Remarks on Rawnsley’s $$\varvec{\varepsilon }$$ε -function on the Fock–Bargmann–Hartogs domains

In this paper, we mainly study a family of unbounded non-hyperbolic domains in $$\mathbb {C}^{n+m}$$, called Fock–Bargmann–Hartogs domains $$D_{n,m}(\mu )$$ ($$\mu >0$$) which are defined as a Hartogs type domains with the fiber over each $$z\in \mathbb {C}^{n}$$ being a ball of radius $$e^{-\frac{\mu }{2} {\Vert z\Vert }^{2}}$$. The purpose of this paper is twofold. Firstly, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for Rawnsley’s $$\varepsilon $$-function $$\varepsilon _{(\alpha ,g)}(\widetilde{w})$$ of $$\big (D_{n,m}(\mu ), g(\mu ;\nu )\big )$$ to be a polynomial in $$\Vert \widetilde{w}\Vert ^2$$, where $$g(\mu ;\nu )$$ is a Kähler metric associated with the Kähler potential $$\nu \mu {\Vert z\Vert }^{2} -\ln (e^{-\mu {\Vert z\Vert }^{2}}-\Vert w\Vert ^2)$$. Secondly, using above results, we study the Berezin quantization on $$D_{n,m}(\mu )$$ with the metric $$\beta g(\mu ;\nu )$$$$(\beta >0)$$.

Sampling Theory Associated with a Symmetric Operator with Compact Resolvent and De Branges Spaces

Let be a symmetric operator with compact resolvent defined in a Hilbert space For any fixed we consider an entire function K_a which involves the resolvent of Associated with K_a we obtain, by duality in a Hilbert space of entire functions which becomes a De Branges space of entire functions. This property provides a characterization of regardless of the anti-linear mapping which has as its range space. Multivariable moment problems

In this paper we solve moment problems for Poisson transforms and, more generally, for completely positive linear maps on unital C^*-algebras generated by universal row contractions associated with , the free semigroup with n generators. This class of C*-algebras includes the Cuntz-Toeplitz algebra (resp. ) generated by the creation operators on the full (resp. symmetric, or anti-symmetric)) Fock space with n generators. As consequences, we obtain characterizations for the orbits of contractive Hilbert modules over complex free semigroup algebras such as ,and, more generally, the quotient algebra , where J is an arbitrary two-sided ideal of . All these results are extended to the generalized Cuntz algebra , where G_i⁺ are the positive cones ofdiscrete subgroups G_i⁺ of the real line . Moreover, we characterize the orbits of Hilbert modules over the quotient algebra , where J is an arbitrary two-sided ideal ofthe free semigroup algebra .

Bound on deviations of continuous periodic functions from their de la Vallée-Poussin sums

We show that $$|f(x) - V_{n,m} (f,x)| \leqslant \frac{C}{{m + 1}}\sum\nolimits_{h = n - m}^n {E_k [1 + In\left( {\frac{{n - m}}{{h - n + m + 1}}} \right)],}$$ for every continuous function with period 2Μ, where C is an absolute constant and 0 ≤ m ≤ n, and we then apply this bound.     

On the Optimal Value Function of a Linearly Perturbed Quadratic Program

The optimal value function of the quadratic program , where is a given symmetric matrix, a given matrix, and are the linear perturbations, is considered. It is proved that is directionally differentiable at any point in its effective domain . Formulae for computing the directional derivative of at in a direction are obtained. We also present an example showing that, in general, is not piecewise linear-quadratic on W. The preceding (unpublished) example of Klatte is also discussed.     

Carleson Type Theorems for Certain Convolution Operators

We prove mapping theorems for some convolution operators, acting from Sobolev type spaces in to Lorentz spaces defined on with a fractional-order Carleson measure. As an application of the major theorems, we give some a priori estimates for the solutions of certain elliptic equations.
