The reaction of Lawesson's reagent 1a, with niclosamide 2 proceeded by thionation and formation of carbothioamide 3 and the zwitterionic oxathiaphosphinin 4a. LR reacted with 8-hydroxyquinoline (5), 2-methylquinoline-4-ol (7), and β-naphthol (9) to give the phosphonodithioates 6, 8, or 10. The reaction of LR with the Mannich bases 11 and 14 afforded the oxathiaphosphinins 13 and 15, whereas the phosphonodithioates 17 and 19 were isolated in the case of Mannich bases 16 and 18. LR reacted with phthalimide Mannich base 20 to give the dithione 21 and N-methylphthalimide (22). Reaction of ketone monoxime 23 with LR resulted in the formation of the oxathiaphosphole 24 and the dithiaphosphole 25, whereas the monoxime 26 afforded the thioxoethanone thioxime 27. Ketone dioximes 28 and 34 afforded the phosphonodithioates 29 and 36, respectively, when they were allowed to react with LR, whereas the dioxime 30 gave compounds 32 and 33. Moreover, the molluscicidal potency of the newly synthesized compounds against Biomphalaria glabrata snails was studied, too.  相似文献

A novel series of 14 spiropyrrolidines bearing thiochroman-4-one/chroman-4-one, and oxindole/acenaphthylene-1,2-dione moieties were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques, as well as by three X-ray diffraction studies, corroborating the stereochemistry. Quantum chemical calculations studies, using the DFT approach, were performed to rationalize the stereochemical outcome. These N-heterocycles were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activities against some pathogenic organisms. Several compounds displayed moderate to excellent activity towards the screened microbe strains in the study compared to Amoxicillin (AMX), Ampicillin (AMP), and Amphotericin B. Furthermore, a structural activity relationship (SAR) was established considering the synthesized compounds. Pharmacokinetic studies reveal that these derivatives exhibit an acceptable predictive ADMET profile (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity) and good drug-likeness.  相似文献

Mild and efficient method for deprotection of silyl ethers to alcohols is described using Caro's acid supported on silica gel. Reactions are carried out in dichloromethane at room temperature and their parent hydroxy compounds obtained in good to excellent yields. Using this procedure, tetrahydropyranyl ethers (THP) remain intact during desilylation reaction.

The efficient regio- and stereoselective synthesis of (Z,Z)-3,3′-selanediylbis(2-propenamides) in 76–93% yields was developed based on the reaction of sodium selenide with 3-trimethylsilyl-2-propynamides. (Z,Z)-3,3′-Selanediylbis(2-propenamides) are a novel class of organoselenium compounds. To date, not a single representative of 3,3′-selanediylbis(2-propenamides) has been described in the literature. Studying glutathione peroxidase-like properties by a model reaction showed that the activity of the obtained products significantly varies depending on the organic moieties in the amide group. Divinyl selenide, which contains two lipophilic cyclohexyl substituents in the amide group, exhibits very high glutathione peroxidase-like activity and this compound is considerably superior to other products in this respect.  相似文献
