A convenient and environmentally friendly solvent-free procedure has been developed to react 1,5-dihydroxyanthraquinone with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of triphenylphosphine in one pot to afford novel dialkyl (E)-2-{1,5-dihydroxy-6-[3-methoxy-1-(methoxycarbonyl)-3-oxo-2-(triphenyl-λ 5-phosphanylidene)propyl]-9,10-dioxo-9,10-dihydro-2-anthracenyl}-2-butanedioate 3ac. As a result of intramolecular nucleophilic attack at 90 °C, novel dialkyl (E)-2–{2,7-dihydroxy-3-[2-methoxy-2-oxo-1-(triphenyl-λ 5 phosphanylidene)ethyl]-6,11-dioxo-6,11-dihydroanthra[1,2-b]furan-8-yl}-2-butanedioates 4ac were produced in good yield.  相似文献

以2-巯基咪唑类化合物为原料,室温下与含有端基炔的二芳基高碘盐反应,一步合成苯并咪唑并[2,1-b]噻唑衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、 单晶X-衍射和HR-MS表征。在最佳反应条件[n(2-巯基苯并咪唑)/n(二芳基高碘盐)=1/1,二氯甲烷为溶剂,反应12 h]下,目标化合物的产率最高为84%。同时对该反应的机理进行了详细探讨,并采用MTT法研究了目标化合物对人肝癌细胞(HepG2)生长情况的影响。结果表明:当浓度为4 μg/mL时,化合物3b具有较强的抑制HepG2细胞增殖的活性,抑制率为52%。  相似文献

The compounds 3a,6,6,9a-tetramethyl-trans-perhydronaphtho[2,1-b]furan (ambrox or ambroxide) and 4a,7,7,10a-tetramethyl-trans-perhydronaphtho[2,1-b]pyran (homofixator) — substances important in the perfume industry — have been synthesized by superacid cyclization of E,E-homofarnesol and E,E-bishomofarnesol or mixtures of the isomeric bicyclohomofarnesenes or bicyclobishomofarnesenols. Synthesis of bis‐1,3‐{6′‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazol‐2‐yl}‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane ( 3 ), bis‐1,3‐{thiadiazolo[2′,3′:2,1]imidazo[4,5‐b]quinoxalinyl}‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane ( 5 ) has been achieved by the reaction of bis‐(5′‐amino‐1′,3′,4′‐thiadiazolyl)‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane with α‐haloketones, 2,3‐dichloroquinoxaline respectively. Bromination of compound 3 furnished bis‐1,3‐{5′‐bromo‐6′‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazol‐2‐yl}‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane ( 4 ). The structural assignment of these compounds was supported by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis data. The antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory and antifungal activities of some of the compounds have also been evaluated.  相似文献

以水杨醛与2-溴-4’-氟苯乙酮为原料,经取代和分子内缩合反应合成了中间体2-苯甲酰基苯并呋喃(1);在碱性条件下,1分别与咪唑,N-甲基哌嗪和二乙胺等反应,合成了6个新型的2-苯甲酰基苯并呋喃含氮类似物,收率63%~82%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和HR-MS表征。  相似文献

Abstract

Several new imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3-thiazine derivatives 4a–c, 8a–c, and 11a–c were synthesised via the reaction of 5,5-diphenyl-2-thiohydantoin (1) with αβ -unsaturated nitriles 2a–c, 5a–c, and 9a–c. The structures of the products were established on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, and 1H-NMR spectral data.  相似文献

Facile synthesis of a series of naphtho[2,1,b]pyrano pyrrolo thiazoles was accomplished in good yields in a one-pot reaction through intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of cyclic azomethine ylides with Baylis–Hillman adducts as dipolarophiles. The protocol is applicable to a wide variety of photochromic and biologically active napthopyrano products. The regio- and stereochemical outcome of the cycloaddition reaction was ascertained by x-ray crystallographic study of one of the cycloadducts.  相似文献

A facile approach to the synthesis of 2,3,6-trisubstituted-5,6-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]thiazole was reported. A resin bound cyclic thiourea was formed by the treatment of a resin bound diamine with 1,1′-thiocarbonyldiimidazole, and then reacted with a α-haloketone to generate a resin bound isothiourea. HF treatment of the resin bound isothiourea resulted in the cleavage of the product and simultaneous formation of an enamine bond. This led to the formation of the 2,3,6-trisubstituted-5,6-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]thiazole in high yield and purity.  相似文献

A simple and highly efficient one-pot protocol for the synthesis of novel polysubstituted 1,2-dihydronaphtho[2,1-b] furans has been developed by three-component coupling reaction of 2-aminopyridines, naphthols, and glyoxal in the presence of guanidinium chloride as a polyfunctional organocatalyst under solvent-free conditions. The protocol avoids the use of expensive catalysts, toxic solvents, and chromatographic separation and provides a wide range of novel dihydronaphthofurans in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Summary.  The cyclization reactions of trans-3a-hexahydro-2-benzimidazolamine with 2-alkylidene- and 2-benzylidenecyclohexanones and α-tetralones, respectively, yield mixtures of two isomeric condensates each. Thorough high resolution NMR analyses (1H and 13C NMR, HH-COSY, gs-HSQC, gs-HMBC, 1D TOCSY, and 1D NOE difference spectra) revealed that the corresponding isomers are in all cases linearly fused diastereomeric 12α- and 12β-substituted trans-6aα-dodecahydrobenzimidazo[2,1-b]quinazolines and 7α-substituted trans-8aβ- and trans-8aα-decahydrobenzimidazo[2,1-b]benzo[h]quinazolines, respectively. The formation of corresponding angularly fused regioisomers was not observed so far. The stereochemistry and the tautomerism of some bases and their hydrochlorides as well as the regiospecific course of the cyclization reactions are discussed. Biological tests showed that the novel compounds don’t exert remarkable antibacterial and antimycotic effects. Received November 3, 1999. Accepted November 30, 1999  相似文献
