Investigations of intact dental enamel as well as carious‐affected human dental enamel were performed using infrared spectromicroscopy and X‐ray diffraction applying synchrotron radiation. Caries of enamel was shown to be characterized by an increase in the number of deformation and valence vibrations for N—C—O, N—H and C=O bonds, a decrease of the crystallinity index, and by the absence of the preferable orientation of hydroxyapatite crystals within the affected enamel. This indicates the presence of destructive processes in the organic matrix of hard tooth tissues. 相似文献

The iron-atom concentration distribution as well as the gas-phase temperature was measured via laser-induced fluorescence
(LIF) during iron-oxide nanoparticle synthesis in a low-pressure hydrogen/oxygen/argon flame reactor using ironpentacarbonyl
(Fe(CO)5) as precursor. Temperature measurements based on multi-line NO-LIF imaging are used to correct for temperature-dependent
ground-state populations. The concentration measurement is calibrated based on line-of-sight absorption measurements. The
influence of the precursor on the flame is observed at precursor concentrations larger than 70 ppm as the flame front moves
closer to the burner surface with increasing Fe(CO)5 concentration. 相似文献

An inverse radiation analysis is presented for estimating the wall emissivities for an absorbing, emitting, scattering media in a two-dimensional irregular geometry with diffusely emitting and reflecting opaque boundaries from the measured temperatures. The finite-volume method was employed to solve the radiative transfer equation for 2D irregular geometry. The hybrid genetic algorithm which contains local optimization algorithm was adopted to estimate wall emissivities by minimizing an objective function, while reducing computation time. It was found that an increase in the standard deviation in measurements significantly deteriorated the estimation of wall emissivities. Thus, a very accurate measurement was required in inverse radiation for better estimation of wall emissivities, especially, in a high temperature environment. 相似文献
