New parameters which separately take into account the effects of elastic anisotropy and phonon dispersion on the lattice specific heat in the case of fcc metals have been evaluated. A new graded mesh method which uses 162-direction approximation in (1/16) part of the Brillouin zone has been developed to evaluate the two new parameters.  相似文献

In a semiempirical investigation of complex atomic spectra a new approach is suggested, according to which the number of experimental points for optimization of parameters is to be increased. This is topical when the number of optimization parameters approaches the number of available experimental energy levels. The possible optimization of the effective Hamiltonian parameters has been investigated for the case where not experimental energy levels but rather the wavelengths (wavenumbers) of transitions between the levels of the studied configurations are used. For the spectra of Mo XVII and Fe VI agreement between optimized parameters in the conventional and new approaches has been established.  相似文献

New measurements of the ozone spectrum in the microwave and 10-μm infrared regions have been made. These new lines have been fit to a three-state Hamiltonian model which includes Coriolis interactions beteen (0, 0, 1) and (1, 0, 0). The model requires additional Coriolis parameters, as well as an appreciation for the parameters which are indeterminate. Transition dipole moments have been derived from the intensities of selected infrared lines.  相似文献

A new method to analyze the thermoluminescence (TL) glow curve has been presented. It has been shown that this method is efficient and fast in generating the TL glow curves and can be adopted in a numerical curve fitting for obtaining the relevant TL parameters of a given TL glow curve data. This new method is based on a general approximation (GA) which assumes only that the concentration of the electrons in the conduction band is negligible when compared with the concentration of the electrons in the traps. The GA method has been tested against the reference glow curve data which was generated by the full iteration method without any prior approximation in the one-trap-one-recombination-centre model. By finding the best fit between the reference data and the curves generated by the GA method, the values of the kinetics parameters have been determined. Also, the general order kinetics (GOK) and the peak shape method have been examined. The fitted values of the activation energy and the initial concentration of electron by the GA method match reasonably well with the original value.  相似文献

In the rotational spectrum of methoxyethyne 173 new transitions (J ≤ 30) have been measured between 150 and 240 GHz. In the centimeter range 25 new transitions (J ≤ 11) of the first excited torsional state have also been assigned. An overall fit of the measurements using a structure relaxation model has allowed us to accurately determine the internal rotation parameters. For the A substate effective rotational parameters are given which allow the calculation of transition frequencies of possible astrophysical interest.  相似文献

In this study, the optical rectification (OR) effect on a surface of the isotropic thin film which consists of chiral molecules that base on a one-electron-on-helix model and a two-coupled-oscillator (Kuhn) model have been investigated by us separately. The expressions of dc electric polarization on the isotropic chiral thin film surface and the relations between the OR and microscopic parameters of chiral molecular configuration have been obtained by theoretical derivation. Furthermore, the relations of dc electric polarization with the wavelength of incident light and microscopic parameters of chiral molecular configuration have been simulated numerically. We find the fact that the OR on the isotropic chiral thin film surface is influenced by microscopic parameters of chiral molecular configuration. As well, compared with chiral molecules based on a two-coupled-oscillator Kuhn model, which are based on a one-electron-on-helix model are more suitable for the OR from the point of the influences of molecular microscopic parameters on the OR. The influences of molecular microscopic parameters on the OR might aid in providing some insights into designing and synthesizing new better nonlinear chiral material.  相似文献

The problem of the existence and special properties of third type systems has been formulated within the new chaos–self-organization theory. In fact, a global problem of the possibility of the existence of steady-state regimes for homeostatic systems has been considered. These systems include not only medical and biological systems, but also the dynamics of meteorological parameters, as well as the ambient parameters of the environment in which humans are located. A new method for processing low-light-level moving image sequence is proposed, in which (1) a novel algorithm based on difference processing has been firstly developed to determine the motion parameters of moving image sequence, (2) the spatial relativity of the frames within moving image sequence can be then well established after frame shifting according to motion parameters obtained above, (3) finally, frame integration method can be applied to each processed frame, thereby increasing the signal-to-noise ratio of low-light-level moving image sequence. Experiments have been carried out to verify the validity of the proposed method, which show that the parameters obtained by the developed algorithm coincide well with the actual values, and the SNRs of the moving image sequences were effectively increased with the proposed method, indicating that the method offers significant advantages in the enhancement of low-light-level moving image sequence.  相似文献

β-to-electric energy converters based on high-ohmic silicon, as well as processes that provide a high conversion efficiency, have been studied. It has been shown that the conversion efficiency is related to recombination in the space-charge region of converters at low levels of injection. A technique for determining the parameters of recombination centers that is built on new conversion algorithms has been developed. These algorithms make it possible to change the monotonic (and exponential as a whole) current–voltage characteristic of the device to a singular curve and find the parameters of recombination centers. These parameters have been calculated in a wide temperature range. Regions in the temperature–forward bias coordinates have been revealed in which recombination fluxes are captured by a recombination center, which influences the saturation current of the current–voltage characteristic and the conversion efficiency.  相似文献

Belle实验在Υ(4S)共振态及其附近采集了大量数据,利用初态辐射(ISR)的方法,测量了e+e-→π+π-J/ψ,π+π-ψ(2S)和K+K-J/ψ等过程从阈值到5.5 GeV间的产生截面.证实了BaBar合作组发现的Y(4260)和Y(4360)的存在,并更新了其共振参数,同时发现了Y(4008)和Y(4660)两个共振结构.以上观测与已知的粲偶素粒子性质不同,可能是新的粲偶素态,也可能是粲偶素混杂态,或者由其他未知的动力学原因造成.  相似文献

A new contrast enhancement algorithm for image is proposed employing wavelet neural network (WNN)and stationary wavelet transform (SWT). Incomplete Beta transform (IBT) is used to enhance the global contrast for image. In order to avoid the expensive time for traditional contrast enhancement algorithms,which search optimal gray transform parameters in the whole gray transform parameter space, a new criterion is proposed with gray level histogram. Contrast type for original image is determined employing the new criterion. Gray transform parameter space is given respectively according to different contrast types,which shrinks the parameter space greatly. Nonlinear transform parameters are searched by simulated annealing algorithm (SA) so as to obtain optimal gray transform parameters. Thus the searching direction and selection of initial values of simulated annealing is guided by the new parameter space. In order to calculate IBT in the whole image, a kind of WNN is proposed to approximate the IBT. Having enhanced the global contrast to input image, discrete SWT is done to the image which has been processed by previous global enhancement method, local contrast enhancement is implemented by a kind of nonlinear operator in the high frequency sub-band images of each decomposition level respectively. Experimental results show that the new algorithm is able to adaptively enhance the global contrast for the original image while it also extrudes the detail of the targets in the original image well. The computation complexity for the new algorithm is O(MN) log(MN), where M and N are width and height of the original image, respectively.  相似文献

SCYNet (SUSY Calculating Yield Net) is a tool for testing supersymmetric models against LHC data. It uses neural network regression for a fast evaluation of the profile likelihood ratio. Two neural network approaches have been developed: one network has been trained using the parameters of the 11-dimensional phenomenological Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (pMSSM-11) as an input and evaluates the corresponding profile likelihood ratio within milliseconds. It can thus be used in global pMSSM-11 fits without time penalty. In the second approach, the neural network has been trained using model-independent signature-related objects, such as energies and particle multiplicities, which were estimated from the parameters of a given new physics model.  相似文献

A new pulsed supersonic jet millimeter-wave spectrometer with coaxial propagation of the molecular jet and millimeter-waves has been constructed. The coaxial configuration provides greater sensitivity which has been demonstrated by observing b-type transitions of five isotopomers of Kr-(12)C(16)O and seven isotopomers of Xe-(12)C(16)O. These results were analyzed together with a-type transitions obtained by FTMW spectroscopy to determine improved rotational parameters for each isotopomer. The electron tunneling spectra of phosphomolybdic and phosphomolybdovanadic acids have been measured using a scanning tunneling microscope. A new mechanism of negative differential resistance (NDR) formation in tunneling nanocontacts is established, which is general for all systems featuring the Wannier-Stark localization effect. A two-center inelastic resonance tunneling model is constructed, which allows the values of both electron and vibrational energy parameters to be determined from the measured spectra.  相似文献

Accounting for the current knowledge of the stable atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) turbulence structure and characteristics, a new formulation for the meandering parameters to be used in a Lagrangian stochastic particle turbulent diffusion model has been derived. That is, expressions for the parameters controlling the meandering oscillation frequency in low wind speed stable conditions are proposed. The classical expression for the meandering autocorrelation function, the turbulent statistical diffusion theory and ABL similarity theory are employed to estimate these parameters. In addition, this new parameterization was introduced into a particular Lagrangian stochastic particle model, which is called Iterative Langevin solution for low wind, validated with the data of Idaho National Laboratory experiments, and compared with others diffusion models. The results of this new approach are shown to agree with the measurements of Idaho experiments and also with those of the other atmospheric diffusion models. The major advance shown in this study is the formulation of the meandering parameters expressed in terms of the characteristic scales (velocity and length scales) describing the physical structure of a turbulent stable boundary layer. These similarity formulas can be used to simulate meandering enhanced diffusion of passive scalars in a low wind speed stable ABL.  相似文献

In recent years, laser application has been introduced for bending and forming as new processes in manufacturing. The capability of laser bending demands more studies to recognize parameters influencing bending angle of sheet metals. In this study the effects of parameters such as material, laser power, beam diameter, scan velocity, sheet thickness, pass number and pulse duration on bending angle were studied by FEM initially and then followed by experiments. Furthermore, the Taguchi experimental design method was employed to pin point parameters, which significantly affect the bending process of laser bending of St12 and 304 alloy steels, which have a wide range of applications in products manufacturing. A regression analysis was conducted and a closed form equation was derived. The closed form equation can be used in industry to determine which process parameters (factors) enhance the bending angle in laser bending process.  相似文献

Dynamic fluorescence measurements of proteins in solution are often interpreted in terms of continuous distributions of lifetimes, which reflect the intrinsic structural heterogeneity of these systems. In several cases a single Gaussian or Lorentzian symmetric distribution has been used to fit the data. In this paper we describe a new nonsymmetric Lorentzian function which contains three free parameters (the center, the left, and the right widths) like the double-discrete exponential model (the two lifetimes and one preexponential factor). Simulated data in the frequency domain have been used to compare the fits obtained with these different approaches, introducing a new parameter, , which quantitatively measures the asymmetry of the distribution or the ratio of the two preexponential factors, in the continuous and discrete models, respectively. Real measurements of a mixture of independent fluorophores, as well as of protein fluorescence decays, have also been performed and analyzed in terms of the new asymmetric function. The data have also been fitted with traditional discrete methods (such as the two- and the three-exponential decay) and with another asymmetric function, namely, the skewed Gaussian distribution.  相似文献

针对畸变产物耳声发射(distortion product otoacoustic emission, DPOAE)信号比较微弱,估计结果的准确性对信噪比依赖性强的特点,本文给出一种新的DPOAE信号最小二乘估计(least square estimation, LSE)方法。该方法先估计本底噪声,将本底噪声的影响体现于估计模型中,再估计DPOAE信号。记录信号经过一定的预处理后,利用频域加窗法估计本底噪声并进行噪声衰减;利用IFFT变换后的信号估计DPOAE信号的模型参数,给出DPOAE的强度和相位。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法相对于传统的最小二乘拟合(least-square-fit, LSF)法,对DPOAE的估计更加准确,抗噪声干扰能力更强。  相似文献

为了满足某型机试飞数据中新型RS-422总线参数的实时监控和事后数据处理需求,提出了针对该新型RS-422总线参数的算法设计和实现方案。通过分析该新型RS-422总线参数的通信协议及数据包格式,决定采用调整机载格栅中数据的帧结构排放以及重置带头中参数采样率的方式,实现了参数的解析及还原算法,并设计了相应的实时监控以及事后处理软件。该软件已经成功应用于该型机的飞行试验中,为飞机飞行安全监控以及事后数据处理分析提供了有力保障。  相似文献

The reconstruction of the Au{110}-(1×2) missing-row surface has been studied by means of the new scattering and recoiling imaging spectrometry (SARIS) technique. The three-dimensional focusing patterns observed for scattering of 4 keV He+, Ne+ and Ar+ ions are highly sensitive to the structure of both the surface and subsurface layers. Classical ion trajectory simulations using the scattering and recoiling imaging code (SARIC) were used to simulate the scattering patterns. Using an R-factor comparison of the experimental and simulated images, it is demonstrated that SARIS is sensitive to changes of the order of 0.02 Å in the structural parameters of this Au surface. These parameters involve interlayer spacings, row pairing and row buckling in the first-through fifth atomic layers. Results for the shallow surface layers are in general agreement with the those of previous studies. The new results include structural parameters for the deeper subsurface layers and the observation of an oscillatory behavior of the layer spacings which is damped towards deeper layers.  相似文献
