本文采用Monte Carlo模拟方法考察了环形两嵌段共聚物在软受限条件下的自组装行为。模拟结果表明通过调节嵌段比例,AB环形两嵌段共聚物能够在软受限条件下形成A、B呈交替排列层状相的蛹状粒子,A嵌段呈条带状环绕B相区的椭球粒子以及A嵌段呈块状六角堆积排布的补丁状粒子等多种有序结构。通过考察嵌段间的不相容性和嵌段的疏水性对体系聚集体形貌结构和自组装过程的影响,模拟结果给出了补丁状粒子这一具有特殊有序结构粒子的形成条件,即嵌段的疏水性较弱或不同种嵌段间的不相容性较强的体系中,少组分嵌段A易于在多组分嵌段B形成的连续相中形成具有块状微相结构的补丁状粒子。上述模拟结果能够为人们对环形两嵌段共聚物在纳米材料领域的潜在应用提供理论依据和新思路,使人们对环形两嵌段共聚物在三维软受限中的自组装行为有更进一步的了解。  相似文献

两亲嵌段共聚物溶液内胶束形成的温度效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
合成了一系列具有两亲嵌段结构的聚(乙二醇)(PEO)一聚(丙二醇)(PPO)共聚物.利用荧光探针及示差量热法测定了共聚物水溶液的临界胶束形成温度(CMT)值.发现二嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO)和三嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO-PEO)有着类似的变化规律,即随共聚物分子中疏水链(PPO)长度的增大,其CMT值降低.但三嵌段共聚(PPO-PEO-PPO)则因疏水链段处于共聚物分子的两端,因而在溶液中有可能形成立体网状交联结构.此外,利用探针分子在不同极性溶剂中荧光峰值波长发生位移的现象可以对形成胶束内核的组织程度、极性大小进行估测.  相似文献

利用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)结合源后分解(PSD)技术对甲氧基封端的聚乙二醇-b-聚己内酯(MPEG-b-PCL)两嵌段共聚物进行了结构分析. 根据得到的MALDI-TOF MS谱图和PSD碎片信息清晰地确定了嵌段共聚物的嵌段长度和嵌段分布. 结果表明, 采用MALDI-TOF MS结合PSD技术研究这类嵌段共聚物链结构非常有效. 这为更好地认识和应用这类嵌段共聚物提供了重要的依据, 同时也建立了分析这类嵌段共聚物的方法.  相似文献

离子导体嵌段共聚物电解质作为一种固态锂电池导离子材料引起了人们的广泛关注。嵌段共聚物的自组装行为为设计微观尺寸有序结构提供了一种可能。这种有序纳米结构既保证聚合物电解质良好的机械性能,同时又拥有与其它聚合物电解质相当的离子电导率,为进一步组装高性能、易加工的锂电池器件提供了一种可能。本文综述了聚氧化乙烯型嵌段共聚物和单离子型嵌段共聚物,并总结了近期嵌段共聚物电解质的形貌影响离子电导率的实验研究结果,最后评述了嵌段共聚物电解质面临的挑战,并对未来研究进行了展望。  相似文献

微相分离的结构特点赋予了嵌段共聚物很多优异的性能,使其广泛应用于汽车部件及工具手柄、电线电缆包皮或绝缘带、医疗制品及食品容器、密封胶、粘合剂、涂料以及聚合物共混改性等领域。聚合物流变特性直接关系到材料加工参数的选择以及产品最终性能,是聚合物结构设计、材料加工参数优化选择及拓展产品应用领域的理论基础。本文对嵌段共聚物的熔体流变行为进行了综述,着重介绍了与嵌段共聚物特殊结构相对应的流变特性,以及流变特性与相行为之间的关联,并提出了嵌段共聚物熔体流变行为研究的前沿与重点。  相似文献

A block copolymer of hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) and a hydrophobic poly(alkylene oxide) can associate in dilute aqueous solution to form micelles. The results of recent investigations of the micellisation behaviour and micelle properties of such copolymers are described. Copolymers of ethylene oxide with propylene oxide, 1,2‐butylene oxide or styrene oxide are considered, including aspects of their preparation. Experimental methods for determination of critical conditions for micellisation, micelle association number and spherical‐micelle radius are summarised. Effects of temperature, composition, block length and block architecture (diblock, triblock and cyclic‐diblock) are described and, where possible, related to the predictions of theory. Brief consideration is given to the dynamics of micelle formation/dissociation, to cylindrical micelles, and to effects of added salts.  相似文献

The micellar properties and solubilization capacity of poorly water soluble drugs of several micellar and gel solutions of diblock and triblock copolymers of styrene oxide/ethylene oxide have been measured and compared with block copolymers of butylene oxide/ethylene oxide, showing that the solubilization capacity of the styrene oxide block is approximately four times that of a butylenes oxide block for dilute solutions. To continue establishing the correlation between micellar characteristics and solubilization capacity, we have found it interesting to compare the micellar and gelation properties of the diblock and triblock copolymers PSO10PEO135 and PEO69PSO8PEO69 (subindexes are the number-average block lengths), with different architecture but similar average block lengths. Surface tension measurements allowed the determination of the critical micelle concentrations at several temperatures and, so, to calculate standard enthalpies of micellization. Static and dynamic light scattering data permitted us to determine micellar parameters and to obtain qualitatively the extent of hydration of the copolymer micelle. A tube inversion method was used to define the mobile-immobile (soft-hard gel) phase boundary. To refine the phase diagram and observe the existence of additional phases, rheological measurements were done. The results are in good agreement with previous values published for PSOnPEOm and PEOmPSOnPEOm copolymers.  相似文献

A series of novel side‐chain liquid crystalline ABC triblock copolymers composed of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO), polystyrene (PS), and poly[6‐(4‐methoxy‐4′‐oxy‐azobenzene) hexyl methacrylate] (PMMAZO) were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) using CuBr/1,1,4,7,7‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) as a catalyst system. First, the bromine‐terminated diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)‐block‐polystyrene (PEO‐PS‐Br) was prepared by the ATRP of styrene initiated with the macro‐initiator PEO‐Br, which was obtained from the esterification of PEO and 2‐bromo‐2‐methylpropionyl bromide. An azobenzene‐containing block of PMMAZO with different molecular weights was then introduced into the diblock copolymer by a second ATRP to synthesize the novel side‐chain liquid crystalline ABC triblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)‐block‐polystyrene‐block‐poly[6‐(4‐methoxy‐4′‐oxy‐azobenzene) hexyl methacrylate] (PEO‐PS‐PMMAZO). These block copolymers were characterized using proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and gel permeation chromatograph (GPC). Their thermotropic phase behaviors were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarized optical microscope (POM). These triblock copolymers exhibited a smectic phase and a nematic phase over a relatively wide temperature range. Hierarchical mesostructures of poly(ε-caprolactone)-b-poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL-PEO-PCL) triblock copolymers have been grown from evaporation-induced self-assembly directed by alkali metal ions. The self-assembly process began with a dilute homogeneous solution of the triblock copolymers in a mixture of tetrahydrofuran (THF) and water. THF preferentially evaporated under reduced pressure and induced the formation of amphiphilic polymer micelles. The spherical polymer micelles formed both in deionized water and NaOH aqueous solution. However, different mesostructures were discovered during the film depositing process for scanning electron microscopy observation. The polymer micelles were observed for the deposition sample in deionized water while sisal-like hierarchical mesostructures resulted from the film deposition of polymer micelles in NaOH aqueous solution. The sisal-like mesostructures and their formation process were observed through scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, fluorescent microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Detailed study revealed that during evaporation-induced self-assembly of PCL-PEO-PCL amphiphilic triblock copolymer directed by alkali metal ions, the sodium ions and polymer micelles increasingly concentrated in NaOH aqueous solution and the solvent quality for the diblock progressively decreased, which resulted in the stronger coordination between alkali metal ions and PEO ligands in the block copolymer and PEO segment crystallization.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(L-lactic acid) (PEO-PLLA) diblock copolymers were synthesized via a ring opening polymerization from poly(ethylene oxide) and l -lactide. Stannous octoate was used as a catalyst in a solution polymerization with toluene as the solvent. Their physicochemical properties were investigated by using infrared spectroscopy, 1H-NMR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry, as well as the observational data of gel-sol transitions in aqueous solutions. Aqueous solutions of PEO-PLLA diblock copolymers changed from a gel phase to a sol phase with increasing temperature when their polymer concentrations are above a critical gel concentration. As the PLLA block length increased, the gel-sol transition temperature increased. For comparison, diblock copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(l -lactic acid-co-glycolic acid) [PEO-P(LLA/GA)] and poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(dl -lactic acid-co-glycolic acid) [PEO-P(DLLA/GA)] were synthesized by the same methods, and their gel-sol transition behaviors were also investigated. The gel-sol transition properties of these diblock copolymers are influenced by the hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance of the copolymer, block length, hydrophobicity, and stereoregularity of the hydrophobic block of the copolymer. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Novel amphiphilic fluorinated ABC‐type triblock copolymers composed of hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) monomethyl ether (MeOPEO), hydrophobic polystyrene (PSt), and hydrophobic/lipophobic poly(perfluorohexylethyl acrylate) (PFHEA) were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) using N,N,N′,N″,N″‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA)/CuBr as a catalyst system. The bromide‐terminated diblock copolymers poly(ethylene oxide)‐block‐polystyrene (MeOPEO‐b‐PSt‐Br) were prepared by the ATRP of styrene initiated with the macroinitiator MeOPEO‐Br, which was obtained by the esterification of poly(ethylene oxide) monomethyl ether (MeOPEO) with 2‐bromoisobutyryl bromide. A fluorinated block of poly(perfluorohexylethyl acrylate) (PFHEA) was then introduced into the diblock copolymer by a second ATRP process to synthesize a novel ABC‐type triblock copolymer, poly(ethylene oxide)‐block‐polystyrene‐block‐poly(perfluorohexylethyl acrylate) (MeOPEO‐b‐PSt‐b‐PFHEA). These block copolymers were characterized by means of proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Water contact angle measurements revealed that the polymeric coating of the triblock copolymer (MeOPEO‐b‐PSt‐b‐PFHEA) shows more hydrophobic than that of the corresponding diblock copolymer (MeOPEO‐b‐PSt). Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was used as a model protein to evaluate the protein adsorption property and the triblock copolymer coating posseses excellent protein‐resistant character prior to the corresponding diblock copolymer and polydimethylsiloxane. Solution properties of polystyrene-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-PMMA) diblock copolymer, polystyrene-poly(tertiobutyl methacrylate) (PS-PtBuMA) diblock copolymer, and poly(ethylene oxide)-polystyrene-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PS-PEO) triblock copolymer have been measured by viscometry. The PEO-PS-PEO copolymer has been studied also in solid state by differential scanning calorimetry and by optical microscopy. All the block copolymers present a conformational transition in solution at a given temperature region which is relatively narrow. If below this transition temperature a copolymer adopts a segregated conformation (dumb-bell model), above this transition adopts a nonsegregated or pseudo-gaussian conformation, and vice versa. In the transition temperature region the copolymer adopts a compressed segregated conformation (core and shell model). If the passage from the solution to the solid state is performed in a given constant temperature in which the copolymer presents a segregated or nonsegregated conformation the same conformation is observed in the solid state (memory effect). © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
