A series of organotin(IV) complexes with O,O-diethyl phosphoric acid (L1H) and O,O-diisopropyl phosphoric acid (L2H) of the types: [R3Sn · L]n (L = L1, R = Ph 1, R = PhCH22, R = Me 3, R = Bu 4; L = L2, R = Ph 9, R = PhCH210, R = Me 11, R = Bu 12), [R2Cl Sn · L]n (L = L1, R = Me 5, R = Ph 6, R = PhCH27, R = Bu 8; L = L2, R = Me 13, R = Ph 14, R = PhCH215, R = Bu 16), have been synthesized. All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, TGA, IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 31P and 119Sn) spectroscopy analysis. Among them, complexes 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography diffraction analysis. In the crystalline state, the complexes adopt infinite 1D infinite chain structures which are generated by the bidentate bridging phosphonate ligands and the five-coordinated tin centers.  相似文献

Some (η5-cyclopentadienyl)(1,2-bis(diarylphosphino)ethane)(diorganosulfide)ruthenium complexes, [Ru(η5-C5H5)(Ar2PCH2CH2-PAr2)(R1R 2S)]BF4 (Ar = Ph, p-Tol; R1, R2 = Ph, Et) were prepared. Variable temperature NMR spectra of these complexes showed the existence of two fluxional processes; inversion at the sulfur atom and δ-λ interconversion of the chelate ring. The former process was slower, and its barriers in these complexes were calculated as ca. 7 kcal mol−1. The spectral features of ethyl phenyl sulfide complexes suggested that substantiation of the new chiral center at sulfur induces a significant conformational rigidity at the chelate ring.  相似文献

A spectral study (IR and UV spectroscopies) of seven 4-(O-acetyl)glycopyranosylaminopyrimidine derivatives has been carried out. The thermal study of the compounds allowed us to characterize the following processes: (i) desolvations, (ii) solid-solid transitions, (iii) melting, (iv) pyrolytic decompositions. Through the IR spectral study it was established that pyrolytic decompositions of all the compounds start with the acetyl groups. The reaction orders and activation energies of the deacetylation processes have been calculated.  相似文献

Three dimethylgallium complexes of type Me2GaL [L = 2-methoxylphenylmethyleneiminophenolato (1), N-(4-N,N′-dimethylamino)phenylmethyleneiminophenolato (2), N-(2-naphthyl)methyleneiminophenolato (3)] have been synthesized by the reaction of trimethylgallium with appropriate N-arylmethyleneiminophenol. The complexes obtained have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H, 13C{1H} NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy, respectively. The solid structure of 2 has been determined by X-ray single crystal analysis. The gallium atom was bonded by an oxygen atom and coordinated by an imine nitrogen atom forming one five-membered ring. The stable dimmer was formed by the coordination of bridging oxygen atom of phenolate to another gallium atom. The photoluminescence of complexes 1-3 were studied. The maximum emission wavelengths of 1-3 are between 305 and 320 nm upon radiation by UV light. The electroluminescent properties of diodes using 1-3 as emitting material were measured. The blue/green electroluminescence has been observed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 1-p-bromophenylsilatrane was determined at ambient and low temperature. The methylene groups of the silatrane skeleton in the β-position to the nitrogen atom are disordered in the ambient temperature structure. The disorder disappears at 133 K. The Si ← N dative bond length is nearly identical at both temperatures (2.139(3) and 2.132(2) Å). The deviation of the atoms in the silatrane moiety from the ideal three-fold symmetry seems to point to the most dynamically behaving parts of the molecule.  相似文献

A new crystal of 2-methylpropan-2-aminium methyl((4-fluorobenzamido)(4-fluorophenyl)methyl)phosphonate has been prepared at room temperature and characterized by 1HNMR, 13 C NMR, IR, MS, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal determination. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 20.719(2), b = 11.8559(13), c = 18.176(2) A, β = 94.434(2)°, V = 4451.4(9) A3, Dc = 1.317 Mg/m3, Z = 8, F(000) = 1864 and μ = 0.174 mm-1. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonds, as well as by weak π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

5-Amino-7-benzylseleno-8-cyano-3-ethoxycarbonyl-4-(2-furyl)-1,2-dimethyl-1,4-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridine was obtained by N-alkylation. X-ray crystallography showed the presence of two symmetrically conformers in the crystal.  相似文献

4-(2-Chlorophenyl)-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-5-(2-thienoyl)-6-trifluoromethylpiperidin-2-thione, which was used for the synthesis of 2-allylthio-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-5-(2-thienoyl)-6-trifluoromethyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine, was obtained by the reaction of 2-thienoyltrifluoroacetone with 2-chlorophenylphenylmethylenecyanothioacetamide or with a mixture of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde and cyanothioacetamide in the presence of N-methylmorpholine. The molecular and crystal structure of the piperidinthione have been established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Abstract

The reactions of the starting complex, [Fe2(CO)6{μ-SCH2CH (CH2CH3)S}] (1), with the phosphine ligands tris(4-methylphenyl)phosphine, diphenyl-2-pyridylphosphine, tris(4-fluorophenyl)phosphine, 2-(diphenylphosphino)benzaldehyde, or benzyldiphenylphosphine in the presence of the decarbonylating agent Me3NO·2H2O yielded the corresponding phosphine-substituted diiron butane-1,2-dithiolate complexes [Fe2(CO)5(L){μ-SCH2CH(CH2CH3)S}] (L?=?P(4-C6H4CH3)3, 2; Ph2P(2-C5H4N), 3; P(4-C6H4F)3, 4; Ph2P(2-C6H4CHO), 5; Ph2PCH2Ph, 6) in 75%–87% yields. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H, and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy, as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Moreover, the electrochemistry of 24 was studied by cyclic voltammetry, suggesting that they can catalyze the reduction of protons to H2 in the presence of HOAc.  相似文献

Two novel trans-3′,4′-bridged nucleic acid (trans-3′,4′-BNA) monomers, one with a 3,5,8-trioxabicyclo[5.3.0]decane structure and the other with a 4,7-dioxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane structure, were successfully synthesized from thymidine. The locked trans-fused ring structures of the nucleoside analogues were confirmed by X-ray crystallography, which also indicated that their furanose rings had a typical S-type conformation involving C2′-endo or C3′-exo sugar puckering, respectively, and the same ring conformation as that observed in the B-type helical structure of the DNA duplex.  相似文献

A series of cationic rhodium(I) complexes [Rh(diene)(N^N)][BF4] (diene = 1,5-cyclooctadiene (cod), norbornadiene (nbd), tetrafluorobenzobarralene (tfb)), containing the optically pure bis(sulfoximine) ligand 1,2-bis(S-methyl-S-phenylsulfonimidoyl)benzene, have been synthesized and fully characterized. The structure of the R,R enantiomer of the ligand, and that of its cyclooctadiene–Rh(I) complex, were confirmed by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Studies on the catalytic activity of these complexes in acetophenone hydrosilylation and dimethyl itaconate hydrogenation are also reported.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures and spectroscopic properties of tricarbonylrhenium(I) complexes with N,N′-bis(2-bromo, 4-bromo, 4-chloro and 3-methoxybenzaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane Schiff base ligands have been investigated in this paper. Characterization of these complexes was carried out with FTIR, NMR, UV–Vis spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical behavior of the investigated complexes has been studied by cyclic voltammetry. The crystal structures of the 4-chloro, 4-bromo and 4-methoxy substituted complexes are stabilized by intermolecular C–H?Cl and C–H?O hydrogen bonds. The remarkable features of the 2-bromo, 4-bromo and 4-chloro substituted complexes are short intermolecular halogen–oxygen contacts. In the 4-bromo complex, short intermolecular Br?O and O?O contacts link neighboring molecules along the [1 0 0] direction, which are further stabilized by short intermolecular π?π interactions. In 2-bromo complex, intermolecular Br?O interactions link neighboring molecules into 1D extended chains along the [0 1 0] and [0 0 1] directions, forming a 2D network which is parallel to the bc-plane.  相似文献

Starting from readily available 2-substituted-4-formylthiazoles and selenazoles, a series of 4-(2-aryl-4-selenazolyl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles I and 4-(2-substituted-4-thiazolyl)-1,2,3-selenadiazoles II were prepared. Pyrolysis of compound II afforded (2-substituted-4-thiazolyl) acetylenes VII. Addition of potassium hydroxide pellets to an alcoholic solution of II gave 2-substituted-1,4-diselenafulvenes VIII. Decomposition of compound II with base followed by the addition of carbon disulfide gave 5-substituted 2-thioxo-1,3-thiaselenoles XI.  相似文献

The Schiff base, 4-(2-hydroxynaphthalen-3-ylamino)pent-3-en-2-one (H2L) and its diphenyltin complex have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR, 1H, or 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The structures of free ligand and complex have been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the structure of H2L, enolic proton is transferred to imine nitrogen and there is an intramolecular hydrogen bond between amine and carbonyl group. There are also 1-D intermolecular hydrogen-bonded chains with π–π stacking between chains. SnPh2L is crystallized in the Pca2(1) orthorhombic space group with four molecules in an asymmetric unit cell. The geometry around tin is a highly distorted trigonal bipyramid with Schiff base completely deprotonated and coordinated tridentate to tin via phenolic and enolic oxygen atoms in axial and imine nitrogen in equatorial positions. The results of X-ray diffraction were also compared with density functional theory calculations. These calculations also confirm the keto-amine tautomeric form for Schiff base in solid phase. The in vitro antibacterial activities of ligand and complex have been evaluated against Gram-positive (Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram-negative (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) bacteria. H2L showed no activity but the diphenyltin(IV) complex exhibited good activities along with the standard antibacterial drugs.  相似文献

Reactions of 1-(5-methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)ethan-1-ones and benzaldehydes in ethanol under basic conditions gave the corresponding chalcones. Reactions of the chalcones combined with thiosemicarbazide in dry ethanol containing sodium hydroxide afforded the corresponding pyrazolin-N-thioamides. Reactions of the synthesized pyrazolin-N-thioamides and several ketones (namely, ethyl 2-chloro-3-oxobutanoate, 2-bromoacetylbenzofuran, and hydrazonoyl chloride) gave the corresponding novel 2-(1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazoles in high yields (77–90%). Additionally, 2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)thiazoles were obtained in high yields (84–87%) from reactions with N-pyrazoline-thioamides and 4-bromoacetyl-1,2,3-triazoles under basic conditions. The structures of six of the newly synthesized heterocycles were confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A straightforward stereoselective route towards (3aR,5R,6S,7R,7aR)- and (3aR,5R,6S,7R,7aR)-octahydro-1H-indole-5,6,7-triol, analogues of castanospermine, starting from the corresponding shikimic acid derivatives is described. The key transformations of this approach are the Overman rearrangement and ring-closing metathesis to form the diastereoisomeric cis-fused (5R,6S,7R)-octahydro-1H-indole-5,6,7-triols in good overall yields. Evaluation for in vitro cytotoxicity revealed for some prepared compounds significant antiproliferative activity and weak glycosidase inhibition.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 13.688(2), b = 16.704(3), c = 8.3308(12) , β = 99.474(6)o, V = 1878.8(5) 3, Mr = 388.46, Z = 4, Dc = 1.373 g/cm3, μ = 0.308 mm–1, F(000) = 808, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0917. X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure involves intermolecular N–H…O and N–H…N hydrogen bonds, which link the molecules into a layer parallel to the ac plane.  相似文献

The new tris(ferrocenylamine) ditertiary phosphine 1,1′-{FcCH2N(CH2PPh2)CH25-C5H4)}2Fe [Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4)] has been prepared along with two coordination complexes.
