3‐Phenyl‐ and 3‐(p‐methoxyphenyl)‐7,8‐dihydroxy and ‐6,7‐dihydroxychromenones were prepared from ethyl 3‐oxo‐2‐phenylpropanoate, ethyl 3‐oxo‐2‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐propanoate and the trihydroxy benzenes in H2SO4. 3‐Aryl‐7,8‐ and 3‐aryl‐6,7‐dihydroxy‐2H‐chromenones reacted with the bis‐dihalides of poly‐glycols in DMF/MeCO3 to afford 12‐Crown‐4, 15‐Crown‐4 and 18‐Crown‐6‐chromenones. The products were identified with IR, 1H NMR, low and high resolution mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Some 1:1 cation association constants, Kb, of the 3‐phenyl chromenone crown ethers with Li+, Na+, K+ and Rb+ cations were studied by steady state emission fluorescence spectroscopy; Kb chromenone‐crown complexes displayed crown ether‐cation binding selectivity rules properly in acetonitrile.  相似文献

A novel reaction of α-iodo ketone (α-iodocycloalkanone, α-iodo-β-alkoxy ester, and α-iodoacyclicketone) with irradiation under a high-pressure mercury lamp gave the corresponding α-hydroxyketone in good yields. In the case of α,α′-diiodo ketone, α,α′-dihydroxyketone which little has been reported until now was obtained. This reaction affords a new, clean and convenient synthetic method for α-hydroxy- and α,α′-dihydroxyketone.  相似文献

Starting from ethyl propionylacetate, and ethyl 2‐ethylacetoacetate we prepared 4‐propyl‐7,8‐, 4‐propyl‐6,7‐, 3‐ethyl‐4‐methyl‐7,8‐ and 3‐ethyl‐4‐methyl‐6,7‐dihydroxy‐2H‐chromenones which were allowed to react with the bis‐dihalides or ditosylates of glycols in DMF/Na2CO3 to afford the 6,7‐ and 7,8‐chromenone derivatives of 12‐crown‐4, 15‐crown‐4 and 18‐crown‐6. The products were identified using ir, 13C and 1H nmr, ms and high resolution mass spectroscopy. The cation selectivities of chromenone crown ethers with Li+, Na+ and K+ cations were estimated from the steady state emission fluorescence spectra of free and cation complexed chromenone macrocyclic ethers in acetonitrile.  相似文献

The reductive cyclisation of 4,6-dimethyl and 4,6-dichloro derivatives of 3-hydroxy-2'-nitrodiphenyl ethers has been examined as a potential route to 1H-phenoxazinones. Unexpectedly, cyclisation of the dichloro compound proceeded with loss of a Cl and yielded 2-chloro-3H-phenoxazin-3-one. The cyclisation of a range of analogous substrates has been investigated and shown to provide novel and convenient syntheses of 3-amino-phenoxazine, 3H-phenothiazin-3-one and 8-hydroxy-5,10-dihydro-11H-dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin-11-one.  相似文献

Licoflavone-A assigned structure of 6-C-prenyl-7,4'-dihydroxyflavone 5 has been synthesized by condensing 5-C-prenyl-2-hydroxy-4-prenyloxyacetophenone 2 with p-prenyloxybenzaldehyde in the presence of alkali. The resulting chalcone 3 on cyclodehydrogenation with DDQ gave 6-C-prenyl-7,4'-diprenyloxyflavone 4 which on boiling with aqueous morpholine afforded the natural product. This synthesis uses, for the first time, protection of phenolic hydroxyls by O-prenylation and DDQ for conversion of chalcone to flavone. 6',6'-Dimethylpyrano (2',3':7,8)navone 8 has been synthesized by the Hlubucek reaction of 7-hydroxyflavone 6 with 2-chloro-2-methyl-3-butyne.  相似文献

Carbon-13 spectra of a series of 26 unsaturated ketones (ortho- and para-cyclo-hexadienones and corresponding open-chain analogues) have been measured by Fourier-transform. Pulse spectroscopy. A complete analysis has been achieved by means of double resonance experiments using noise-modulated and coherent off-resonance proton irradiation and with the aid of non-decoupled spectra. Chemical shifts are interpreted in terms of charge distribution in the dienone system and of methyl substituent effects. Carbon chemical shifts were also obtained for O-protonated ortho- and para-cyclohexadienones. One-bond and long-range carbon-proton and carbon-fluorine spin coupling constants are reported for several compounds.  相似文献

The four α,α,α, β,β,β,-hexamethyl α-hydrogen Coα, Coβ-dicyanocobyrinates 2b, d–f , with a free b-, d-, e-, and f-propionic-acid function, respectively, were prepared by partial hydrolysis of heptamethyl Coα, Coβ-dicyanocobyrinate (cobester; 1 ) in aqueous sulfuric acid. The cobester monoacids 2b, d–f were obtained as a ca. 1:1:1:1 mixture which was separated. The monoacids were purified by chromatography and isolated in crystalline form. The position of the free propionic-acid function was determined by an extensive analysis of 2b, d–f using 2D-NMR techniques; an analysis of the C,H-coupling network topology resulted in an alternative assignment strategy for cobyrinic-acid derivatives, based on pattern recognition. Additional information on the structure of the most polar of the four hexamethyl cobyrinates, of the b-isomer 2b , was also obtained in the solid state from a single-crystal X-ray analysis. Earlier structural assignments based on 1D-NMR spectra of the corresponding regioisomeric monoamides 3b, d–f (obtained from crystalline samples of the monoacids 2b, d–f ) were confirmed by the present investigations.  相似文献

An ephedrine-derived morpholine dione is employed in the synthesis of chiral alkylidene morpholinones that are efficiently converted to β-substituted α,γ-dihydroxy butyramides, precursors of the corresponding butyrolactones. The semi-empirical quantum chemical PCILO method is used to perform a detailed conformational analysis of 2'-, 3'-and 4'-azachalcones. Several energy minima are obtained for each compound. Global energy minima (most stable conformations) are found for antiperiplanar-s-cis 2'-azachalcone, synperiplanar-s-cis 3'-azachalcone and s-cis 4'-azachalcone.
