设计合成了2-[(2’-9H-芴-2-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(6)和2-[(2’-菲-9-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(7),通过IR、UV、1H NMR、MS和元素分析确认了其结构;并利用DPPH.方法、超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)法、羟基自由基(OH.)法分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,这两种化合物对DPPH.、O 2.-和OH.都具有较强的抗氧化活性。  相似文献

本文以苯甲酸为原料,经酰氯化、酰化反应得到中间体苯甲酰基异硫氰酸酯,再与2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑经加成反应合成并表征了10种N-苯甲酰基-N’-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基硫脲3a-3j。初步生物活性测试结果表明:当浓度为10 mg/L时,3a~3d对小麦生根和发芽有一定的调节活性。当浓度为100 mg/L时,大部分化合物对黄瓜灰霉病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、水稻稻瘟病菌有明显的抑制活性,而对棉花枯萎病菌的抑制活性较差。目标化合物的取代基会影响其生长调节活性和抑菌活性。结合量化计算结果讨论了化合物结构对抑菌活性的影响。  相似文献

A method has been developed for the synthesis of substituted 4-hydroxy- and 4-amino-2-methyl-3-(2-methylindol-3-yl)methylquinolines by treating the corresponding 4-hydroxy(chloro)-2-methyl-3-(3-oxobutyl)quinolines with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride. It was found that nucleophilic substitution occurred in the case of the 4-chloroquinolines together with subsequent rearrangement to give the 4-amino derivatives. New Niii complexes based on the substituted 2-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)benzoxazole have been synthesized from the corresponding ligands and nickel acetate. The crystal structure of bis[2-(1,3-benzoxazol-2-yl-κN)-4,5-dichloro-3-(methoxycarbonyl)phenolate-κO]nickel(ii) has been determined by X-ray diffraction. 将邻羟苯基引入1,2,3-三唑结构中, 设计合成了10个1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-取代-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物. 首先, 以对位取代的芳胺为原料, 经重氮化、叠氮化、闭环和缩合反应制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-水杨醛亚胺-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(3a~3e), 再用硼氢化钠还原制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-(2-羟基苄基)氨基-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(4a~4e). 目标化合物的结构经核磁、IR及元素分析确认. 抑菌活性测试表明, 当质量浓度为0.1 mg/L时, 除化合物3e和4e外, 所有化合物对白色念球菌的抑菌率均达95%以上, 对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达85%以上, 具有强抑菌活性, 表明该类化合物在抗菌药物开发方面有重要应用价值.  相似文献

In an endeavor to find a new class of antimicrobial agents, a series of novel substituted benzimidazole, benzoxazole, and benzothiazole derivatives 6 containing pyrazole moiety have been synthesized by reaction of 3‐aryl‐4‐formyl pyrazole 4 with substituted phenylenediamine or o‐aminophenol or o‐aminothiophenol 5 . Reaction of phenyl hydrazine or 2‐hydrazinopyridine 1 with substituted acetophenones 2 gave the corresponding hydrazones 3 , which on Vilsmeier–Haack reaction with POCl3–DMF gave substituted 3‐aryl‐4‐formyl pyrazoles 4 . All final compounds 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j , 6k were evaluated for in vitro antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus strains and in vitro antifungal activity against Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger strains by using serial dilution method. The antimicrobial activities were expressed as the minimum inhibitory concentration in µg/mL. The compound containing benzimidazole and benzoxazole moiety gave better antibacterial and antifungal activities than benzothiazole compounds.  相似文献

A water-soluble, small molecular zinc fluorescence probe (ZFP) based on 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl) benzoxazole was prepared. It exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity to Zn2+ than the other metal ions. The highest fluorescence enhancement was observed in the presence of Zn2+ owing to the inhibition of excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT). Furthermore, fluorescence imaging experiments confirmed that ZFP can be used to monitor Zn2+ in biological systems.  相似文献

为了寻求新的含吡唑双杂环先导化合物. 用4-取代-1-甲基-3-乙基-5-吡唑甲酰氯与2-噻唑烷酮、2-噻唑硫酮、2-噁唑烷酮等含氮杂环反应得到了12个含吡唑环的双杂环化合物. 化合物结构用IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析进行了表征. 并用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-硝基-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噁唑烷-2-酮(3k)的晶体结构. 晶体为单斜晶系, P21/n (#14)空间群, a=1.52175(3) nm, b=0.52970(1) nm, c=1.58185(3) nm, β=104.893(4), V=1.2323(4) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.45 g/cm3, F(000)=560.00, R1=0.064, wR2=0.193. 初步生物活性实验结果表明, 在25 mg/L浓度下, 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-硝基-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噻唑烷-2-酮(3c), 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-硝基-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噻唑烷-2-硫酮(3g)对水稻稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae)的抑制活性达到40%. 在500 mg/L浓度下, 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-溴-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噻唑烷-2-酮(3d), 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-溴-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噁唑烷-2-酮(3l)对稻黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix cinc-ticeps)的抑制活性达到53.37%.  相似文献

为了寻找生物活性良好的噻唑基丙烯腈类化合物, 利用2-[4-(2,6-二氟苯基)噻唑-2-基]乙腈(3)分别与取代氯甲酸酯4和取代苯基异氰酸酯6在碱存在下反应, 合成了8个2-[4-(2,6-二氟苯基)噻唑-2-基]-3-羟基-3-烃氧基丙烯腈化合物5和7个2-[4-(2,6-二氟苯基)噻唑-2-基]-3-羟基-3-取代苯胺基丙烯腈化合物7, 均为首次报道的丙烯腈类化合物. 化合物结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析表征. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 在试验浓度下, 目标化合物均具有一定的杀虫和抑菌活性, 其中化合物5f和5h在100 mg/L浓度下对炭疽病菌的抑制率达95%; 化合物5g和7d在250 mg/L浓度下对棉红蜘蛛的致死率达85%.  相似文献

Matrine is a traditional botanical pesticide with a broad-spectrum biological activity that is widely applied in agriculture. Halopyrazole groups are successfully introduced to the C13 of matrine to synthesize eight new derivatives with a yield of 78–87%. The insecticidal activity results show that the introduction of halopyrazole groups can significantly improve the insecticidal activity of matrine on Plutella xylostella, Mythimna separata and Spodoptera frugiperda with a corrected mortality rate of 100%, which is 25–65% higher than matrine. The fungicidal activity results indicate that derivatives have a high inhibitory effect on Ceratobasidium cornigerum, Cibberella sanbinetti, Gibberrlla zeae and Collectot tichum gloeosporioides. Thereinto, 4-Cl-Pyr-Mat has the best result, with an inhibition rate of 23–33% higher than that of matrine. Therefore, the introduction of halogenated pyrazole groups can improve the agricultural activity of matrine.  相似文献

为寻找新的光动力治疗光敏剂,首次利用电中性的对苯二酚与2-硝基-5,10,15,20-四芳基卟啉直接反应,制备了一系列新型2-氢醌-5,10,15,20-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉,分离产率达90%以上.用青霉素钠做对照,首次研究了2-氢醌-5,10,15,20-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉及其Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,ATCC 25923)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,ATCC 25922)的抑菌活性,显示其浓度为80μmol/L时,就能完全抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的生长(而相应的青霉素钠的浓度为320μmol/L),但对大肠杆菌的作用不明显.结果表明,2-氢醌-5,10,15,20-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉及其金属配合物在杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌等方面具有很好的应用前景.  相似文献

通过2-(2-苯并噁唑)-4-甲氧基苯酚、2-(2-苯并噁唑)苯酚与三甲基镓、三甲基铟反应,合成了四个新的金属有机化合物,并用元素分析、质子核磁共振谱、质谱及红外光谱等手段对化合物进行了结构表征。对其中一个化合物二甲基[2-(2-苯并噁唑)-4-甲氧基苯酚氧基]镓进行了X-衍射单晶分子结构测定,该化合物属于三斜晶系,空间群为P1。晶体学常数:a=7.4992(2)Å,b=10.199(2)Å,c=10.905(2)Å,α=110.18(3)°,β=102.23(3)°,γ=9  相似文献
