We discuss a possible interpretation of the open charm mesons D*s0 (2317),D s1 (2460) and the hidden charm mesons X(3872),Y(3940) and Y(4140) as hadron molecules.Using a phenomenological Lagrangian approach we review the strong and radiative decays of the D* s0 (2317) and D s1 (2460) states. The X(3872) is assumed to consist dominantly of molecular hadronic components with an additional small admixture of a charmonium configuration.Determing the radiative (γJ/ψ and γψ(2s)) and strong (J/ψ2π and J/ψ3π) decay modes we show that the present experimental observation is consistent with the molecular structure assumption of the X(3872).Finally,we give evidence for molecular interpretations of the Y(3940) and Y(4140) related to the observed strong decay modes J/ψ+ω or J/ψ+φ,respectively. 相似文献

We use data collected by the CLEO III detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring to measure the inclusive yields of D(s) mesons as B(Y(5S) --> D(s)X) = (44-7 +/- 4.2 +/- 9.9)% and B(Y(4S) --> D(s)X) = (18.1 +/- 0.5 +/- 2.8)%. From these measurements, we make a model dependent estimate of the ratio of B(s)*B(s)* to the total bb quark pair production of (16.0 +/- 2.6 +/- 5.8)% at the Y(5S) energy. 相似文献

Inspired by the newly observed state X~*(3860), we analyze the strong decay behaviors of some charmoniumlike states, X~*(3860), X(3872), X(3915), X(3930) and X(3940), with the ~3P_0 model. We carry out our work based on the hypothesis that all of these states are charmonium systems. Our analysis indicates that, as a 0~(++) charmonium state, X~*(3860) can reproduce the experimental data. As for X(3872), it can tentatively be interpreted as the mixture0 of a cc system and a D~*D~0 molecular state. If we consider X(3940) as a 3~1 S_0 state, its total width in the present work is much lower than the experimental result. Thus, the 3~1 S_0 charmonium state seems not to be a good candidate for X(3940). Furthermore, our analysis implies that it is reasonable to assign X(3915) and X(3930) to be the same state, 2~(++). However, combining our analysis with that in Refs.[14, 71], we speculate that X(3915)/X(3930) might also be the mixture of a cc system and a molecular state. 相似文献

Apart from the charmful decay channels of Y(4260), the charmless decay channels of Y(4260) also provide us a good platform to study the nature and the decay mechanism of Y(4260). In this paper, we propose to probe the structure of Y(4260) through the charmless decays Y(4260)→VP via intermediate D1D+c.c. meson loops, where V and P stand for light vector and pseudoscalar mesons, respectively. Under the molecule ansatz of Y(4260), the predicted total branching ratio BRVP for all Y(4260)→VP processes are about (0.34-0.23+0.23)% to (0.75-0.52+0.72)% with the cutoff parameter α=2-3. Numerical results show that the intermediate m D1D+c.c. meson loops may be a possible transition mechanism in the Y(4260)→VP decays. These predicted branching ratios are the same order to that of Y(4260)→Zc+(3900)π-, which may be an evidence of D1D molecule and can be examined by the forthcoming BESⅢ data in the near future. 相似文献

We have performed a dynamical calculation of the bound state problem of D~0(D)~(*0) by considering the pion and sigma meson exchange potential. Our preliminary analysis disfavors the molecular interpretation of X(3872) if we use the experimental D~* Dπ coupling constant g=0.59 and a reasonable cutoff around 1 GeV,which is the typical hadronic scale. In contrast, there probably exists a loosely bound S-wave B (-B)~* molecular state.Such a molecular state would be rather stable since its dominant decay mode is the radiative decay through B~*→Bγ. 相似文献

Using data collected with the CLEO detector operating at the CESR e+e- collider at sqrt[s]=3.97-4.26 GeV, we investigate 15 charmonium decay modes of the psi(4040), psi(4160), and Y(4260) resonances. We confirm, at 11 sigma significance, the BABAR Y(4260)-->pi+pi- J/psi discovery, make the first observation of Y(4260)--> pi(0)pi(0) J/psi (5.1 sigma), and find the first evidence for Y(4260)-->K+K- J/psi(3.7 sigma). We measure e+e- cross sections at sqrt[s]=4.26 GeV as sigma(pi+pi- J/psi)=58(+12)(-10)+/-4 pb, sigma(pi(0)pi(0) J/psi)=23(+12)(-8)+/-1 pb, and sigma(K+K- J/psi)=9(+9)(-5)+/-1 pb, in which the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. Upper limits are placed on other decay rates from all three resonances.

Since the BaBar Collaboration announced a new hadron Y(2175) observed in the f0(980) invariant mass spectrum of e+e-→ f0(980), both BES and Belle confirmed BaBar’s observation. Meanwhile, the theorist also carries out the study to reveal the underlying properties of Y(2175). In this review paper, we give a detailed review of the present experimental and theoretical statues of Y(2175). In terms of the published experimental data of Y(2175), we also discuss the possibility of searching for other enhancement structuresafter 2175 MeV in the f0(980) invariant mass spectrum. 相似文献

This Letter presents the first strong evidence for the resolution of the excited B mesons B(1) and B(2)* as two separate states in fully reconstructed decays to B(+)(*)pi(-). The mass of B(1) is measured to be 5720.6+/-2.4+/-1.4 MeV/c(2) and the mass difference DeltaM between B(2)* and B(1) is 26.2+/-3.1+/-0.9 MeV/c;{2}, giving the mass of the B(2)* as 5746.8+/-2.4+/-1.7 MeV/c(2). The production rate for B(1) and B(2)* mesons is determined to be a fraction (13.9+/-1.9+/-3.2)% of the production rate of the B+ meson. 相似文献

In this article, we take the vector charmonium-like state Y(4660) as a ψ'f0(980) bound state (irrespective of the hadro-charmonium and the molecular state) tentatively, and study its mass using the QCD sum rules. The numerical value MY=4.71 ± 0.26 GeV is consistent with the experimental data. Considering the SU(3) symmetry of the light flavor quarks and the heavy quark symmetry, we also study the bound states ψ' σ (400-1200), Υ''f0(980), and Υ'' σ(400-1200) with the QCD sum rules, and make reasonable predictions for their masses. 相似文献

In this talk, we firstly overview the experimental status of N(-)_X(1625), which is an enhancement structure observed in K-(Λ), invariant mass spectrum of J/ψ→pK-(A) process. Then we present the result of the decay of N(-)_X(1625) under the two molecular assumptions, i.e. S-wave (Λ)K~- and S-wave (Σ)~0K~- molecular states. Several experimental suggestions for N(-)_X (1625) are proposed. 相似文献

Using 420 pb(-1) of data collected on the upsilon(5S) resonance with the CLEO III detector, we reconstruct B mesons in 25 exclusive decay channels to measure or set upper limits on the decay rate of upsilon(5S) into B meson final states. We measure the inclusive B cross section to be sigma(upsilon(5S) --> BB(X)) = (0.177 +/- 0.030 +/- 0.016) nb and make the first measurements of the production rates of sigma(upsilon(5S) --> B*B*) = (0.131 +/- 0.025 +/- 0.014) nb and sigma(upsilon(5S) --> BB*) = (0.043 +/- 0.016 +/- 0.006) nb, respectively. We set 90% confidence level limits of sigma(upsilon(5S) -->BB) < 0.038 nb, sigma(upsilon(5S) --> B(*)B(*)pi) < 0.055 nb and sigma(upsilon(5S) --> BBpipi) < 0.024 nb. We also extract the most precise value of the B(s)* mass to date, M(B(s)*) = (5411.7 +/- 1.6 +/- 0.6) MeV/c2. 相似文献

In this work, we investigate the decay widths and the line shapes of the open-charm radiative and pionic decays of Y(4274) with the \(D_{s}\bar{D}_{s0}(2317)\) molecular charmonium assignment. Our calculation indicates that the decay widths of \(Y(4274)\to D^{+}_{s}D^{*-}_{s}\gamma\) and \(Y(4274)\to D^{+}_{s}D^{-}_{s}\pi^{0}\) can reach up to 0.05 keV and 0.75 keV, respectively. In addition, the result of the line shape of the photon spectrum of \(Y(4274)\to D_{s}^{+} {D}_{s}^{*-} \gamma\) shows that there exists a very sharp peak near the large end point of photon energy. The line shape of the pion spectrum of \(Y(4274)\to D_{s}^{+} {D}_{s}^{*-} \pi^{0}\) is similar to that of the pion spectrum of \(Y(4274)\to D_{s}^{+} {D}_{s}^{*-} \gamma\), where we also find a very sharp peak near the large end point of pion energy. According to our calculation, we suggest further experiments to carry out the search for the open-charm radiative and pionic decays of Y(4274). 相似文献

In this article, we assume that there exist the pseudoscalar $D\bar{D}_{s0}^*(2317)$ and $D^*\bar{D}_{s1}^*(2460)$ molecular states $Z_{1,2}$ and construct the color singlet-singlet molecule-type interpolating currents to study their masses with the QCD sum rules. In calculations, we consider the contributions of the vacuum condensates up to dimension-10 and use the formula $\mu=\sqrt{M_{X/Y/Z}^{2}-(2{\mathbb{M}}_{c})^{2}}$ to determine the energy scales of the QCD spectral densities. The numerical results, $M_{Z_1}=4.61_{-0.08}^{+0.11}\,\text{GeV}$ and $M_{Z_2}=4.60_{-0.06}^{+0.07}\,\text{GeV}$, which lie above the $D\bar{D}_{s0}^*(2317)$ and $D^*\bar{D}_{s1}^*(2460)$ thresholds respectively, indicate that the $D\bar{D}_{s0}^*(2317)$ and $D^*\bar{D}_{s1}^*(2460)$ are difficult to form bound state molecular states, the $Z_{1,2}$ are probably resonance states. 相似文献

We have made the first observation of B(s)(0)→D(s)(*)+ D(s)(*)- decays using 23.6 fb(-1) of data recorded by the Belle experiment running on the Υ(5S) resonance. The branching fractions are measured to be B(B(s)(0)→D(s)+ D(s)-)=(1.03(-0.32-0.25)(+0.39+0.26))%, B(B(s)(0)→D(s)(*±) D(s)(?))=(2.75(-0.71)(+0.83)±0.69)%, and B(B(s)(0)→D(s)*+ D(s)*-)=(3.08(-1.04-0.86)(+1.22+0.85))%; the sum is B[B(s)(0)→D(s)(*)+ D(s)(*)-]=(6.85(-1.30-1.80)(+1.53+1.79))%. Assuming B(s)(0)→D(s)(*)+ D(s)(*)- saturates decays to CP-even final states, the branching fraction determines the ratio ΔΓ(s)/cosφ, where ΔΓ(s) is the difference in widths between the two B(s)-B(s) mass eigenstates, and φ is a CP-violating weak phase. Taking CP violation to be negligibly small, we obtain ΔΓ(s)/Γ(s)=0.147(-0.030)(+0.036)(stat)(-0.041)(+0.042)(syst), where Γ(s) is the mean decay width. 相似文献

We report measurements of the exclusive cross section for e(+)e(-)-->D(0)D(-)pi(+) over the center-of-mass energy range 4.0 GeV to 5.0 GeV with initial-state radiation and the first observation of the decay psi(4415)-->D(0)D(-)pi(+). From a study of the resonant substructure in psi(4415) decay we conclude that the psi(4415)-->D(0)D(-)pi(+) decay is dominated by psi(4415)-->DD(2)(*)(2460). We obtain B(psi(4415)-->D(0)D(-)pi(nonresonant)(+))/B(psi(4415)-->DD(2)(*)(2460)-->D(0)D(-)pi(+))<0.22 at 90% C.L. The analysis is based on a data sample collected with the Belle detector with an integrated luminosity of 673 fb(-1). 相似文献

A new symmetric Fe3+ site (labelled E) (δ=0.28(2) mm/s and Δ=0.15 mm/s) is observed in the R1Ba2Cu3O7 family of superconductors for R=Y and Eu. The decay and growth of site E are established in two seemingly unrelated experiments,
one as a function of room temperature aging for R=Y, and the other as a function of oxygen loading at elevated temperatures
and pressures for R=Eu. In each experiment, the results show that site E is genetically related to the well documented chainsites
A(Δ=1.9 mm/s), C(Δ=1.1 mm/s) and D(Δ=1.6 mm/s). We propose that site E represents a quasi-octahedral chain-site having pairs
of O(1), O(4) and O(5) nearestneighbor oxygen sites. The two remaining doublets, B(Δ≈0.4 mm/s) and B′(Δ=0.78 mm/s) represent
Fe3+ dopant sites present in the all-important CuO2 planes, possessing coordination numbers of 6 and 5, respectively. 相似文献

We report the first observation of a charm-strange meson D(+)(sJ)(2632) at a mass of 2632.5+/-1.7 MeV/c(2) in data from SELEX, the charm hadro-production experiment E781 at Fermilab. This state is seen in two decay modes, D(+)(s)eta and D0K+. In the D(+)(s)eta decay mode we observe a peak with 101 events over a combinatoric background of 54.9 events at a mass of 2635.4+/-3.3 MeV/c(2). There is a corresponding peak of 21 events over a background of 6.9 at 2631.5+/-2.0 MeV/c(2) in the decay mode D0K+. The decay width of this state is <17 MeV/c(2) at 90% confidence level. The relative branching ratio Gamma(D0K+)/Gamma(D(+)(s)eta) is 0.14+/-0.06. The mechanism that keeps this state narrow is unclear. Its decay pattern is also unusual, being dominated by the D(+)(s)eta decay mode. 相似文献

We have measured the thermal conductivity of the spin S=1 chain compound Y(2)BaNiO(5). Analyzing the anisotropy of the thermal transport allows us to identify a definite spin-mediated thermal conductivity kappa(s) along the chain direction. The calculated spin-related energy diffusion constant D(E)(T) shows a broad peak around 120 K. Close to room temperature, D(E)(T) approaches the theoretically predicted high-temperature value, while scattering of spin excitations by magnetic impurities seems to be the major limiting factor of kappa(s) at low temperature. 相似文献

We report the first observation of a B meson decay that is not accessible by a direct spectator process. The channel B(0)-->D(+)(s)K- is found in a sample of 85 x 10(6) BB; events, collected with the Belle detector at KEKB, with a branching fraction B(B(0)-->D(+)(s)K-)=(4.6(+1.2)(-1.1)+/-1.3) x 10(-5). We also obtain evidence for the B0-->D(+)(s)pi(-) decay with branching fraction B(B0-->D(+)(s)pi(-))=(2.4(+1.0)(-0.8)+/-0.7) x 10(-5). This value may be used to extract a model-dependent value of |V(ub)|. 相似文献
