动叶围带顶部泄漏流动对透平级气动性能影响的数值研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用计算流体动力学软件CFX-TASCflow数值研究了带围带的动叶顶部间隙内泄漏流动对动叶流动效率以及下一级静叶进口气流角的影响特性.数值模拟了装有不同迷宫式汽封齿数时的动叶顶部间隙泄漏流动特性.揭示了泄漏流动不再是跨叶顶的横向流动,而是在叶顶间隙内沿着轴向流动.给出了动叶顶部间隙泄漏流场的结构,泄漏流与主流掺混后的流场对下游静叶性能的影响.研究结果表明泄漏流与动叶通道内的主流在动叶下游掺混后,改变了上半通道气流的流动方向,使这部分气流偏离设计工况,使下游静叶产生攻角损失.动叶顶部间隙泄漏流有较大的径向速度,在与主流掺混并进入动叶下游静叶后,会向着静叶中叶展处发展,改变静叶上半部流场的结构.动叶顶部间隙汽封齿数增多时这种效果就减小,静叶等熵效率的降低就越少,同时讨论了动叶顶部间隙泄漏流动对透平级气动性能的影响. 相似文献

随着现代信息化武器系统的发展和战机飞行速度的不断提高,机载电子吊舱热负载日益增大,采用冲压空气作为动力源的逆升压式制冷方案能够为机载吊舱提供充足的冷量,且具备结构简单、体积小、重量轻、无需消耗机载电源等优势,在我国机载吊舱环控领域具有良好的应用前景。膨胀涡轮、动力涡轮、压缩涡轮转子系统是逆升压式环控系统的核心部件,基于气浮轴承涡轮转子的效率特性,并结合某型吊舱环控性能指标要求,对动力涡轮驱动的逆升压空气循环系统流程进行匹配设计计算,用于确定循环流程参数最优值及为涡轮提供设计输入。并以吊舱环控极端工况点为依据搭建了地面试验台,进行了样机地面性能测试。 相似文献

为研究转捩与湍流对激波边界层干扰及底部流动结构的影响,文章选取了二维与三维高超声速双斜面进气道模型与大钝头着陆器模型,并使用γ-Reθ转捩模型开展数值模拟研究.研究表明,对于二维进气道模型,随着前缘钝度的增加,激波边界层干扰位置前移,分离区变大,与层流流动情况相比,有转捩流动发生时,激波边界层干扰位置后移,同时分离流动强度变弱,分离区缩小;对于三维进气道模型,其拐角附近的分离流动呈现明显的三维特征,转捩流动也存在三维流动结构,与静风洞状态相比,噪音风洞状态下,有转捩流动发生,对壁面热流影响较大,对激波系影响很小.对于着陆器模型,底部流动发生转捩,使得底部流动由不稳定非定常的流动结构变为稳定定常的流动结构,这有益于姿态控制设计. 相似文献

We analyze theoretically the 1 × 2 low-power all-optical switching in silicon nanowaveguide ring resonators (RR) based on the Kerr effect and two-photon absorption (TPA), and give a comparison between both the all-optical switches. The calculation shows that the switching power of the TPA-RR switch is 3 orders smaller than that of the Kerr-RR switch. The switching time for both the switches is about 100ps. 相似文献

We propose an extended lattice gas model with different maximum velocities to simulate pedestrian counter flow by considering the subconscious behaviour of walkers. Four types of walkers including faster right walkers, slower right walkers, faster left walkers and slower left walkers are involved in the simulation. The simulation results show that our model can capture some essential features of pedestrian counter flows, such as the lane formation, segregation effect and phase separation at higher densities. We also find that the subconscious effect can reduce the occurrence of jam cluster evidently compared with the ease of un-subeonscious effect. At large maximum velocity, the critical density corresponding to the maximum flow rate of the fundamental diagram is in good agreement with the empirical results. 相似文献

新型面对称高速飞行器面临着宽速域、宽动压飞行条件,受到此类飞行器装载与装填比要求的限制,飞行器的主要承力结构重量较低,为了突破传统结构设计方法面临的结构减重极限,文章提出了一种基于拓扑结构轻质化的优化设计方法.该方法的主要思想为根据具体的载荷工况,在优化区域中获得最优的传力路径.通过对面对称高速飞行器的舵应用此优化方法,在多种载荷作用下,获得了多级分叉的仿生结构.通过验证计算表明设计得到的结构不仅重量减轻,还能够满足静气动弹性变形与强度要求,从而验证了此方法进行结构设计的可行性. 相似文献
