新型甲基吲哚季铵盐的制备及其光电性能研究

以2,3,3-三甲基吲哚为原料,合成了5种甲基吲哚阳离子季铵盐,通过核磁共振氢谱、质谱等手段,对合成的化合物进行了结构表征,并将其作为有机电解质应用于染料敏化太阳能电池,测定了其相应的光电转换效率,探讨了阳离子季铵盐化合物结构与光电性能的关系.     

新型可溶性铜酞菁染料敏化剂的合成

利用单甲酰基四-α-(2,4-二甲基-3-戊氧基)铜酞菁和含有羧基的活性亚甲基化合物的Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成了三种含羧基的铜酞菁染料敏化剂,并用红外、紫外、质谱等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明,三种化合物均具有好的溶解性。     

含有萘酰亚胺的菁染料太阳能电池敏化剂的合成

通过Click反应把萘酰亚胺化合物连接到含有醛基的吲哚上,再通过醛基和吲哚碘盐的Knoevenagel缩合反应合成出带有萘酰亚胺部分的菁染料,用NMR、MS、元素分析、UV-Vis等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征和测试。     

一种新型含有噁二唑单元的有机太阳能电池染料敏化剂的合成

通过Sonogashira偶联反应合成了一种三苯胺作为电子给体、噁二唑单元作为电子传输体、羧酸部分作为电子受体的新型染料敏化剂。通过核磁、高分辨质谱、紫外光谱对此化合物的结构和性能进行了表征和测试。氧化还原电位计算表明,此化合物可以作为二氧化钛电极的敏化剂。     

以吖啶染料荧光猝灭为基础的卤素阴离子检测研究

合成了两种吖啶及吖啶橙盐类小分子化合物和带有吖啶盐的三元共聚物.研究了它们在溶液中的荧光被卤素离子猝灭的问题.发现它们能强烈地被碘离子所猝灭而不易被氯离子猝灭,表明这类化合物有可能用于在有氯离子存在条件下对碘、溴离子的检测.对荧光猝灭机理进行的研究发现,卤素离子的猝灭能力并不和它们对发光化合物的系间窜越和三重态的生成等有关,而是和阴离子对极化分子的作用减弱了分子内的电荷转移能力相关.     

吲哚二碳菁染料的合成

合成了五种N－烷基吲哚二碳菁染料，通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱及红外光谱确证了化合物结构。测定了化合物在溶液中的紫外吸收光谱和溶解度，讨论了溶解度、熔点与染料分子结构的关系。     

ω-9-蒽多亚甲基羧酸-甲基取代香豆素酯的合成及其光性能研究

合成了9个新的双荧光团化合物ω-9-蒽多亚甲基羧酸-甲基取代香豆素酯和3个模型化合物,讨论了这些化合物的结构与光性能之间的关系。     

卤代查尔酮氨基硫脲席夫碱的合成及生物活性研究

本文合成了一系列卤代查尔酮及其氨基硫脲席夫碱,并考察了所合成化合物的酪氨酸酶抑制活性及抗氧化活性。结果表明,部分化合物具有较好的酪氨酸酶抑制活性,其中3个化合物的抑制活性强于阳性对照曲酸,4-溴代查尔酮氨基硫脲席夫碱(化合物9)表现出最好的抑制活性,其IC50值为2.02μmol/L;部分化合物还具有一定的抗氧化活性。抑制机理研究表明,化合物9属于不可逆抑制剂。优选化合物9进行了分子对接探讨,初步构效关系分析为进一步研究具有酪氨酸酶抑制活性的类似化合物提供了参考。     

氯硝柳胺衍生物的合成及抗肿瘤活性研究

以氯硝柳胺为起始原料,经醚化、亲核取代反应得到目标化合物,采用MTT法考察所合成化合物对人类乳腺癌细胞(MDA-MB-231)和人类胰腺癌细胞(ASPC-1)的体外抗肿瘤活性。合成了5个氯硝柳胺衍生物,其结构均经IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和MS确证。初步的体外抗肿瘤活性结果显示目标化合物9b和9c的抗肿瘤活性强于阳性对照药,其中化合物9b的活性对所测两种肿瘤株的抑制活性均强于阳性对照药,展现出较强的应用前景。     

含吡喃鎓牟欢猿迫状ㄈ玖虾铣杉肮庑阅

合成了八个新的含吡喃端基的不对称三甲川染料，通过元素分析、ＩＲ光谱及￣１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ谱确证了这些化合物的结构。最大吸收波长在６３０—６８０ｎｍ，有大的半峰宽。

在前期研究中,我们在水热条件下合成了一种多核镍取代砷钨酸盐[化合物(1)][Ni(H2O)(en)2]2 [Ni(H2O)3(en)][Ni(H2O)(en)]{[(α-AsW6 O26) Ni6(OH)2 (en)2.5(B-α-AsW9O34)]2 H4[W4O16][Ni4(H2O)2(en)2]2 }·13H2...     

Synthesis and Fluorescence Properties of a Novel Supramolecular Complex Containing [60]Fullerene Moiety

Abstract

A new crown ether styryl dye containing [60]Fullerene moiety has been synthesized, and characterized by FT-IR, NMR and Mass spectra. Fluorescence spectra of the compound have also been studied. The results indicate a strong hypsochromic shift from 548 nm to 526 nm is observed on cation complexation, and the intensity of peaks at 504 nm, 548 nm and 590 nm decrease as the metal cation concentration is increased at 77K.

论述了定量分析蛋白质实际应用的重要意义,初步从理论上分析了金属离子－染料结合法的反应机理。总结了国内外金属离子－染料结合法的进展情况,对近几年金属离子－染料综合法的新体系进行了综合论述。     

Synthesis of a New Azo Dye Sensor and its Chelation with Ag+

A new azo dye containing thiadiazoline ring was synthesized from the reaction of the diazobenzaldehyde with O‐aminothiophenol, which was characterized by NMR, IR spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry. This dye compound can chelate Ag⁺ in CH₂Cl₂‐EtOH and then result in the variation of UV absorbances.     

Application of Poly(3‐hexylthiophene) Functionalized with an Anchoring Group in Dye‐sensitized Solar Cells

A series of three poly(3‐hexylthiophene) functionalized either with a cyanoacetic acid (CA) or a rhodanine‐3‐acetic acid anchoring groups were synthesized and characterized. The TiO₂ based dye‐sensitized solar cells have been fabricated and performances were tested. We show that shorter chain length (15 thiophene units) linked to CA binding group gives good performances as J_sc, V_oc, FF and η(%) were 6.93(mA · cm⁻²), 0.65(V), 0.67 and 3.02%, respectively. A maximum IPCE of ≈50% at 500 nm was recorded with a liquid electrolyte, under AM 1.5 simulated solar irradiance.

     

Oxonol 染料的稳态光物理行为研究

对oxonol——一种带负电荷类菁染料化合物溶液的光谱和光物理问题进行了研究.发现它和一般分子内共轭的电荷转移化合物相比，无论在吸收光谱或荧光发射光谱上，都表现出不同的光物理和光化学行为.对出现的这种差异，特别是负的溶致变色行为和在不同pH条件下分子的互变异构等对吸收光谱的影响进行了讨论.     

基于C_(60)富勒烯部花菁的合成及其变色性

设计和合成了一种新的基于C_(60)富勒烯部花化合物2，用质谱、核磁共振谱 、红外光谱和紫外光谱对化合物2进行了表征。并对化合物2的变色过程进行了研究 ，发现该化合物对极性溶剂如甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和酸或碱如乙酸、乙醇钠等 具有良好的变色过程。但由于部花莆染料受C_(60)的影响，基对光的灵敏度降低， 光致变色过程非常缓慢。     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Photocatalytic Properties of a Supramolecular Assembly Based on Keggin Polyoxotungstate

A new supramolecular compound (4,4'-bipyH)4[SiW12O40](4,4'-bipy) (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) was synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. The crystallography analysis for the title compound reveals that the crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/m with a = 22.2767(12), b = 21.1879(11), c = 15.6942(8) , β = 97.068(3)°, V = 7351.3(7) 3, C50H44N10O40SiW12, Mr = 3659.24, Z = 4, Dc = 3.306 g/cm3, F(000) = 6544, GOOF = 1.137, R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1579. The title compound consists of a discrete Keggin-type [SiW12O40]4- anion, one 4,4'-bipy and four protonated (4,4'-bipyH)+ cations. The [SiW12O40]4- anion and protonated 4,4'-bipy are connected to form a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds. Meanwhile, the title compound exhibits good photocatalytic activity for color degradation of Rhodamine-B dye solution under visible-light irradiation.     

Synthesis of A novel Bridged Bis(β-cyclodextrin)s Possessing Phenanthroline Tether and Its Molecular Binding Ability with Dyes

A novel β-cyclodextrin dimer bearing 2,9-diformyl-1,10-phenanthroline tether 4 has been synthesized and its inclusion complexation behavior with two triangular model substrates (RhB and BG) has been investigated through fluorescence and ultraviolet spectrometry.The result obtained indicated that novel bridged bis(β-cyclodextrin)s could significantly cnhance the original molccular binding ability of native β-cyclodextrin by cooperative binding of two hydrophobic cavities.     

Tris(thiocyanate) Ruthenium(II) Sensitizers with Functionalized Dicarboxyterpyridine for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

Panchromatic sensitizers: A series of ruthenium(II) compounds was prepared that contain three thiocyanate ligands and a novel chelating terpyridine ligand. The latter (see picture: colors indicate orbital occupation) serves as an effective and versatile light-harvesting auxochrome. One compound has a solar conversion efficiency of up to 10.3?%.
