Compounds 3a–k were obtained from the reactions of compounds 1a–k with homopiperazine (2) in CH 2 Cl 2 . Compounds 1a–b, 1d–f, and 1h–l gave compounds 5a–b, 5d–f, and 5h–l with 2-methylpiperazine (4) in dichloromethane. Compounds 7c and 9c were obtained from the reactions of compound 1c with 4-ethoxycarbonyl piperazine (6) and 4-piperidinol (8) in CH 2 Cl 2 . Compounds 1a and 1f gave compounds 11a and 11f with 4-methylpiperazine (10), and compound 13f was obtained from the reactions of compound 1f with 4-methylpiperidine (12) in CH 2 Cl 2 .  相似文献

The reactions of diazomethane and diazocyclopropane generated in situ with 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-3-vinylcyclobutane (1) and 2,3,3-trifluoro-1-vinylcyclobutene (2) proceeded at the double bond of the substituent as the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to form the corresponding 1-pyrazolines. Under the conditions of thermolysis (340—400 °C), the resulting cyclobutylpyrazolines 4 and 5 selectively lost the dinitrogen molecule to generate 3-cyclopropyl-1,1,2,2-tetrafluorocyclobutane (6) or 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-3-spiropentylcyclobutane (7), respectively, in high yields. In the presence of Pd(acac)2, the reactions of these fluorine-containing unsaturated compounds and 2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoro-3-vinylcyclobutane (3) with diazomethane gave rise directly to cyclopropane derivatives 6, 11, and 12, respectively. The reactions of compounds 1 and 2 with methyl diazoacetate in the presence of Rh2(OAc)4 proceeded analogously to yield cis- and trans-disubstituted cyclopropanes.  相似文献

Abstract

The syntheses and crystal structures of [Co(nic)2(H2O)4] (1). [Co(iso)2(H2O)4] (2). [Cu(nic)2(H2O)4] (3), and [Cu(iso)2(H2O)4] (4) (nic = nicotinate; iso = isonicotinate) are reported. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/m with cell parameters a =14.150(4). b = 6.883(2)., c = 8.497(2) Å, β= 118.28(2)° and Z = 2. The other crystals. 2. 3. and 4. are all triclinic, ; a = 9.777(3), b = 6.348(4), c = 6.888(3)Å, a= 113.10(6)., β= 110.55(3). γ = 97.61(5)°, and Z=l for 2; a = 7.0281(4), b = 7.7176(6), c = 8.6978(7)Å, a = 68.103(7), β = 68.526(5), γ = 62.550(6)°, and Z=1 for 3; a = 9.1807(4), b = 6.3334(3), c = 6.8871(3)Å, a= 108.213(4), β = 99.433(4), γ= 105.190(4)°, and Z= 1 for 4. The arrangements around the metal ions are trans-octahedra with two pyridyl nitrogens and two aqua oxygens in the equatorial positions and two aqua oxygens in the axial positions, although the Cu(II) complexes show a larger Jahn-Teller distortion.  相似文献

The salts Cs4[Re6S8(OH)6]·6H2O (1) and Cs4[Re6Se8(OH)6]·8H2O (2) were obtained by the reactions of Re6S8Br2 and Re6Se8Br2 with a CsOH melt with further solution of the products in water and crystallization of 1 and 2 from the aqueous solutions. The structure of the compounds was established by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with unit cell parameters a = 14.175(2) Å, b = 11.321(2) Å, c = 17.503(2) Å, V = 2808.5(7) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 5.003 g/cm3; compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with unit cell parameters a = 9.020(4) Å, b = 9.127(4) Å, c = 10.289(4) Å, α = 79.589(7)°, β = 75.829(7)°, γ = 72.186(7)°, V = 776.8(6) Å3, Z = 1, d calc = 5.402 g/cm3. Summary Thep-benzoquinones5e-j react with diazomethane (after dehydrogenation) to 6-anilino-2e, dimethylamino-2h, phenylthio-2i, and methylthioindazolquinone2j. Methylation with dimethylsulfate of these as well as of the already known indazolquinones 6-toluidino-2f, 6-methylanilino-2g, 5-tert.butyl-2m, 5,6-methyl- (isomer mixture)2l,n, and benz-indazolquinone2o yield the 1-and 2-N-methyl derivatives3 and4. The structure of the 2-methyl derivatives is established by reaction of the corresponding benzoquinones with 3-methylsydnon in the case of4e,4g. UV/VIS-, IR- and1H-NMR-spectroscopy (in CDCl3 andDMSO) were used for structure determination. Comparison of the UV/VIS-spectra of2–4 shows that the indazolquinones are existing as 2 H-4,7-diones. For the structure elucidation of the 1- rs. 2-methylderivatives (whichh can be attributed to the methylation products) NMR-spectroscopy is well suited even without knowing the second isomer (solvent-effect). The course of the reaction of quinones with diazomethane and of the methylation reactions of the indazolquinones is discussed.

Abstract

of 1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carbohydrazide (4) with substituted phenyl isothiocyanates (5) in ethanol under reflux for 30 min gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives 6, which on cyclization in 2N NaOH under refluxing conditions for 1 h resulted in 3-(5-mercapto- 4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (7). Alternatively, 7 could also be prepared from following sequence of reactions, i.e., 4 → 8 → 7. In another sequence of reactions, condensation of 7 with chloroacetic acid in dimethylformamide (DMF) and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h resulted in 2-((5-(1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridin-3-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)sulfanyl)acetic acid (10). The latter, on reaction with substituted o-phenylenediamine (11) in 6N HCl for 4 h yielded 3-(5-((1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methylthio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (12). Alternatively, 12 could also be prepared by reacting 7 with 13 in DMF and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h, followed by oxidation with H2O2 resulting in the corresponding sulfonyl derivatives 14.  相似文献

Stable molecular complexes of bis[tris(trifluoromethyl)germyl]mercury(II) Hg[(CF3)3Ge]2 (1) witho-quinones (3,6-di-tert-butylbenzoquinone-1,2 (2), 3,6-di-tert-butyl-4,5-dimethoxybenzoquinone-1,2 (3), and 1,4,5,7-tetra-tert-butyldibenzo[1,4]dioxin-2,3-dione (4)) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR and electronic absorption spectroscopies. Depending on the ratio between the starting reactants, the reactions ofo-quinones with1 gave complexes of the composition R2Hg · Q (5,7,9) or R2Hg · Q2 (6,8,10), where Q=2 (5,6),3 (7,8),4 (9,10); R=Ge(CF3)3. According to the spectral data, the molecule ofo-quinone in R2Hg · Q acts as a neutral ligand, whereas the second molecule ofo-quinone in R2Hg · Q2 is not coordinated to1. It has been found by ESR that thermolysis of polycrystalline samples of complexes6 and10 involves intermediate formation of radical pairs and finally yields paramagnetico-semiquinone complexes, SQGe(CF3)3, which are typical products of one-electron oxidation of Organometallic compounds byo-quinones.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A highly regioselective route was established to 2-aryl-, 2-cyclohexyl-, and 2-(2-arylethyl)4-alkylthiophenes, which are potential candidates as liquid crystalline compounds of low viscosity. The key synthetic intermediates, 2-substituted-4-(chloromethyl)thiophenes 6, 14, and 20 were prepared respectively from the reactions of β, γ-epoxycarbonyl compounds 5, 13, and 19 with Lawesson's reagent in the presence of a catalytic amount of p -toluenesulfonic acid. The epoxycarbonyl compounds were obtained from the TiCl4-mediated reactions of 2-(chloromethyl)-3-(trimethylsliyl)propene (10) with acid chlorides followed by epoxidation with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid, or from prior epoxidation followed by oxidation with pyridinium dichromate of homoallylic alcohols 3. The homoallylic alcohols 3 were synthesized from the reactions of 2-(chloromethyl)-3-(trichlorosilyl)propene (2) with aldehydes in N, N-dimethylformamide. Copper (I) catalysed cross-coupling reactions of 2-substituted-4-(bromomethyl)thiophenes (which were prepared by transhalogenation of 2-substituted-4- (chloromethyl)thiophenes with NaBr in acetone) with Grignard reagents afforded 2,4-disubstituted thiophenes. Using this method, eleven 2,4-disubstituted thiophenes were synthesized and their potentials as liquid crystalline compound of low viscosity were examined. The synthesized 2-(4-cyanophenyl)-4-pentylthiophene was observed to have a lower melting point than the corresponding 2,5-disubstituted thiophene. This observation is consistent with the expectation from the basis of molecular linearity which can affect the viscosity and/or melting point of crystalline compounds.  相似文献

In this work, the reactions of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene (trimer), N 3 P 3 Cl 6 1, with 2-mercapto-1-methylimidazole (methimazole) 2, 2-mercaptopyrimidine 3, and 2-mercaptopyridine 4 were discussed. Mono- (5) and pentasubstituted (6) phosphazenes were obtained from the reaction of 1 with 2-mercapto-1-methylimidazole. Both mono- (7) and disubstituted geminal (8) phosphazenes were obtained from the reaction of 1 with 2-mercaptopyrimidine. But phoshazene or any phosphorus compound could not be isolated from the reaction of 1 with 2-mercaptopyridine.  相似文献

This contribution presents a study of the reactions of ReH3(CO)(PMe2Ph)3 (1) with a variety of metallic Lewis acids of the coinage metals to form hydrido-bridged heterometallic rhenium-gold, rhenium-silver, and rhenium-copper complexes. The reaction of 1 with AuCl(PPh3) proceeds with elimination of hydrogen to give the hydrido-bridged heterobinuclear rhenium-gold complex (PMe2Ph)3(CO)ClRe(-H)Au(PPh3) (2). In contrast, the reactions of 1 with AgPF6, [Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6 or CuCl proceed without elimination of hydrogen to give the hydrido-bridged heterotrinuclear rhenium-silver and rhenium-copper complexes [(PMe2Ph)3(CO)HRe(-H)2M(-H)2ReH(CO)(PMe2Ph)3]PF6 (M=Ag (3), Cu (4)) and the hydrido-bridged heterotetranuclear rhenium-copper complex (PMe2Ph)3(CO)HRe(-H)2Cu(-Cl)2Cu(-H)2ReH(CO)(PMe2Ph)3 (5), respectively. The molecular structures of compounds 2 and 3 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Crystallographic data for 2: monoclinic, space group P212121, a=12.804(2) Å, b=13.512(2) Å, c=24.312(3) Å, V=4206(1) Å3, Z=4, and R=0.042. Crystallographic data for 3: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=24.212(6) Å, b=13.098(3) Å, c=20.177(5) Å, b=116.40(2)°, V=5732(2) Å3, Z=4, and R=0.044. The X-ray crystal structure of 2 exhibits a short contact (2.798(12) Å) between the gold atom and the CO ligand that is primarily bound to the adjacent rhenium atom, suggesting an incipient semibridging relationship.  相似文献

2,6-二甲基吡啶经氧化、酯化、Claisen酯缩合后制得新型化合物2-乙酯基-6-乙酰基吡啶(4), 用其作为前驱体, 与一系列小分子脂肪胺: 甲胺、乙胺、乙二胺在微波条件下生成3个吡啶酰胺化合物5, 6, 7. 通过元素分析, 1H NMR, IR和MS对这些化合物进行了表征. 对6-乙酰基-N-甲基吡啶-2-甲酰胺(5)的X射线晶体衍射研究表明: 其属于正交晶系, Pca2(1)空间群, 晶胞参数a=2.2784(2) nm, b=0.4350(4) nm, c=0.9267(3) nm; αβγ=90°; Dc=1.288 Mg•m-3, V=0.91856(14) nm3. 实验还发现: 2-乙酯基-6-乙酰基吡啶与脂肪胺及芳香胺缩合时会发生两类不同的反应, 小分子脂肪胺选择与酯基发生胺解反应, 而芳香胺则率先在乙酰基上发生席夫碱缩合. 对这两类有趣的反应机理进行了深入探讨.  相似文献

Reduction of the binuclear PdII complexes Pd2(OCOR)2(o-CH2C6H4—NO)2 (1) and Pd2(OCOR)2(o-PhN—C6H4—NO)2 (2) (where R = Me, CF3, But, or Ph) by sodium borohydride, an ethanolic solution of KOH, or molecular hydrogen was examined. The first stage of reduction was demonstrated to afford metallic palladium and aromatic amines, viz., o-toluidine o-Me—C6H4—NH2 from complex 1 and aniline Ph—NH2 from complex 2. The reactions with molecular hydrogen involve deeper stages to yield cyclic ketones (o-methylcyclohexanone and cyclohexanone) and then cycloalkanes (methylcyclohexane and cyclohexane, respectively). The latter reactions are accompanied by elimination of N2. The mechanism of reduction of complexes 1 and 2 with molecular hydrogen was proposed.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Co2(μ-H2O)(4,3-pybz)4] n (1), has been hydrothermally synthesized from Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O and an unsymmetrical 4-pyridin-3-yl-benzoic acid (4,3-Hpybz), which is characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 11.876(3) Å, b = 15.462(3) Å, c = 21.545(4) Å, β = 94.873(5)°, V = 3942.0(15) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.565 g cm?3, F(000) = 1904, GOF = 1.025, μ = 0.910 mm?1, R 1 = 0.0456, wR 2 = 0.0983. Compound 1 shows a 3-D (3,6)-connected coordination framework with (3.4.5)(32.44.55.62.72) topology, in which cobalt is a six-connected node, and the 4,3-Hpybz ligands serve as two-connected spacers and three-connected nodes. In addition, the magnetic and thermal properties of 1 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, four lanthanide coordination polymers were synthesized based on 4-(4,5-dicarboxy-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine 1-oxide (H3DCImPyO), with the molecular forumulas [Eu(HDCImPyO)·(H2O)2·(CHO2)]n (1), [Sm(HDCImPyO)·(H2O)2·(HCO2)]n (2), {[La(HDCImPyO)·(H2O)·(HCO2)]·O2}n (3) and {[Y(HDCImPyO)·(C2O4)·(H2O)2]·H2O}n (4). With diverse coordination modes, they were further characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, dielectric measurement, and single-crystal X-ray structural analysis. Complexes 1 and 2 were isostructural and had similar structures with {44, 62} topology. Complex 1 exhibited strong fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature. In 3, HDCImPyO2? adopted μ4-kO, O′: kO′, O′′: O′′′: O′′′′ coordination to bridge four La(III) ions to form a 3-D framework with {4. 52}2{42. 510. 612. 7. 83} topology. In 4, both HDCImPyO2? ligands and Y3+ cations were simplified as linkers to form an interpenetrating 3-D framework with {413. 62}2{422. 66} topology.  相似文献

2,3,6,2',3',4',6'-七-O-乙酰基-β-乳糖基异硫氰酸酯(1)分别与2-氨基-4/6-取代苯并噻唑2a2e反应, 制得糖基硫脲3a3e, 将其在HgCl2作用下与伯胺反应, 制得一系列新化合物N-烷基/芳基-N'-(4/6-取代-苯并噻唑-2-基)-N'-(2,3,6,2',3',4',6'-七-O-乙酰基-β-乳糖基)胍46. 然后, 在CH3ONa/CH3OH作用下, 脱乙酰基得含苯并噻唑基的乳糖基胍类化合物79. 所有新化合物的结构均经IR, 1H NMR, MS谱和元素分析证实, 所得产物均为b-构型. 对代表性化合物的生物活性测试结果表明, 乳糖基胍类化合物对HIV-1蛋白酶、血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)的抑制活性较差.  相似文献

A new method for the preparation of 9-β-D-2′-deoxyribofuranosyl-6-methylpurine from inosine (1) is described. Inosine was converted to 6-chloropurinenucleoside (4) via acetylation, chlorination, and deacetylation. Compound 4 was transformed to the key intermediate 6-methylpurinenucleoside (7) via protection of the 2′,3′,5′-hydroxy groups of 4 with 3,4-dihydropyran to give compound 5, then methylation at the 6-position of 5 with dimethyl copper lithium gave compound 6; depyranylation of 6 led to the subsequent selective protection of the 3′,5′-hydroxy groups of 7 with O[Si(I-Pr)2Cl]2 followed by reaction with phenyl chlorothionoformate to give compound 9. Compound 9 was then converted to the target compound 11 via 2′-deoxidation and 3′, 5′-desilylation. The structures of these products were identified by Mass Spectrum (MS), 1H-NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spectra and elemental analysis. The title compound, Cp2TiR (Cp=C5H5; R=2,6-(4-MeC6H4)2C6H3), 1, was prepared by reaction of RLi with [Cp2TiCl]2. Compound 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, EPR, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the following unit cell dimensions: a=11.1466(7) Å, b=16.4429(11) Å, c=13.0786(8) Å; b=106.2040(10)°;V=2301.9(3) Å3. The EPR spectrum of 1 displays two signals, a high field signal at g=1.979 and a lower field signal at g=1.959. Significantly, 1 is a sterically encumbered m-terphenyl-stabilized trivalent titanocene paramagnetic complex and may be a practical one-electron reducing reagent.  相似文献

在溶剂热合成条件下得到2个单一手性配位聚合物,即[Cd3((R)-CIA)2(bipy)2.5(H2O)2]·xGuest(1)和[Zn3((R)-CIA)(bmib)2(H2O)2 Cl]·H2O·xGuest(2)((R)-H3CIA=(R)-5-(1-羧基乙氧基)间苯二甲酸,bipy=4,4′-联吡啶,bmib=1,4-双(2-甲基-1H-咪唑-1-基)苯)。X射线单晶结构分析揭示配合物1和2都是柱层式结构的三维框架。从拓扑分析的角度看,配位物1具有(3,3,3,6,6)-连接的网络,拓扑符号为(4.5^2)2(4.8^2)2(42.6^8.8^3.10^2)(4^2.6^8.8^3.9^2)(5.8.9)2,而配合物2是(3,4,4)-连接的网络,拓扑符号为(6·7^2)2(6·7^5)2(6^2·7^4)。此外,对上述配合物的热稳定性、圆二色谱和荧光性质也做了研究。  相似文献
