In this article, we investigate globally exponentially attractive sets and chaos synchronization for a hyperchaotic system, namely, Lorenz–Stenflo system. For this system, two ellipsoidal globally exponentially attractive sets are derived based on generalized Lyapunov function theory and the extremum principle of function. Furthermore, we propose linear feedback control with a one, two, three, and four inputs to realize globally exponential synchronization of two four‐dimesional hyperchaotic systems using inequality techniques. In this paper, we prove that there exists globally exponential attractive and positive invariant set for a general chaotic system, which does not belong to the known Lorenz system, or the Chen system, or the Lorenz family. We show that all the solution orbits of the chaotic system are ultimately bounded with exponential convergent rates and the convergent rates are explicitly estimated. The method given in this paper can be applied to study other chaotic systems.  相似文献

This paper presents some simple feedback control laws to study global stabilization and global synchronization for a special chaotic system described in the generalized Lorenz canonical form (GLCF) when τ = −1 (which, for convenience, we call Shimizu–Morioka system, or simply SM system). For an arbitrarily given equilibrium point, a simple feedback controller is designed to globally, exponentially stabilize the system, and reach globally exponent synchronization for two such systems. Based on the system’s coefficients and the structure of the system, simple feedback control laws and corresponding Lyapunov functions are constructed. Because all conditions are obtained explicitly in terms of algebraic expressions, they are easy to be implemented and applied to real problems. Numerical simulation results are presented to verify the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

In this paper, we analyze the robustness of global exponential stable stochastic delayed systems subject to the uncertainty in parameter matrices. Given a globally exponentially stable systems, the problem to be addressed here is how much uncertainty in parameter matrices the systems can withstand to be globally exponentially stable. The upper bounds of the parameter uncertainty intensity are characterized by using transcendental equation for the systems to sustain global exponential stability. Moreover, we prove theoretically that, the globally exponentially stable systems, if additive uncertainties in parameter matrices are smaller than the upper bounds arrived at here, then the perturbed systems are guaranteed to also be globally exponentially stable. Two numerical examples are provided here to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we give a constructive proof on the existence of globally exponentially attractive set and positive invariant set of general Lorenz family, which contains four independent parameters and is more general than any Lorenz systems studied so far in the literature. The system considered in this paper not only contains the classical Lorenz system and the generalized Lorenz family as special cases, but also provides three new Lorenz systems, which do not belong to the generalized Lorenz system, but the general Lorenz system. The results presented in this paper contain all the existing relative results as special cases.  相似文献

In this paper, by using feedback linearizing technique, we show that a coupled dynamo system can be considered as a cascade system. Moreover, this system satisfies the assumptions of global stabilization of cascade systems. Thus two kinds of continuous state feedback control laws are proposed to globally stabilize the coupled dynamo system to the equilibrium points. In this article, the bounds of the Lorenz‐like chaotic system describing the flow between two concentric rotating spheres have been studied. Based on Lagrange multiplier method, the function extremum theory and the generalized positive definite and radially unbound Lyapunov functions with respect to the parameters of the system, we derive the ultimate bound and the globally exponentially attractive set for this system. The results that obtained in this article provides theory basis for chaotic synchronization, chaotic control, Hausdorff dimension and the Lyapunov dimension of chaotic attractors. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The present paper investigates the issues of impulsive synchronization seeking in general complex delayed dynamical networks with nonsymmetrical coupling. By establishing the extended Halanay differential inequality on impulsive delayed dynamical systems, some simple yet generic sufficient conditions for global exponential synchronization of the impulsive controlled delayed dynamical networks are derived analytically. Compared with some existing works, the distinctive features of these sufficient conditions indicate two aspects: on the one hand, these sufficient conditions can provide an effective impulsive control scheme to synchronize an arbitrary given delayed dynamical network to a desired synchronization state even if the original given network may be asynchronous itself. On the other hand, the controlled synchronization state can be selected as a weighted average of all the states in the network for the purpose of practical control strategy, which reveals the contributions and influences of various nodes in synchronization seeking processes of the dynamical networks. It is shown that impulses play an important role in making the delayed dynamical networks globally exponentially synchronized. Furthermore, the results are applied to a typical nearest-neighbor unidirectional time-delay coupled networks composed of chaotic FHN neuron oscillators, and numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

Currently, chaotic systems and chaos‐based applications are commonly used in the engineering fields. One of the main structures used in these applications is chaotic control and synchronization. In this paper, the dynamical behaviors of a new hyperchaotic system are considered. Based on Lyapunov Theorem with differential and integral inequalities, the global exponential attractive sets and positively invariant sets are obtained. Furthermore, the rate of the trajectories is also obtained. The global exponential attractive sets of the system obtained in this paper also offer theoretical support to study chaotic control, chaotic synchronization for this system. In this paper, we study the global exponential stability in a Lagrange sense for recurrent neural networks with both time-varying delays and general activation functions. Based on assuming that the activation functions are neither bounded nor monotonous or differentiable, several algebraic criterions in linear matrix inequality form for the global exponential stability in a Lagrange sense of the neural networks are obtained by virtue of Lyapunov functions and Halanay delay differential inequality. Meanwhile, the estimations of the globally exponentially attractive sets are given out. The results derived here are more general than that of the existing reference. Finally, two examples are given and analyzed to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

This paper treats the adaptive control and synchronization of the coupled dynamo system with unknown parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability technique, an adaptive control laws are derived such that the coupled dynamo system is asymptotically stable and the two identical dynamo systems are asymptotically synchronized. Also the update rules of the unknown parameters are derived. Finally, numerical simulation of the controlled and synchronized systems are presented.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the global exponential stability of impulsive discrete systems with time delays. By using Lyapunov functionals, a number of new global exponential stability criteria are provided. It is shown that a discrete system with time delays can be globally exponentially stabilized by impulses even if it may be unstable itself. Some examples are also presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the superiority of the obtained results.  相似文献

We investigate the global exponential stability of equilibrium solutions of a projected dynamical system for variational inequalities. Under strong pseudomonotonicity and Lipschitz continuity assumptions, we prove that the dynamical system has a unique equilibrium solution. Moreover, this solution is globally exponentially stable. Some examples are given to analyze the effectiveness of the theoretical results. The numerical results confirm that the trajectory of the dynamical system globally exponentially converges to the unique solution of the considered variational inequality. The results established in this paper improve and extend some recent works.  相似文献

In this article, a fuzzy adaptive control scheme is designed to achieve a function vector synchronization behavior between two identical or different chaotic (or hyperchaotic) systems in the presence of unknown dynamic disturbances and input nonlinearities (dead‐zone and sector nonlinearities). This proposed synchronization scheme can be considered as a generalization of many existing projective synchronization schemes (namely the function projective synchronization, the modified projective synchronization, generalized projective synchronization, and so forth) in the sense that the master and slave outputs are assumed to be some general function vectors. To practically deal with the input nonlinearities, the adaptive fuzzy control system is designed in a variable‐structure framework. The fuzzy systems are used to appropriately approximate the uncertain nonlinear functions. A Lyapunov approach is used to prove the boundedness of all signals of the closed‐loop control system as well as the exponential convergence of the corresponding synchronization errors to an adjustable region. The synchronization between two identical systems (chaotic satellite systems) and two different systems (chaotic Chen and Lü systems) are taken as two illustrative examples to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, we study the global dissipativity of a class of BAM neural networks with both time-varying and unbound delays. Based on Lyapunov functions and inequality techniques, several algebraic criteria for the global dissipativity are obtained. And the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is exploited to establish sufficient easy-to-test conditions which are related to the derivative of delay for the global dissipativity. Meanwhile, the estimations of the positive invariant set, globally attractive set and globally exponential attractive set are given out. Finally, two examples are presented and analyzed to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

In this paper, the concept of exponential synchronization is introduced and the chaos synchronization between uncertain Genesion system and Rossler system is investigated. Based on the time-domain approach, a tracking control is proposed such that uncertain Genesion system exponentially synchronizes the Rossler system with any pre-specified exponential convergence rate. This paper is concerned with linear nonautonomous systems of ordinary differential equations. A criterion for exponential separation in terms of exponential dichotomy is given. As corollaries we obtain the roughness theorem for exponential separation and the new result that an upper triangular system on a half-line is exponentially separated if and only if the system corresponding to its diagonal is. A minimal decomposition into exponentially separated subspaces is defined. It turns out that it is, in general, finer than the Sacker-Sell spectral decomposition but that the two decompositions coincide for almost periodic systems.  相似文献
