to have spheroidal shape, with uniform distribution of the centre, long axis length and inclination angle. The axis ratio follows a right half-normal distribution. Using Monte Carlo method, the location and shape parameters of the spheroids are randomly selected. The particle volume fraction is calculated using the area ratio of the spheroids. Then, the effects of particle/matrix interface and strengthening mechanism on the distribution of Mises stress and equivalent strain and the flow behaviour for the composites are discussed.  相似文献

Under an external uniform electric field, the dielectric response of graded cylindrical composites having generalized dielectric profile inclusions is investigated. The generalized dielectric profile of graded cylindrical inclusion is expressed in the form, $\varepsilon _i (r)=c(b+ r)^k\e^{\beta r}$ where $r$ is the radial variable of the cylindrical inclusions and $c$, $b$, $k$ and $\beta $ are parameters. The local potential solution of generalized dielectric profile graded composites is derived by means of the power series method and the effective dielectric response is predicted in the dilute limit. Moreover, from the result of generalized profile, the analytical solutions of local potentials and the effective responses of graded composites having three cases of dielectric profiles, i.e., the exponential profile $\varepsilon_\i (r)=c\e^{\beta r}$, the general power law profile $\varepsilon_\i (r)=c(b+r)^k$ and the profile $\varepsilon_\i (r)=cr^k\e^{\beta r}$, are sorted out, respectively. In the dilute limit, our exact results are used to test the validity of differential effective dipole approximation (DEDA) for estimating the effective response of graded cylindrical composites, and it is shown that the DEDA is in excellent agreement with the exact result.  相似文献

The effective dielectric response of linear composites containing graded material is investigated under an applied electric field E0. For the cylindrical inclusion with gradient dielectric function, εi(r)=b+cr, randomly embedded in a host with dielectric constant εm, we have obtained the exact solution of local electric potential of the composite media regions, which obeys a linear constitutive relation D=εE, using hypergeometric function. In dilute limit, we have derived the effective dielectric response of the linear composite media. Furthermore, for larger volume fraction, the formulas of effective dielectric response of the graded composite media are given.  相似文献

Effective complex piezoelectric and dielectric constants of disordered heterogeneous systems, such as statistical mixtures consisting of spheroidal particles of the same orientation but with random distribution in space, are studied. It is found for the first time that, in such systems, there exists giant piezoelectric enhancement accompanied by giant relaxation of piezoelectric coefficients and permittivity. The piezoelectric and dielectric spectra differ considerably from the Debye spectra and have a Cole-Cole character. The dependence of the effects considered on the aspect ratios of the spheroids is investigated. The physical mechanisms responsible for the anomalous behavior of the piezoelectric coefficients and permittivity are considered.  相似文献

We compute the optical absorption of a glass containing a small fraction of silver particles with dielectric cores. The results are based on the Maxwell Garnett formalism. The dielectric permeability of the metallic shells is obtained by modifying experimental data for bulk silver to account for size dependent scattering of the conduction electrons. We find an absorption maximum in the visible range at a wavelength which, for sufficiently minute particles, depends rather strongly on the size of the cores and on their dielectric constant. The relevance of these results to recent experimental data by Smithard and by Genzel et al. is pointed out. We argue that their observed absorption maxima can be explained without invoking any quantum effects.  相似文献

Light scattering by small dielectric particles of an arbitrary axially symmetric shape is analyzed. A simple approximate expression that governs the polarizability of the particle is found under the assumption of field homogeneity inside of these particles. The expression includes four relatively simple one-dimensional integrals that can be calculated analytically for some types of particles (except for spheroids). A comparison with the numerical data obtained for various Chebyshev particles and finite cylinders showed that the obtained approximation yields acceptable results, even when the shape of scatterers is significantly different from spheroidal. For spheroids, our approximation coincides with the Rayleigh one.  相似文献
