In this paper, we have shown that the entropy of the dilaton-axion black hole can be expressed by the Cardy-Verlinde formula. The later is supposed to be an entropy formula of conformal field theory in any dimension. Next we have calculated the first order correction to the Cardy-Verlinde formula in the context of dilaton-axion black hole.  相似文献

In this paper we discuss thermodynamics parameters of black hole horizon and cosmological horizon in general high-dimensional space-time. We obtain that the entropy of a cosmological horizon can be described by the Cardy-Verlinde formula. However, the entropy of black hole horizon will be expressed in a form of the Cardy-Verlinde formula, if one adopts the methods given by Abbott and Deser to compute the mass of a black hole in general high-dimensional space-time. Through discussion, relation among various thermodynamics parameters of the black hole in general high-dimensional space-time is given. That is, differential formula of the first law of thermodynamics is obtained. Because we discuss the general high-dimensional space-time, our result has universality. In this letter we compute the corrections to the Cardy-Verlinde formula of Achúcarro-Ortiz black hole, which is the most general two-dimensional black hole derived from the three-dimensional rotating Banados-Teitelboim-Zanelli black hole. These corrections stem from the space non-commutativity. We show that in non-commutative case, non-rotating Achúcarro-Ortiz black hole in contrast with commutative case has two horizons.  相似文献

The discrete area spectrum was derived by the adiabatic invariance without quasinormal modes in recent work. In this paper, we extend this work to charged black holes and investigate the entropy spectrum of a plane symmetric black hole. The result shows that the minimal spacing of the entropy spectrum is 2π and that of the area spectrum is dependent on the theory frame of gravity.  相似文献

By using the method of quantum statistics, we derive directly the partition functions of bosonic andfermionic fields in the N-dimensional spherically symmetric charged black hole space-time. The statistical entropy ofblack hole is obtained by an improved brick-wall method. When we choose proper parameters in our results, we canobtain that the entropy of black hole is proportional to the area of horizon. In our result, there do not exist neglectedterm and divergent logarithmic term given in the original brick-wall method. We avoid the difficulty in solving the waveequation of scalar and Dirac fields. We offer a simple and direct way of studying entropy of the higher-dimensional black hole.  相似文献

The massive particles’ Hawking radiation from a spherically symmetric static black hole is investigated with Parikh-Wilczek method, Hamilton–Jacobi method and Damour–Ruffini’s method. When energy conservation is considered, the same result can be concluded that the radiation spectrum is not precisely thermal. The corrected spectrum is consistent to the underlying unitary quantum theory, which can be used to explain the information loss paradox possibly.   相似文献

Based on the covariant anomaly cancellation method, which is believed to be more refined than the initial approach of Robinson and Wilczek, we discuss Hawking radiation from the plane symmetric black hole. The result shows that Hawking radiation from the non-spherical symmetric black holes also can be derived from the viewpoint of anomaly.  相似文献

The Noether current and its variation relation with respect to diffeomorphism invariance of gravitationaltheories have been derived from the horizontal variation and vertical-horizontal bi-variation of the Lagrangian, respec-tively. For Einstein‘s GR in the stationary, axisymmetric black holes, the mass formula in vacuum can be derived fromthis Noether current although it definitely vanishes. This indicates that the mass formula of black holes is a vanishingNoether charge in this case. The first law of black hole thermodynamics can also be derived from the variation relationof this vanishing Noether current.  相似文献

Stationary axially symmetric solutions of Einstein's field equations generated by the soliton technique are presented in this paper with Laplace's solution as seed. The solutions are asymptotically flat and the Schwarzschild, Kerr and Kerr-NUT metrics are contained in it. The constructed solutions possess an event horizon. The surface area of the event horizon is evaluated. Finally, the solutions presented in this paper are compared with the solutions of Manko. A simple transformation technique is discussed by which one can directly obtain the solutions of Gutsunaev and Manko simply by adjusting a parameter related to the Inverse Scattering Method.  相似文献

We suggest a quantum stabilization method forthe SU(2) -model, based on the constant-cutofflimit of the cutoff quantization method developed byBalakrishna et al., which avoids the difficulties with the usual soliton boundary conditions pointedout by Iwasaki and Ohyama. We investigate the baryonnumber B = 1 sector of the model and show that after thecollective coordinate quantization it admits a stable soliton solution which depends on asingle dimensional arbitrary constant. We then study thedibaryon configurations in this approach, using thegeneralized axially symmetric ansatz to determine the soliton background. Thus we calculate therotational contributions to the masses of the axiallysymmetric dibaryons and show that they are inqualitative agreement with the results obtained usingthe complete Skyrme model. We conclude also that,as in the case of the complete Skyrme model, the lowestallowed S = –2 state has the quantum numbers ofthe H-particle. We find that in the present approach, similarly to the case of the complete Skyrmemodel, this particle is bound, even though the neglectedvacuum effects might contribute to the unbinding of theH-particle.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the thermodynamic properties and the thermodynamic geometry of the plane symmetric black hole. We obtain the thermodynamic curvature based on the Weinhold geometry curvature, Ruppeiner geometry curvature and the Quevedo curvature. We find the Weinhold curvature always equals to zero and there is a phase transition point for the Ruppeiner curvature. The Quevedo curvature produces a same phase structure as the heat capacity.

Applying the semi-classical quantum tunneling model, we have studied the Hawking radiation via tunneling from a cylindrically symmetric black hole. The derived results show that the tunneling rate of at the event horizon of the black hole is related to Bekenstein–Hawking entropy and the factual radiation spectrum is not strictly pure thermal, but is consistent with the underlying unitary theory. In this paper, we builded the thermodynamics model of black hole based on the method of York. We obtained the reduced temperature reciprocal function using the action of the system. We studied the phase structure of black holes and Hawking-Page phase transition. We obtained the first order phase transition and critical values of black hole in Rerssner-NordstrÖm space time.
