基于串联光电池阵列和半导体桥(SCB)点火器的组合运用设计了光电混合点火实验装置(图1):光电池阵列(PV-array)将二极管激光器(LD)发射的准连续波激光转换成电能并存储在电容器(6.8μF/125V)中,示波器通道3(CH3)用于监测电容器充电,当充电电压达到最大值(大于50V)时,闭合触点开关K,触发MOS功率场效应管(IRF540)闭合,电容器快速放电,驱动SCB点火。示波器通道1(CH1)用于采样放电回路电流, 相似文献

讨论了爱因斯坦光电方程,指出现今在光电效应实验中普遍使用的爱因斯坦光电方程只是在T=0K时才成立。对室温下光电流的J-U曲线的分析表明,除T=0K情况外,光电子无明确的最大动能,也无明确的截止电压概念,改进了光电效应实验外推法,指出“截止电压”的确定必须在靠近零的同一光电流数值下进行,结果表明只有在以准爱因斯坦光电方程取代原有的爱因斯坦光电方程的情况下,光电效应外推法中内在的矛盾才可以消除。 相似文献

A method is presented for computing the angular dependence of photoemission from an arbitrarily oriented surface. The method is based on the three-step model and it makes direct use of the band structure taking into account all the emission cones. The thermostimulated conductivity, static characteristics, and kinetics of photoconductivity in undoped GaSe monocrystals with p-type conductivity are studied over the temperature range 80–350K. Photocurrent as a function of intensity and wavelength of exciting light, and relaxation curves are analyzed. Insignificant temperature and infrared photocurrent extinction was observed. The major parameters of photosensitive centers are determined. We report the first observation of the laser-assisted photoelectric effect from a solid surface. By illuminating a Pt(111) sample simultaneously with ultrashort 1.6 eV and 42 eV pulses, we observe sidebands in the extreme ultraviolet photoemission spectrum. The magnitude of these sidebands as a function of time delay between the laser and extreme ultraviolet pulses represents a cross-correlation measurement of the extreme ultraviolet pulse. This effect promises to be useful to extend extreme ultraviolet pulse duration measurements to higher photon energies, as well as opening up femtosecond-to-attosecond time-scale electron dynamics in solid and surface-adsorbate systems. 相似文献

测角精度是影响光电经纬仪定位功能的重要因素。为了进一步提高光电经纬仪的测角精度,对测角误差进行详细分析是必要的。从光电经纬仪的总体设计出发,找出了影响测量数据获取、转换、合成中的各项误差源,并详细分析了它们的大小和性质。通过分析光电经纬仪工作原理及结构找出了主要误差源。对机架系统的误差、测角单元误差、电气系统误差、脱靶量误差、大气折射修正误差等主要误差源进行分析计算,并对各单元进行了误差分配。最后,计算了光电经纬仪投影测角精度的均方根值。分析计算结果显示:通过精心设计、加工、检测,修正可使一部分误差减小甚至忽略,但机架系统的误差、测角单元误差、脱靶量误差对测角精度的影响仍很显著;在当前工艺水平下,光电经纬仪事后空间指向精度可以达到2。 相似文献
