Let \({\mathcal B}_{p,w}\) be the Banach algebra of all bounded linear operators acting on the weighted Lebesgue space \(L^p(\mathbb {R},w)\), where \(p\in (1,\infty )\) and w is a Muckenhoupt weight. We study the Banach subalgebra \(\mathfrak {A}_{p,w}\) of \({\mathcal B}_{p,w}\) generated by all multiplication operators aI (\(a\in \mathrm{PSO}^\diamond \)) and all convolution operators \(W^0(b)\) (\(b\in \mathrm{PSO}_{p,w}^\diamond \)), where \(\mathrm{PSO}^\diamond \subset L^\infty (\mathbb {R})\) and \(\mathrm{PSO}_{p,w}^\diamond \subset M_{p,w}\) are algebras of piecewise slowly oscillating functions that admit piecewise slowly oscillating discontinuities at arbitrary points of \(\mathbb {R}\cup \{\infty \}\), and \(M_{p,w}\) is the Banach algebra of Fourier multipliers on \(L^p(\mathbb {R},w)\). For any Muckenhoupt weight w, we study the Fredholmness in the Banach algebra \({\mathcal Z}_{p,w}\subset \mathfrak {A}_{p,w}\) generated by the operators \(aW^0(b)\) with slowly oscillating data \(a\in \mathrm{SO}^\diamond \) and \(b\in \mathrm{SO}^\diamond _{p,w}\). Then, under some condition on the weight w, we complete constructing a Fredholm symbol calculus for the Banach algebra \(\mathfrak {A}_{p,w}\) in comparison with Karlovich and Loreto Hernández (Integr. Equations Oper. Theory 74:377–415, 2012) and Karlovich and Loreto Hernández (Integr. Equations Oper. Theory 75:49–86, 2013) and establish a Fredholm criterion for the operators \(A\in \mathfrak {A}_{p,w}\) in terms of their symbols. A new approach to determine local spectra is found.  相似文献

In this paper, we study \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over the ring \(R=\mathbb {Z}_4+u\mathbb {Z}_4\) where \(u^{2}=1\), for \(\lambda =3+2u\) and \(2+3u\). Two new Gray maps from R to \(\mathbb {Z}_4^{3}\) are defined with the goal of obtaining new linear codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\). The Gray images of \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over R are determined. We then conducted a computer search and obtained many \(\lambda \)-constacyclic codes over R whose \(\mathbb {Z}_4\)-images have better parameters than currently best-known linear codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\).  相似文献

We determine the possible homogeneous weights of regular projective two-weight codes over \(\mathbb {Z}_{2^k}\) of length \(n>3\), with dual Krotov distance \(d^{\lozenge }\) at least four. The determination of the weights is based on parameter restrictions for strongly regular graphs applied to the coset graph of the dual code. When \(k=2\), we characterize the parameters of such codes as those of the inverse Gray images of \(\mathbb {Z}_4\)-linear Hadamard codes, which have been characterized by their types by several authors.  相似文献

In this paper, we mainly study the theory of linear codes over the ring \(R =\mathbb {Z}_4+u\mathbb {Z}_4+v\mathbb {Z}_4+uv\mathbb {Z}_4\). By using the Chinese Remainder Theorem, we prove that R is isomorphic to a direct sum of four rings. We define a Gray map \(\Phi \) from \(R^{n}\) to \(\mathbb {Z}_4^{4n}\), which is a distance preserving map. The Gray image of a cyclic code over R is a linear code over \(\mathbb {Z}_4\). We also discuss some properties of MDS codes over R. Furthermore, we study the MacWilliams identities of linear codes over R and give the generator polynomials of cyclic codes over R.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate linear codes with complementary dual (LCD) codes and formally self-dual codes over the ring \(R=\mathbb {F}_{q}+v\mathbb {F}_{q}+v^{2}\mathbb {F}_{q}\), where \(v^{3}=v\), for q odd. We give conditions on the existence of LCD codes and present construction of formally self-dual codes over R. Further, we give bounds on the minimum distance of LCD codes over \(\mathbb {F}_q\) and extend these to codes over R.  相似文献

Let \(\mathcal{C}\) be a \({\mathbb {Z}}_2{\mathbb {Z}}_4\)-additive code of length \(n > 3\). We prove that if the binary Gray image of \(\mathcal{C}\) is a 1-perfect nonlinear code, then \(\mathcal{C}\) cannot be a \({\mathbb {Z}}_2{\mathbb {Z}}_4\)-cyclic code except for one case of length \(n=15\). Moreover, we give a parity check matrix for this cyclic code. Adding an even parity check coordinate to a \({\mathbb {Z}}_2{\mathbb {Z}}_4\)-additive 1-perfect code gives a \({\mathbb {Z}}_2{\mathbb {Z}}_4\)-additive extended 1-perfect code. We also prove that such a code cannot be \({\mathbb {Z}}_2{\mathbb {Z}}_4\)-cyclic.  相似文献

Permutation polynomials over finite fields have been studied extensively recently due to their wide applications in cryptography, coding theory, communication theory, among others. Recently, several authors have studied permutation trinomials of the form \(x^rh\left( x^{q-1}\right) \) over \({\mathbb F}_{q^2}\), where \(q=2^k\), \(h(x)=1+x^s+x^t\) and \(r, k>0, s, t\) are integers. Their methods are essentially usage of a multiplicative version of AGW Criterion because they all transformed the problem of proving permutation polynomials over \({\mathbb F}_{q^2}\) into that of showing the corresponding fractional polynomials permute a smaller set \(\mu _{q+1}\), where \(\mu _{q+1}:=\{x\in \mathbb {F}_{q^2} : x^{q+1}=1\}\). Motivated by these results, we characterize the permutation polynomials of the form \(x^rh\left( x^{q-1}\right) \) over \({\mathbb F}_{q^2}\) such that \(h(x)\in {\mathbb F}_q[x]\) is arbitrary and q is also an arbitrary prime power. Using AGW Criterion twice, one is multiplicative and the other is additive, we reduce the problem of proving permutation polynomials over \({\mathbb F}_{q^2}\) into that of showing permutations over a small subset S of a proper subfield \({\mathbb F}_{q}\), which is significantly different from previously known methods. In particular, we demonstrate our method by constructing many new explicit classes of permutation polynomials of the form \(x^rh\left( x^{q-1}\right) \) over \({\mathbb F}_{q^2}\). Moreover, we can explain most of the known permutation trinomials, which are in Ding et al. (SIAM J Discret Math 29:79–92, 2015), Gupta and Sharma (Finite Fields Appl 41:89–96, 2016), Li and Helleseth (Cryptogr Commun 9:693–705, 2017), Li et al. (Finite Fields Appl 45:43–52, 2017) over finite field with even characteristic.  相似文献

Let \(\ell \) be a prime and let \(L/ \mathbb {Q}\) be a Galois number field with Galois group isomorphic to \( \mathbb {Z}/\ell \mathbb {Z}\). We show that the shape of L, see Definition 1.2, is either \(\frac{1}{2}\mathbb {A}_{\ell -1}\) or a fixed sub-lattice depending only on \(\ell \); such a dichotomy in the value of the shape only depends on the type of ramification of L. This work is motivated by a result of Bhargava and Shnidman, and a previous work of the first named author, on the shape of \( \mathbb {Z}/3 \mathbb {Z}\) number fields.  相似文献

Let \(F\subseteq {\mathbb {P}^{3}}\) be a smooth determinantal quartic surface which is general in the Nöther–Lefschetz sense. In the present paper we give a complete classification of locally free sheaves \({\mathcal E}\) of rank 2 on F such that \(h^1(F,{\mathcal E}(th))=0\) for \(t\in \mathbb {Z}\).  相似文献

In this paper, we study pseudo-Riemannian submanifolds of a pseudo-hyperbolic space \(\mathbb H^{m-1}_s (-1) \subset \mathbb E^m_{s+1}\) with 2-type pseudo-hyperbolic Gauss map. We give a characterization of proper pseudo-Riemannian hypersurfaces in \(\mathbb H^{n+1}_s (-1) \subset \mathbb E^{n+2}_{s+1}\) with non-zero constant mean curvature and 2-type pseudo-hyperbolic Gauss map. For \(n=2\), we prove classification theorems. In addition, we show that the hyperbolic Veronese surface is the only maximal surface fully lying in \(\mathbb H^4_2 (-1) \subset \mathbb H^{m-1}_2 (-1)\) with 2-type pseudo-hyperbolic Gauss map. Moreover, we prove that a flat totally umbilical pseudo-Riemannian hypersurface \(M^n_t\) of the pseudo-hyperbolic space \(\mathbb {H}^{n+1}_t(-1) \subset \mathbb E^{n+2}_{t+1}\) has biharmonic pseudo-hyperbolic Gauss map.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to extend to \(\mathbb {R}^{n}\) known results in dimension 2 concerning the structure of a Hilbert space with reproducing kernel of the space of Herglotz wave functions. These functions are the solutions of Helmholtz equation in \(\mathbb {R} ^{n}\) that are the Fourier transform of measures supported in the unit sphere with density in \(L^{2}(\mathbb {S}^{n-1})\). As a natural extension of this, we define Banach spaces of solutions of the Helmholtz equation in \(\mathbb {R}^{n}\) belonging to weighted Sobolev type spaces \(\mathcal {H}^{p}\) having in a non local norm that involves radial derivatives and spherical gradients. We calculate the reproducing kernel of the Herglotz wave functions and study in \(\mathcal {H}^{p}\) and in mixed norm spaces, the continuity of the orthogonal projection \(\mathcal {P}\) of \(\mathcal {H}^{2}\) onto the Herglotz wave functions.  相似文献

Let \(\pi _{\varphi }\) (or \(\pi _{\psi }\)) be an automorphic cuspidal representation of \(\text {GL}_{2} (\mathbb {A}_{\mathbb {Q}})\) associated to a primitive Maass cusp form \(\varphi \) (or \(\psi \)), and \(\mathrm{sym}^j \pi _{\varphi }\) be the jth symmetric power lift of \(\pi _{\varphi }\). Let \(a_{\mathrm{sym}^j \pi _{\varphi }}(n)\) denote the nth Dirichlet series coefficient of the principal L-function associated to \(\mathrm{sym}^j \pi _{\varphi }\). In this paper, we study first moments of Dirichlet series coefficients of automorphic representations \(\mathrm{sym}^3 \pi _{\varphi }\) of \(\text {GL}_{4}(\mathbb {A}_{\mathbb {Q}})\), and \(\pi _{\psi }\otimes \mathrm{sym}^2 \pi _{\varphi }\) of \(\text {GL}_{6}(\mathbb {A}_{\mathbb {Q}})\). For \(3 \le j \le 8\), estimates for \(|a_{\mathrm{sym}^j \pi _{\varphi }}(n)|\) on average over a short interval have also been established.  相似文献

In this paper we study the difference between the 2-adic valuations of the cardinalities \( \# E( \mathbb {F}_{q^k} ) \) and \( \# E( \mathbb {F}_q ) \) of an elliptic curve E over \( \mathbb {F}_q \). We also deduce information about the structure of the 2-Sylow subgroup \( E[ 2^\infty ]( \mathbb {F}_{q^k} ) \) from the exponents of \( E[ 2^\infty ]( \mathbb {F}_q ) \).  相似文献

On the Hilbert space \(\widetilde{L}_{2}(\mathbb {T})\) the singular integral operator with non-Carleman shift and conjugation \(K=P_{+}+(aI+AC)P_{-}\) is considered, where \(P_{\pm }\) are the Cauchy projectors, \(A=\sum \nolimits _{j=0}^{m}a_{j}U^{j}\), \(a,a_{j}\), \(j=\overline{1,m}\), are continuous functions on the unit circle \(\mathbb {T}\), U is the shift operator and C is the operator of complex conjugation. We show how the symbolic computation capabilities of the computer algebra system Mathematica can be used to explore the dimension of the kernel of the operator K. The analytical algorithm [ADimKer-NonCarleman] is presented; several nontrivial examples are given.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate solutions of the hyperbolic Poisson equation \(\Delta _{h}u(x)=\psi (x)\), where \(\psi \in L^{\infty }(\mathbb {B}^{n}, {\mathbb R}^n)\) and
$$\begin{aligned} \Delta _{h}u(x)= (1-|x|^2)^2\Delta u(x)+2(n-2)\left( 1-|x|^2\right) \sum _{i=1}^{n} x_{i} \frac{\partial u}{\partial x_{i}}(x) \end{aligned}$$
is the hyperbolic Laplace operator in the n-dimensional space \(\mathbb {R}^n\) for \(n\ge 2\). We show that if \(n\ge 3\) and \(u\in C^{2}(\mathbb {B}^{n},{\mathbb R}^n) \cap C(\overline{\mathbb {B}^{n}},{\mathbb R}^n )\) is a solution to the hyperbolic Poisson equation, then it has the representation \(u=P_{h}[\phi ]-G_{ h}[\psi ]\) provided that \(u\mid _{\mathbb {S}^{n-1}}=\phi \) and \(\int _{\mathbb {B}^{n}}(1-|x|^{2})^{n-1} |\psi (x)|\,d\tau (x)<\infty \). Here \(P_{h}\) and \(G_{h}\) denote Poisson and Green integrals with respect to \(\Delta _{h}\), respectively. Furthermore, we prove that functions of the form \(u=P_{h}[\phi ]-G_{h}[\psi ]\) are Lipschitz continuous.

Let \( {\left( {{\epsilon_i}} \right)_{i \in \mathbb{Z}}} \) be i.i.d. random elements in a separable Banach space \( \mathbb{E} \), and let \( \mathop {\left( {{a_i}} \right)}\nolimits_{i \in \mathbb{Z}} \) be continuous linear operators from \( \mathbb{E} \) to a Banach space \( \mathbb{F} \) such that \( \sum\nolimits_{i \in \mathbb{Z}} {\left\| {{a_i}} \right\|} \) is finite. We prove that the linear process \( \mathop {\left( {{X_n}} \right)}\nolimits_{n \in \mathbb{Z}} \) defined by \( {X_n}: = \sum\nolimits_{i \in \mathbb{Z}} {{a_i}} \left( {{\epsilon_{n - i}}} \right) \) inherits from \( \mathop {\left( {{\epsilon_i}} \right)}\nolimits_{i \in \mathbb{Z}} \) the central limit theorem and functional central limit theorems in various Banach spaces of \( \mathbb{F} \)-valued functions, including Hölder spaces.  相似文献

We study the one-dimensional periodic derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation. This is known to be a completely integrable system, in the sense that there is an infinite sequence of formal integrals of motion \({\textstyle \int }h_k\), \(k\in {\mathbb {Z}}_{+}\). In each \({\textstyle \int }h_{2k}\) the term with the highest regularity involves the Sobolev norm \(\dot{H}^{k}({\mathbb {T}})\) of the solution of the DNLS equation. We show that a functional measure on \(L^2({\mathbb {T}})\), absolutely continuous w.r.t. the Gaussian measure with covariance \(({\mathbb {I}}+(-\varDelta )^{k})^{-1}\), is associated to each integral of motion \({\textstyle \int }h_{2k}\), \(k\ge 1\).  相似文献

We prove that the class of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\mathbb {Z}_2[u]\)-linear codes is exactly the class of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\)-linear codes with automorphism group of even order. Using this characterization, we give examples of known codes, e.g. perfect codes, which have a nontrivial \(\mathbb {Z}_2\mathbb {Z}_2[u]\) structure. Moreover, we exhibit some examples of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\)-linear codes which are not \(\mathbb {Z}_2\mathbb {Z}_2[u]\)-linear. Also, we state that the duality of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\mathbb {Z}_2[u]\)-linear codes is the same as the duality of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\)-linear codes. Finally, we prove that the class of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\mathbb {Z}_4\)-linear codes which are also \(\mathbb {Z}_2\)-linear is strictly contained in the class of \(\mathbb {Z}_2\mathbb {Z}_2[u]\)-linear codes.  相似文献

Let\(B_{2}^{n}\) denote the Euclidean ball in\({\mathbb R}^n\), and, given closed star-shaped body\(K \subset {\mathbb R}^{n}, M_{K}\) denote the average of the gauge of K on the Euclidean sphere. Let\(p \in (0,1)\) and let\(K \subset {\mathbb R}^{n}\) be a p-convex body. In [17] we proved that for every\(\lambda \in (0,1)\) there exists an orthogonal projection P of rank\((1 - \lambda)n\) such that
$\frac{f(\lambda)}{M_K} PB^{n}_{2} \subset PK,$
where\(f(\lambda)=c_p\lambda^{1+1/p}\) for some positive constant c p depending on p only. In this note we prove that\(f(\lambda)\) can be taken equal to\(C_p\lambda^{1/p-1/2}\). In terms of Kolmogorov numbers it means that for every\(k \leq n\)
$d_k (\hbox{Id}:\ell^{n}_{2} \to ({\mathbb R}^{n},\|\cdot\|_{K})) \leq C_p \frac{n^{1/p-1}}{k^{1/p-1/2}} \ell(\hbox{ID}: \ell^{n}_{2} \to ({\mathbb R}^{n}, \|\cdot\|_{K})),$
where\(\ell(\hbox{Id})={\bf E}\|\sum\limits^{n}_{i=1}g_i e_i\|_K\) for the independent standard Gaussian random variables\(\{g_i\}\) and the canonical basis\(\{e_i\}\) of\({\mathbb R}^n\). All results do not require the symmetry of K.

We present an efficient algorithm for the construction of a basis of \(H_{2}(\overline {\Omega },\partial {\Omega };\mathbb {Z})\) via the Poincaré-Lefschetz duality theorem. Denoting by g the first Betti number of \(\overline {\Omega }\) the idea is to find, first g different 1-boundaries of \(\overline {\Omega }\) with supports contained in ?Ω whose homology classes in \(\mathbb {R}^{3} \setminus {\Omega }\) form a basis of \(H_{1}(\mathbb {R}^{3} \setminus {\Omega };\mathbb {Z})\), and then to construct a set of 2-chains in \(\overline {\Omega }\) having these 1-boundaries as their boundaries. The Poincaré-Lefschetz duality theorem ensures that the relative homology classes of these 2-chains in \(\overline {\Omega }\) modulo ?Ω form a basis of \(H_{2}(\overline {\Omega },\partial {\Omega };\mathbb {Z})\). We devise a simple procedure for the construction of the required set of 1-boundaries of \(\overline {\Omega }\) that, combined with a fast algorithm for the construction of 2-chains with prescribed boundary, allows the efficient computation of a basis of \(H_{2}(\overline {\Omega },\partial {\Omega };\mathbb {Z})\) via this very natural approach. Some numerical experiments show the efficiency of the method and its performance comparing with other algorithms.  相似文献
