以橙皮苷为原料,经脱氢、选择性甲基化、糖苷水解、相转移催化下的糖苷化反应、异戊烯基化和法呢烯基化等反应步骤,分别合成了3’-O-甲基香叶木素(1),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3),3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)4种天然产物及3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(5),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷(6)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰半乳糖苷(7),3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷(8),3’-O-甲基香叶木素-7-O-β-D-乙酰半乳糖苷(9),7-O-异戊基香叶木素(10),7-O-异戊烯基-3’-O-甲基香叶木素(11)和7-O-法呢烯基-3’-O-甲基香叶木素(12)8种新的香叶木素衍生物.所合成化合物的结构已由核磁共振谱、红外光谱和质谱所证实,并用比色法MTT[3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐]蛋白染色法对所合成的目标化合物进行了体外抗肿瘤细胞生物活性测试,发现化合物6,10和11对肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)、乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)和结肠癌细胞(SW480)有一定的抑制活性.  相似文献

以碱木质素为原料,采用磺甲基化反应,得到磺甲基化木质素(SAL),并进一步采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化以提高其分子量,制备了高分子量高磺化度磺甲基化木质素(HPSAL).采用凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱和顶空气相色谱等研究了改性前后SAL的结构特征.结果表明,经HRP催化后,与SAL相比,HPSAL的重均分子量和磺化度显著增加,分别提高20倍和30%以上,羧基含量升高,而甲氧基和酚羟基含量降低.HRP使SAL形成酚氧自由基,活化其酚羟基的邻、对和侧链Cβ位,增加磺化反应活性,而磺化度的提高又有利于增加HRP催化SAL的聚合反应活性,其聚合方式主要为β-O-4'、β-β'、β-1'和β-5'联结.分子模拟结果表明,甲氧基含量的降低和磺酸基含量的增加能显著提高以β-O-4'连接键为主的聚合反应活性.  相似文献

以芦丁为原料经苄基化、酸水解、选择性甲基化和氢化脱苄四步反应,合成了3-O-甲基槲皮素,总收率为76%.利用1H NMR和MS对中间体及产物的结构进行了确证.该发现有望为3-取代槲皮素衍生物的合成提供一条捷径.  相似文献

以香草醛为起始原料,经碘代、脱甲基、亚甲基醚化、三氟甲基化反应以较高收率合成了5-三氟甲基胡椒醛,产物结构经过了1H NMR,13C NMR,19F NMR和HRMS的确证.重点研究了三氟甲基化反应,考察了不同三氟甲基化试剂、溶剂、催化剂用量、反应温度以及反应时间对三氟甲基化反应收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件.随后,该方法成功运用于3,4位不同取代的5-碘苯甲醛的三氟甲基化反应,制得了三种5-三氟甲基胡椒醛的衍生物.  相似文献

建立了全二维液相色谱串联质谱分离分析模式,将质脂体色谱柱和ODS反相色谱柱作为二维分析色谱柱,二者通过一个连有两个0.5 mL定量环的八通阀耦联。质脂体色谱柱上的馏分在反相色谱柱上分离后,直接进入紫外-检测器,然后经分流器分流后进入大气压电离质谱。将该体系用于银杏叶提取物的组成研究,共检测到至少41个组分,结合紫外-可见光谱和质谱信息,其中13个组分初步鉴定为银杏内酯B、银杏内酯C、白果内酯、槲皮素芸香糖苷、槲皮素、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基(1-2)-α-L-鼠李糖苷、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、异鼠李素、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖基(1-2)-α-L-鼠李糖苷、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、山柰酚和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷。  相似文献

从狗枣猕猴桃叶中分离得到7个黄酮类化合物, 经1D NMR, 2D NMR和MS等波谱分析, 鉴定它们的化学结构分别为山柰甲黄素-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅰ)、 山柰甲黄素-7-O-(4"-O-乙酰基鼠李糖基)-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、山柰甲黄素-7-O-(4"-O-乙酰基鼠李糖基)-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅲ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅴ)、山柰甲黄素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)和山柰甲黄素-7-O-鼠李糖基-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅶ). 其中化合物Ⅰ, Ⅱ和Ⅲ为新化合物, Ⅳ, Ⅴ和Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

以1,3-环己二酮为原料,经过甲基化反应和羰基保护构筑了A环合成子(5)。以邻甲基苯甲醚为原料,对位溴代、与环氧乙烷加成和进一步溴代等反应合成了C环合成子(9)。化合物5与9的格氏试剂偶联和关环反应完成目标产物3-羰基-10-去甲基-12-甲氧基-13-甲基罗汉松烷(11)的全合成。各中间体及目标产物结构均经红外光谱、核磁、质谱等表征,结果表明,成功实现了目标产物的合成。  相似文献

应用四步合成反应证实,在Haworth的吡喃糖甙透视结构中与C_6-侧链处于反位的2,3-内醚环可以在碱性试剂作用下转化为相应的3,6-内醚糖甙,为Ohle所提出的推论提供确切的实验证据。四步反应包括由2,3-二-O-对甲苯磺酰基-D-葡萄糖一α-甲基呲喃甙(ⅩⅢ),经三苯甲基化,得糖浆状的2,3-二-O-对甲苯磺酰基-6-O-三苯甲基-D-葡萄糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅪⅤ)。然后应用Purdie-Irvine的方法进行甲基化,得结晶的2,3- 二-O-对甲苯磺酰基-4-O-甲基-6-O-三苯甲基-D-葡萄糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅩⅤ);在乙酸酐中以乙酰溴置换ⅩⅤ的三苯甲基,生成糖浆状的2,3-二-O-对甲苯磺酰基-4-O-甲基-6-O-乙酰基-D-葡萄糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅩⅥ)。再直接在氯仿中在0°用甲醇钠处理,得到两种结晶产物;其一为水溶性的2,3-内醚-4-甲基-D-阿罗糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅪⅩ),另一为溶于有机溶剂中的2,3-二-O-对甲苯磺酰基-4-O-甲基-D-葡萄糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅩⅦ)。两者的结构均经彻底甲基化为已知的结晶的2,3-内醚-4,6-二-O-甲基-D-阿罗糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅩⅪ)和2,3-二-O-对甲苯磺酰基-4,6-二-O-甲基-D-葡萄糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅩⅧ),加以确定。将2,3-内醚-4-O-甲基-D-阿罗糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅪⅩ)在1N氢氧化钠溶液中处理得到54%产率的3,6-内醚-4-O-甲基-D-葡萄糖-α-甲基吡喃甙(ⅩⅩ),与Haworth,Owen和Smith由3,6-内醚-D-葡萄糖-α一甲基吡喃甙经部分甲基化而得的产物相同。对吡喃糖甙中的2,3-内醚环转化为3,6-内醚环体系进行了简单的构象分析。  相似文献

以4,4'-二硝基-6,6'-二甲基-2,2'-联吡啶-N,N'-二氧化物为起始原料,经过三氟乙酸酐酯化、羟甲基化、氢溴酸溴甲基化及亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯氢胺基甲基化合成了4,4'-二溴-6,6'-二(N,N-二(乙氧基羰甲基)氨甲基)-2,2'-联吡啶。通过熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振、高效液相色谱、高分辨质谱测试技术表征了该化合物的结构,为合成时间分辨荧光免疫分析新型双功能螯合剂提供了重要中间体。  相似文献

A homogenate of rat brain, rat liver or human colonic well differentiated adenocarcinoma was prepared in 250 mM sucrose isoosmolaric buffer (pH 7.6) and fractionated by differential centrifugation at 103, 104 and 105 g. Each precipitate or supernatant was incubated with NADPH and docosahexaenoic acid or arachidonic acid as a substrate for 30 min at 37°C under aerobic conditions. ω-Hydroxydocosahexaenoic acid or ω-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid from an incubation mixture was detected by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography-thermospray mass spectrometry with selected-ion monitoring. ω-Hydroxy polyunsaturated fatty acids were characterized by high intensity of the molecular ion (MH+) although common hydroxy polyunsaturated fatty acids were characterized by high intensity of the MH+ - H2O ion. For the rat brain, ω-hydroxylation activity (the amount of ω-hydroxy product produced in 30 min) was concentrated to a 103 g precipitate although the specific activity (the activity per 1 mg of protein) in the 103 g precipitate did not indicate superiority over other fractions. However, the specific activity of the rat brain increased on addition of a 104 or 105 g precipitate. For the rat liver, although ω-hydroxylation activity was concentrated to a 103 g precipitate, the specific activity was concentrated to a 105 g precipitate and the Subcellular localization differed from that of rat brain. In the human colonic well differentiated adenocarcinoma, although ω-hydroxylation activity was relatively high in the 103 g supernatant, the specific activity was relatively high in the 103 and 105 g precipitates. These results suggest that there is a difference regarding subcellular localization of the ω-hydroxylation activity depending on the species of the organs.  相似文献

本文采用固相法制备了Ta 5+掺杂的石榴石型无机固体电解质Li7-xLa3Zr2-xO12xTa-LLZO),研究了不同的掺杂量对材料性能的影响. 通过X射线发射光谱(XRD)、冷场发射电子扫描电镜(FESEM)和电化学阻抗(EIS)对材料进行物理表征和阻抗测试,并且组装LiFePO4//LLZTO//Li全固态锂电池测试电池的循环稳定性. 结果表明,随着Ta 5+掺杂的增加,材料呈现出一个单一的立方相结构,当Ta 5+掺杂量为14.09wt.%(即x=0.3)时,材料的室温离子电导率达到最大(2.58×10 -4 S·cm -1),呈现出稳定的立方相结构且具有相对较高的致密度(89.16%),并具有较稳定的循环稳定性,经过50个循环后容量保持率依然保持到88.67%左右.  相似文献

采用室温溶液挥发法合成了五种结构新颖的镧系配合物,其结构通式为[Ln(2,4-DFBA)3(phen)]2 (Ln=Sm 1, Eu2, Er 3, 2,4-DFBA为2,4二氟苯甲酸的简写,phen为1,10-菲啰啉的简写),[Ln(2-Cl-6-FBA)2(terpy)(NO3)(H2O)]2 (Ln=Tb4, Dy 5, 2-Cl-6-FBA为2-氯-6-氟苯甲酸的简写, terpy为2,2’:6’2’’-三联吡啶的简写)。五个配合物可以分为两个系列,使用不同的镧系离子作为中心离子。通过X射线单晶分析,5种配合物均属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n。配合物1,2和配合物3虽然具有相同的分子通式,但配位方式明显不同,形成了前者为9配位的松饼型,后者是8配位的双帽三棱柱几何构型。二维面状超分子结构的形成方式也明显不同,区别在于配合物1和2通过微弱的π-π堆积作用形成。配合物4和5是同构的,结构中引入了硝酸根离子较为有趣,通过C―H···F氢键和π-π堆积作...  相似文献

The synthesis of the new (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,3-(C6H4X) (m-2a/2b; X=F/Br) and (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,4-(C6H4I) (2c) complexes, as well as the solid-state structure of the known (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,4-(C6H4F) (2a) complex are described. The catalytic coupling reactions of the bromo complexes with various alkynes were next investigated. Starting from the known (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,4-(C6H4Br) complex (2b), the synthesis of the (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,4-(C6H4)---CC---H complex (6d) and of the corresponding silyl-protected precursors (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,4-(C6H4)CC---SiR3 (6b/6c; R=iPr/Me) are reported. By use of lithium---bromine exchange reactions on 2b, the silyl- (7a; E=Si; R=Me) and tin- (7b–7d; E=Sn; R=Me, Bu, Ph) substituted analogues (η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC---1,4-(C6H4)ER3 are also isolated. The spectroscopic and electrochemical characterisations of all these new Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox-active building blocks are presented and the electronic substituent parameters for the “(η2-dppe)(η5-C5Me5)Fe---CC” group are determined by means of 19F-NMR.  相似文献

A performance evaluation of Density Functional Tight Binding (DFTB) in the two-layer ONIOM method is presented in an effort to estimate DFTB effectiveness as an inexpensive low level quantum mechanical layer. Ground state geometries, geometry error, S-values and energy error for: (H2O)x(MeOH)y, [(η5-C5MenH5−n)2Ti]22, η22-N2), n = 4, and complexes of Cu+ with tyrosine, were compared to target calculations at B3LYP level of theory for all three of the systems and second order Moller-Plesset (MP2) target level of theory for the first two systems. The calculated root-mean-square errors (RMS) of the ONIOM optimized geometries relative to the target are found to be small. The DFTB level of theory was unable to reproduce the target geometry structure for one of the isomers of tyrosine–Cu+ complex, while the ONIOM combinations were able to reproduce all target structures. The absolute value of the geometry error was determined to be smaller then the corresponding energy error except for the (H2O)x(MeOH)y system at the ONIOM(MP2/6-31G(d,p):DFTB) level of theory. The S-values were relatively small and close in value contributing to relatively small energy errors. Both method combinations ONIOM(MP2:DFTB) and ONIOM(DFT:DFTB) show similar performance compared to the corresponding target level of theory. The results also suggest that it is safe to use ONIOM(DFT:DFTB) for investigations of [(η5-C5MenH5−n)2Ti]22, η22-N2) complexes.  相似文献

The perphenylmetallocene complexes (η5-C5Ph5)2W (1), [(η5-C5Ph5)2W]+I3 (1+I3), (η5-C5Ph5)2Mo (2) and [(η5-C5Ph5)2Mo]+I3 (2+I3) have been prepared. Hydrogenation of 1 in THF produces (η5-C5Ph5)2WH2 (4), while (η5-C5Ph5)2WHCl (3) is afforded in 1,2-dichloroethane solvent. Carbonylation of 1 produces (η5-C5Ph5)2W(CO) (5). Treatment of 1 with the strong acid CF3SO3H leads to the dicationic species [(η5-C5Ph5)2W]+2[CF3SO3]2 (1+2Tf2) after crystallization. The structures of 2+I3 and 1+2Tf2 have been determined by an X-ray diffraction study. The magnetic susceptibility study indicates a 3E2g ground-state for 1 and 2, and a 4A2g ground-state for 1+ and 2+.  相似文献

Crystals of the Schiff base derivative of 2,2′-dihydroxybiphenyl-3-carbaldehyde with n-butylamine were examined using X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and CPMAS spectroscopy. Their space group is with a=8.377(2), b=12.214(2), c=14.774(3) Å, =76.62(3)°, β=81.34(3)°, γ=86.62(3)° and Z=4. The unit cell contains two symmetry-independent zwitterions. The hydrogen atom of the protonated N atom of the Schiff base is linked to the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group at position 2, which in turn is linked to the hydroxyl group by a short hydrogen bond [molecule A: NO=2.614(3), OO=2.520(3) Å; molecule B: NO=2.594(4), OO=2.526(3) Å]. The OHOH+N bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bonds are crystallographically asymmetric. The results of the FT-IR, 1H, 13C, 15N NMR and CPMAS study of the crystals are in agreement with the X-ray data. Instead of a continuous absorption, only a broad band is found indicating relatively low proton polarizability in the two types of the cooperative relatively short intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The 15N NMR chemical shift indicates the protonation of the Schiff base.  相似文献

Absorption spectra of both atomic and molecular species in the air-acetylene flame, which are produced when the aqueous solutions of indium dissolved in HNO3, HF, HCl, HBr and HI were aspirated into the flame, have been investigated in the u.v. region. Numerous atomic absorption lines of indium have been observed in the absorption spectra. Most of these lines were previously listed only as emission lines. Those atomic lines have been ascribed to the electronic transitions from the ground states of 5p 2P1/20 and 5p 2P3/20 to the excited states such as ls 2S1/2, md 2D3/2, nd 2D5/2, 4p2 4P1/2, 4p2 4P3/2 and 4p2 4P5/2, respectively, where 13 l 6 and 14 m,n 5. The molecular absorption bands for InF, InCl and InBr in the airacetylene flame have been also observed near 234 nm, 267 nm and 282 nm, respectively, as the electronic transition of 1Σ+1Π1 Those absorption bands show fine structures due to the molecular vibrations. The spectral parameters for the molecular vibrations have been obtained from the simulations of the observed spectra. The molecular absorption band for InI was not observed because of the decomposition of the molecule in the flame. In addition, the molecular absorption band for InO has been observed near 273 nm and those for NO near 205 and 215 nm.  相似文献

可燃冰矿藏中气体成分非常复杂,通过谱学分析对水合物样品成分进行指认具有重要意义.基于B97-D/6-311++G(2d,2p)的密度泛函理论(DFT)计算,我们系统地探索了构成水合物的两种标准水笼(51262和51264)包络十八种不同烷烃客体分子的稳定性.从计算结果可以看出,除了3-甲基戊烷和2,3-二甲基丁烷两个烷烃客体分子,其它16个烷烃客体分子都可以被容纳在51262笼中;但是与51262笼不同,十八种烷烃客体分子都可以被容纳在尺寸较大的51264笼中.同时,我们也模拟了五种直链烷烃和四种环状烷烃在51262和51264笼中相应的谱学特征,从拉曼谱图上可以看出,随着碳原子数量的增多,直链烷烃客体分子C―H键伸缩振动区的多数拉曼谱带向高波数移动,而环状烷烃客体分子C―H键伸缩振动区的拉曼谱带则向低波数移动.这些结果为实验上通过拉曼谱测量指认水合物矿藏的成分提供理论参考.  相似文献

2,2-Dichloro-1,3-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1,3,2-diazastanna-[3]ferrocenophane (3) reacts with lithium alkynides LiCCR1 to give the corresponding di(alkyn-1-yl)tin derivatives 4a (R1=tBu) and 4b (R1=SiMe3). 1,1-Organoboration of 4 with triethylborane affords the spirotin compounds 5 which contain both a ferrocenophane and a stannacyclopentadiene ring. The crystal structure of 5b was determined by X-ray analysis. The compounds 4 and 5 were characterised in solution by multinuclear magnetic resonance (1H-, 11B-, 13C-, 15N-, 29Si-, 119Sn-NMR), using pulsed field gradients in HMBC experiments for the 1H detected 15N- and 119Sn-NMR signals. The compound 5b was also studied by solid-state 13C, 29Si and 119Sn MAS NMR in order to correlate liquid and solid-state NMR data with the structural evidence.  相似文献
