Allergy is an excessive immune response to a specific antigen. Type I allergies, such as hay fever and food allergies, have increased significantly in recent years and have become a worldwide problem. We previously reported that an ascorbic acid derivative having palmitoyl and glucosyl groups, 2-O-α-d-glucopyranosyl-6-O-hexadecanoyl-l-ascorbic acid (6-sPalm-AA-2G), showed inhibitory effects on degranulation in vitro and on the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction in mice. In this study, several palmitoyl derivatives of ascorbic acid were synthesized and a structure–activity relationship study was performed to discover more potent ascorbic acid derivatives with degranulation inhibitory activity. 6-Deoxy-2-O-methyl-6-(N-hexadecanoyl)amino-l-ascorbic acid (2-Me-6-N-Palm-AA), in which a methyl group was introduced into the hydroxyl group at the C-2 position of ascorbic acid and in which the hydroxyl group at the C-6 position was substituted with an N-palmitoyl group, exhibited much higher inhibitory activity for degranulation in vitro than did 6-sPalm-AA-2G. 2-Me-6-N-Palm-AA strongly inhibit the PCA reaction in mice at lower doses than those of 6-sPalm-AA-2G. These findings suggest that 2-Me-6-N-Palm-AA may be a promising therapeutic candidate for allergic diseases. 相似文献

A novel fluorescent probe, 6-(N,N-dimethylamino)-2-naphthoylacryl acid(ACADAN) was designed and synthesized as a fluorescent sensor for Cu2+ in aqueous media. Significant amplification of fluorescence signals without causing any discernible change of maximum fluorescence emission wavelength(λmax) was observed upon the addition of Cu2+. Importantly, ACADAN is capable of recognizing Cu2+ selectively in aqueous media in the presence of various biologically relevant metal ions and the prevalent toxic metal ions in the environment with high sensitivity(detection limit was 0.1 μmol/L). 相似文献

制备聚肉桂酸(PCA)修饰电极(PCA/GC),研究尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,在UA和AA共存体系中,UA、AA在PCA/GC电极上氧化峰电流增大且峰电位分别负移至50mV、330mV,二者相差280mV,据此可同时检测UA和AA.在pH6.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,UA、AA的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1、2.0×10-5~6.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系.该电极重现性好,适用于尿样中UA的检测. 相似文献

以2,4-二氯-6-辛氧基-1,3,5-三嗪为原料,经Kumada偶联及胺化两步反应合成了三嗪胺衍生物:4-(9-蒽基)-6-辛氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-胺(AOOTA),总产率为38%.通过紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱研究了氯仿溶液中AOOTA在乙酸(HOAc)及三氟乙酸(TFA)作用下的光谱行为.研究发现AOOTA与HOAc在基态及激发态下均不能发生双氢键作用,而AOOTA与TFA相互作用基态下形成双氢键复合物,激发态下由于分子中蒽基及辛氧基与三嗪环间的C-C单键以及C-O单键的自由旋转,从而使得AOOTA与TFA分子间不能形成有效的氢键相互作用. 相似文献

Monohydroxylated polyunsaturated fatty acids belonging to the oxylipin class of natural products are present in marine and terrestrial sources as well as in the human body. Due to their biological activities and role in diverse biosynthetic pathways, oxylipins biosynthesized from eicosapentaenoic acid and arachidonic acid have attracted great interest from the scientific community. One example is 3-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid where the absolute configuration at C-3 has only been tentatively assigned.
