The activation of adsorbed CO is an important step in CO hydrogenation. The results from TPSR of pre-adsorbed CO with H2 and syngas suggested that the presence of H2 increased the amount of CO adsorption and accelerated CO dissociation. The H2 was adsorbed first, and activated to form H* over metal sites, then reacted with carbonaceous species. The oxygen species for CO2 formation in the presence of hydrogen was mostly OH^*, which reacted with adsorbed CO subsequently via CO^*+OH^* → CO2^*+H^*; however, the direct CO dissociation was not excluded in CO hydrogenation. The dissociation of C-O bond in the presence of H2 proceeded by a concerted mechanism, which assisted the Boudourd reaction of adsorbed CO on the surface via CO^*+2H^* → CH^*+OH^*. The formation of the surface species (CH) from adsorbed CO proceeded as indicated with the participation of surface hydrogen, was favored in the initial step of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.  相似文献

研究了Pt/Al2O3和Pt/CeO2/Al2O3对甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的催化活性,发现Pt/CeO2/Al2O3显示了更高的甲烷转化率和合成气选择性.用H2-TPR、H2-TPD、SEM-EDX和XRD等技术对催化剂进行了表征.CeO2和Pt相互作用促进Pt在催化剂表面的分散,抑制Pt在催化剂表面的迁移;降低了催化剂的燃烧活性,提高了催化剂的部分氧化活性和选择性,可避免因催化剂床层局部温度过高而导致催化剂活性下降或失活,提高了催化剂的稳定性.同时,CeO2通过促进水汽变换反应使反应体系迅速达到平衡,提高了催化剂对H2的选择性.  相似文献

采用液相化学还原法制备了系列用于一氧化碳、水及氧气直接法制过氧化氢的环境友好纳米Cu/Al2O3催化剂,并用TEM,XRD和N2O化学滴定等手段对催化剂中纳米金属铜的结构及性质进行了表征.研究结果表明,Cu/Al2O3催化剂在CO/H2O/O2直接法制H2O2反应中呈现出显著的纳米尺寸效应当金属铜纳米晶粒平均尺寸为15 nm时,有高达0.236 mmol·(g-cat)-1·h-1的H2O2生成速率.  相似文献

在传统热催化材料的研究领域中,光照技术已经得到了广泛的应用,从而使传统热催化剂的催化反应活性和选择性得到优化.然而,在光热协同催化反应过程中,光照因素对催化反应过程的影响尚未得到很好地研究和理解.本文通过浸渍法制得Pt/Al2O3催化剂,并应用于光热协同催化CO2加氢反应.结果证明,在光热协同CO2加氢催化反应中, Pt/Al2O3催化剂表现出光热协同效应.本文结合原位漫反射红外光谱(operandoDRIFTS)和密度泛函理论计算(DFT)对光照因素对该催化反应过程的作用机制进行了进一步深入研究.结果表明, CO气体分子从Pt纳米颗粒上的脱附过程为CO2加氢反应的重要步骤;CO气体分子在Pt纳米颗粒上脱附的位置包含台阶位置(Ptstep)和平台位置(Ptterrace).结果表明,反应过程中CO气体分子从Pt表面的脱附有利于催化剂暴露出Pt反应活性位点.值得注意的是,在光热协同催化CO2加氢反应过程中,光照和温度因素对CO气体分子的脱附过程具有不同影响.吸附能的计算结果证明, CO气体分子吸附在Ptstep和Ptterrace上的吸附能分别为-1.24和-1.43eV.由此可见, CO气体分子与Pt纳米颗粒上的Ptstep吸附位点之间相互作用更强.在无光照作用的条件下对催化剂进行加热, CO气体分子更容易从Ptterrace吸附位点发生脱附;但是在对应的温度下加入光照作用后,吸附在Ptstep位点上的CO气体分子会先转移到Ptterrace吸附位点上,随后脱附,从而促进CO2加氢反应的进行.  相似文献

Possible mechanisms are suggested for propane oxidation on Pt/TiO2/Al2O3 and Pt/CeO2/Al2O3 catalysts in the cyclic reactant supply mode. As compared to the steady-state process, the process conducted as catalyst oxidation-reduction cycles results in a very different product composition: it is more selective toward partial oxidation products and yields much smaller amounts of complete oxidation products. It is established by isothermal and temperature-programmed oxygen desorption that, under the reaction conditions examined, the oxygen desorbed from the catalyst surface into the gas phase makes a negligible contribution to propane oxidation. It is proved by XPS that propane oxidation is due to the chemically bound oxygen of the catalyst. The hypothetical mechanism of the process includes propane activation on Pt followed by the transfer of the activated species to the oxygen-storing component (TiO2 or CeO2), where the intermediates are oxidized by chemically bound oxygen.  相似文献

The heats of adsorption of CO2 and NH3 were studied for sodium, lithium, calcium and decationized forms of natural mordenites. The exchange of Na+ for Ca2+ leads to increasing adsorption heats at low coverages. For CO2 the region of elevated heats corresponds to the formation of Ca2+ ... CO2 adsorption complexes. Two molecules of NH3 probably interact with each Ca2+ ion (or with the Li+ ions in Li-mordenite). The heats of adsorption of NH3 on decationized mordenite are much higher than those on calcium mordenite.
Zusammenfassung Adsorptionswärmen von CO2 und NH3 an der Na-, Li-, Ca- und dekationisierten Form von natürlichem Mordenit wurden bestimmt. Der Austausch von Na+ gegen Ca2+ führt zu einer Erhöhung der Adsorptionswärmen bei geringen Bedeckungen. Bei CO2 erfolgt im Bereich hoher Adsorptionswärmen die Bildung des Adsorptionskomplexes Ca2+ ...CO2. Mit jedem Ca2+-Ion (bzw. Li+-Ion im Li-Mordenit) treten wahrscheinlich zwei NH3-Moleküle in Wechselwirkung. An dekationisiertem Mordenit sind die Adsorptionswärmen von NH3 höher als an Ca-Mordenit.

 添加H2对Ag/Al2O3和Cu/Al2O3催化剂选择性催化C3H6还原NOx反应具有不同的影响. 原位漫反射红外光谱分析表明,在Ag/Al2O3催化剂上, H2的存在促进了C3H6部分氧化产物烯醇式物种(RCH=CH-O-)和乙酸盐等的形成,烯醇式物种和硝酸盐为主要反应中间体,二者间的相互反应性能很强,能形成高浓度的反应关键中间体异氰酸酯(-NCO)表面吸附物种,因此NOx的去除活性提高; 而在Cu/Al2O3催化剂上, H2的存在并没有促进C3H6部分氧化产物的形成,而且抑制了硝酸盐的形成,进而抑制了C3H6部分氧化产物与硝酸盐反应形成表面-NCO 物种,导致NOx的去除活性降低.  相似文献

The adsorption and hydrogenation of butyronitrile (BN) in hexane on a 5% Pt/Al2O3 catalyst has been studied using in situ attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR-IR) spectroscopy. ATR-IR measurements were conducted on thin ( approximately 10 mum) films of catalyst deposited on Ge wave guides. Multivariate analysis involving classical lease-squares (CLS) and partial least-squares (PLS) modeling was used to aid in the interpretation of the spectroscopic data. During the adsorption of BN over a concentration range from 4 to 40 mM in hexane, no clear evidence for adsorbed N-bound end-on species could be detected. However, a feature at approximately 1635-1640 cm-1 indicated the presence of an adsorbed imine species, with the C=N group existing in a tilted configuration involving a strong degree of pi interaction with the surface. This assignment is bolstered by the detection of N-H stretching bands that are consistent with imine vibrations. This imine-type intermediate is very prominent and shows transient behavior in the presence of solution-phase hydrogen, suggesting that, once formed, it can be converted into amine products that adsorb on the catalyst surface. Evidence for amine formation was observed in the form of N-H stretching and NH2 bending vibrations, with assignments confirmed through comparison studies of butylamine adsorption under identical conditions. Comparisons between Pt/Al2O3 and Al2O3 suggest that there may be some adsorption of these amines on the support surface. The mechanistic implications with regard to heterogeneous nitrile hydrogenation on transition metals under mild conditions are briefly discussed in light of these findings.  相似文献

制备了Al2O3负载Pt单金属催化剂和负载Pt-Cu双金属催化剂,比较了二者不同还原温度对其催化CCl4氢化脱氯反应性能的影响。 单金属Pt催化剂上主要生成CHCl3,而双金属Pt-Cu催化剂上产物随催化剂制备时的还原温度不同而异,当催化剂经400 ℃用H2还原后产物主要为CHCl3,而当催化剂经800 ℃用H2还原后产物主要为CCl2CCl2。 由于CCl4氢化反应是强放热反应,催化剂表面局部过热使得在反应中生成的C2等产物聚合结焦,覆盖了催化剂的活性中心,导致催化剂失活。 因此,通过加入甲醇作为稀释剂以带走部分反应热可提高催化剂的稳定性。 同时也降低了CHCl3的选择性,提高了CCl2CCl2的选择性。  相似文献

Heptene-2 aromatization on Pt/Al2O3 in a pulse microcatalytic reactor has been studied under H2 and N2 atmosphere at temperatures between 330 to 500°C and at a total pressure of 4.0 kg/cm2. Results showed that the production of only cracked products (mainly methane) from deep fragmentation of heptene-2 in H2 sharply contrasts with the reaction in N2 in which the catalyst showed aromatic selectivity with the production of methane, benzene and toluene. In H2-N2 mixtures, 75% H2 was required to reduce the aromatization activity of the catalyst to zero. A test of the kinetic data using Sica's method [15] of pulse kinetic analysis suggests a first order in heptene-2 with an activation energy of 102.61 kJ/mol in N2 and 124.71 kJ/mol in H2. The difference in activation energies has been attributed to a difference in reaction mechanisms in both gases.  相似文献

The induction behavior in CO2 hydrogenation was studied by varying the reaction temperature to investigate the adaptation of the Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst to the temperature change,The results indicated that a used catalyst had a tendency to keep the last running state in new reaction conditions for MeOH formation,and that this tendency was related to the difference in Cu/Cu^n ration caused by CO2 and CO produced at different reaction temperatures,However,the reverse water-gas shift reaction (BWGS) induced at four temperatures was completely different from that of methanol synthesis,It implied that the two so-called competitive reactions in CO2 H2,RWGS and methanol synthesis,have different, active centers.  相似文献

CO氧化不仅具有重要的实用价值,而且在基础研究中被用于考察反应机理及催化剂结构敏感性等一些重要问题,因此,该反应在催化领域中具有重要意义. Pt基催化剂被广泛应用于CO氧化反应.其催化活性取决于催化剂的制备方法.其中,碱金属如Na、K等助剂的添加可有效促进催化活性,红外光谱证据表明,其促进作用在于碱金属的添加可降低CO与表面Pt原子的相互作用.尽管如此,催化剂上反应动力学证据却十分缺乏.反应动力学的研究可以提供一些本证反应信息如反应基元步骤、反应速率表达式以及反应机理等.通过对比不同催化剂之间的反应动力学行为,可以进一步解释碱金属对催化剂结构以及反应行为的影响.因此在本工作中,我们制备了一系列以K为助剂的Pt/Al2O3催化剂,并进行了CO氧化的反应动力学研究,考察了助剂对CO反应级数和反应活化能的影响.结合原位红外光谱表征,进一步揭示了助剂在反应中的作用.通过对比不同Pt和K含量的催化剂上CO氧化反应活性,我们发现, K的添加能促进反应活性,且随着催化剂中K含量的增加,促进程度越明显.例如,0.42K-2Pt/Al2O3上T50温度比对应的2Pt/Al2O3降低了30oC.不同催化剂上CO氧化的反应动力学实验表明,反应速率随着CO的分压的增加而降低;但随着O2分压的增加而增大.幂函数反应速率表达式推导得到的反应级数发现,对于含K的催化剂其CO的反应级数(约为–0.2)明显比不含K的催化剂(约为–0.5)中高,说明K的添加减弱了CO与表面Pt原子之间的吸附能力.但对O2的反应级数影响较小.例如:在0.42K-2.0Pt/Al2O3上反应速率表达式为r =6.55′10–7pco–0.22po20.63;而在2.0Pt/Al2O3上为r =2.56′10–7pco–0.53po20.70.表观反应活化能的计算表明,含K的催化剂上表观反应活化能较低,进一步说明K的添加有利于反应进行.根据反应速率表达式,我们进行了基元步骤的推导,并计算了反应动力学参数.结果发现,与不含K的催化剂相比,含K的催化剂中本征反应速率常数明显增加,而CO吸附平衡常数降低了一半,表明K的存在使CO在Pt表面上的覆盖度降低.我们还通过原位红外光谱对比了催化剂上CO吸附行为的差异.数据表明,与不含K的催化剂相比, K的添加一方面降低了CO在催化剂表面的吸附量(峰面积变小);另一方面显著降低了CO在Pt表面上的脱附温度,说明两者之间的相互作用力减弱.综上所述,通过反应动力学和红外光谱实验,我们认为K助剂与表面Pt原子相互作用后生成了较为稳定的Pt–O–K物种.尽管该物种的具体结构目前还不明确,但我们的实验证据表明,该物种的存在可以有效减弱CO与表面Pt原子之间的相互作用,降低CO的表面覆盖度并有利于O2在Pt表面的竞争吸附,从而降低了表面吸附的CO与O2之间反应的能垒,促进了反应性能.  相似文献
