Chromophoric sensors were made based on 8-hydroxyquinoline immobilized onto a thin film of a polymer blend matrix. The thin films were made by the solution casting method using cellulose triacetate and polyethylene glycol (PEG 600) as plasticizer and pore-forming agent. Different contents of PEG 600 additive were investigated. The prepared films were characterized by FTIR and thermal analysis. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of different films were dependent on the content of PEG 600 with clear quenching of the fluorescence of the film that contains PEG 600 compared to that with zero content. This behavior was attributed to the collective effect of hydrogen bonding (intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonding) that enhances the process of excited-state proton transfer. This result is favorable to a responsive sensor that shows fluorescence off in the absence of metal ions and fluorescence on upon metal ion chelation. The detection of 5 × 10−5 M of Al3+, Zn2+ and thallium (I) in aqueous solution has been observed with the fluorescence method. The result obtained is consistent with the enhancing effect of PEG 600 in the detectability of metal ions. Compared with the detection of Al3+ and Zn2+, the sensor shows better detection of thallium (I), with clear fluorescence spectra.  相似文献

A cellulose triacetate (CTA) membrane containing trioctylphosphine oxyde (TOPO) as carrier and 2-nitrophenyloctyl ether (NPOE) as a plasticizer was prepared. The membrane CTA + NPOE + TOPO was characterised using chemical techniques as well as Fourier Transform InfraRed (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The CTA membrane is characterised by well-defined pores; these pores are completely filled with the NPOE and carrier. Surfaces of membranes with TOPO are smooth. The systems constituted by the mixture of CTA + NPOE, CTA + NPOE + TOPO do not give any diffraction. This can be due to the absence of crystallization within the membrane. On the other hand, this result should be attributable to the amorphous state of the structure, which permits us to eliminate the mechanism of transfer of the ions by electron jump. A comparative study of transport across a polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) and a supported liquid membrane (SLM) containing the same carrier in chloroform has shown that uranium or molybdenum transport efficiency was increased using PIM instead of SLM. PIM showed higher stability than SLM, the flux of transport remain constant in the former case after 2 weeks.  相似文献

以CdSe/ZnS量子点为荧光探针,基于多巴胺对CdSe/ZnS量子点的荧光猝灭效应,建立了一种可快速测定多巴胺的荧光检测方法。在最优实验条件下(pH7.4,反应时间20min),多巴胺浓度在0.01~0.7μmol/L范围内与CdSe/ZnS量子点的荧光猝灭强度比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.996),方法检出限为1.6×10-4μmol/L,相对标准偏差为1.2%。与文献报道的方法相比,该方法的检出限更低,更为灵敏,可用于多巴胺注射液及人体尿样中多巴胺的快速检测。  相似文献

The ligand capping of phosphonic acid functionalized CdSe/ZnS core–shell quantum dots (QDs) was investigated with a combination of solution and solid‐state 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Two phosphonic acid ligands were used in the synthesis of the QDs, tetradecylphosphonic acid and ethylphosphonic acid. Both alkyl phosphonic acids showed broad liquid and solid‐state 31P NMR resonances for the bound ligands, indicative of heterogeneous binding to the QD surface. In order to quantify the two ligand populations on the surface, ligand exchange facilitated by phenylphosphonic acid resulted in the displacement of the ethylphosphonic acid and tetradecylphosphonic acid and allowed for quantification of the free ligands using 31P liquid‐state NMR. After washing away the free ligand, two broad resonances were observed in the liquids' 31P NMR corresponding to the alkyl and aromatic phosphonic acids. The washed samples were analyzed via solid‐state 31P NMR, which confirmed the ligand populations on the surface following the ligand exchange process. The detection of human bone morphogenic protein-7 (BMP-7) was achieved using a sequential injection immunoassay (SIIA) system. The SIIA system is based on the binding between BMP-7 and anti-human BMP-7 (AbBMP7)–CdSe/ZnS quantum dot (QD) conjugates immobilized onto a glass disk or an optical fiber, using fluorescence detection at excitation and emission wavelengths of 470 nm and 580 nm, respectively. The AbBMP7–QD conjugates were prepared by conjugating anti-human BMP-7 antibody (AbBMP7) to hydrophilic CdSe/ZnS core/shell quantum dots (QDs). The SIIA system was fully automated using software written in the LabVIEW™ development environment. The analytical performance of the SIIA system was characterized with a number of variables such as carrier flow rate and elution buffer. Under partially optimized operating conditions, the SIIA system had a linear calibration graph at up to 10.0 ng mL−1 BMP-7 (R2 ≥ 0.975) and a sample frequency of two samples per hour. The SIIA system with an optical fiber immunosensor was used to detect and quantify BMP-7 in spiked real samples obtained from a biological process with recoveries in the range of 95–102%.  相似文献

Cellulose triacetate solutions with various solvents, including methylene chloride, methyl acetate, and their mixture with ethanol, were cast in high magnetic fields, and the obtained films were subjected to the optical and infrared measurements. The film cast from a solution with a methyl acetate/ethanol mixed solvent exhibited birefringence as well as infrared dichroism, whereas the films cast from the other solutions did not. L-半胱氨酸盐(Cys)作为稳定剂,合成了水溶性的双壳结构的CdSe/CdS/ZnS半导体量子点。吸收光谱和荧光光谱结果表明,双壳结构的CdSe/CdS/ZnS纳米微粒比单一的CdSe核纳米粒子和单核壳结构的CdSe/CdS纳米粒子具有更优异的发光特性。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、ED、XRD、XPS和FTIR等方法对CdSe核和双壳层的CdSe/CdS/ZnS纳米微粒的结构、分散性及形貌分别进行了表征。  相似文献

Assemblies of closed nanoparticles have focused interest because they exhibit new optical and chemical properties. The use of a 1D covalent strategy for quantum dots-assemblies has been proposed in this work as novelty. It was studied the effect of use different dithiols, including aromatic and aliphatic dithiol compounds, on the formation of QDs-assemblies in order to establish the influence of the linker's structure on the geometry of the assemblies, and hence on their properties. As a second part of the work, the changes on analytical response to analytes thanks to the formation of QDs-assemblies when dithiols are added were studied for firs time. For this study, some biogenic amines were selected as target analytes. We observed an improvement of 2.7–4 times in the sensitivity, expressed as slope of the calibration graph, when the dithiols were added to the system obtaining QDs-assemblies.  相似文献

柠檬酸稳定的水溶性CdSe和CdSe/CdS量子点的荧光特性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用柠檬酸(citrate)作为稳定剂合成了尺寸分布集中、荧光性质良好的水溶性CdSe量子点。通过调节合成温度可以调控CdSe量子点的尺寸及相应的最大荧光发射波长。当温度由20 ℃增加到95 ℃时,合成的CdSe量子点的平均尺寸由2.0 nm增加到3.2 nm,相应的荧光发射峰由500 nm红移到570 nm,展现出明显的量子尺寸效应。进一步制备了CdSe/CdS核壳量子点,其荧光量子产率比CdSe增加了5~10倍。系统地研究了S/Se物质的量的比对CdSe/CdS量子点荧光特性的影响,通过XPS证实了CdSe/CdS量子点中CdS壳层的存在。利用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱表征了柠檬酸分子中的羧基和羟基氧原子与CdSe量子点表面的Cd离子的配位作用,进而揭示了柠檬酸分子对水溶性CdSe量子点溶液的稳定作用。  相似文献

A new effect, called attenuated quantum confinement, is described using a theoretical approach, based on the effective mass approximation. It assumes that the exciton, generated in a semiconductor nanocrystal, can penetrate the medium outside the crystal boundary. An equation is derived for the energy of attenuated quantum confinement depending on the penetration depth and mass of exciton outside the crystalline core. It gives lower absorption energy, which is observed experimentally for very small nanocrystals, compared to that predicted by usual quantum confinement. The penetration depth calculated for compound semiconductors is found to be of the same magnitude as that of the thickness of organic capping layer for CdS, CdSe, PbS and InAs nanoparticles. Our finding can also explain other practical processes of charge generation and transportation in a matrix with embedded nanocrystals.  相似文献

Methods for the preparation of II-VI, III-V, and II-V as well as other compound semiconductor nanoparticles using main group single-molecular precursors have been developed. The work involves the design and synthesis of compounds containing all the elements required within the desired nanoparticulate material. Precursors are tailored to give reproducible, clean decomposition at moderate temperatures, leading to high quality, defect free, mono-dispersed nanoparticles. In this article we cover key aspects of precursor and nanoparticle synthesis. One of the more successful and reproducible series of single-source precursors used, and the one on which we have concentrated our research efforts, is the bis(dialkyldithio-/diseleno-carbamato)cadmium(II)/zinc(II) compounds, M(E(2)CNR(2))(2) (M = Zn or Cd, E = S or Se, and R = alkyl) for the preparation of chalcogenide nanoparticulate materials. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest that the precursor to nanoparticle deposition route is strongly influenced by the alkyl substituent groups present, and may well determine the phase and quality of the final metal chalcogenide nanoparticles produced. Herein we discuss the synthesis of semiconductor nanoparticles using such single-molecular precursors.  相似文献

合成了CdSe/ZnS核壳结构量子点(QDs), 将其作为光敏剂吸附在TiO2纳米晶薄膜上, 组装成量子点敏化太阳能电池(QDSSCs), 从电子注入速率和电池性能两方面对QDSSCs进行了表征. 为了定量研究ZnS层包覆对电子注入的影响, 运用飞秒瞬态光谱技术, 测试了包覆ZnS前后, CdSe-TiO2体系的电子注入速率. 实验测得ZnS包覆前后电子注入速率分别为7.14×1011s-1和2.38×10-11s-1, 可以看出包覆后电子注入速率明显降低, 仅为包覆前的1/3. 电池器件J-V性能测试表明, ZnS作为绝缘层包覆在CdSe的表面有效提高了QDSSCs的填充因子和稳定性, 但同时也导致了效率的降低. 上述结果说明了电子注入速率的降低是导致电池电流和效率下降的重要原因, 为今后优化核壳结构QDSSCs的电流和效率提供了依据.  相似文献

The state-of-the-art in the field of research on semiconductor nanoparticles is analyzed; cadmium chalcogenide nanoparticles are considered in most detail. Emphasis is placed on the methods of synthesis and on control of the size, composition, and structure of semiconductor nanoparticles — “quantum dots”. The state of the surface plays a significant role in determining the properties of nanoparticles. Organized nanostructures comprised of quantum dots are considered. The properties of semiconductor nanoparticles are described. Prospects for applications of semiconductor nanomaterials are discussed. Dedicated to Academician V. I. A micro‐beam scanning X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) has been utilized to obtain information about the attachment of ligand to nanoparticles in solution by measuring the ligand components relative to nanoparticle components. CdSe/ZnS core/shell nanoparticles capped with three different kinds of ligand molecules are drop‐casted on a substrate and led to dry into self‐agglomerated micropatterns. Those specimens are mapped out by element‐sensitive XPS imaging. The spatial correlation between surface ligand molecules and core nanoparticle atoms is statistically analysed using Pearson correlation function, which provides with a useful assessment of the ligand binding to nanoparticle surfaces. Based on the highly sensitive fluorescence change of water-soluble CdSe/ZnS core-shell quantum dots (QD) by paraquat herbicide, a simple, rapid and reproducible methodology was developed to selectively determine paraquat (PQ) in water samples. The methodology enabled the use of simple pretreatment procedure based on the simple water solubilization of CdSe/ZnS QDs with hydrophilic heterobifunctional thiol ligands, such as 3-mercaptopropionic acid (3-MPA), using microwave irradiation. The resulting water-soluble QDs exhibit a strong fluorescence emission at 596 nm with a high and reproducible photostability. The proposed analytical method thus satisfies the need for a simple, sensible and rapid methodology to determine residues of paraquat in water samples, as required by the increasingly strict regulations for health protection introduced in recent years. The sensitivity of the method, expressed as detection limits, was as low as 3.0 ng L−1. The lineal range was between 10–5 × 103 ng L−1. RSD values in the range of 71–102% were obtained. The analytical applicability of proposed method was demonstrated by analyzing water samples from different procedence.  相似文献

In the present work, CdSe/ZnS core-shell quantum dots were synthesized and conjugated with enzymes, glucose oxidase (GOD) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The complex of enzyme-conjugated QDs was used as QD-FRET-based probes to sense glucose. The QDs were used as an electron donor, whereas GOD and HRP were used as acceptors for the oxidation/reduction reactions involved in oxidizing glucose to gluconic acid. Electron transfer between the redox enzymes and the electrochemical reduction of H2O2 (or O2) occurred rapidly, resulting in an increase of the turnover rate of the electron exchange between the substrates (e.g. glucose, H2O2 and O2) and the enzymes (GOD, HRP), as well as between the QDs and the enzymes. The transfer of non-radiative energy from the QDs to the enzymes resulted in the fluorescence quenching of the QDs, corresponding to the increase in the concentration of glucose. The linear detection ranges of glucose concentrations were 0–5.0 g/l (R = 0.992) for the volume ratios of 10/5/5, 0.2–5.0 g/l (R = 0.985) for the volume ratios of 10/5/3 and 1.0–5.0 g/l (R = 0.982) for the volume ratios of 10/5/0. Temperature (29–37 °C), pH (6–10) and some ions (NH4+, NO3, Na+, Cl) had no interference effect on the glucose measurement.  相似文献

用巯基乙酸(TGA)作为稳定剂,合成了水溶性的CdSe和核壳结构的CdSe/CdS半导体量子点。吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究表明,核壳结构的CdSe/CdS半导体量子点比单一的CdSe量子点具有更优异的发光特性。用TEM、电子衍射(ED)和XPS分别表征了CdSe和CdSe/CdS纳米微粒的结构、形貌及分散性。红外光谱和核磁共振谱证实了巯基乙酸分子中的硫原子和氧原子与纳米微粒表面的金属离子发生了配位作用。在pH值为7.4的条件下,将合成的CdSe和CdSe/CdS量子点直接与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)相互作用。实验发现,两种量子点均对BSA的荧光产生较强的静态猝灭作用;而BSA对两种量子点的荧光则具有显著的荧光增敏作用,存在BSA时CdSe/CdS量子点的荧光增强是不存在BSA时体系荧光强度的3倍。  相似文献
