研究了 2 (2 喹啉偶氮 ) 5 二甲氨基苯甲酸 (QADMAA)试剂与铜的显色反应 ,在pH 4 .5的HOAc NaOAc缓冲介质中 ,吐温 80存在下 ,QADMAA与铜反应生成 2∶1稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 60nm ,ε =1.32× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。铜含量在 0~ 8μg/2 5ml内符合比耳定律 ,方法用于铝合金中铜含量的测定 ,结果满意  相似文献

采用活性基团拼接法, 以2-巯基-5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑为原料, 经硫醚化、肼解、腙化反应合成了8个芳醛-[5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-巯基]-乙酰腙衍生物, 并经过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR对其结构进行了确认. 初步生物活性测试表明, 部分化合物具有一定的抑菌生物活性.  相似文献

Abstract

The coordination properties of 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (Hats) with Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) ions, are analyzed. Although the ligand presents several donor atoms, we have only observed three coordination behaviors: (i) as a monodentate ligand through the Nsulfonamido atom, (ii) as a bridging ligand linking the metal ions through the Nsulfonamido and Nthiadizole atoms and (iii) as a bridging ligand linking metal ions through the N and O atoms of the sulfonamidate group. It is noteworthy that coordination mode (iii) is observed for the first time in heterocyclic sulfonamides complexes. In addition, the conformation of the Hats as counter-ion is analyzed and compared with the conformations that the ligand adopts in metal complexes.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

-The reaction of 3-(1-adamantyl)-4-methyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiol 1 with certain 2-aminoethyl chlorides in alkaline medium yielded a separable mixture of the S-(2-aminoethyl) derivatives 2 and the N-(2-aminoethyl) derivatives 3. Meanwhile, alkylation of 2-(1-adamantyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-5-thiol 4 with 2-aminoethyl chlorides under the same conditions yielded only the S-alkyl derivatives 5. Interaction of 4 with primary or secondary amines and formaldehyde solution yielded the corresponding N-aminomethyl derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

以2-甲基-4-氨基-5-氰基嘧啶为原料,通过水解、酯化、肼解、环化和醚化等步骤,合成了12个含1,3,4-噁二唑(噻二唑)取代嘧啶化合物。通过1H NMR,13C NMR,MS 和元素分析进行确证其结构。初步抑菌活性测试标明,化合物浓度在50 μg/mL时,化合物6f和6f′对油菜菌核病菌(S. sclerotiorum)、马铃薯晚疫病菌(P. infestans)、水稻纹枯病(T. cucumeris)、小麦赤霉病菌(G. zeae)具有中等抑制率,其活性与对照药剂醚菌酯相当。  相似文献

The reactions of 2-amino-5-mercapto-(or 2,5-dimercapto)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with 2-bromo-7-methyl-5-oxo-5H-1, 3,4-thiadiazolo[3, 2-a]pyrimidine to give the corresponding sulfides have been studied. The possibility of S-alkylation and addition of quinone at the free mercapto group in the 1,3,4-thiadiazole ring has been shown. The reactions at the amino group with benzoyl chloride and chloroformates have been investigated. The conditions of cyciodehydration at the amino group with ethyl acetoacetate and bromination of the pyrimidine fragment of 7-methyl-5-oxo-5H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine have been found.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A highly efficient, solid-phase synthesis of 2-arylamino-5-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives under mild conditions has been developed. The 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives were synthesized from resin-bound acylhydrazines in several steps, which gave 78–88% overall yields and excellent purities of the products.  相似文献

In the present study o-phenylenediamine and naphtene-1-acetic acid/2-naphthoxyacetic acid were used as a starting material through a series of steps and 2-(naphthalen-1-ylmethyl/Naphthalen-2-yloxymethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]acetohydrazide 5a, 5b were obtained. In the first series 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives have been synthesized from Schiff base of the corresponding hydrazide i.e. 2-[2-(naphthalen-1-ylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]acetohydrazide 5a by using Chloramin-T. In the second series 1,3,4-oxadiazole has been synthesized from 2-{2-[(naphthalen-2-yloxy)methyl]-1Hbenzimidazol-1-yl}acetohydrazide 5b by using phosphorous oxychloride and aromatic acid. These compounds were evaluated by IR, NMR, Mass spectrometry, elemental analysis and finally in vitro anticancer evaluation was carried out by NCI 60 Cell screen at a single high dose (10–5 M) on various panel/cell lines. One compound 7c was found to be the most active on breast cancer cell line and compounds 4b and 7d were moderately active.  相似文献

Two new inorganic–organic coordination networks based on a versatile and unsymmetric building block 5-(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (Hpot) and inorganic CoII and CdII salts have been synthesized in mixed solvent media and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal Hpot (1) was obtained from methanol solution. Reaction of Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O with Hpot afforded a neutral two-dimensional (2-D) porous coordination polymer {[Co(pot)2] · 6H2O}n (2) with a (4,4) network, which shows a 3-D supramolecular network through O–H?O weak interactions. While substituting the transition metal ions used in 2 with Cd(NO3)2 · 6H2O, a neutral 2-D coordination polymer [Cd2(pot)4]n (3) with a (6,3) network which further extended to a 3-D supramolecular structure through versatile hydrogen bonds C–H?X (X = O, N and S) was obtained. It is remarkable that the building block “pot” anion exhibits versatile coordination modes in complexes 2 and 3. These results indicate that the versatile nature of this rigid unsymmetric ligand, together with the coordination preferences of the metal centers, plays a critical role in construction of novel coordination polymers. The properties of gas absorption, magnetism and luminescence of 2 and 3 have been investigated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

研究了新试剂1-(2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯(DCNPNPT)与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应。在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,pH 9.0~10.0范围内,铜(Ⅱ)与DCNPNPT形成1:4黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长为460nm,用双峰双波长法测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.I×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。铜(Ⅱ)含量在0~240μg·L~(-1)范围内符合比耳定律。拟定方法用于铜矿和环境水标样中铜的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

The direction of substitution depends on the structure of the initial reactants and the reaction conditions. 为了寻找新型高效低毒的农药先导化合物,采用1-[(杂芳基)甲基]-5-甲基-1H-1,2,3-三唑基-4-甲酰氯与2-氨基-5-烷基-1,3,4-噻二唑的缩合反应,合成了8种未见文献报道的目标化合物,其结构经IR,1H NMR和元素分析确证,部分化合物还经MS的进一步证实.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,部分目标化合物在100 mg/L浓度下对双子叶植物(油菜)显示出中等的除草活性和一定程度的杀虫活性(250 mg/L).  相似文献
