以Sb(S2CNEt2)3为单源前驱体,通过改变时间、温度、表面活性剂等反应条件,用水热法成功合成了各种尺寸的Sb2S3纳米棒及其有序阵列。X-射线衍射(XRD)、能量分散光谱(EDS)以及选区电子衍射(SAED)研究表明纳米棒由正交晶系Sb2S3单晶构成。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究显示Sb2S  相似文献

采用溶剂热法-旋涂法构建了Sb2O3/BiVO4/WO3半导体异质结,并采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱等手段表征了其物化性质。在1.23 V(vs RHE)电位下,BiVO4/WO3的光电流密度相对于BiVO4提高了2倍。进一步复合Sb2O3之后,虽然Sb2O3/BiVO4/WO3薄膜的光电流密度有所下降,但其光电催化产H2O2的法拉第效率和产生速率得到明显提升。在1.89V(vs RHE)电位下,3c-Sb2O3/BiVO4/WO3薄膜产 H2O2的法拉第效率提高到约 19%;1c-Sb2O3/BiVO4/WO3薄膜 H2O2产生速率从约2.1 μmol·h-1·cm-2提高到约3.6 μmol·h-1·cm-2。此外,Sb2O3的复合显著提高了BiVO4/WO3电极材料的光电催化稳定性。  相似文献

通过溶胶和超临界干燥方法制得了Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶,其比表面积和孔隙体积分别为246 m2·g-1和1.89 cm3·g-1,并具有较宽的孔径分布。以Fe2O3/Al2O3二元气凝胶作催化剂,通过甲烷催化裂解成功地合成了高质量的单壁纳米碳管。利用FESEM、TEM和HRTEM、Raman光谱等分析手段研究了反应温度对单壁纳米碳管生长的影响。结果表明在900 ℃时合成单壁纳米碳管的质量较高,并且合成的炭产物为毡状,该炭产物主要为高质量的单壁纳米碳管。  相似文献

Spherical nanometer Gd2O3∶Eu luminescent materials were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method, and the properties were studied also. TG, FTIR and XRD analysis showed that the precursor was carbonate, the cubic Gd2O3was obtained after calcination. TEM photographs indicated that the samples were spherical and well dispersed with nanometer and submicrometer size of 200~300 nm which is the nanoparticles’ aggregate. The mechanics of agglomerating growth is also discussed. ED photograph showed that the particle was crystalline. The PL analysis exhibited that CTB band of nanometer Gd2O3∶Eu was of 17 nm red shift to bulk materials, and the emission peak was broadened due to the surface and interface effect of nanocrystals.  相似文献

Preparation of In2O3nano-scale powders by ultrasonic and homogeneous precipitation, using metal In and urea as raw materials, was reported for the first time, while the effects of reaction temperature, the ratio of the materials and the pH etc. on the preparation was dicussed. This method can be operated and industrialized easily with very low cost. The structural properties of precursor and In2O3were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, ESCA and TEM. The results show that In2O3produced are very pure, monophase and spherical nano-scale powders with average size of 25 nm.  相似文献

通过调节B2O3‐Bi2O3‐ZnO‐Al2O3(BBZA)玻璃的添加量研究其对钛酸钡(BaTiO3)陶瓷烧结条件、晶体结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的BBZA玻璃能够有效地将BaTiO3陶瓷烧结温度由1350℃降至950℃,并使其致密化。同时,添加BBZA玻璃后,BaTiO3的晶体结构随着烧结温度的升高而发生转变(立方相→四方相)。另外,BBZA玻璃的引入使BaTiO3陶瓷的居里峰得到了有效的抑制和拓宽。陶瓷微观形貌显示,玻璃相均匀分布在BaTiO3晶粒表面。优化的BaTiO3陶瓷制备条件如下:BBZA添加量(质量分数)为2.0%,烧结温度为950℃。在该条件下制备的BaTiO3陶瓷介电常数达到1364,介电损耗低至1.2%。  相似文献

以配位超分子化合物为前驱物,通过液相氧化分解得到了六方形CoOOH纳米片,进而在空气中热处理制得了Co3O4纳米片。利用XRD、TEM、FESEM对CoOOH和Co3O4纳米片的结构和形貌进行了表征。电化学测试表明,Co3O4纳米片电极在6 mol·L-1 KOH溶液中表现出良好的电化学电容特性,在电流密度为1 A·g-1其单电极比容量可达到227 F·g-1。  相似文献

The BaO-Al2O3-B2O3 glasses manufactured for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) sealing were studied. The effect of different nBaO/nB2O3 on crystal, thermal properties, density and infrared spectra of this system has been discussed. The results show that the trends of crystallization, glass transformation temperature, dilatometric softening temperature and density increase with nBaO/nB2O3 values. But a typical property deviation occurs when nBaO/nB2O3 is 0.875, and its coefficient of thermal expansion has the maximum at this point. The changes of properties can attribute to the conversion of boron from tetrahedral coordination to trigonal, breakage of the local glass network and interaction between the network modifiers. These can be proved by infrared spectra of glasses. Thermal properties of some studied samples are suitable for the sealing of SOFC using Sm doped ceria electrolyte and operating at 400~600 ℃.  相似文献

采用沉淀法合成了立方晶型Sb2O3纳米晶,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和电子自旋共振谱(ESR)等对样品进行了详细的表征。以紫外光光催化降解甲基橙为反应模型评价了样品的光催化性能。结果表明:沉淀法合成的立方晶型Sb2O3纳米晶颗粒小,表现出良好的光催化性能。对立方晶型Sb2O3纳米晶光催化降解甲基橙的原因进行了探讨,并提出了降解甲基橙的反应机理。  相似文献

The micro-sized Sb2O3 octahedra can be synthesized on a large scale via a simple PEG-1000 polymer-assisted hydrothermal route (PAHR) in the temperature range of 160-180 °C for 10-14 h. The structures, compositions, and morphologies of the as-synthesized products are derived from X-ray power diffraction pattern, X-ray photoelectron spectra, and field emission scanning electronic microscope. Meanwhile, the optical properties of the micro-sized Sb2O3 octahedra are studied by their photoluminescene spectroscopy and Raman spectrum. Furthermore, the possible growth mechanism of the micro-metered Sb2O3 octahedra is discussed on the basis of a series of supplementary experiments. And it has been found that PEG-1000, sodium tartrate, the reaction temperature, and the reaction time have considerable effects on the final morphology of Sb2O3, while the pH value has an influence on the formation of the Sb2O3 crystals.  相似文献

采用三种低温溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有不同Fe3O4掺杂量的磁靶向纳米Fe3O4-TiO2复合物, 通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱、荧光光谱(FS)及磁性能分析等表征方法筛选出包覆均匀、分散性好、磁性能优异及光催化活性较高的纳米Fe3O4-TiO2复合物. 以四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测肝癌细胞(HepG2)的存活率, 考察纳米Fe3O4-TiO2复合物在外磁场作用下对HepG2 细胞的光催化杀伤效应. 结果表明: 采用方法三制备的5%(质量分数)Fe3O4-TiO2复合物具备核-壳结构, 在混悬液中分散性较好, 平均粒径约为50 nm, 具有较强的光催化活性和良好的磁响应性, 同时将纳米TiO2的光响应范围拓宽至444 nm; 在外磁场作用下, 紫外光和可见光激发纳米Fe3O4-TiO2复合物对HepG2细胞的杀伤效应差异不大, 且均强于纳米TiO2; 其杀伤效应在0-1.0 T范围内随着外磁场强度的增大而增强.  相似文献

A series of Al2O3-Fe2O3 mixed oxidic solids with composition ranging from 0 to 100% of Fe2O3 were prepared and examined for structural characteristics. XRD diagrams showed the presence of α-Al2O3 and hematite phases. The analysis of M?ssbauer spectra revealed the existence of two iron containing phases. The specific surface area of the mixture decreases by the addition of iron and depends on the crystal phases of the mixture.
