针对工程中常用的加劲板, 研究了非线性振动的求解方法与振动特性. 将加劲板分为板与加劲肋两个部分考虑, 其中板视为考虑几何非线性的大挠度板, 加劲肋视为Euler梁. 假定加劲板的位移, 利用Lagrange方程结合系统能量和振型叠加推导了加劲板的动力平衡方程. 运用椭圆函数及摄动法计算加劲板非线性振动的单模态解, 多模态解则通过增量迭代法进行求解. 最后, 结合有限元软件ANSYS对一个四边固定且不可移动的加劲板进行分析, 讨论解的收敛性, 并分析两个方向设置不同数量加劲肋的情况下非线性自振频率与振幅的关系, 得到了一些加劲板非线性振动特性.   相似文献

Based on the semi-analytical solution of the state-vector equation theory, a novel mathematical model for free vibration analysis of stiffened laminated plates is developed by separate consideration of plate and stiffeners. The method accounts for the compatibility of displacements and stresses on the interface between the plate and stiffeners, the transverse shear deformation, and naturally the rotary inertia of the plate and stiffeners. Meanwhile, there is no restriction on the thickness of plate and the height of stiffeners. To demonstrate the excellent predictive capability of the model, several examples are analyzed numerically. The model presented in this paper can also be easily modified to solve the problems of stiffened piezolaminated plates and shells, or plates and shells with piezoelectric material patches.  相似文献

用半解析的方法分析了横向冲击载荷下加筋板的非线性瞬态响应。考虑膜力的存在 ,忽略筋截面上的剪切应力 ,引入板的应力函数 ,采用离散加筋板模型 ,运用能量原理建立加筋板的动响应控制方程。假设挠度为双级数形式 ,运用迦辽金法 ,将加筋板的动响应方程转化为一个多自由度的动力系统 ,采用数值方法来求解。最后给出了几个模型的计算结果。  相似文献

本文主要研究了流体负载下敷设去耦阻尼层的加筋板,在外界激励力作用下的振动和声辐射,推导出了敷设去耦层有限长加筋板的振动响应和水下辐射噪声近似解析解。采用弹性理论来描述去耦层,并采用模态迭加理论构造响应函数,将加强筋等效为线力的作用,以复模量形式计及去耦阻尼层损耗因子,建立了敷设去耦阻尼层加筋板的理论解析模型,结合加筋板与去耦层变形连续条件、结构与流体连续性条件组成了声-流体-结构的耦合方程,结合数值计算方法,得到了有限长加筋板结构的振动位移及水下辐射噪声。开展相应数值算例与模型试验结果吻合较好,验证本文方法的正确性。  相似文献

A semi-analytical method based on space harmonics to investigate the vibration of and sound radiation from an infinite,fluid-loaded plate is presented.The plate is reinforced with two sets of orthogonally and equally spaced beam stiffeners,which are assumed to be line forces.The response of the stiffened plate to a convected harmonic pressure in the wave-number space is obtained by adopting the Green’s function and Fourier transform methods.Using the boundary conditions and space harmonic method,we establish the relationship between the stiffener forces and the vibration displacement of the plate.In this paper,the stiffener forces are expressed in terms of harmonic amplitudes of the plate displacement,which are calculated by using a numerical reduction technique.Finally,the Fourier inverse transform is employed to find expressions of the vibration and sound radiation in physical space.Agreements with existing results prove the validity of this approach and more numerical results are presented to show that this method converges rapidly.  相似文献

提出了一种区域分解法来分析不同边界条件下环肋骨圆柱壳-圆锥壳组合结构的振动特性.首先把组合壳体分解为自由的圆柱壳、圆锥壳段;视环肋骨为离散元件,根据肋骨与圆柱壳段之间的变形协调条件,将肋骨的动能和应变能附加于圆柱壳段能量泛函中.然后基于分区广义变分和最小二乘加权残值法将所有分区界面的位移协调方程引入到组合壳体的能量泛函中.圆柱壳段、圆锥壳段位移变量的周向和轴向分量分别采用Fourier级数和Chebyshev多项式展开.以自由-自由、自由-固支和固支-固支边界条件的环肋骨组合壳体为例,采用区域分解法分析了其自由振动及在不同激励下的振动响应.通过与有限元软件ANSYS结果进行对比,发现两种方法计算结果非常吻合,验证了区域分解方法的计算精度和高效性.  相似文献

In this paper, the geometrically nonlinear free and forced oscillations of simply supported single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are analytically investigated on the basis of the Euler–Bernoulli beam theory. The nonlinear frequencies of SWCNTs with initial lateral displacement are discussed. Equations have been solved using an exact method for free vibration and multiple times scales (MTS) method for forced vibration and some analytical relations have been obtained for natural frequency of oscillations. The numerical results reveal that the nonlinear free and forced vibration of nanotubes is effected significantly by both surrounding elastic medium and CNT aspect ratio.  相似文献

In this paper, an analytical solution for the free vibration of rotating composite conical shells with axial stiffeners (stringers) and circumferential stiffener (rings), is presented using an energy-based approach. Ritz method is applied while stiffeners are treated as discrete elements. The conical shells are stiffened with uniform interval and it is assumed that the stiffeners have the same material and geometric properties. The study includes the effects of the coriolis and centrifugal accelerations, and the initial hoop tension. The results obtained include the relationship between frequency parameter and circumferential wave number as well as rotating speed at various angles. Influences of geometric properties on the frequency parameter are also discussed. In order to validate the present analysis, it is compared with other published works for a non-stiffened conical shell; other comparison is made in the special case where the angle of the stiffened conical shell goes to zero, i.e., stiffened cylindrical shell. Good agreement is observed and a new range of results is presented for rotating stiffened conical shells which can be used as a benchmark to approximate solutions.  相似文献

相比传统加筋板,曲线加筋板能够更充分地发挥材料力学性能.在加筋板力学分析中,厚板通常采用Reissner-Mindlin理论,然而当板厚较薄时易出现剪切自锁,离散的Kirchhoff-Mindlin理论采用假设剪切应变场可避免该问题.针对曲线加筋Kirchhoff-Mindlin板自由振动分析,采用离散的Kirchhoff-Mindlin三角形单元和Timoshenko曲梁单元分别模拟板和加强筋,根据板的位移插值函数及筋板交界面的位移协调条件,建立基于板单元位移自由度的有限元方程.为了验证方法的有效性和准确性,采用直线加筋薄板、曲线加筋薄板和厚板3种模型进行算例研究,通过收敛性和精度分析来选择合理的有限元网格密度.直线加筋薄板前20阶固有频率均与文献结果吻合良好;曲线加筋板算例中,本文方法满足收敛条件的板单元数目为2469,Nastran模型板单元数目为6243;本文所得曲线加筋板固有频率与Nastran计算结果最大误差为3.4%.研究结果表明,本文方法无需筋板单元共节点,可使用较少的有限元网格数量,并能够保证计算精度;在离散Kirchhoff-Mindlin三角形板单元基础上构造Timoshenko梁单元可同时适用于曲线加筋薄板与厚板自由振动分析.  相似文献

An analysis is presented for the large deflection of clamped laterally loaded skew plates with stiffeners parallel to the skew directions. The governing nonlinear differential equations are derived taking into account the eccentricity of the stiffeners. A numerical procedure involving the use of integral equations of beams and the Newton-Raphson method is employed to get the solution. Numerical work has been done. The effect of variation of skew angle and size of stiffener on the behaviour of the stiffened skew plate has been studied.  相似文献

应用弹性力学的Hamilton正则方程理论和其半解析法,为整体加筋板的固有频率分析提出了一种新颖的数学模型. 采用同一种平面元素离散板和加强筋,并分别建立板和加强筋的线性方程组. 考虑到板和加强筋连接界面上应力和位移的连续性,联立板和加强筋的方程得到全结构的方程组和求解固有频率的特征方程. 主要优越性表现为:结构的旋转惯性、剪切变形等都得到了考虑,且不限制结构的板厚度和加强筋的高度. 多个数值实例的收敛分析和结果证明了方法是可靠的. 该方法很容易被修改用来分析加筋壳、加筋压电材料层合板或带有压电材料传感器和驱动器块的板壳问题.  相似文献

A simple solution of the dynamic buckling of stiffened plates under fluid-solid impact loading is presented. Based on large deflection theory, a discretely stiffened plate model has been used. The tangential stresses of stiffeners and in-plane displacement are neglected. Applying the Hamilton‘ s principle, the motion equations of stiffened plates are obtained. The deflection of the plate is taken as Fourier series, and using Galerkin method, the discrete equations can be deduced, which can be solved easily by Runge-Kutta method. The dynamic buckling loads of the stiffened plates are obtained from Budiansky-Roth ( B-R ) curves.  相似文献

Thermal residual-stresses introduced during manufacture and their effect on the natural frequencies and vibration modes of stringer stiffened composite plates is investigated. The principal idea in the work is to include stiffeners on the perimeter of a composite plate in which the laminate design of the stiffeners and plate are different. Such an arrangement yields manufacturing induced thermal residual-stresses; these stresses result from the difference in manufacturing and operating temperatures as well as the difference in thermal expansion coefficients and elastic properties of the plate and the stiffeners. The analysis is based on an enhanced Reissner–Mindlin plate theory and involves two separate calculations. In the first, the thermal residual-stress state is determined for an unconstrained plate. In the second, the free vibration problem is solved; thermal effects from the first calculation are included by way of nonlinear membrane-bending coupling which in turn defines the free vibration reference state. The problem is solved using a 16-node bi-cubic Lagrange element in a finite element formulation. Three different plate-stiffener geometries are used to illustrate the effects of stringer size, stringer placement and temperature difference. Two principal results are obtained: first, it is shown that thermal residual-stresses can have a significant effect on the natural frequencies; secondly, thermal residual-stresses can be tailored to increase natural frequencies. Therefore it is concluded that an evaluation of these stresses and a judicious analysis of their effects must be included in the design of this class of composite structures.  相似文献

在加肋板无网格模型中,肋条的位置对各种工况下加肋板受力性能的影响至关重要.文章基于一阶剪切变形和移动最小二乘法理论提出一种考虑非线性影响的加肋板无网格模型,并利用遗传算法优化肋条位置.首先,采用离散节点分别对平板和肋条进行离散,得到加肋板的无网格离散模型;其次,通过冯·卡门大挠度理论得到非矩形板几何非线性问题的弯曲控制方程;再次,通过哈密顿原理得到加肋非矩形板自由振动问题的控制方程;最后引入遗传算法,以肋条的位置为设计变量、非矩形加肋板中心点挠度最小或自振频率最大为目标函数,对肋条位置进行优化.在考虑了几何非线性影响的肋条位置优化过程中,肋条位置改变时只需重新计算位移转换矩阵,避免了网格重构.本文以全局荷载下单肋条菱形板为例与理论解进行对比,进行有效性验证.再以板的中点挠度最小和自振频率最大为优化目标,对局部荷载作用下不同形状、不同肋条布置方式的加肋板进行优化,分析方法的收敛性及稳定性.  相似文献

回顾了实心弹性薄板优化研究的发展历程。给出了由无限密和无限细的肋骨加强的环板在常肋骨密度时的解析解;采用精确刚度阵的有限元法计算了具有有限根肋骨加强的板的柔顺性,它低于光滑优化解的柔顺性。这些结果进一步说明近期文献中出现的枕头形的光滑解并不是几何受约束实心弹性薄板优化问题的全局最优解。  相似文献

The bifurcation and chaos of a clamped circular functionally graded plate is investigated. Considered the geometrically nonlinear relations and the temperature-dependent properties of the materials, the nonlinear partial differential equations of FGM plate subjected to transverse harmonic excitation and thermal load are derived. The Duffing nonlinear forced vibration equation is deduced by using Galerkin method and a multiscale method is used to obtain the bifurcation equation. According to singularity theory, the universal unfolding problem of the bifurcation equation is studied and the bifurcation diagrams are plotted under some conditions for unfolding parameters. Numerical simulation of the dynamic bifurcations of the FGM plate is carried out. The influence of the period doubling bifurcation and chaotic motion with the change of an external excitation are discussed.  相似文献

基于Kirchhoff薄板理论与哈密顿原理,建立旋转运动导电圆板的磁-气动弹性非线性动力学方程.根据电磁场基本原理得到旋转运动圆板所受电磁力表达式,同时采用一种简化的气动模型以描述作用于板上的气动载荷.基于贝塞尔函数形式振型函数的选取,应用伽辽金法得到旋转圆板的磁气动弹性轴对称非线性振动微分方程.应用多尺度法推导出主共振下系统的幅频响应方程,并依据Lyapunov方法得到系统稳态运动稳定性判据.通过算例,得到周边夹之约束下圆板主共振的幅频特性曲线图,以及振幅随磁感应强度和激励力幅值的变化曲线图;阐述了不同参数对系统共振幅值的影响规律,并对解的稳定性进行了分析.  相似文献

In this paper, the large-amplitude (geometrically nonlinear) vibrations of rotating, laminated composite circular cylindrical shells subjected to radial harmonic excitation in the neighborhood of the lowest resonances are investigated. Nonlinearities due to large-amplitude shell motion are considered using the Donnell’s nonlinear shallow-shell theory, with account taken of the effect of viscous structure damping. The dynamic Young’s modulus which varies with vibrational frequency of the laminated composite shell is considered. An improved nonlinear model, which needs not to introduce the Airy stress function, is employed to study the nonlinear forced vibrations of the present shells. The system is discretized by Galerkin’s method while a model involving two degrees of freedom, allowing for the traveling wave response of the shell, is adopted. The method of harmonic balance is applied to study the forced vibration responses of the two-degrees-of-freedom system. The stability of analytical steady-state solutions is analyzed. Results obtained with analytical method are compared with numerical simulation. The agreement between them bespeaks the validity of the method developed in this paper. The effects of rotating speed and some other parameters on the nonlinear dynamic response of the system are also investigated.  相似文献
