In the present study, geometrical and thermal effects in a mesoscopic magnetization reversal process have been studied on a novel nano-structure of magnetic relief dot with magnetoresistive measurements. Only the top layer of a substrate/CoPt(10 nm)/Cu(10 nm)/NiFe(6, 12 nm) film was structured into rectangular dots with various lengths (L) and widths (W) down to 0.2 μm. Coercive fields of NiFe relief dots (W=0.2 μm) systematically decrease with the decrease of L/W, as predicted from demagnetizing factors in single domain particle. About 50% reduction of Hc due to a temperature rise, from 5 to 300 K, demonstrates considerable thermal activation in the magnetization reversal of nano-structured magnetic particles.  相似文献

We study the scaling properties of noise reduced Eden clusters in three and four dimensions for variant B in the strip geometry. We find that the width W for large times behaves as a(s)g(L/sd−1), where L is the width of the strip, s the noise reduction parameter, d the dimension of space, and a(s) a decreasing function of s, g is a scaling function with the property g(u)→1/2 as u→0 and g(u)ux as u→∞, where χ is the roughness exponent. This scaling result leads to a new way of determining χ. In 3 dimensions, our numerical values for χ support a recent conjecture by Kim and Kosterlitz: χ = 2/(d + 2), and contradict all the former analytical conjectures. In 4 dimensions, we cannot distinguish between the conjectures of Kim and Kosterlitz and the conjecture of Wolf and Kertész, because large crossovers and finite size effects make the measurement of the exponents difficult.  相似文献

We study N = 1 dualities in four-dimensional supersymmetric gauge theories as the world volume theory of D4 branes with one compact direction in type IIA string theory. We generalize the previous work for SO(Nc1) × Sp(Nc2) with the superpotential W = TrX4 to the case of W = TrX4(k+1) in terms of brane configuration. We conjecture that the new dualities for the product gauge groups of SO(Nc1) × Sp(Nc2) × SO(Nc3), SO(Nc1) × Sp(Nc2) × SO(Nc3) × Sp(Nc4) and higher multiple product gauge groups can be obtained by reversing the ordering of NS5 branes and D6 branes while preserving the linking numbers. We also describe the above dualities in terms of wrapping D6 branes around 3-cycles of Calabi-Yau threefolds in type IIA string theory. The theory with adjoint matter can be regarded as taking multiple copies of NS5 brane in the configuration of brane or geometric approaches.  相似文献

We present a nonperturbative lattice formulation of noncommutative Yang–Mills theories in arbitrary even dimension. We show that lattice regularization of a noncommutative field theory requires finite lattice volume which automatically provides both an ultraviolet and an infrared cutoff. We demonstrate explicitly Morita equivalence of commutative U(p) gauge theory with p·nf flavours of fundamental matter fields on a lattice of size L with twisted boundary conditions and noncommutative U(1) gauge theory with nf species of matter on a lattice of size p·L with single-valued fields. We discuss the relation with twisted large N reduced models and construct observables in noncommutative gauge theory with matter.  相似文献

A Finslerian manifold is called a generalized Einstein manifold (GEM) if the Ricci directional curvature R(u,u) is independent of the direction. Let F0(M, gt) be a deformation of a compact n-dimensional Finslerian manifold preserving the volume of the unitary fibre bundle W(M). We prove that the critical points g0 F0(gt) of the integral I(gt) on W(M) of the Finslerian scalar curvature (and certain functions of the scalar curvature) define a GEM. We give an estimate of the eigenvalues of Laplacian Δ defined on W(M) operating on the functions coming from the base when (M, g) is of minima fibration with a constant scalar curvature H admitting a conformal infinitesimal deformation (CID). We obtain λ ≥ H/(n − 1) (Δf = λf). If M is simply connected and λ = H/(n − 1), then (M, g) is Riemannian and is isometric to an n-sphere. We first calculate, in the general case, the formula of the second variationals of the integral I (gt) for G = g0, then for a CID we show that for certain Finslerian manifolds, I″(g0) > 0. Applications to the gravitation and electromagnetism in general relativity are given. We prove that the spaces characterizing Einstein-Maxwell equations are GEMs.  相似文献

The thickness dependent spin–orbit torque(SOT) in an L1_0-Fe Pt single layer is investigated in this work. As the thickness increases from 8 nm to 16 nm, the magnetization switching ratio in the L1_0-Fe Pt film with higher chemical ordering becomes smaller. It is noted that compared with 3-nm-thick L1_0-Fe Pt film, 8-nm-thick L1_0-Fe Pt film can switch much magnetization with the increase of chemical ordering. When the Fe Pt film is thick enough, the SOT in Fe Pt is closely related to the L1_0-ordered structure, which indicates a bulk nature. Therefore, the disordering plays an important role in the magnetization switching only for the ultra-thin Fe Pt films, while the structural gradient may play an important role for thicker films. However, both of the two mechanisms cannot fully explain the process of magnetization switching and the spin current generation. Although many factors influence SOT, here in this work we emphasize only the bulk nature of strong SOC in L1_0-Fe Pt through density functional theory calculations, which should generate large spin current due to spin Hall effect.  相似文献

洪德耦合相互作用是导致多轨道体系发生轨道选择Mott相变的重要因素之一. 通过调控洪德耦合相互作用来研究其不同组成部分对轨道选择Mott相变的作用. 利用基于Lanczos 求解器的动力学平均场理论, 对比了双轨道的J模型和Jz模型的金属-绝缘体相变, 并重点讨论洪德耦合中的自旋翻转项和电子对跃迁项以及轨道宽度比值W2/W1如何影响轨道选择Mott 相变. 在J模型的相图中, Mott选择相占有较大的区域, 而Jz模型的轨道选择Mott 相只存在于一个很狭窄的区域内, 这说明自旋翻转项及电子对跳跃项是有利于轨道选择Mott相变发生的关键因素. 此外当轨道宽度之比大于W2/W1=0.7时, Jz 模型的轨道选择Mott 相会完全消失, 而J模型中只要轨道宽度不同都存在轨道选择Mott相. 因而, 简化后的Jz 模型只是在特定条件下才适合于研究轨道选择Mott相变.  相似文献

本文根据实际交通中经常遇到的交通事故或部分道路施工等情况, 建立了部分道路关闭的交通流模型. 采用平均场理论分析和确定性NS元胞自动机规则分别对模型进行解析和数值模拟, 结果表明, 系统存在三种稳定的物理状态:低密度相、激波相和高密度相, 并找到了系统发生相变的临界密度. 理论分析和数值模拟能很好地符合.  相似文献

本文根据作者前一篇文章导出的复合粘-弹性薄板弯曲振动方程给出板振动简正模式的级数解,计算和分析了声波入射时,矩形复合粘弹性障板的振动;研究了密介质中,复合板简正模振动和其二次辐射场之间作用,以及不同模式振动之间由于辐射场引起的互耦合作用;数值计算了简支矩形板各号简正模的自耦合和互耦合系数随kl1的变化关系,(r=l2/l1作为参变量,k为波数,l1,l2分别为板的两对边边长);并计算了复合障板在不同频率声波作用下各号模的复数振幅值;进而计算了不同频率声波作用下,板振动二次辐射声的近场声压分布。  相似文献

Introducing the top partner is a common way to cancel the largest quadratically divergent contribution to the Higgs mass induced by the top quark. In this work, we study single top partner production in the tZ channel at eγ collision in the littlest Higgs model with T-parity(LHT). Since it is well known that polarized beams can enhance the cross section, we analyze the signal via polarized electron beams,and photon beams. we have selected two decay modes for comparison, based on the leptonic or the hadronic decays of the W and Z from the top partner. We then construct a detailed detector simulation, and choose a set of cuts to enhance signal significance. For mode A(B), the capacity for exclusion in this process at s~(1/2)=3TeV is comparable to the current experimental limits with L=1000(500) fb~(-1). If the integrated luminosity can be increased to 3000 fb~(-1), the top partner mass+mTcan be excluded up to 1350(1440) GeV at 2σ level. We also considered the initial state radiation effect, and find that this effect reduces the excluding ability of the eγ collision on the the top partner mass by approximately 10 GeV. Moreover, the ability to exclude the LHT parameter space at eγ collision complements the existing research.  相似文献

Based on hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA), the signal bandwidth of the distributed multi-pump Raman amplifiers is optimized, and the corresponding noise figure is obtained. The results show that: (1) the optimal signal bandwidth Δλ decreases with the increase of the span length L, e.g., Δλ is 79.6 nm for L=50 km and 41.5 nm for L=100 km under our simulated conditions; (2) the relationship between Δλ and L is approximately linear; (3) the equivalent noise figure can be negative and increases with the extension of L; (4) there are one or several global maximum signal bandwidth on the determinate conditions; (5) to realize the fixed Δλ, several candidates can be obtained by means of HGA, as has important applications on the design of distributed multi-pump Raman amplifiers in practice.  相似文献

New coupled equations for the transition (T) and reactance (K) operators for N-channel, many-body, rearrangement scattering are derived. The key to the new method is the channel coupling array W, which links the various rearrangement channels together. By specializing W to the class of channel permuting arrays, it is shown that the (N−1)st iterate of the kernel of the coupled equations is connected.  相似文献

We study N-cluster correlation functions in four- and five-dimensional (4D and 5D) bond percolation by extensive Monte Carlo simulation. We reformulate the transfer Monte Carlo algorithm for percolation [Phys. Rev. E72, 016126 (2005)] using the disjoint-set data structure, and simulate a cylindrical geometry Ld−1 × ∞, with the linear size up to L = 512 for 4D and 128 for 5D. We determine with a high precision all possible N-cluster exponents, for N =2 and 3, and the universal amplitude for a logarithmic correlation function. From the symmetric correlator with N=2, we obtain the correlationlength critical exponent as 1/ν=1.4610(12) for 4D and 1/ν=1.737(2) for 5D, significantly improving over the existing results. Estimates for the other exponents and the universal logarithmic amplitude have not been reported before to our knowledge. Our work demonstrates the validity of logarithmic conformal field theory and adds to the growing knowledge for high-dimensional percolation.  相似文献

We show that the one-dimensional Oslo rice-pile model is a special case of the abelian distributed processors model. The exact steady state of the model is determined. We show that the time evolution operator for the system satisfies the equation where n=L(L+1)/2 for a pile with L sites. This implies that has only one eigenvalue 1 corresponding to the steady state, and all other eigenvalues are exactly zero. Also, all connected time-dependent correlation functions in the steady state of the pile are exactly zero for time difference greater than n. Generalization to other abelian critical height models where the critical thresholds are randomly reset after each toppling is briefly discussed.  相似文献

基于科研论文作者的合作方式, 用超图理论构建了一个科研合作超网络演化模型. 利用平均场理论分析了作者发表论文的演化规律, 发现作者的超度 (即发表论文数) 分布符合幂律分布. 进一步理论分析得到分布的幂指数γ与合作领域作者增长速度相关. γ越大, 新作者增长速度越快, 且存在关系: γ=1+L/M (L/M为作者增长率). 并通过对《物理学报》与《中国科学》2003–2012年期间作者发表论文进行了数据分析, 实证结果与理论分析及模拟结果能很好地符合. 本文对科研合作网络的理论和实证研究有一定的借鉴意义. 关键词: 复杂网络 超图 科研合作网络 演化模型  相似文献

Quantum integrable models that possess N = 2 supersymmetry are investigated on the half-space. Conformal perturbation theory is used to identify some N = 2 supersymmetric boundary integrable models, and the effective boundary Landau-Ginzburg formulations are constructed. It is found that N = 2 supersymmetry largely determines the boundary action in terms of the bulk, and in particular, the boundary bosonic potential is |W|2, where W is the bulk superpotential. Supersymmetry is also investigated using the affine quantum group symmetry of exact scattering matrices, and the affine quantum group symmetry of boundary reflection matrices is analyzed both for supersymmetric and more general models. Some N = 2 supersymmetry preserving boundary reflection matrices are given, and their connection with the boundary Landau-Ginzburg actions is discussed.  相似文献

为能准确地模拟内辐射带中哨声波对高能电子扩散损失的影响,基于内辐射带AKEBONO哨声波参数统计模型,及随纬度分布的背景冷等离子体密度模型,对引起电子扩散损失的大气分子,空间等离子体嘶声、闪电激发的哨声、人工激发的甚低频三类哨声波,利用准线性扩散理论,计算1.4≤ L≤2.0区域的不同能量电子,受到库仑碰撞和波粒回旋共振相互作用的弹跳周期平均赤道投掷角扩散系数,分析不同作用机制、不同类哨声波、不同能量、不同磁壳参数等对辐射带高能电子扩散损失的影响.结果表明:在赤道面损失锥角附近,高能电子主要受到库仑碰撞作用而扩散;在赤道投掷角接近90°附近区域,等离子体嘶声和闪电激发的哨声是引起扩散的主要因素;内辐射带电子主要受到甚低频电磁波波粒回旋共振扩散影响;扩散系数对高能电子能量及其所处磁壳参数比较敏感,通常,高能电子的能量或所处磁壳参数越大,扩散系数越大.  相似文献
