(2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷)-6-甲酸酯的合成与表征

以2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷作为母体制得对应的甲酸,并以此合成了一系列未见文献报道的（2,2-双二茂铁基丙烷）-6．甲酸酯,其结构经1^H NMR,IR及元素分析表征。     

Antiallergic Activity of 6-Deoxy-2-O-methyl-6-(N-hexadecanoyl)amino-l-ascorbic Acid

Allergy is an excessive immune response to a specific antigen. Type I allergies, such as hay fever and food allergies, have increased significantly in recent years and have become a worldwide problem. We previously reported that an ascorbic acid derivative having palmitoyl and glucosyl groups, 2-O-α-d-glucopyranosyl-6-O-hexadecanoyl-l-ascorbic acid (6-sPalm-AA-2G), showed inhibitory effects on degranulation in vitro and on the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction in mice. In this study, several palmitoyl derivatives of ascorbic acid were synthesized and a structure–activity relationship study was performed to discover more potent ascorbic acid derivatives with degranulation inhibitory activity. 6-Deoxy-2-O-methyl-6-(N-hexadecanoyl)amino-l-ascorbic acid (2-Me-6-N-Palm-AA), in which a methyl group was introduced into the hydroxyl group at the C-2 position of ascorbic acid and in which the hydroxyl group at the C-6 position was substituted with an N-palmitoyl group, exhibited much higher inhibitory activity for degranulation in vitro than did 6-sPalm-AA-2G. 2-Me-6-N-Palm-AA strongly inhibit the PCA reaction in mice at lower doses than those of 6-sPalm-AA-2G. These findings suggest that 2-Me-6-N-Palm-AA may be a promising therapeutic candidate for allergic diseases.

6-氟-色满-2-羧酸的合成及其(R)-, (S)-光学异构体的拆分研究

以对氟苯酚为起始原料合成了6-氟-4-色满酮-2-羧酸, 该中间体经催化还原获得了消旋的6-氟-色满-2-羧酸. 化学拆分该消旋体和D-(＋)-α-苯乙胺及L-(－)-α-苯乙胺形成的非对映体盐, 分别得到了(R)-及(S)-6-氟-色满-2-羧酸.     

Reaction of Methyl 5(6)-(4-Aminophenylthio)-2-benzimidazolylcarbamate with Carboxylic Acid Chlorides

Methyl 5(6)-(4-aminophenylthio)-2-benzimidazolylcarbamate was reacted with carboxylic acid chlorides to obtain mono- and disubstitution products. The formation of the former involves the aniline nitrogen and of the latter, both the aniline and benzimidazole nitrogens. Biological properties of the products are studied.     

α-(2-噻唑基脲基)膦酸二苯酯的合成

报道了一种简便的合成取代脲基膦酸酯的通用的新方法。在二氯甲烷中,三乙胺为缚酸剂的条件下,α-氨基膦酸二苯酯与三聚光气反应形成α-异氰酸基膦酸酯2,2不经分离,直接与2-氨基(苯并)噻唑加成得到α-(2-噻唑基脲基)膦酸二苯酯3,产率55.0%-88.9%。     

外消旋2-氨基-1-(2,2-二甲基-4H-1,3-苯并二氧芑-6-基)乙醇的拆分研究

以L-二对甲苯甲酰基酒石酸为拆分试剂, 通过化学拆分法得到了旋光异构体(R)-2-氨基-1-(2,2-二甲基-4H-1,3-苯并二氧芑-6-基)乙醇, 产率高且光学纯度大于98% ee.     

6-(N,N-Dimethylamino)-2-naphthoylacryl Acid: a Highly Selective and Sensitive Fluorescent Sensor of Copper(II)

A novel fluorescent probe, 6-(N,N-dimethylamino)-2-naphthoylacryl acid(ACADAN) was designed and synthesized as a fluorescent sensor for Cu²⁺ in aqueous media. Significant amplification of fluorescence signals without causing any discernible change of maximum fluorescence emission wavelength(λ_max) was observed upon the addition of Cu²⁺. Importantly, ACADAN is capable of recognizing Cu²⁺ selectively in aqueous media in the presence of various biologically relevant metal ions and the prevalent toxic metal ions in the environment with high sensitivity(detection limit was 0.1 μmol/L).     

PCA/GC电极同时测定尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)

制备聚肉桂酸(PCA)修饰电极(PCA/GC),研究尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,在UA和AA共存体系中,UA、AA在PCA/GC电极上氧化峰电流增大且峰电位分别负移至50mV、330mV,二者相差280mV,据此可同时检测UA和AA.在pH6.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,UA、AA的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在2.0×10-6～1.0×10-4mol·L-1、2.0×10-5～6.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系.该电极重现性好,适用于尿样中UA的检测.     

5-(色酮基-3-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸的合成

将巴比妥酸或硫代巴比妥酸、3-甲酰基色酮在乙酸-乙酸酐溶液(含乙酸酐10%)中进行缩合反应,制备了5-(色酮基-3-次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸.并经元素分析,IR,1H NMR及13C NMR确证了产物的结构.     

4-(9-蒽基)-6-辛氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-胺的合成及其在酸性介质中的光谱行为研究

以2,4-二氯-6-辛氧基-1,3,5-三嗪为原料,经Kumada偶联及胺化两步反应合成了三嗪胺衍生物:4-(9-蒽基)-6-辛氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-胺(AOOTA),总产率为38%.通过紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱研究了氯仿溶液中AOOTA在乙酸(HOAc)及三氟乙酸(TFA)作用下的光谱行为.研究发现AOOTA与HOAc在基态及激发态下均不能发生双氢键作用,而AOOTA与TFA相互作用基态下形成双氢键复合物,激发态下由于分子中蒽基及辛氧基与三嗪环间的C-C单键以及C-O单键的自由旋转,从而使得AOOTA与TFA分子间不能形成有效的氢键相互作用.

The reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and sodium cyanide or of lactic acid nitrile with trimethyl(6-methoxy-4-methylpyrimidinyl-2)ammonium chloride give the 2-(6-methoxy-4-methylpyrimidinyl-2-oxy)alkanoic acid nitriles. They were subsequently converted to the corresponding alkyl esters by a Pinner reaction and then to their 2-(5-halo-6-methoxy-4-methylpyrimidinyl-2-oxy) derivatives using N-halosuccinimides.

The Synthesis of 3-(R)- and 3-(S)-Hydroxyeicosapentaenoic Acid

Monohydroxylated polyunsaturated fatty acids belonging to the oxylipin class of natural products are present in marine and terrestrial sources as well as in the human body. Due to their biological activities and role in diverse biosynthetic pathways, oxylipins biosynthesized from eicosapentaenoic acid and arachidonic acid have attracted great interest from the scientific community. One example is 3-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid where the absolute configuration at C-3 has only been tentatively assigned. In this paper, studies on acetate type aldol reactions that enabled the preparation of 3-(R)-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid (3R-HETE, 2) and its enantiomer are presented.     

新型5-[10-(9-羧基蒽基)]-间苯二甲酸的合成及荧光性质

以5-氨基-间苯二甲酸二甲酯为原料,经重氮化溴取代、Miyaura硼酸酯化反应生成3,5-二甲氧羰基苯硼酸频哪醇酯(3)。此外,以9-蒽甲酸为原料,经溴化、酯化反应生成10-溴-9-蒽甲酸甲酯(6)。最后以化合物3和6为原料,经Suzuki偶联、水解反应得到目标化合物5-[10-(9-羧基蒽基)]-间苯二甲酸。其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和高分辨质谱表征。研究结果表明,该化合物钠盐水溶液具有发蓝光的性质,最大发射波长为425nm,同时也有较好的荧光量子效率。
