2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxanes (1) were prepared by ap-toluenesulfonic acid-catalyzed, one-step reaction of propenal with a mixture of aliphatic alcohol and trimethylene glycol in good yields. The transacetalization reaction of 1,1,3-trialkoxypropanes (3) with ethylene glycol or propylene-(1,2)glycol afforded good yields of pure 2-(2-alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolanes (5 or6), respectively. This reaction proceeds through an intermediate 1,3-dialkoxy-1-(2-hydroxyalkoxy)-propane.

Zusammenfassung In der durchp-Toluolsulfonsäure — katalysierten, direkten Reaktion von Propenal mit einem Gemisch von aliphatischem Alkohol und Trimethylenglykol wurden die entsprechenden 2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxane (1) in guten Ausbeuten erhalten. Die Umacetalisierung von 1,1,3-Trialkoxypropanen (3) mit Ethylenglykol oder 1,2-Propylenglykol lieferte 2-(2-Alkoxyethyl)-1,3-dioxolane (5 oder6) in guten Ausbeuten. Die Umacetalisierungsreaktion von 1,1,3-Trialkoxypropanen verläuft über 1,3-Dialkoxy-1-(2-hydroxyalkoxy)-propane als Zwischenprodukte.

A series of Schiff bases containing four to six coordination sites N2S2 X2(X = O,N) 2-(2-(2-(aryl)methyleneamino)phenylthio)ethylthio)-N-((aryl)methylene)benzeneamine (2c–f) were prepared from the reaction of 1,2-di(2-aminophenylthio)ethane (1) with aromatic aldehydes. All compounds were characterized by means IR, mass, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis, and in the case of 2b with a single crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray crystal structure of 2b showed that the resonance occurs between aromatic rings, through the C=N bonds of the molecule.

The mononuclear palladium(II) complex trans-[PdCl2(PhPPy2)2] (1) reacts with [Cu(CH3CN)4]ClO4 to afford the heterobinuclear [(PhPPy2)2PdCuCl2]ClO4·2CH3CN (2), bridged by two PhPPy2 ligands in a new mode. Complex 2 crystallizes in space group P21/c with a?=?12.947(1), b?=?9.142(1), c?=?33.454(2)?Å, β?=?99.698(1)°. The copper(I) and palladium(II) ions in 2 adopt distorted tetrahedral and square-planar geometry, respectively. At room temperature, the complex is photoluminescent in solution.  相似文献

Abstract

3-(2-Bromoacetyl)coumarins (I), when treated with 2-mercatobenzimidazole (II) in acetone containing K2CO3 (mild base) and tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a phase transfer catalyst, at room temperature yielded the title compound 3-[2-(1H-benzimidazole-2-yl-sufanyl)-acetyl]-chromen-2-one (III) in a one-pot synthesis. Alternatively, III could also be prepared by treating dithiocarbonic acid O-ethyl ester, S-[2-oxo-2-(2-oxo-2H-chromen3-yl)-ethyl] ester (V), with o-phenylenediamine (VI). The methylation of the title compound III was performed with dimethyl sulfate (DMS), in acetonitrile containing TBAB and K2CO3 at room temperature, resulting in 3-[2-(N-methyl-benzimidazol-2-yl-sulfanyl)]-acetyl-chromen-2-ones (VII). Alternatively, methylation of III could also be performed with DMS in acetonitrile containing K2CO3 as base and clay as surface catalyst. All the compounds were synthesized in good yields and their structures were confirmed by spectral and analytical data.

Stereoselective diazotization of (S)-2-amino-2-phenyl acetic acid (L-phenyl glycine) (4) with NaNO2 in 6% H2SO4 in a mixture of acetone and water gave optically pure (S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenyl acetic acid (L-mandelic acid) (5). Esterification, gave (S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenyl acetic acid esters (6). The latter was treated with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine (TEA) in dichloromethane (DCM) to yield (S)-2-chloroacetyloxy phenyl acetic acid ester (2). In another sequence, the reaction of 2-(chloromethyl)-3-arylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (9) treated with N-Boc piperazine, followed by deprotection of the Boc group, to obtain 3-aryl-2-((piperazin-1-yl)methyl) quinazolin-4(3H)-one (3). Reaction of 2 with 3 in the presence of K2CO3 and KI gave the title compound, 2-(2-(4-((3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-arylquinazolin-2-yl)methyl)piperazin-1-yl) acetoyloxy)-2-phenyl acetic acid esters (1). The structures of all the new compounds obtained in the present work are supported by spectral and analytical data.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Co(L)2]Cl·(MeOH)2 (1) and [Ni(L)2]4·EtOH (2) (L?=?(E)-2-(amino((pyridin-2-ylmethylene)amino)methylene)maleonitrile), were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR, UV, and fluorescence spectroscopy. According to X-ray crystallographic studies, each metal was six-coordinate with six nitrogens from two ligands. Both complexes form two-dimensional supramolecular networks via hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions. Ultraviolet and visible spectra showed that absorptions arise from π–π ?, MLCT, and dd electron transitions. Fluorescence spectroscopy revealed moderate intercalative binding of these two complexes with EB–DNA, with apparent binding constant (K app) values of 9.14?×?105 and 3.20?×?105?M?1 for Co(III) and Ni(II) complexes, respectively. UV–visible absorption spectra showed that the absorption of DNA at 260?nm was quenched for 2 but quenched then improved for 1 with addition of complexes, tentatively attributed to the effect of the combined intercalative binding and electrostatic interaction for 1.  相似文献

Two complexes, [Ni(pmt)(Cl)] (1) and [Ni4(pmt)4(OH)4]·8H2O (2) [Hpmt = 2-(2-pyridylmethylamino)ethanesulfonic acid], were synthesized by different experimental methods in methanol-water mixed solution. Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P?1 with unit cell parameters: a = 8.315(2) Å, b = 8.383(2) Å, c = 9.128(2) Å, α = 103.654(2)°, β = 98.125(2)°, γ = 113.154(2)°, V = 548.6(2) Å3, Z = 2. A pair of chlorides is μ 2-bridges linking two NiII atoms in forming binuclear complex 1. The coordination environment at NiII is distorted square-pyramidal geometry. Compound (2) belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 16.5168(15) Å, b = 18.3718(17) Å, c = 17.5473(16) Å, α = γ = 90°, β = 93.3820(10)°, V = 5315.3(8) Å3, Z = 4. Four hydroxides are μ 3-bridges joining four NiII atoms to generate a cubic framework as a tetranuclear complex. The configuration at each NiII is distorted octahedral. Both π–π stacking of pyridine rings and intermolecular hydrogen bonds stabilize the solid state structures for 1 and 2.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new chromone derivatives, 7-hydroxy-2-[2-(3'-methoxy-4'-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl]chromone (1), and 6,7-dimethoxy-2-[2-(3'-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl]chromone (2) were isolated from the EtOH extract of agarwood of Aquilaria sinensis, together with eleven known analogues. Their structures were established by detailed HR-ESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis, as well as comparison with the literature data. Selected the isolates (1, 2, 4–8, 10, 11) were tested for their antitumor activities against SMMC-7721, MGC-803 and OV-90 cell lines using the MTT method with cisplatin and paclitaxel as the positive control. All the tested compounds showed weak cytotoxic activities with IC50 values ranged from 18.82 to 37.95 µg/ml.  相似文献

The reaction of [ZnCl2] with N-cyclopentyl-1-(quinolin-2-yl)methanimine (LA), N-cyclohexyl-1-(quinolin-2-yl)methanimine (LB), N-cyclohexyl-1-(pyridin-2-yl)methanimine (LC), 2,6-diethyl-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)aniline (LD), N-cyclopentyl-1-(pyridin-2-yl)methanimine (LE), and N-phenyl-(pyridin-2-yl)methanimine (LF) in ethanol produced the bidentate [(NN′)ZnCl2] complexes, [LAZnCl2], [LBZnCl2], [LCZnCl2], [LDZnCl2], [LEZnCl2] and [LFZnCl2], respectively. The molecular structures revealed that the zinc in [LnZnCl2] (Ln = LA ? LD) showed a distorted tetrahedral geometry involving two nitrogens of N,N’-bidentate ligands and two chloride ligands. Most of these initiators were effective for polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and polymerization of rac-lactide (rac-LA). [LCZnCl2] (with N-cyclohexyl substituted at imine-pyridine moiety) exhibited the highest catalytic activity for MMA polymerization in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) with an activity of 3.33 × 104 g PMMA/mol·Zn·h at 60 °C, giving moderate syndiotactic poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) with high molecular weight (9.62 × 105 g/mol). The dimethyl derivatives [LnZnMe2] (Ln = LA ? LF), generated in situ, polymerized rac-LA with moderate activity and yielded a polylactide (PLA) with good number-average molecular weights and narrower polydispersity indices (PDIs). [LAZnMe2] effectively initiates the ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of rac-LA to attain heterotactic PLA (Pr = 0.91).  相似文献

The crystal structures of [Mn(bpa)2](ClO4)2 (1), [bpa?=?bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine], and Mn(6-Mebpa)2(ClO4)2 (2), [6-Mebpa?=?(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)(2-pyridylmethyl)amine] have been determined. In 1, two facial [Mn(bpa)2]2+ isomers are observed in the same unit cell, one with C i (1a) and the other with C2 (1b) symmetries. In 2, only the isomer with C2 symmetry is observed. The structure of [Mn(bpa)2]2+ with only C2 symmetry has been reported previously (Inorg. Chem., 31, 4611 (1992)). The bond length order Mn–Namine?>?Mn–Npyridyl, observed in the C2 and the C i isomers in the crystals of 1, is the reverse of the order observed in the structure of [Mn(bpa)2](ClO4)2 which contains only the C2 isomer in the unit cell. The structure of 2 in which only the C2 isomer is found, also shows the bond length order Mn–Npyridyl?>?Mn–Namine. In cyclic voltammetric experiments in acetonitrile solutions, 1 and 2 show irreversible anodic peaks at E p?=?1.60 and 1.90?V respectively, (vs. Ag/AgCl), assigned to the oxidation of Mn(II) to Mn(III). The substantially higher oxidation potential of 2 is attributable to a higher rearrangement energy in complex 2 due to the steric effect of the methyl substituent.  相似文献

The ligand 2-(2-pyridyl)benzothiazole (L) can act both as an N-N and an N-S chelating donor. The latter coordination mode is expected to be preferred when it is involved in coordination to Ru(II) which is a soft acceptor centre However, in the title compound, chlorobis(acetonitrile)triphenylphosphino-2-(2-pyridyl)benzothiazole-N,N-ruthenium(II) chlride, [Ru(L)(PPh3(CH3CN)2Cl]Cl, the ligand acts in N,N-bidentate manner and the Ru(II) ion is found to be present in an N4PCl coordination environment. PPh3 and Cl are trans to each other and the two CH3CN ligands occupy cis positions facing the NN donor atoms of ligand L.  相似文献

Substituted 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole derivatives 2, 3 and 6 were synthesized. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 and 6-methyl-2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 3 were prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-acrylic acid and corresponding 1,2-phenylenediamines in polyphosporic acid (PPA). 2,7,11-b-Triaza-benzo[c]fluorene 4 was prepared by photochemical dehydrocyclization reaction of ethanolic solution of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2. 2-(2-Pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-3H-benzimidazole-6-carbonitrile 6 was prepared by condensation reaction from 3-pyridin-4-yl-propenal and 4-cyano-1,2-phenylenediamine using p-benzoquinone as oxidants. The structure of novel benzimidazole derivatives has been studied by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS, UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The structure of 2-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-1H-benzimidazole 2 was confirmed by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The conformation of the molecule is E in regard to substituents position around vinyl double C=C bond. The non-planar molecules are mutually connected via the N–H···N and C–H···N type of intermolecular hydrogen bonds into infinite chains spreading along y axis.  相似文献

Summary 3(Bis(alkylthio)methylene)-3H-isobenzofuran-1-ones2a–e and 2-(bis(alkylthio)methylene)-3(2H)-benzofuranone derivatives4a–c are obtained by reaction of phthalides1a–d or 3(2H)-benzofuranone (coumaranone3), respectively, with carbon disulfide under basic conditions followed by alkylation. The reaction behaviour of the new compounds2 and4 is investigated. 2-((2-Dimethylthio-1-oxo)ethyl)benzoic acid N,N-dimethylamide (7a) and 2-((2-dimethylthio-1-oxo)ethyl)-benzoic acid 2-methylpiperidide (7b) are surprisingly formed instead of the methylthio substitution products by treatment of2a with the corresponding amine in the presence of aluminum chloride.

(E)-2-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)isoindoline-1,3-dione (Hbid) was prepared by condensation of N-aminophthalimide and salicylaldehyde and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR, and mass spectral studies. Mononuclear complexes [(phen)CuII(μ-Hbid)2H2O] (1), [(phen)CoII(Cl)2(μ-Hbid)]6H2O (2) (phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) and binuclear complexes [CuII(μ-Hbid)]2 (3), and [CoII(μ-Hbid)]2 (4) with Hbid were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, molar conductance, and thermogravimetric (TG) techniques. DNA-binding properties of 14 were investigated by UV spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that 1 and 2 bind to DNA by partial intercalation, whereas 3 and 4 find different groove-binding sites. The cleavage of these complexes with super coiled pUC19 has been studied using gel electrophoresis; all the complexes displayed chemical nuclease activity in the absence and presence of H2O2 via an oxidative mechanism. Complexes 14 inhibit the growth of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

Abstract

The coordination behavior of Him-py (2-(1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine) toward vanadium has been explored. The six-coordinate complex, cis-[VO2(Him-py)(im-py)]2·3H2O (1), was synthesized by the coordination reaction of NH4VO3 and Him-py in the aqueous methanol solution, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray technology. It belongs to the monoclinic space group P21/n with a?=?8.0756(6), b?=?19.3531(15), c?=?11.4433(8), β?=?106.905(2), V?=?1711.2(2), and Z?=?2. The crystal structure shows that the six-coordinate vanadium is bonded to two cis-oxido ligands and two bidentate ligands, Him-py and im-py. Interestingly, when crystals of 1 were immersed in H2O2, a peroxovanadium compound, (H2im-py)[OV(O2)2(Him-py)] (2), was obtained, which crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Fdd2 with a?=?22.600(2), b?=?22.7259(13), c?=?18.0146(11), V?=?9252.4(12), and Z?=?16, and consists of a seven-coordinate peroxovanadate(V) ion, one Him-py and one H2im-py ligand. Moreover, we also studied the catalytic activity of 1 in the oxidative bromination of phenol/aniline-like compounds towards mimicking bromoperoxidase reactivity.  相似文献

The addition of benzenethiol to p-chlorophenylphenylacetylene results in the formation of a mixture of two pairs of diastereomeric (E)- and (Z)-1-p-chlorophenyl-2-phenyl-1-phenylthioethylenes (1 and 2) and (E)- and (Z)-1-p-chlorophenyl-2-phenyl-2-phenylthioethylenes (3 and 4). The configurations of these compounds have been established by 1 H NMR studies, by their preparation from benzyl p-chlorophenyl ketone and p-chloro-benzylphenyl ketone, and by the oxidation of the thioethylenes 1, 2, 3, and 4 to the corresponding sulphonylethylenes 5, 6, 7, and 8, respectively.  相似文献

Two-dimensional complexes of [Cd(cpoa)(o-pbim)] n (1) and {[Cd3(cpoa)3(o-pbim)2] · 2H2O} n (2) (cpoa2− = 4-carboxyphenoxy acetate, o-pbim = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole) are synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that complex 1 contains a mono-nuclear unit, whereas complex 2 contains a trinuclear unit. The structural difference of 1 and 2 can be attributed to the various coordination modes of asymmetrically semi-flexible cpoa2− ligand. The luminescent properties of these two compounds are also investigated.  相似文献

Summary 2-(1-Acetoxyalkylidene)- and 2-(1-acetoxybenzylidene)-1,3-indanediones (1a–1e) were proven to be the products of acetylation of 2-acyl-1,3-indanediones (2a–2e) by ketene using a detailed investigation and correlation analysis of infrared spectral data as well as1H-NMR and13C-NMR spectra. Study by means of CNDO/2 and MMPI methods also demonstrates that the structure1 is more stable as the alternative one of 2-acyl-3-acetoxy-2-indene-1-ones (5). It was shown that the recently proposed general correlations v(C=O)s vs. v(C=O)as and v(C=O) vs. X+(R) as well as the mechanical anharmonicities of asymmetric C=O stretching vibration can be successfully used as a tool of structural diagnostics of cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds.

Zusammenfassung 2-(1-Acetoxyalkyliden)- und 2-(1-Acetoxybenzyliden)-1,3-indandione (1a–1e) wurden mittels einer detaillierten infrarot-spektroskopischen Untersuchung (IR-Korrelation) und1H-NMR und13C-NMR Spektroskopie als Acetylierungsprodukte von 2-Acyl-1,3-indandionen (2a–2e) mit Keten nachgewiesen. CNDO/2- und MMPI-Rechnungen zeigten auch, daß Struktur1 stabiler ist, als die der alternativen 2-Acyl-3-acetoxy-2-inden-1-one5. Es wird gezeigt, daß die kürzlich vorgeschlagenen allgemeinen Korrelationen v(C=O)s gengen v(C=O)as und v(C=O) gegen X +(R) und auch die mechanischen Anharmonizitäten der asymmetrischen C=O Streckschwingung erfolgreich als Werkzeug zur Strukturaufklärung cyclischer 1,3-Dicarbonyl-Verbindungen eingesetzt werden können.

With a view to obtaining both enantiomers of 3-(4-methoxycarbonyl)phenyl-2-methyl-1-propanols, (R)-1 and (S)-1, from the respective racemate, (±)-1, the hydrolysis of its acetate, (±)-2, in the presence of porcine pancreatic lipase (PPL) has been studied. The optical puriry of (R)-1 and (S)-1 thus obtained was unsatisfactory (ee 22–27%), and could not be increased beyondee 33% by repeated enzymatic hydrolysis of the unconverted fraction of the acetate. In contrast with this, the biohydrogenation of 3-(4-methoxycarbonyl)phenyl-2-methyl-2-propen-1-ol (4) with fermentingSaccharomyces cerevisiae afforded (S)-1 of considerably higher optical purity (ee 41–90 %, depending on the strain). The stereochemical correlation of the products obtained in the two biochemical processes under study shows that the PPL-catalyzed hydrolysis of (±)-2 produces preferably (R)-1.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Summary The Claisen rearrangement of 7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (2 a) gave 7-hydroxy-8-(1-phenyl-2-propenyl)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (3 a) and 2,3-dihydro-2,6-diphenyl-3-methyl-(7H)furo[2,3-h]-1-benzopyran-7-one (7 a). 2-Methyl-7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (2 b) afforded4 b and7 b. 8-Methyl-7-(3-phenyl-2-propenyloxy)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (12) gave only the alkali soluble product 7-hydroxy-8-methyl-6-(1-phenyl-2-propenyl)-3-phenyl-(4H)-1-benzopyran-4-one (13).3 a,4 b, and13 were further cyclized in acidic medium to9 a,10 b, and14 followed by dehydrogenation.This paper is dedicated to Dr. F.
